Abstract

One challenge for the development of SMEs is the lack of access to financial institutions and markets, so it is difficult for SMEs to develop. Difficult access to financial resources will impact the limitations of business expansion which has an impact on the weakness to expand business volume. On the other hand, weak market access also impacts the small size of the market controlled by IKM, which impacts the slight growth in product demand. The weakness factor attached to IKM is the direct access to business development. This service program is intended to provide knowledge on how to manage relational capital for IKM businesses so that they will be able to grow in the long term. Especially for IKM weaving in Towale village, a tourist village being developed by the Dongggala Regency government. Implementation time is one month. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze merger and its implications for employee motivation and productivity at Bank Syariah Indonesia. The type of research used is explanatory research. The research is conducted at Bank Syariah Indonesia in Palu City Area, the respondents in this study are employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Palu City. The sampling technique used by the author is non-probability sampling. The type of non-probability sampling used in this study is saturated sampling or often called census. So, the sample in this study is the entire population taken, namely all employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia Palu Area, totaling 126 employees. Data analysis in this study uses structural equation modeling through path analysis. The results show that merger has a significant effect on employee motivation at Bank Syariah Indonesia. Merger has a significant effect on productivity at Bank Syariah Indonesia. Motivation has a significant effect on productivity at Bank Syariah Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian ini di tujukan kepada para santri bagaimana usaha yang ada untuk dikembangkan dengan melihat kondisi di pondok pesantren dan diluar pesantren, beberapa jenis usaha dipondok pesantren seperti jual beli pupuk, ternak sapi, dan kantin. Pengelola Pondok melibatkan para santri dalam membantu pengelolaannya, sembari menimbah ilmu agama dan ilmu lainnya dipondok pesantren. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dengan cara sosialisasi kepada para santri untuk diberikan pemahaman bagaimana mengembangkan bisnis atau usaha yang ada. Proses pengembangannya dengan cara melihat kondisi kebutuhan pasar serta mencari pemecahan masalah dan solusi ada, inilah yang akan diketahui para santri, agar bisa mengembangkan usaha, dan ketika mereka selesai mengenyam pendidikan bisa melanjutkan usaha tersebut atau menjadi bekal ilmu jika ada santri yang ingin studi lanjut.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial leadership telah mendapatkan momentum sebagai paradigma penelitian dan praktik baru sehingga pengetahuan tentang dasar teoritis dan konseptualnya menimbulkan banyak pertanyaan. Banyak pertanyaan yang diajukan tentang bagaimana mengembangkan kompetensi kepemimpinan kewirausahaan khususnya pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui entrepreneurial leadership dari perspektif gender mahasiswa Universitas Tadulako yang tersebar di Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui uji komparasi dan statistik deskriptif terkait dengan entrepreneurial leadership mahasiswa dari perspektif gender di Universitas Tadulako. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari observasi, penyebaran kuesioner, dan dokumentasi penelitian. Hasil uji komparasi pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa wirausaha laki-laki dan perempuan di Universitas Tadulako yang tersebar di Kota Palu memiliki jiwa atau gaya kepemimpinan wirausaha yang sama, sedangkan hasil statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa secara umum mahasiswa wirausaha laki-laki dan perempuan di Universitas Tadulako kurang berani mengambil risiko dalam menjalankan usahanya. Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide strengthening and understanding of the importance of tourism villages for the community in Towale Village, Donggala Regency. In 2023, Towale Village was selected to be included in the top 75 national tourist villages at the Anugrah Desa Wisata (ADWI) organized by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf). The research methodology involved active collaboration with local stakeholders, including the village government, local entrepreneurs and the local community. The main steps included identification of existing tourism resources, SWOT analysis, and joint strategic planning to develop sustainable tourism attractions as well as monitoring and evaluation on program implementation.The results showed great potential in developing various aspects of the tourist attraction, including natural beauty, cultural heritage, and local experiences. Through various activities, such as tourism management training, local promotion, and infrastructure development, this assistance encourages various initiatives aimed at improving the quality of the tourist experience.

Abstract

Human resource management is the main factor in carrying out activities. The Regional General Hospital of Morowali district is the largest in Morowali district, which has many civil servants. With the large number of employees, of course, they have very high activity in serving the community. If activity is too high, it will affect employee performance. Furthermore, performance will affect other activities, such as delays in the patient handling process and miscommunication between nurses, medical staff, and other health workers. This dramatically influences a harmonious work atmosphere and can affect employee performance. Excessive workload (work overload), such as the high responsibility that must be maintained by every employee in serving and caring for patients, is also a pressure felt by every employee. With the emergence of higher workloads, employees will feel that the work demands are burdensome, and the behavior of superiors who sometimes pressure employees will make them feel like they are experiencing work stress.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM), khususnya para pelaku usaha, dalam upaya mengembangkan inovasi produk kuliner di Desa Lanona, Kabupaten Morowali. Desa ini dipilih karena memiliki potensi sumber daya alam berupa bahan baku yang mendukung produk kuliner lokal khas Morowali, yaitu "Ranggina." Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membekali pelaku usaha dengan keterampilan manajemen usaha, kreativitas, serta kemampuan inovatif dalam menciptakan produk kuliner. Melalui rangkaian kegiatan berupa workshop dan pendampingan, diharapkan para pelaku usaha di Desa Lanona dapat meningkatkan wawasan mereka terkait pengelolaan potensi kuliner lokal dan menciptakan produk yang lebih inovatif. Pelaksanaan program dimulai dengan identifikasi potensi bahan baku serta jenis kuliner yang dapat dikembangkan di desa tersebut, dilanjutkan dengan analisis kebutuhan dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat setempat. Program ini juga mencakup pemberian pengetahuan tentang teknik pengolahan produk agar memiliki tekstur yang lebih baik serta menciptakan variasi produk yang praktis dan ekonomis. Selain itu, pendampingan langsung akan dilakukan untuk memastikan para pelaku usaha dapat mengimplementasikan keterampilan yang telah mereka peroleh. Luaran yang diharapkan dari program ini meliputi peningkatan keterampilan SDM dan pelaku usaha dalam mengelola produk kuliner yang berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan mereka. Dengan demikian, program pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan potensi kuliner di Desa Lanona serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan pelaku usaha melalui SDM yang lebih inovatif dan kreatif

Abstract

This study used a quantitative method with the Nims Shop fashion store in Palu City as the object. The sample of 120 respondents was determined using a purposive sampling method using Roscoe's theory. Primary data was collected through a Google form questionnaire distributed through social media. Data analysis used partial least squares (PLS) to examine the relationship between product quality, the role of influencers, purchasing decisions, and consumer satisfaction. The results showed that product quality and the role of influencers significantly influence purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction. Product quality not only plays a direct role in increasing satisfaction but also influences influencer perceptions, which impact purchasing decisions. Thus, an effective marketing strategy should consider both product quality and the role of influencers to increase consumer satisfaction.
