Abstract

Evaluasi kondisi jembatan eksisting dilakukan sebagai acuan dalam perencanaan ulang suatu jembatan dalam hal ini jembatan kereta api jalur ganda pada sungai Way Seputih, kecamatan Seputih Agung, Lampung Tengah dengan beberapa kriteria yang harus terpenuhi diantaranya tinggi jagaan. Proses evaluasi diawali dengan analisis hidrologi menggunakan metode HSS Nakayasu untuk periode ulang 5,10, 25, 50 dan 100 tahun kemudian dilakukan analisis hidraulika menggunakan perangkat lunak HEC-RAS v5.0.7. Diperoleh debit banjir sebesar 444.532 m3/s, 544.032 m3/s, 695.973 m3/s, 830.442 m3/s dan 985.386 m3/s dan nilai elevasi muka air banjir secara berturut-turut yaitu +28.44 m, +29.00 m, +29.66 m, +30.16 m dan +30.71 m serta nilai tinggi jagaan jembatan eksisting berdasarkan elevasi MAB yaitu 11.56 m, 11.00 m, 10.34 m, 9.84 m dan 9.29 m untuk kala ulang 5,10,25,50 dan 100 tahun. Sehingga disimpulkan jembatan eksisting dinilai aman terhadap muka air banjir dan elevasi gelagar terbawah pada jembatan jalur ganda direncanakan mengikuti elevasi gelagar terbawah jembatan eksisting.

Abstract

The planning of a railway bridge over the river is carried out by analyzing the hydraulic factors on the river in accordance with PM No. 60 of 2012 concerning Technical Requirements for Railway Lines. Hydrological and hydraulics analysis was carried out using the HSS Nakayasu method and the HEC-RAS v5.0.7 application program. This study aims to analyze the height of the flood water level based on hydraulic factors on the Way Tipo River and to design a guard height limit (freeboard) railway bridge based on the previously calculated water surface elevation results. Hydraulic analysis and high maintenance planning (freeboard) railway bridge (BH-102 KM. 53 + 778) on the Way Tipo Bekri River, Central Lampung Regency, resulting in flood discharge values for 50 and 100 year return periods of 742,281 m respectively3/s and 854,431 m3/s, the flood water level (MAB) is +45,38 m and +45,51 m, as well as the freeboard the length of the bridge is 1,32 m for the 50 year return period and 1,19 m for the 100 year return period in terms of the difference between the flood water level and the bottom girder of the bridge. It was concluded thatfreeboard The obtained railroad bridge meets the planning criteria, namely at least 1 meters from the bottom girder of the bridge to the flood water level.Key words : railway bridge, hydrology, hydraulics, HSS Nakayasu, HEC-RAS. Perencanaan jembatan kereta api di atas sungai dilakukan dengan menganalisa faktor hidrolika pada sungai sesuai dengan PM No.60 Tahun 2012 tentang Persyaratan Teknis Jalur Kereta Api. Analisis hidrologi dan hidrolika dilakukan menggunakan metode HSS Nakayasu dan program aplikasi HEC-RAS v5.0.7. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tinggi muka air banjir berdasarkan faktor hidrolika pada Sungai Way Tipo serta merancang batas tinggi jagaan (freeboard) jembatan kereta api berdasarkan hasil elevasi muka air yang telah dihitung sebelumnya. Analisis hidrolika dan perancangan tinggi jagaan (freeboard) jembatan kereta api (BH-102 KM. 53 + 778) pada Sungai Way Tipo Bekri Kabupaten Lampung Tengah menghasilkan nilai debit banjir untuk kala ulang 50 dan 100 tahun masing-masing sebesar 742,281 m3/s dan 854,431 m3/s, elevasi muka air banjir (MAB) sebesar +45,38 m dan +45,51 m, serta nilai freeboard jembatan adalah 1,32 m untuk kala ulang 50 tahun dan 1,19 m untuk kala ulang 100 tahun ditinjau dari selisih antara elevasi muka air banjir dengan gelagar terbawah jembatan. Disimpulkan bahwa freeboard jembatan kereta api yang diperoleh sudah memenuhi kriteria perencanaan yaitu minimal 1 meter dari gelagar terbawah jembatan terhadap muka air banjir. Abstract

