Abstract

The purpose of this study  to determine the influence of product quality partially to purchase decision, to determine the influence of place partially to purchase decision, to determine the influence of prices partially purchase decision, and to determine the influence of quality, place, and price on the purchase decision second clothes at Aviari Second Market in Batam City. The type of research used is quantitative with associative properties. Analytical technique used to test the hypothesis with multiple linear regression analysis. The sample of research is 145 people by using accidental sampling technique. The result of this research is the quality of the product partially significant influence on the purchase decision with sig 0.007 <0.05, the place partially significant influence on the purchase decision with sig 0.023 <0.05, the price partially significant influence on purchasing decision sig 0.000 <0.05, and based on F test results, product quality, place and price simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decision with sig 0.000 <0,05.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic has made changes in various ways, one of which is changing consumer behavior in shopping. Many things influence consumer decisions in online shopping, one of which is cultural and social factors, where this study aims to determine the cultural and social influences on online shopping decisions during the Covid 19 pandemic. The research method uses quantitative with an associative approach, where the sampling technique uses purposive sampling, in order to obtain 72 residents of MK. Paradise Housing as a sample and then analyzed using multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. All data were analyzed using IBM SPSS version 26. Where the results of this study 1) Culture influences online shopping decisions, 2) Social has a significant effect on online shopping decisions, and 3) Culture and social simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision to shop online amid the Covid 19 pandemic. Pandemi Covid 19 membuat perubahan dalam berbagai hal, salah satunya perubahan perilaku konsumen dalam berbelanja. Banyak hal yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam berbelanja online salah satunya faktor budaya dan sosial, dimana penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya dan sosial terhadap keputusan berbelanja online dimasa Pandemi Covid 19. Metode peneitian mengunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif, dimana teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 72 orang warga Perumahan MK. Paradise sebagai sampel dan selanjutnya dianalisa secara regresi linear berganda, uji t, dan uji F. Seluruh data dioalah menggunakan bantuan IBM SPSS versi 26. Dimana hasil dari penelitian ini 1) Budaya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berbelanja online, 2) Sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berbelanja online, dan 3) Budaya dan sosial secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berbelanja online pada masa Pandemi Covid 19.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, facilities and location on the decision to stay at Travelodge Hotel Batam. This research was conducted with a survey approach consisting of variables of service quality (X1), facilities (X2), location (X3) and decision to stay (Y). The sample used in this study amounted to 97 respondents. Statements were given using a questionnaire distributed through Random Sampling technique and the data analysis methods used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test,. The data collected through the questionnaire was processed using the application of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. The test results are (1). The service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on the stay decision variable where the significance level is 0.000 < 0.05, (2). Facilities have no positive and significant effect on the decision to stay where the significance level is 0.822 > 0.05, (3). Location has a positive and significant effect on the decision to stay where the significance level is 0.000 < 0.05, (4). Quality of service, facilities, simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to stay where the significance level is 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi bahwa kinerja karyawan karyawan merupakan aspek penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan suatu organisasi dan perusahaan. Gaya kepemimpinan, kualitas sumber daya manusia dan profesionalisme merupakan salah satu faktor dalam menghasilkan kinerja yang berhasil, khususnya pada PT. PERWIRA ADIKA TRIA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif karena data yang dikumpulkan karena data yang dikumpul berdasarkan hasil kuesioner langsung dari responden  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. PERWIRA ADIKA TRIA, yang berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, kualitas sumber daya manusia, dan profesionalisme tidak semua berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas kerja secara parsial. Secara parsial hanya variabel kualitas sumber daya manusia yang tidak berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan karena nilai dari signifikansinya lebih besar dari 0.05 yaitu sebesar 0,087. Pengujian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, kualitas sumber daya manusia, dan profesionalisme berpengaruh dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap efektivitas kerja. Hal berarti korelasi antara gaya kepemimpinan, kualitas sumber daya manusia dan profesionalisme terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam model regresi sebesar  63,3% dan kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi variabel bebas gaya kepemimpinan, kualitas sumber daya manusia dan profesionalisme, sisanya 36,7% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian.

