Abstract

Murabahah is an effort to find sustenance through buying and selling. Murabaha is buying and selling based on consensual between the two parties who transact. This article aims to find out the implementation of Murabahah in Islamic banking according to the Qur'an Surah al-Baqarah verse 275. Why Murabaha financing dominates compared to other financing. This writing method uses a book survey technique (library research) regarding the literature related to the implementation of murabahah. The result of this article is that Murabahah is permissible and does not conflict with the teachings of Islamic Shari'ah. Murabahah financing is widely used because it has a relatively lower risk, both from the bank and the customer side. From the customer's side, there is certainty about the number of installments because, in this buying and selling scheme, the margin value (bank profit) is set which does not change until the financing is paid off.

Abstract

This article aims to examine in depth the role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in instilling an attitude of religious moderation in students at SDN 2 Kelod Kangin Semarapura Klungkung Bali and analyze its implementation and implications. A qualitative approach was used with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation of Islamic Religious Education Teachers, School Principals, learning processes, and interactions in the school environment. The results of the research show that Islamic Religious Education Teachers have a very important role, including providing exemplary examples with mutual respect and tolerance for religious differences, providing an understanding of religious moderation through interactive and participatory learning models in the classroom, and playing a role in creating good social interactions. Between students of different religions by upholding mutual respect, respect, and tolerance. The implementation of cultivating an attitude of religious moderation is carried out in three ways: the learning process in the classroom, interaction in the school environment, and interaction with the surrounding environment. In this implementation, it can be seen that Muslim and non-Muslim students respect each other and uphold tolerance by the values ??of religious moderation taught. The implication is that school policies are non-discriminatory in providing all students with the right to religious education and creating a sense of tolerance for students in broader social life. The research concludes that teachers strategically instil religious moderation through example, learning, and good social interaction. With proper implementation and supportive school policies, this effort positively impacts a more tolerant and harmonious social life.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of the active learning model in Islamic Religious Education at Tegalwaru State Vocational School, Purwakarta. The aim is to increase students' interest in learning, participation and achievement of learning outcomes through active involvement in the learning process. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data was collected through interviews, observation and document review. The research results show that the implementation of the active learning model is carried out through three main stages: planning, implementation and assessment. In the planning stage, the teacher prepares a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), which includes objectives, materials, activity steps and appraisal. At the implementation stage, teachers apply active learning techniques such as group discussions, debates, games and presentations to increase student participation and interest in learning. Meanwhile, the assessment stage is carried out by considering cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects and using Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) as the graduation standard. The active learning model has proven to be effective in creating an interactive, fun learning environment and encouraging students to be more proactive, creative and not quickly bored in the learning process. The school also pays special attention to extracurricular activities such as recitation and billing assignments to deepen students' understanding of Islamic Religious Education. This research contributes to efforts to improve the quality of Islamic religious education in Indonesia

Abstract

This research examines the principal's strategy for implementing inclusive education at SMKN 1 Cikalongkulon Cianjur and identifies Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Negeri 5 Banda Aceh City. Instilling religious values ??is very important amidst the influence of globalization and promiscuity, which can erode religious values. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with field research type. Data was collected through participant observation, unstructured interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of madrasa heads, PAI teachers, and students. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The validity of the data is obtained through source triangulation and technical triangulation. The research results show that the strategies used by PAI teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Negeri 5 Banda Aceh City in instilling religious values ??in students gave positive results. Students become more understanding and confident in the values ??of aqidah, worship, and morals in Islam and try to practice them daily. This will, of course, have an impact on the formation of students' better character and personality by the teachings of the Islamic religion. This research contributes to the development of educational science, especially in efforts to produce a generation of faith, piety, and noble character by national education goals

Abstract

This article provides an overview of the empowerment of Human Resources that have TPS 3R Assets. Berat Kulon, Kemlagi District is one of the villages that has the potential for the best TPS 3R asset management in Mojokerto Regency, which was originally able to rise with the large amount of waste in the operation of Village Assets, namely TPS 3R. Precisely since the Corona pandemic in early 2020, there has been a spike in the amount of waste in this village which then resulted in piles of garbage everywhere, however, there are also small groups of residents who take advantage of this momentum to increase the economic income of residents around Berat Kulo Village, one of which is by managing waste into handicrafts in the form of bags, but this business did not have time to develop, after the pandemic, residents returned to sugar cane farming which has indeed been very much pursued by residents. The purpose of this service is to emphasize building awareness of empowering Human Resources (HR) through the operation of TPS 3R Assets. Utilizing the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, the results of the community service are 1) Implementation of human resource empowerment for the operation of TPS 3R Assets and 2) Assistance in the operation of TPS 3R Assets through, a) Waste Management Education Seminar through TPS 3R, b) Implementation of the August 17th competition in the context of environmental cleanliness creativity, c) Procurement of garbage signs, and d) Procurement of garbage bins.