Water pollution such as in rivers has become a concern due to its impact on health and the decreasing availability of clean water. There is a common assumption that industrial pollution is the main cause of water pollution. However, an interesting fact is that river pollution is largely dominated by contamination from household wastewater (domestic waste) discharged directly into drainage systems and ending up in rivers without prior treatment. Such cases are particularly prevalent in developing countries. Therefore, the challenge is to find solutions to treat domestic wastewater using simpler and cheaper technologies. Current research is focused on treating domestic wastewater especially greywater with eco-enzymes. Eco-enzymes are enzymes produced from the fermentation process of organic materials such as fruit peels or vegetable scraps for a minimum of three months. This paper will review the treatment of greywater using eco-enzymes, including the eco-enzyme production process, its characteristics, greywater characteristics, the methods employed, and the research findings. Finally, the paper will recommend possible avenues for further research related to the treatment of greywater using eco-enzymes

Abstract

Jabung Irrigation Area is one of the irrigation areas located in East Lampung Regency with an area of 7,288 hectares. Jabung Irrigation Area has a problem of uneven water distribution. This problem occurs in the downstream area due to damage to physical infrastructure, especially in tertiary irrigation canals, and sub-optimal operation and maintenance activities. Therefore, based on the Minister of Public Works and Housing Regulation No. 12/PRT/M/2015 concerning the Exploitation and Maintenance of Irrigation Networks, a study was conducted on determining the Irrigation System Performance Index (IKSI) of the tertiary network in the Jabung Irrigation Area. The purpose of this study is to assess the performance of the tertiary irrigation system of the Jabung Irrigation Area which is useful for formulating follow-up programs such as repair, rehabilitation, and maintenance of the irrigation network. The research method was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method and direct assessment in the field as well as interviews. The assessment covers 6 aspects, namely the condition of physical infrastructure, crop productivity, supporting facilities, personnel organization, documentation, and Farmers' Water Users Association (P3A). The results showed that the performance of the tertiary irrigation network in the Jabung Irrigation Area is in good condition (70.54%).

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan posisi tempat bertemunya tiga lempeng tektonik dunia sehingga sebagai tempat berkumpulnya berbagai macam bencana. Bencana adalah peristiwa atau rangkaian peristiwa yang mengancam dan mengganggu kehidupan dan penghidupan masyarakat yang disebabkan, baik oleh faktor alam, non-alam dan kelalaian manusia sehingga mengakibatkan timbulnya korban jiwa manusia, kerusakan lingkungan, kerugian harta benda, dan dampak psikologis. Tsunami adalah salah satu jenis dari bencana tersebut. Tsunami adalah gelombang laut besar yang ditimbulkan oleh gempa bumi di dasar laut karena adanya subduksi lempeng, pergerakan patahan, letusan gunung berapi dasar laut. Desa Kunjir adalah salah satu desa yang ada di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan yang terkena dampak bencana tsunami. Meskipun Desa Kunjir memiliki potensi yang besar terhadap bencana tsunami tetapi rencana mitigasi terhadap ancaman bencana tsunami yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat desa masih sangatlah minim, Mitigasi dapat berupa pembuatan terumbu karang buatan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kunjir, Kecamatan Rajabasa, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, Provinsi Lampung. Pelaksanaan kegiatan transplantasi dilakukan melalui dua tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi.  Berdasarakan kegiatan yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan kelompok mitra dalam penerapan teknologi terumbu buatan dan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai perawatan terumbu karang.

Abstract

Indonesia has considerable coal reserves, but only a few or even very few can be exploited. The potential of coal owned by South Sumatra Province is known to reach around 85% of the total reserves contained in Sumatra, or around 22.24 billion tons. This means that even though mining is maximized to 50 million tons per year, coal will not be mined for 200 years. To maximize the potential of available coal, modes are needed from the train, but for now there is only one mode used to extract coal from it to transport coal from Tarahan - Tanjung Enim or vice versa. So to maximize the coal's potential, the Ministry of Transportation through the Directorate General of Railways plans to build a double track railway line between Tarahan - Tanjung Enim, one of the roads going through the river is needed a bridge to facilitate the train journey to transport the coal. The railroad bridge that was built was located in KM132 in the burial way of Central Lampung Province. In this bridge construction, the carrying capacity of the foundation needs to be analyzed so that it can withstand the burden of the upper structure and the train.From the results of the study showed that the analysis of the carrying capacity of the permit pile of 1700 kN was greater than the maximum carrying capacity that burdened the pile of 1508.93 kN so that it could be concluded that the structure under the bridge was able to withstand the load from the upper structure. Keywords: analysis, coal, bridge, carrying capacity.

