Abstract

E-commerce pada pemasaran sangat berpengaruh pada sistem pemasaran yang efisien karena dalam hal ini pemasaran dalam sebuah media internet dapat membuat sebuah komunikasi maupun jaringan sosial di dalam konsumen yang ingin membeli produk yang hal ini dapat menciptakan suatu metode baru dalam sistem pemasaran pada konsumen yang tertarik pada produk. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan pada Toko Busana Tenun Jaya masih ditemukan permasalahan sistem penjualannya yang hanya menggunakan sistem konvensional. Dikatakan secara konvensional karena belum menggunakan fasilitas komunikasi secara efektif dan efisien dalam menjual barang, misalnya lewat telepon. Metode Waterfall adalah model klasik yang bersifat sistematis, berurutan dalam membangun software. Dari hasil yang saya peroleh dari penelitian tersebut sangat membantu pelanggan berbelanja agar tidak perlu repot-repot datang ke toko tersebut dan bisa berbelanja secara tidak langsung.

Abstract

MAN 1 Bogor City School in the current system is still using a manual system, Students bring cash and paper proof of payment which is then submitted and recorded by the clerk.Students get proof of payment that has been initialed by the clerk.Then the clerk records back in the ledger and copies it to Microsoft Excel.The design of this website-based E-Monic system. Where later this system can be a solution to these problems. The results obtained from testing using two methods of Black Box and White Box testing are that the web-based E Monic Financial Monitoring Information System at MAN 1 Bogor City School which was built both functionally and the structure of the program code can be run properly according to the expected functions even though there are still some features that are not added to complete the existing features. However, in general, the system created has fulfilled the main functions in data processing for the web-based E-Monic Financial Monitoring Information System, such as Create, Read, Update and Delete.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pesatnya penyebaran hoaks dan penipuan digital berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) yang mengancam kelompok dengan literasi digital rendah, khususnya ibu-ibu Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK). Mitra sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah anggota PKK RT 004 RW 003, Ciriung, Cibinong, Bogor, yang berperan sebagai manajer informasi keluarga namun rentan terhadap konten deepfake, penipuan voice cloning, serta hoaks produk kesehatan. Program dilaksanakan melalui penguatan kognitif mengenai literasi AI dan pelatihan praktis enam aplikasi verifikasi, yaitu Turn Back Hoax, Cekfakta.com, BPOM Mobile, WizeUp, Google News, dan Aplikasi Mastel, serta penerapan prosedur sederhana S.A.R.I.N.G. (Stop, Check, Evaluate, Action) sebelum membagikan informasi. Workshop dilaksanakan pada 28 April 2026 menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Technology Appraisal dan andragogi. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui kuesioner kepuasan lima pernyataan yang diisi oleh 37 responden mitra menggunakan skala Likert lima poin. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang sangat tinggi, dengan skor rata-rata keseluruhan 4,63 dari 5,00 (kategori “Sangat Baik”) dan 99,46% jawaban berada pada kategori Setuju hingga Sangat Setuju, terutama pada aspek kesesuaian materi dengan kebutuhan masyarakat serta harapan keberlanjutan kegiatan. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan literasi digital yang sederhana dan aplikatif diterima dengan sangat baik oleh masyarakat dan mampu memperkuat ketahanan keluarga terhadap misinformasi dan penipuan berbasis AI.

Abstract

Pengelolaan data penjualan pada Toko Bunga Sister Florist BSD masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari pencatatan transaksi, pengelolaan data pelanggan, hingga penyusunan laporan penjualan. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan dalam pencarian data, serta menghasilkan laporan yang kurang akurat sehingga memengaruhi efektivitas proses bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem informasi penjualan bunga berbasis komputer untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data penjualan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka untuk memperoleh kebutuhan sistem yang sesuai dengan proses bisnis perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dirancang mampu mengotomatisasi proses pengelolaan data pelanggan, transaksi penjualan, dan pembuatan laporan secara lebih cepat, tepat, dan terintegrasi. Implementasi sistem juga membantu meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, mempercepat proses pencarian data, serta meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi operasional Toko Bunga Sister Florist BSD. Dengan demikian, sistem informasi penjualan yang dikembangkan dapat menjadi solusi dalam mendukung proses bisnis perusahaan secara lebih optimal.

Abstract

Information on Tuku Ramen menus, branches, operating hours, packages, frequently asked questions, and reservations was previously distributed across Instagram, Linktree, WhatsApp, and direct communication with administrators. This required customers to access several channels and caused administrators to spend approximately 2–3 hours per day answering repetitive questions. This study aimed to implement a web-based customer service information system as a centralized information and operational data management platform. Data were obtained through service-process observation, an interview with the General Manager, literature review, and application repository inspection. Development used the Waterfall model and was limited to requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The system was modeled using UML and a relational database and implemented with Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase PostgreSQL, Supabase Auth, and Supabase Storage. The public pages provide branch-based menus, packages, locations, operating hours, FAQs, and WhatsApp reservation links. The administrator and owner dashboards support the management of menus, branches, packages, FAQs, images, availability status, and user access. Black-box testing of 15 scenarios showed that all scenarios produced the expected results, representing a 100% functional pass rate. These results demonstrate conformity with the main functional requirements; however, they do not yet demonstrate improvements in efficiency or customer satisfaction because pre–post evaluation and usability testing were not conducted.

Abstract

Weapon selection in Valorant has generally been based on subjective judgment, resulting in inconsistent and less objective decision-making. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) to assist players in selecting the most suitable weapon based on objective criteria, including damage, range damage, recoil, fire rate, and magazine capacity. The system is designed to identify the optimal weapon according to players' needs while evaluating the effectiveness of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weighted Product (WP) methods. The system was developed using the Waterfall software development model, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The dataset comprises 18 Valorant weapons evaluated using five assessment criteria. The ranking results generated by the SAW and WP methods are relatively consistent, with the highest-ranked weapon recommended as the optimal choice. Furthermore, the Spearman Rank Correlation test produced a coefficient of ρ = 0.75, indicating a strong positive correlation between the two methods. The results demonstrate that the proposed Decision Support System is capable of providing objective, structured, and more accurate weapon recommendations than conventional manual selection methods, thereby supporting more consistent decision-making and gameplay strategies for Valorant players and the Valorant Indonesia Community (VIC).

Abstract

Gallstone disease is one of the most common gastrointestinal disorders, and early detection using non-invasive data can support screening prior to imaging examinations. This study aims to improve the performance of the Decision Tree algorithm in predicting gallstone disease by applying the Sequential Forward Selection (SFS) feature selection method. The dataset used is the public Gallstone dataset, consisting of 319 records and 38 features covering demographic, bioimpedance, and laboratory data. The research stages comprise Min-Max standardization, feature selection with SFS, and Decision Tree model development validated using 10-fold cross validation. Model performance was evaluated using a confusion matrix with accuracy and Area Under the Curve (AUC) metrics. The results show that the Decision Tree without feature selection (38 features) achieved an accuracy of only 67.71% and an AUC of 0.677. After applying SFS, the best performance was obtained using only 6 features, namely Coronary Artery Disease, Hyperlipidemia, Height, Hepatic Fat Accumulation, C-Reactive Protein, and Vitamin D, with an accuracy of 76.18% and an AUC of 0.762. Thus, SFS increased the accuracy by 8.46% and the AUC by 0.085 while reducing the number of features by 84%. These findings indicate that SFS not only improves the predictive performance of the Decision Tree but also produces a simpler and more interpretable model for gallstone prediction.