Abstract

The problem underlying this research is the low level of students’ critical thinking skills. One alternative learning that can be applied to improve students' critical thinking skills is the scramble learning model. This research aims to determine how the scramble learning model can improve students’ critical thinking skills in fiqh subjects. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design research design. The study was conducted at MTs Negeri 2 Mojokerto. This study uses 2 classes, namely class VII E as an experimental class and class VII H as a randomly selected control class. The instrument used was a critical thinking ability test. In this study, quantitative data were analyzed using statistical analysis of the t-test to see an increase in students’ critical thinking skills. Based on the analysis of students' critical thinking test results obtained, the gain score of the experimental class is higher than the control class, which is 133 for the experimental class and 65 for the control class. After knowing the gain score, an independent sample t test was conducted with the result of a sig (2-tailed) value of 0,000 and smaller than 0,05. Thus it can be concluded that there are significant differences.

Abstract

Teachers are required to be able to design a good and even ideal learning system. And a learning as a system will create the momentum of an ideal teaching and learning process if all components of the system are well organized. The learning component consists of at least 1) teacher, 2) students, 3) facilities and infrastructure, and 4) evaluation. In this case, students who are none other than members of the learning component are directed to be an active central point in driving other components or so-called student center. This means, an indication of ideal learning is when such learning can teach students and or make students aware that learning is the main basic need for them in addition to other needs such as food, clothing, and shelter. Thus this paper tries to analyze a learning system that can encourage students to learn consciously, independently and responsibly. Therefore, the appropriate research method used is descriptive qualitative with multidisciplinary analysis, namely by analyzing the texts of scientific papers such as journals, books -books, scientific articles and the like as well as in-depth analysis based on several disciplines including psychology, economics and information and communication technology sciences. This research produces a module-based learning system with a multidisciplinary study which is very useful in the practice of learning Islamic religious education. Abstract

This article aims to describe the principal's management in implementing education management in vocational high schools. This article uses case study research with data collection from observation interviews and documentation. The informants consist of the principal, vice principal, teachers, staff, and some school members. The findings of this study are Program implementation at SMK Negeri 1 Dlanggu has a prominent position compared to other elements of the education management standard. Each program is implemented by each school community with a high level of awareness and with a predetermined division of tasks. Monitoring and evaluation are carried out based on the education management standards that have been set. School leadership at SMK Negeri 1 Dlanggu follows the education management standard. This can be seen from the hierarchical structure consisting of the Principal, Vice Principal, and Affairs Coordinator. Each member of the leadership team is aware of their respective roles and responsibilities, and they work collaboratively to improve overall school management, with the ultimate goal of achieving educational excellence. The development of the management information system shows relatively good results, although there is still room for further improvement in the utilization of resources to facilitate school administration and management.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the religious character values instilled in students at MI Al Hidayah Bangli, as well as the strategies applied in shaping these characters through religious activities. The study utilizes a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research findings reveal nine religious character values developed, namely piety, courtesy, honesty, responsibility, gratitude, sincerity and humility, discipline and time appreciation, caring and respect, as well as respecting others' opinions and collaboration abilities. The applied strategies include role modeling, discipline cultivation, habituation, creating a conducive environment, as well as integration and internalization of character values in various religious activities. These strategies have a positive impact on students, such as improving noble morality, social spirit, honesty, justice, consistency, and loyalty. The research concludes that MI Al Hidayah Bangli endeavors to instill and develop religious characters in students through various strategies in religious activities that are consistently and continuously implemented and provide positive effects on students' character development, which are expected to be implemented in daily life.

Abstract

. The focus of this research is as follows; 1) How is the planning of the headmaster’s academic supervision program to improve the performance of educators at MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo Sidoarjo? 2) What is the strategy for implementing the headmaster’s academic supervision program to improve the performance of educators at MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo Sidoarjo? 3) How is the supervision of the implementation of the headmaster’s academic supervision program to improve the performance of educators at MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo Sidoarjo? 4) How to evaluate the implementation of the headmaster’s academic supervision program to improve the performance of educators at MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo Sidoarjo? 5) What is the follow-up plan for the academic supervision of the headmaster to improve the performance of educators at MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo Sidoarjo? The type of research used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. This type of descriptive research accommodates all qualitative data information according to different descriptions, not only presenting numerical statements or results in the form of numbers. The approach used in this research is a case study to look carefully for events, activities, processes, and cases limited by time, so that various procedures are used according to a predetermined time.The results of this study are, 1) At the planning stage of the academic supervision program at MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo, the head of the madrasa emphasizes identifying the problems faced by educators as well as SWOT analysis to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the aspects of the learning activities they carry out , 2) the head of the MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo madrasa in carrying out the academic supervision program using supervision approaches, techniques and instruments that had been prepared beforehand, 3) The head of the MIS madrasa Raden Rahmat Balongbendo supervised the implementation of academic supervision related to the progress of educators in carrying out the instructions of the head of the madrasa as a supervisor not only looking for teacher mistakes, but also looking for positive things done by educators, for further development, 4) the head of the MIS madrasa Raden Rahmat Balongbendo evaluates academic supervision to find out the success of the strategy for implementing the academic supervision program, 5) the headmaster of the MIS Raden Rahmat Balongbendo carries out follow-up on the academic supervision of the madrasah head to improve the performance of educators in accordance with the results of the evaluation of the academic supervision that has been carried out.