Abstract

Double track railway construction area railroad crossing many hills and rivers makes the railroad body located between the slopes of the hill. Around the area, disasters that often occur are landslides caused by increased pore water pressure on the slope resulting a decrease in the shear strength of the soil (c) and the deep shear angle (φ). Therefore in planning the handling of cliffs of railroad tracks it is necessary to analyze the stability of slopes or cliffs so as not to endanger the surrounding environment, especially in railroad transportation. The purpose of the research are: (1) To know the cross section of the safest slope by considering the slope angle, (2) To Find the value of the safe factor for shear and rolling on the slope by using software analysis, (3) To know type of slope safety in accordance with slope conditions. The location of this research was conducted in the Martapura-Giham area which is the location of the construction of double track railroad, Waykanan Regency, Lampung. The method used in the analysis of slope stability is Geostudio Slope/W Analysis by making 3 cross-section slope designs which are then analyzed further. The results of the analysis found that the slope conditions before handling obtained the number of safe factors with ordinary, bishop, and morgenstern methods, respectively 0.730; 0.911; and 0.950. While after handling with sheetpile construction, it was obtained the number of safe factors with ordinary, bishop, and morgenstern methods in a row that is 2,945; 3,633; and No Solution. It can be concluded that the slope condition after handling shows increase in the value of the safe factor by 500%. Keywords: Geostudio Slope/W Analysis, Double track railroad, Cliffs and slope stability.

Abstract

Jembatan merupakan salah satu konstruksi yang berguna untuk melancarkan proses pengiriman batu bara yang diangkut oleh KA Babaranjang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merencanakan struktur bawah jembatan kereta api dan mengetahui tingkat keamanan berdasarkan beban dari aksi tetap, aksi lingkungan, beban lalu lintas, dan aksi lainnya.  Berdasarkan penelitian analisis struktur bawah didapatkan dimensi abutment dengan tinggi 7,67 m dan panjang 6 m. Dengan dimensi abutment tersebut diperoleh angka aman untuk kontrol stabilitas guling arah x sebesar 2,5825 dan arah y sebesar 28,9128, dengan batas aman stabilitas guling sebesar 2,5. Kontrol stabilitas geser arah x sebesar 1,1003 dan arah y sebesar 1,9991, dengan batas aman stabilitas geser sebesar 1,1. Dimensi pile cap digunakan tebal 1,5 m, lebar 8,8 m, dan panjang 6 m. Pondasi yang digunakan adalah pondasi tipe bored pile dengan diameter sebesar 1 m dan kedalaman sebesar 6 m. Jumlah pondasi yang dipakai 12 buah dengan susunan 3 x 4. Dan diperoleh daya dukung aksial maksimum sebesar 1979,497 kN serta daya dukung aksial izin sebesar 3072,403 kN. Kata Kunci : Struktur Bawah Jembatan, Abument, Pile Cap, Bored Pile

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a long storage study as an effort to overcome drought in the Cinta Manis area, South Sumatra. The research data used is the maximum daily rainfall data from 2009 - 2018 which was obtained from the Palembang Climatological Rain Station. From the research results obtained hydrological analysis data and hydraulic analysis. For hydrological analysis, statistical parameter methods are used to determine the planned rainfall. The results of this method were analyzed in harmony with the Chi Square test and the Smirnov-Kolmogorov test and the distribution type used was the Log Pearson III distribution. To calculate the water holding capacity in long storage, the cumulative storage volume analysis is used to analyze the volume that is bounded by a certain contour, with a simple formula published by the Manual of Sediment Control Dam Construction of the Ministry of Public Works. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the potential for long storage storage obtained from rainwater is 95771.18 m³ and water storage capacity in long storage which is 137334.43 m³ is able to serve 40.87 ha. The water storage capacity in long storage is able to irrigate the sugarcane fields in Rayon 1B and as a storage place for water reserves so that there is no drought when the dry season arrives.Keywords: long storage, rain, analysis

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini data curah hujan diambil dari beberapa stasiun hujan BMKG dan TRMM yaitu Stasiun Bogor, Stasiun Tangerang Selatan, Stasiun Kemayoran.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah seberapa besar nilai korelasi data curah hujan BMKG dengan TRMM, hasil analisis perbandingan parameter statistik dari data curah hujan BMKG dan TRMM, dan bentuk persamaan hubungan antara data curah hujan BMKG dengan TRMM. Nilai korelasi yang paling terbesar pada data bulanan adalah 0,7359 dengan persamaan linier nya adalah y 1,0427x–41,629 yang dimana terletak pada di stasiun Kemayoran. analisa parameter statistik yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa mean dan simpangan baku data BMKG lebih besar dibandingkan dengan data TRMM. Dikarenakan bahwa adanya data yang kosong dan pola grafik nya memiliki kesamaan.Perlu adanya pengkajian lokasi yang lebih banyak dan panjang untuk dapat melihat kemungkinan data TRMM mampu mengisi dalam data yang kosong. Perlu adanya dilakukan pengamatan secara detail, seperti ketinggian tempat pengukuran curah hujan dan pengaruh arah angin pada temporal Precipitation Radar TRMM.
