Abstract

Penelitian ini menemukan strategi dan cara untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja guru dengan meneliti kekuatan hubungan produktivitas kerja dengan kepemimpinan visioner, iklim organisasi dan kreativitas. Menggunakan desain Sequential Explanatory, dengan metode statistik korelasional dan analisis SITOREM untuk menentukan prioritas dan rekomendasi indikator yang perlu diperbaiki. Sample penelitian Sejumlah 252 orang guru PNS di SMP Negeri Kota Depok. Hasil penelitian kuantitatif menemukan bahwa semua variabel mempunyai hubungan positif yang signifikan secara sendiri-sendiri menunjukan kuat sedangkan secara bersama-sama sangat kuat dengan produktivitas kerja, berdasarkan tahap analisis Scientific Identification Theory to Conduct Operation Research in Education Management (SITOREM), dapat diidentifikasi kekuatan pengaruh antara variabel penelitian, dan didasarkan pada bobot dari masing-masing indikator yang berasal dari variabel bebas yang memiliki kontribusi terbesar, maka diperoleh urutan prioritas indikator-indikator yang perlu segera diperbaiki dan yang perlu untuk tetap dipertahankan.

Abstract

In educational institutions, teachers are a core part of the management element. Teacher Performance Assessment is an assessment of each item of the teacher's main task activities in the context of career development, rank, and position. This assessment is carried out through observation and monitoring. Observation is a process of collecting teacher performance data which is carried out through direct observation of how the teacher works when delivering learning material or guidance in class to students. Observations consist of before observations, during observations and after observations.The implementation of the main task of a teacher cannot be separated from the ability of a teacher in mastering knowledge, skills, and attitudes in carrying out their duties as professional educators. This is a manifestation of the required competencies as regulated in Permendiknas Number 16 of 2007 concerning Academic Qualification Standards and Teacher Competencies. In order to improve teacher performance, research is needed to obtain good information about other variables that can be used to improve teacher performance.The purpose of this study is to make efforts to improve teacher performance by conducting research on the influence between teamwork, interpersonal communication, adversity quotient and work motivation. This study uses the path analysis method (path analysis) to determine the effect between the variables studied and the SITOREM method for indicator analysis in order to obtain optimal solutions in an effort to improve teacher performance. The population of this study were 289 teachers of SMK PGRI in Bogor Regency. From the population, samples were taken using the Slovin formula and a sample of 168 people was obtained.The results of the analysis using the path analysis method show that there is a positive influence between teamwork and teacher performance with a large effect of ?z1 = 0.418 so that strengthening teamwork can improve teacher performance. There is a positive influence between interpersonal communication and teacher performance with a large effect of ?z2 = 0.398 so that the strengthening of interpersonal communication can improve teacher performance. There is a positive influence between adversity quotient and teacher performance with a large effect of ?z3 = 0.445 so that strengthening adversity quotient can improve teacher performance. There is a positive influence between work motivation and teacher performance with a large effect of ?z4 = 0.419 so that strengthening work motivation can improve teacher performance.From the SITOREM analysis, the optimal solution is obtained, namely from the 27 indicators studied there are 14 indicators that are in good condition so that these indicators only need to be maintained or developed, and there are 13 indicators that are still weak and need to be improved. Improvements to indicators that are still weak are complemented by a priority order for their handling. Good indicators are: 1) Ownership, 2) Resilience, 3) Achievement, 4) Job attachment, 5) Good supervision, 6) Adequate rewards, 7) Trust, 8) Harmony, 9) Completeness, 10) Empathy , 11) Openness, 12) Positivity, 13) Work Productivity and 14) Quantity of Work Results Indicators that need to be improved in order of priority for handling are as follows: 1st Control, 2nd Authenticity, 3rd Desire to get appreciation and recognition, 4th Job Guarantee, 5th Desire for power, 6th Accountability, 7th Group Goal Orientation, 8th Coordination, 9th Support, 10th Equality, 11th Quality of Work, 12th Work Effectiveness, 13th Work Efficiency.

Abstract

Schooling is social institution needed to produce educational products and services, which useful for the existence of individual, community, or nation and state. In the term of economic of education, education production processes consume resources which scarce or limited, so education stakeholders should be capable to use the available resources effectively and efficiently. Educational results can be categories as consumption and investment. As consumption, the results are immediately and directly enjoyable, called “outputs”. While as investment, education give benefits indirectly and in the long term continuously, named “outcomes”. Also the results can be differentiating as economic valued outputs and non-economic valued outputs. The first one is outputs which potentially useful to get financial or monetary advantages, as knowledge and skills. While the second one is benefits which can not be measured as money, like friendship, happiness etc. The calculation of economical education results carried out by formulas: the earnings differentials, net present value, or internal rate of return, etc. This computation is very important to make decision or consideration in choose and continue study, to explain manpower condition, and to improve education program to meet with manpower demand.

Abstract

The Head of School as head of the school is a contributing factor to success in efforts to strengthen governance, accountability, and public image. This success is not independent of competence and ability in tasks, roles, and functions. Providing primary service to all school citizens, optimizing the empowerment and development of the school citizen, focusing on performance and growth, and impacting school progress and society, this leadership is called serving leadership. Based on preliminary research, it is known that the head of a private SMK school in the Bogor district has not optimally demonstrated serving leadership. This research aims to produce ways and strategies for strengthening leadership serves by analyzing the influence of positive and dominant influence variables on serving leadership. The research uses the POP-HRM approach (Modeling and Management Resource Enhancement Optimization) with SITOREM analysis to produce optimal solutions from existing solutions. Implications of the research are, that if serving leadership wants to be empowered then it requires the development of adversity intelligence, proactive personality, teamwork, and increased commitment to the organization, as well as work motivation.

