Abstract

Customer interest is a high-value asset for banks, if customer interest increases, profits also increase. But in fact, customers complain about the services provided by the bank because it is not in accordance with customer expectations. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of product quality and service quality both partially and simultaneously on the interest of customers in PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch in Padangsidimpuan. The discussion of this research relating to product quality and service quality to customers is interesting. In connection with that, the approach taken is theories related to product quality, service quality, and customer interest. Service is any action or activity that can be offered by a party to another party, which is basically intangible and does not result in any ownership. This study uses a quantitative research approach, data collection techniques include questionnaires, with as many as 56 respondents as customers. The analysis used in this study is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, normality test, linearity test, determination test (R2), multiple linear regression, t-test, and f test. The results obtained showed that the value of R Square was 0.785 or 78.5%. The T-test shows there is a significant influence between product quality on the interest of customers to save at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan Branch. Likewise, there is an influence between the quality of service to the interests of customers saving at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan Branch. The F test shows that simultaneously product quality and service quality have a significant effect on the interests of customers saving at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Padangsidimpuan Branch.

Abstract

Purpose - Local governments with great authority in the current era of autonomy must be able to use the allocation to the maximum for the welfare of the community. The appropriate local government fiscal policy through the Regional Revenue and Spending Budget (APBD) is expected to increase the human development index to improve the welfare of the community. This research was conducted to find out how much influence the local government financial ratios have on the human development index, the ratio used is the ratio of the degree of decentralization, the ratio of regional financial dependence, the ratio of regional financial independence, the ratio of the effectiveness of local own revenue and the ratio of the effectiveness of the local tax. Research Method - The type of data from this research is quantitative descriptive using primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regressions. Findings - The results of this research are that there is a very strong relationship between the degree of decentralization, the ratio of regional financial dependency, the ratio of regional financial independence, the ratio of the effectiveness of local own-source revenue, and the ratio of the effectiveness of local taxes and simultaneously affect the human development index. Implication – There is a very strong relationship between the degree of decentralization, the ratio of regional financial dependence, the ratio of regional financial independence, the effectiveness ratio of regional original income and the effectiveness of regional taxes and have a simultaneous (together) effect on the human development index.

Abstract

Islamic banking is very much needed by the community, as well as the people of Manunggang Jae Village, Southeast Padangsidimpuan District. The problem in this study is that people prefer to make transactions in conventional banking, moneylenders and cooperatives compared to Islamic banking where the location of Islamic banking is close to Manunggang Jae Village, Southeast Padangsidimpuan District. This study aims to determine the influence of social, personal and psychological factors on interest in transactions in Islamic banking (Case Study of Manunggang Jae Village Community, Southeast Padangsidimpuan District). The discussion of this research relates to the theory put forward by Philip Kotler that the factors that influence interest are cultural, social, personal and psychological factors. In this regard, the approach taken is theories related to transactional interest, social, personal and psychological factors.  And Abdul Rahman Saleh's theory says that interest is a tendency to give attention and action to activities, people or situations that are objects of interest accompanied by a sense of pleasure. This research is a descriptive quantitative research using primary data. The data collection technique used is documentation and questionnaires with a sample of 96 people with incidental sampling sampling technique using the Slovin formula, the data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test , t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. Data processing was carried out with SPSS version 23.  Based on the results of the analysis conducted by researchers, the results of the partial study (t test) showed that social (-1.661 0.195 1.661), and psychology (-1.661 1.489 1.661) had no effect on interest in transactions in Islamic banking. And personal (41, 593 1.661) has an effect on interest in transactions in Islamic banking. Judging by the social, personal, and psychological F-tests have a simultaneous effect on interest in transactions in Islamic banking with a value (892.654 2.14).