Abstract

Work performance is the output of the work of its members in achieving the goals of an organization. Because the performance variable is so important, there are many other variables that affect the performance, one of which is personality, work environment and communication. So this study aims to determine the effect of personality, work environment and communication on work performance. This study used all employees of PT. Manunggal Maju Jaya as a sample. Furthermore, data analysis in this study using SmartPls version 2.0 software. Where the results of the study show that there is a significant effect of each personality variable and work environment on work performance, while the communication variable does not have a significant effect on work performance

Abstract

 Lancarnya suatu perekonomian ditentukan oleh kempuan membeli dan kemampuan menjual dari suatu produk. Penjualan merupakan masalah yang paling menarik untuk diteliti dimana tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kulaitas pelayanan, persepsi harga, dan kualitas produk terhadap penjualan mobil Toyota Yaris di Wilayah Batam. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 82 orang sebagai sempel. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan hasilnya diolah dengan SPSS versi 20 dan dianalisis dengan analisa regresi linear berganda yang hasil persamaannya Y= 4,962 + 0,300X1 +0,282X2 + 0,231X3. Selanjutnya dilakukan Uji t dan Uji F untuk menguji hipotesisnya sehingga diperoleh hasil: 1) kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penjualan (Sig 0,024 0,05), 2) persepsi harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penjualan (sig 0,015 0,05), 3) kualitas produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penjualan (sig 0,027 0,05), dan 4) kualiatas pelayanan, persepsi harga, dan kualitas produk secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penjualan (sig 0,000 0,05). Keywords: Kualitas Pelayanan, Persepsi Harga, Kualitas Produk, dan Penjualan

Abstract

Employee contributions that exceed their job descriptions or exceed the demands of their roles in the company are part of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Once the importance of OCB in achieving company goals makes us interested in research with the aim of providing recommendations for OCB antecedent models and solutions to these models at PT. Sejahtera Usaha Bersama (PT. SUB). This study uses a literature review method. Where the results of this study are recommendations for OCB antecedent models for PT. SUB, namely organizational communication, servant leadership, organizational commitment, job motivation, employee age, and organizational culture, it is hoped that these antecedents can strengthen the OCB dimensions, namely altruism, courtesy, sportsmanship, civic virtue and conscientiousness. And there are 6 solutions that we offer to PT. SUB.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari belum optimalnya basis kompetensi profesisional guru PAUD sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini berupaya untuk menemukan kaitan pengembangan SDM guru PAUD berbasis kompetensi professional dengan upaya strategis pengembangan SDM yang bertujuan menemukan model pengembangan SDM guru PAUD. Penelitian menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Dimana hasil penelitian menunjukan kompetensi profesional seperti keyakinan, nilai moral, karakteristik kepribadian, isu emosional, sikap professional, pengetahuan dasar, dan kemampuan intelektual memiliki peranan penting sehingga perlu dilakukan pengembangan SDM, dimana membutuhkan upaya strategis dari tiga kategori yaitu  guru itu sendiri, rekan kerja maupun pihak sekolah. Upaya pengembangan SDM bisa dilakukan dengan pendampingan, pelatihan, study banding, workshop, pendidikan, kredensial berbasis kompetensi, pengembangan berbasis pengalaman, lesson study, upaya dari sisi kesejahtraan professional maupun meminimalkan stres dari guru PAUD dan pada penelitian ini tergambar model pengembangan SDM guru PAUD berbasis kompetensi professional. Kaitan, upaya strategis, dan model yang ditemukan memiliki dampak dalam memaksimalkan basis kompetensi profesional guru PAUD

Abstract

The role of management is very important in moving the organization, where through the management process is expected to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. Effective means indicating that the objectives can be achieved in accordance with the planning, while efficient means that the tasks at hand are carried out correctly, organized and on schedule. It shows students need role of management that the result of this dedication activities are students unserstand the basic concepts of management in an organization to students majoring in accounting at SMK Permata Harapan, especially class XII. Therefore, our dedication brings goals to carry out activities to educate on the basics management organizations for their softskill knowledge of basic management concepts which is useful as a provision in finding a job. The method of this dedication activities use the method starting from the review, preparation, implementation of activities, evaluation and publication. The results of this dedication activities are students understand the basic concepts of management, improve their knowledge and resources in management and achieve organizational goals.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to be able to see the influence of information  quality and trust towards online buying decision case studies on student’s social media Instagram STMIK GICI Batam. This study design using quantitative methods the hypothesis by using SPSS 20 with multiple linear regression analysis.The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the total sample of 55 students in STMIK GICI Batam. The result of this research is the quality of information have significant influence to the purchasing decision (Sig 0,002 <0,05), trust significantly influence to purchasing decision (Sig 0,003 <0,05), and quality of information and trust simultaneously influence to purchase decision (Sig 0,000 <0,05) online through social media users instagram STMIK GICI Batam students.
