Abstract

Coronavirus (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) which attacks the respiratory system, causing the death of many health workers, including nurses. This raises a level of anxiety that greatly affects the sleep quality of nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between anxiety levels and nurses' sleep quality during the COVID-19 pandemic. The design of this study was cross-sectional. The research subjects were 20 nurses who were selected using the total population sampling technique. Data were collected through the Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HRS-A) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Chi-square test. The results showed that 45% of nurses had very severe anxiety, with poor sleep quality. The results of the analysis showed p-value = 0.021. Furthermore, it was concluded that there was a significant relationship between anxiety levels and nurses' sleep quality.Keywords: COVID-19; nurse; worry; sleep quality ABSTRAK Coronavirus (COVID-19) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) yang menyerang sistem pernapasan telah menyebabkan banyak tenaga kesehatan yang gugur termasuk perawat. Hal ini menimbulkan tingkat kecemasan yang sangat mempengaruhi kualitas tidur perawat di masa pandemi COVID-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat kecemasan dengan kualitas tidur perawat di masa pandemi COVID-19. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Subyek penelitian adalah 20 perawat yang dipilih dengan teknik total population sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HRS-A) dan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Data dianaisis menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 45% perawat memiliki kecemasan sangat berat, dengan kualitas tidur buruk. Hasil analisis menunjukka p-value = 0,021. Selanjutnya disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kecemasan dengan kualitas tidur perawat.Kata kunci: COVID-19; perawat; kecemasan; kualitas tidur

Abstract

Keselamatan pasien (patient safety) adalah masalah kesehatan yang menjadi perhatian global, tujuan utama keselamatan pasien adalah untuk mencegah hal-hal yang merugikan pasien serta mengatasi dampak yang tidak dapat dihindarkan efek samping. Sasaran keselamatan pasien (patient safety) meliputi identifikasi pasien, komunikasi efektif, keamanan obat-obatan yang diwaspadai, memastika lokasi pembedahan, (prosedur dan tepat pasien), mengurangi resiko infeksi dan mengurangi resiko cedera akibat pasien jatuh. Maka berdasarkan analisis Tim Pengabdi di Rumkit Tk. II Dr.Prof. J. A. Latumeten untuk memberikan sosialisasi sasaran keselamatan pasien dengan sasaran adalah perawat dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab. Adapun hasil terkait pengetahuan perawat tentang sasaran keselamatan pasien meningkat (post-test) 94%. Pengetahuan dominan baik, pemahaman masing – masing pribadi inilah kemudian diharapkan dapat diimplementasikan dalam asuhan keperawatan pasien dalam mengidentifikasi pasien dengan benar, mengurangi resiko infeksi dengan kepatuhan mencuci tangan 5 moment serta mengurangi resiko cedera lebih baik lagi guna meningkatkan mutu pelayana.

Abstract

Anxiety faced by stroke sufferers is a serious problem. Health education can be used to overcome anxiety in stroke sufferers. Objective: to determine the effect of health education on the anxiety level of stroke patients at Laburan Baji Hospital, Makassar. The research design used was a pre-experimental study with the One Group Pre Post Experiment type. The population was stroke patients who were treated at Laburan Baji Makassar General Hospital, totaling 123 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 30 people. The instrument in this research is a questionnaire. The analysis showed that the majority experienced severe anxiety, namely 18 people (60.0%) during the pretest. posttest results showed a decrease in respondents with severe anxiety, namely 7 respondents (23.3%). Wilcoxon test with a value of p = 0.001 which means that there is an effect of providing health education on the anxiety level of stroke patients.

Abstract

Nurses are medical officers in hospitals who have an important role in monitoring patient conditions, being involved in planning patient care, and providing interventions in disease management. Current conditions, the role of public health nurses has not been implemented in its entirety. The aim of this research is to analyze public perceptions of the role of nurses as providers of health services. This research was carried out at the Segeri Health Center, Kel. Segeri Kec. Segeri Kab. Pangkep with purposive sampling. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire regarding public perceptions of the role of nurses which includes the role of nurses as service providers, educators/counselors, case finders, role models/role models, coordinators/collaborators. Univariate data analysis was carried out with the aim of explaining or describing the characteristics of each variable. The research results show that there are good perceptions of respondents regarding the role of nurses, which includes the role of nurses as service providers, educators/counselors, case finders, role models/role models, coordinators/collaborators.