Abstract

Jumlah Usaha Mikro Kecil serta Menengah (UMKM) ialah bagian yang besar dari pelaksana ekonomi secara totalitas. Tetapi pertumbuhan UMKM yang berkaitan dengan kemajuan teknologi masih belum sesuai harapan. Proporsi UMKM yang memakai penjualan online masih rendah. Perihal itu diakibatkan oleh masih banyak UMKM yang belum memahami secara teknis tatacara penjualan online. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan keahlian UMKM dalam manajemen secara universal, pemasaran digital dan pencatatan keuangan. Pengembangan dan peningkatan yang dilakukan berupa pengembangan ketrampilan pembuatan perencanaan pemasaran, pemasaran digital dan pemahaman pencatatan keuangan sehingga dapat berguna dalam mengembangkan usaha yang akan dijalankan di kemudian hari. Partisipan pelatihan sebanyak 34 usaha mikro, sebagian besar merupakan usaha kuliner yang diberi pelatihan manajemen yang mereka butuhkan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari aktivitas ini merupakan terjadinya mitra binaan kuliner yang lebih maju dalam pengelolaan serta penjualan produk secara online.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Sipirok menggunakan akad murabahah dalam pembiayaan modal usaha, akad murabahah yang seharusnya digunakan untuk transaksi jual beli yang bersifat konsumtif akan tetapi akad ini digunakan untuk pembiayaan modal usaha bagi nasabahnya. Peneliti ingin mengetahui Bagaimana pelaksanaan akad murabahah untuk pembiayaan modal usaha yang dilakukan bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Sipirok, kemudian mengapa akad murabahah digunakan untuk pembiayaan modal usaha dan bagaimana solusinya supaya akad murabahah sesuai dengan syariah. Akad Murabahah pemberitahuan harga pokok yang ia beli dan menentukan tingkat keuntungan yang disepakati, Pembiyaan Modal Usaha merupakan dana yang digunakan untuk menjalankan usaha untuk tetap berjalan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Pembantu (KCP) Sipirok Kelurahan Sipirok. Adapun jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan sumber data pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang diperoleh dari pegawai yang ada di Bank Syariah mandiri KCP Sipirok. Pembiayaan di  bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) KCP Sipirok  ditujukan untuk memberikan modal usaha .Pihak bank memperhatikan bentuk usaha yang dilakukan oleh nasabahnya dan usahanya sudah berjalan minimal dua tahun Alasan pihak Bank Syariah menggunakan akad murabahah adanya keuntungan yang muncul dari selisih harga beli dari penjual dengan harga jual kepada nasabah. Selain itu, pengaplikasiannya juga sangat sederhana dan mudah dimengerti oleh nasabah. Adapun dasar pemberian pembiayaan ini sesuai dengan ketetapan Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN) turunannya sesuai dengan Petunjuk Teknik Operasional (PTO).

South Tapanuli is at the forefront of tourism business development, the tourism industry continues to increase. South Tapanuli also has a tourist destination that is interesting and has a great artistic value and cultural charm for the community. The results of this study can increase knowledge for researchers about how the economic impact on traders in the religious tourism area of the Syahrun Nur Sipirok Mosque. The type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The average gross income of traders in the Syahrun Nur Sipirok Grand Mosque area is quite high, which is between Rp. 15,000,000-Rp. 30,000,000 every month, only about 10% of labor salaries are issued by traders. The average labor salary is only Rp 1,500,000 per month. The payroll of workers whose amount is still below the South Tapanuli Provincial Minimum Wage (UMK) standard is IDR 2,903,042. The business that developed in the area of the Great Mosque of Syahrun Nur Sipirok was not only a food and beverage shop but there were other types of businesses that developed such as selling building tools, photocopying businesses, selling clothes and others. In the area of the Great Mosque of Syahrun Nur Sipirok there is a restaurant where the owner is non-Muslim.

