Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, and Extending (CORE) berbantuan LKPD terhadap kreativitas matematis siswa kelas VII pada materi segitiga. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Semarang tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Pemilihan sampel dengan cara cluster random sampling, diperoleh siswa VII E sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII H sebagai kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen diajar dengan model pembelajaran CORE berbantuan LKPD, sedangkan kelas kontrol diajar dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Pengambilan data diperoleh dengan metode dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan data awal berupa nilai ulangan tengah semester genap matematika dan metode tes untuk memperoleh kreativitas matematis siswa yang kemudian dianalisis dengan uji ketuntasan dan uji kesamaan dua rata-rata. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) kreativitas matematis siswa kelas eksperimen mencapai ketuntasan belajar, baik ketuntasan individual maupun ketuntasan klasikal; dan (2) kreativitas matematis siswa kelas eksperimen lebih baik daripada kelas kontrol. Peneliti menyarankan bahwa model pembelajaran CORE berbantuan LKPD dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif model pembelajaran untuk menumbuhkembangkan kreativitas matematis siswa.

Abstract

The curriculum serves as a learning program to accomplish institutional goals in educational institutions, making it crucial in developing high-quality schools. Meanwhile, People are constantly condescending toward madrasah. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the planning and implementation of the curriculum at MI Al Mukhlisin, Bandung Regency. In this study, methods like documentation, interviews, and observation were used. In an effort to examine the data, data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusions are then used. According to the study's findings, students at MI Al Mukhlisin had to actively participate in their learning, and the curriculum there gave practical knowledge precedence over theoretical. The research suggestion in the study is the implementation of Kurrikulum Merdeka for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah ( Islamic Elementary School) in the future

Abstract

Using a case study at the YPIB Majalengka Nursing Academy, the purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of education personnel at Vocational Colleges in Majalengka. This study used 21 saturated samples. Quantitative methods process data from questionnaires before being converted into numerical data using a Likert scale. The results of the work motivation coefficient table show that the t-score value is 2.163> ttable 1.708 and a significant value of 0.040 <0.05, so Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, indicating that motivation has an effect. The results showed that motivation has a significant impact on the performance of employees of the YPIB Majalengka Nursing Academy. A high level of motivation indicates a need for achievement, which means that high motivation will be essential to improve employee performance at Majalengka Vocational College.

Abstract

Student academic achievement is influenced by various factors, including the effectiveness of principal supervision and teacher motivation in the learning process. This study aims to analyze the influence of principal supervision as an instructional leadership function and teacher motivation on student academic achievement. A quantitative approach with a survey design was employed. The sample consisted of 44 respondents, including grade IV, V, and VI teachers as well as grade V students from several elementary schools in Cirebon Regency. Data were collected through observation, interviews, document analysis, and questionnaires, and were statistically analyzed using the product-moment correlation formula. The results indicate that: (1) principal supervision has a positive effect on student academic achievement, contributing 55.4%; (2) teacher motivation also positively affects student achievement, contributing 53.8%; and (3) there is a significant simultaneous effect of both principal supervision and teacher motivation on student academic achievement, as indicated by a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis. This study provides empirical evidence highlighting the importance of principals’ supervisory roles and the enhancement of teacher motivation in improving student learning outcomes. The findings suggest the need for leadership training programs for principals and professional development initiatives for teachers as key strategies to improve the quality of education at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the forms, effectiveness, and challenges of service differentiation strategies implemented by SMP IT Al-Muhsinin Integrated Islamic Junior High School, located in a semi-urban area. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The findings reveal that SMP IT Al-Muhsinin applies differentiation strategies through the integration of national and Islamic curricula, a humanistic learning approach, contextual extracurricular activities based on Islamic values, and responsive administrative services. These strategies have been proven to increase public trust and student enrollment, while also shaping a positive image as a modern Islamic educational institution. Nevertheless, their implementation faces several challenges, including limited facilities, disparities in teachers’ competencies, and the diverse social backgrounds of the community. This study recommends strengthening infrastructure, enhancing teacher capacity, and developing adaptive educational communication strategies aligned with the local context as steps for further improvement.
