Abstract

Acts of violence in the world of education are currently an issue that is widely discussed because it has become quite an alarming phenomenon. On this basis, universities as institutions that have the role of providing enlightenment to the public must provide knowledge to the public regarding the prevention of violence in the world of education. This service activity aims to provide training to prevent bullying to school residents, especially teachers at SDN 1505 Pasir Julu. The method used in this training consists of an introductory phase, a formulation and solution phase, an implementation phase and a monitoring and evaluation phase. Meanwhile, the subjects in this training were teachers, student representatives, school committee and parent representatives at SD 1505 Pasir Julu. Based on the results of the analysis carried out after the implementation of the activities, the results obtained include (1). Prior to the implementation of the training, students, teachers, school committees and parent representatives did not know much about the concept of bullying in the world of education. (2). After being given structured training, information was obtained to increase knowledge and produce creative plans to prevent bullying at SDN 1505 Pasir Julu. The conclusion of this service activity is that violence prevention training is an effective effort to provide knowledge to school residents to increase awareness of bullying prevention in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the increase in the price of basic necessities on the level of community expenditure in Sitada-tada Village, Sihapas Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency and to measure how much the price increase contributes to changes in community expenditure. The study used a quantitative approach with a population of 333 people in Sitada-tada Village and the sample was determined through probability sampling with a random sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, then analyzed using multiple linear regression and classical assumption tests. The results showed that the increase in the price of basic necessities had a significant effect on the level of community expenditure. This is evidenced by the t-value of 6.367 which is greater than the t-table of 1.687 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. In addition, the contribution of the increase in the price of basic necessities to changes in the level of community expenditure was 52.3%, while the remaining 47.7% was influenced by other factors outside the research variables. These findings indicate that the increase in the price of basic necessities is a dominant factor in determining household expenditure patterns in Sitada-tada Village. Therefore, the higher the price of basic necessities, the higher the community's expenditure to meet their basic needs.

Abstract

Percepatan teknologi digital telah memicu perubahan struktural dalam sektor keuangan, termasuk perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji arah kebijakan dan pelaksanaan sistem informasi dalam pengembangan digital banking syariah yang berpijak pada prinsip maqashid syariah. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui studi literatur dan analisis kebijakan terhadap regulasi, publikasi ilmiah, serta laporan institusi keuangan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan digital banking syariah didorong oleh peran aktif pemerintah melalui KNEKS, OJK, dan Bank Indonesia. Meski demikian, tantangan masih muncul dalam bentuk rendahnya literasi digital publik, keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, serta ketiadaan standar audit syariah berbasis digital. Karena itu, diperlukan kolaborasi strategis antara regulator, pelaku industri, dan akademisi untuk membangun tata kelola digital syariah yang inklusif, aman, dan berkelanjutan. Abstract

This study discusses problems related to religious differences as an obstacle to inheritance according to Indonesian civil law. In the context of civil law, inheritance is regulated by the Civil Code (KUHPerdata) which includes inheritance rights, how inheritance is distributed, and other provisions. This study uses a normative research method with a focus on three main sub-discussions. First, inheritance law in Indonesian civil law which regulates who is entitled to inheritance after someone dies. Second, how to distribute inheritance according to civil law based on descent or family. Third, religious differences as a barrier to inheritance, which refers to a situation where the heirs who have a religion are different from the deceased. This research aims to explore how Indonesian civil law regulates inheritance in the context of religious differences. The results of this study are expected to contribute to understanding the complexity of inheritance involving religious differences and provide recommendations for relevant legal solutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of bullying in rural elementary schools and to develop prevention strategies through a participatory approach in Paranbatu Village. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation involving teachers, students, and parents. The findings indicate that bullying cases in rural elementary schools still frequently occur in the form of teasing, exclusion, and minor physical violence, which are often perceived as normal by the community. The lack of awareness and limited teacher training are identified as the main factors behind the ineffective handling of such cases. Through socialization activities involving teachers, students, and parents, there has been a noticeable improvement in understanding, concern, and collaboration in preventing and addressing bullying. This participatory approach has proven effective in creating a safe and conducive learning environment while strengthening the relationship between schools and families in fostering an anti-bullying culture within rural communities.

Abstract

 This research was conducted among the residents of Paranbatu Village, Padang Lawas Regency, who work primarily as farmers and traders. During the lean season, they continue to meet their daily needs, such as clothing, food, and shelter. In addition, they strive to save and invest to secure their future needs. The study aims to examine how the people of Paranbatu Village manage their family finances from an Islamic perspective. This research employs a qualitative approach with a field research design. The participants were selected purposively, and data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the family financial management strategies include financial planning, saving, investment, and zakat. However, these efforts still face various obstacles and challenges, indicating the need for stronger cooperation among family members to realize the ideal of a sakinah (harmonious and prosperous) family.