Abstract

Teachers who successfully carry out their main duties as stated in their job descriptions plus the awareness of doing something extra are the key to organizational success. Extra activities that are not directly related to the formal reward system in place are called OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior). Based on preliminary research, it is known that permanent foundation teachers (GTY) of PGRI Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Bogor Regency have relatively low OCB. Therefore, research is needed to obtain information on variables related to increasing OCB. The aim of this research is to make efforts to increase vocational school teachers' OCB by conducting research on the influence of knowledge management variables, self-efficacy adversity intelligence, organizational culture and work motivation. This research uses the path analysis method to determine the influence between the variables studied and the SITOREM method for indicator analysis in order to obtain optimal solutions in efforts to increase vocational school teachers' OCB.

Abstract

Revitalisasi kegiatan kemasyarakatan adalah upaya nyata dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kegiatan yang sudah dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat, adapun kegiatan tersebut meliputi pelatihan kepemimpinan dan kepeloporan, pelatihan teknologi tepat guna, optimalisasi POSYANDU dan PAUD dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Revitalisasi ini perlu dilaksanakan seiring program pemerintah dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang sejahterah, berdasarkan fakta di lapangan peran warga masyarakat belum optimal dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan. Terkait hal demikian itu, maka perlu adanya sebuah pelatihan dan bimbingan untuk revitalisasi kegiatan sosial bagi masyarakat. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan optimalisasi kegiatan sosial kepada warga kelurahan abadijaya agar mampu memberikan layanan sosial khusus nya bagi kader penggerak. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan partisipatif atau Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan melibatkan kelompok masyarakat. PAR dilaksanakan secara parsipatif dalam kelompok masyarakat bertujuan mendapatkan pengetahuan praktis untuk perubahan hidup yang lebih baik. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan kompetensi kader penggerak, Efektivitas kegiatan pelatihan kepemimpinan dan kepeloporan, pelatihan teknologi tepat guna, optimalisasi POSYANDU dan PAUD dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang diharapkan mampu menciptakan kesejahteraan warga kelurahan abadijaya.

Abstract

Pengolahan makanan adalah upaya untuk memanfaatkan makanan secara sehat dan hygienis dengan pemanfaatan teknologi, warga masyarakat belum optimal memiliki pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam mengolah dan inovasi olahan makanan. Terkait hal demikian itu, maka perlu adanya sebuah pelatihan dan bimbingan untuk meningkatkan nilai manfaat dan nilai kesehatan bagi masyarakat. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan optimalisasi olahan produk kepada warga kelurahan abadijaya agar mitra lebih produktif dan mampu memanfaatkan bahan-bahan yang ada di sekitar mereka. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan partisipatif atau Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan melibatkan kelompok masyarakat. PAR dilaksanakan secara parsipatif dalam kelompok masyarakat bertujuan mendapatkan pengetahuan praktis untuk perubahan hidup yang lebih baik. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah produksi makanan olahan yang sehat dan hygienis. Dari evaluasi kemampuan yang dilakukan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan mengolah makanan menjadi sebuah inovasi produk. Respon masyarakat terhadap pelatihan keterampilan pengolahan makanan adalah baik dan menyatakan bahwa produk tersebut layak untuk dikembangkan, bukan saja karena bahannya mudah diperoleh, akan tetapi juga mudah proses pembuatannya. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat karena memiliki kemampuan untuk mengolah makanan menjadi olahan aneka kue yang cantik, sekaligus mendorong jiwa wirausaha mitra agar lebih produktif sehingga mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat.

Abstract

The intensity of systemic linkages and synergy of teachers, students, curriculum and learning materials, media, facilities and learning systems in producing optimal learning processes and outcomes in accordance with curricular demands, this is what is meant by quality of learning. The quality of learning is an important element related to achieving educational goals. From various educational development reports, it is known that the quality of mathematics learning at private vocational schools in Bogor Regency is not as expected, both for educational goals and competency demands. Therefore, research is needed to obtain information on variables related to improving the quality of learning. The aim of this research is to carry out strategies and ways to improve the quality of learning by conducting research on the influence of the variables of pedagogical competence, effectiveness of project based learning (PjBL), creativity, achievement motivation and learning quality. Abstract

Customer perceptions regarding the comparison between fulfilling needs and desires and the accuracy of delivery to balance customer expectations which are closely related to the quality of products, services and human resources are called Service Quality. Teachers are the main aspect and key determinant of successful learning, policy implementation and creative, innovative efforts, as well as the democratization of education. Teachers are the main players and spearheads in the world of education. Therefore, the existence of programs that concretely always support, accompany and help to continue to develop the personal and professional qualities of teachers is a guarantee for brilliant education. Based on preliminary research, it is known that the permanent foundation teachers (GTY) of PGRI Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Bogor Regency have relatively suboptimal service quality. Therefore, research is needed to obtain information on variables related to improving service quality. The aim of this research is to make efforts to improve the quality of service for vocational school teachers by conducting research on the influence of the variables knowledge management, interpersonal communication, organizational support and job satisfaction. This research uses the path analysis method to determine the influence between the variables studied and the SITOREM method for indicator analysis in order to obtain optimal solutions in an effort to improve the quality of vocational school teacher services.