Abstract

The number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a large part of the economic implementation in totality. However, the growth of MSMEs related to technological advances is still not in line with expectations. The proportion of MSMEs that use online sales is still low. This is caused by many MSMEs who do not understand the technical procedures for online sales. The purpose of this activity is to develop MSME expertise in universal management, digital marketing and financial recording. The development and improvement carried out is in the form of developing skills in making marketing planning, digital marketing and understanding financial records so that they can be useful in developing businesses that will be run in the future. The training participants were 34 micro-enterprises, most of which were culinary businesses that were given the management training they needed. The result obtained from this activity is the occurrence of culinary fostered partners who are more advanced in managing and selling products online.

Abstract

BAZNAS has the goal of alleviating poverty and creating an attitude of independence for mustahik, so community empowerment through the distribution of aid funds carried out by BAZNAS is increasingly being developed. Mustahik can create things that are beneficial to the surrounding environment and have the potential to become muzakki. The initial income from trade zakat funds in 2018 in North Padang Lawas was Rp. 100,000,000 while what was collected in 2019 was Rp. 17,000,000 from these data it can be concluded that there is a lack of community in giving trade zakat. This research is a quantitative research, the data source used is primary data and data collection using questionnaires and interviews. The research sample was 30 samples using saturated sampling technique, then the research analysis used statistics, namely SPSS Version 20. The results of the study based on the t test show that the religiosity variable (X1) has an effect on muzakki's interest in channeling trade zakat funds while the trust variable (X2) and promotion variable (X3) have no effect on muzakki's interest in channeling trade zakat funds. Then based on the results of the F test it is known that the variables of religiosity, trust, and promotion have an effect on muzakki's interest in channeling trade zakat funds at Baznas Padang Lawas Utara.

Abstract

Purpose: The aims of this study are to examine the effect of capital expenditures of local governments, labor absorption and the Human Development Index on economic growth and poverty in 35 districts/cities in Central North Sumatra. Methodology/approach: This research uses research quantitative. while the data sources used by researchers are secondary data. There are variable capital expenditures of local governments, labor absorption, and the Human Development Index as an exogenous variable, while economic growth and poverty level as an endogenous variable. This study uses panel data which combines time series data and cross-section. These data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS 20 program. Results/findings: The results showed that the four proposed hypotheses are accepted and the hypothesis is rejected. Hypothesis 1 suggests that the local government capital expenditure significantly positive effect on economic growth. Hypothesis 2 suggests that labor absorption significantly positive effect on economic growth. Hypothesis 3 suggests that the Human Development Index significantly positive effect on economic growth. Hypothesis 4 suggests that economic growth has no significant effect on poverty. Hypothesis 5 suggests that the Human Development Index is a significantly negative effect on poverty Limitation: Multivariate normality testing was carried out by looking at the multivariate CR value with results of ±2.58.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on various sectors of life, not only the health sector, the economic and business sectors are also experiencing a serious impact. At this time, many business actors experience various problems such as declining sales, lack of capital, hampered sales distribution and difficulties in raw materials. Therefore, a resilience is needed in order to continue to run in the midst of this difficult situation. The object of this research is UD. salacca. This research method is using a qualitative approach and then analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the results obtained from the SWOT matrix table, there are several alternative strategies for UD. Salacca to survive in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic: (a) Alternative strategies for SO to maximize the use of digital technology to market processed salak products more widely which have guaranteed halalness, maintain cooperative relationships with distributors so that they have the opportunity to expand distribution networks outside the city and abroad, utilize social media to promote the location of business locations to attract customers and utilize digital technology to improve HR skills for the better. (b) Alternative ST strategy to reduce the number of employees so that UD. Salacca was able to survive because of the social distancing policy in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, declining market demand, so it had to reduce the amount of production and increase cooperation with suppliers of raw materials in order to increase the amount of production. (c) Alternative WO strategies utilize technological developments to make bookkeeping using a computer system and increase the use of technology and information to expand market share. (d) The alternative WT strategy is to utilize digital technology to increase sales turnover and utilize technology and information to establish communication with salak suppliers from various regions in order to continue to produce salak processed products.