Abstract

The Nursing Care Guide (PAK) is a very important resource for the nursing profession in implementing nursing care, because nurses are a profession that performs nursing care for patients 24 hours a day. PPNI as the official organization of nurses has established SDKI, SLKI and SIKI as standards in providing nursing care. The purpose of this activity is to provide SAK and PAK based on SDKI, SLKI and SIKI. The method used is lectures and discussions, lectures related to the problems found and discussions related to the preparation of SAK and PAK. Participants numbered 20 people consisting of nursing students and heads of rooms. As a result of the activity, SAK and PAK were arranged which consisted of 13 medical diagnoses and 28 nursing diagnoses.

Abstract

Penurunan kondisi yang dihadapi pasien stroke menyebabkan masalah psikologis baru yaitu depresi. Masalah baru yang muncul berdampak pada durasi tidur penderitanya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan untuk menganalisa ada atau tidaknya hubungan tingkat depresi dengan durasi tidur pada pasien stroke. Pada penelitian ini penggunaan jenis penelitian non-eksperimental cross sectional dipilih untuk menganalisa. Teknik sampling dengan cara consecutive sampling dan didapatkan sebanyak 32 responden. Kuesioner Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression merupakan instrument untuk menilai tingkat depresi responden. Hasil dianalisa menggunakan uji statistik Chi-Square. Mayoritas responden penelitian berjenis kelamin perempuan (62,5%) berada pada rentang usia 64-70 tahun (28,1%) dengan Pendidikan terakhir SMA (62,5%). Mayoritas responden mengalami depresi berat dengan durasi tidur kategori pendek yaitu 11 responden. (34,37%). Hasil uji statistic diperoleh nilai p = 0,000. Nilai ini menunjukkan ada hubungan tingkat depresi dengan durasi tidur pada pasien stroke di Rumah Sakit Stella Maris Makassar. Hasil nilai positif menunjukkan semakin berat kategori depresi maka menyebabkan durasi tidur yang pendek.

Abstract

Lama antrian dan waktu tunggu pelayanan masih menjadi masalah pasien dan berdampak pada kepuasan pasien. Dampak lama antrian dan waktu tunggu pelayanan memicu masalah ketidak nyaman seperti jenuh, marah, risiko penyebaran infeksi penyakit serta banyak masyarakat memilih berobat ke Rumah sakit lain. Penyebab lama antrian dan waktu tunggu pelayanan salah satunya ada pada sistem rujukan serta antrian di loket yang terlalu panjang. Tujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan implementasi mobile JKN dengan lama antrian dan waktu tunggu pelayanan di Rumkit Tk.II.Prof.dr.J.A.Latumeten. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan one shot case study. Data yang dikumpulkan akan dianalisis menggunakan statistic deskriptif inferensial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pasien yang terdaftar dalam kunjungan di rumah sakit dan terdaftar sebagai peserta yang menggunakan layanan JKN di Rumkit Tk. II.Prof Dr. J.A. Latutemen berjumlah 3415 dengan sampel 170. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data primer dimana data diperoleh dari lembar kuesioner penggunaan aplikasi Mobile JKN yang telah valid (>0,361) dan reliabel (0,88). Data diambil juga melalui observasi layanan melalui Aplikasi Mobile JKN dan Aplikasi Monitoring LARAS. Uji Analisa bivariate menggunakan Nonparametrik Wilcoxon Sign Test. Terdapat perbedaan yang siginifkan setelah penunjukan Duta mobile JKN, dengan nilai p value = 0,003. Skor mencapai keberhasilan 88 %. Hal ini terjadi karena adanya kondisi berubahan layanan dari ofline ke layanan online berbasis teknologi, yakni Pendaftaran Pasien menggunakan aplikasi Mobile JKN. Ada hubungan implementasi mobile JKN dengan lama antrian dan waktu tunggu pelayanan di Rumkit Tk.II.Prof.dr.J.A.Latumeten.

Abstract

TK Negeri 01 Ambon is an early childhood education institution located in Ambon City, Maluku Province. One of the primary focuses of this school is promoting hand health through good and effective hand-washing habits. However, the institution faces a challenge: many children lack awareness about the importance of washing their hands properly. This lack of awareness can increase the risk of disease transmission, particularly in a crowded school environment. The goal of this educational initiative is to enhance children’s understanding of proper hand-washing techniques and to encourage the adoption of good hygiene practices. This, in turn, aims to reduce the incidence of infectious diseases and improve the overall health of children in Ambon City. To achieve this, the program employs interactive lectures, question-and-answer sessions, prize distribution, and direct demonstrations using video media and songs that teach proper hand-washing methods. The results indicate that community service activities centered around education on effective hand-washing, conducted through engaging and suitable methods, can boost knowledge among kindergarten children by 95%. It is hoped that this initiative will not only raise awareness but will also encourage a culture of cleanliness in the children’s daily lives, ultimately helping to prevent the spread of diseases
