Abstract

The purpose of this study produce teaching materials in the form of modules that is equipped with concept maps and images for the seventh grade students of junior high school, valid and practical. This study uses three steps of the model 4-D namely, define, design, and development. Subject 4 validators, 2 teachers, and 20 students at 26 public Junior High School in Padang. The data in this study are primary data collected from the questionnaire validity and practicalities. Results of product testing are developed, acquired valid and very practical criteria of the results by the lecturers, teachers, and students.

Abstract

Five percents of patient presenting with gastrointestinal (GI) bleeding, the etiology of bleeding could not be found by upper endoscopy and colonoscopy. Almost 75% of which, the abnormality is detected in small bowel. One of the etiologies in small bowel bleeding is jejunal diverticle. In this paper, we reported a female, 38 years old, came with upper GI bleeding since one month ago. She had undergone several diagnostic procedures, such as abdominal ultrasound, abdominal computed tomography scan (CT-scan), upper and lower endoscopy, but there were no conclusion to explain the cause of bleeding. However, barium follow through examination found a diverticle, pouch-like shape, at jejunal proximal projection. Then, she underwent surgical treatment. Small intestine bleeding is best investigated by capsule endoscopy and double balloon enteroscopy. However, in limited conditions, small bowel follow through can be used to screen the source of bleeding in small intestine. The specific diagnosis of small intestine diverticle is possible by radiologic contrast study using various form of barium. Small bowel diverticle does not require surgical treatment, unless refractory symptoms or complications occur. Jejunal diverticle is one of sources in small intestinal bleeding. Small bowel follow through can still be used to diagnose jejunal diverticle. Keywords: diverticle, proximal jejunal, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, barium follow through

Abstract

This study aims to explain and to know the competencies, efforts, challenges and oppurtunities of librarian for enconnter the profeccion information tecnology. The type of study data is qualitative with literature review as data sources. The literature that has been reviewed then analyzed based on the subject matter. The Ressuts of this study indicate that librarians (in various types of library institutons) schould improve their competences and conduct the library transpormations to distruption prepation. Librarians need to increase their profeccional comptence in terms of library e-resouces management, managerial leadhersip, digital literacy, and risearch literacy. These competecies as the librarian asset at transform the library and realize the knowlegdeable community. In adittion. Librarians must look at disruption issue and phenomena as positive challenges and opportunities for professional carrer development n the future. As the recomedation, librarian need to keep up of informations tecnology, nomely knowlegde strengthening, connectivity bulding, and oriented to the comunnity needs. This is done sho thad librarians are ready to acounter the disruption and library services provided to users.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the production costs are budgeted by PT “X” has budgeted appropriately. And to know the control of production costs and the impact on grossprofit of an enterprise, then provide solutions (recommendations / fixes) to the problem that makes the allocation and control of production costs are less efficient and effective. The method of analysis used in this study is to use the analysis of the reports of the production cost in the form of raw material costs, labor costs and factory overhead costs and use the budget report production costs by using the analysis in 2010 and 2011. The results of this research can be considered the company to be more concerned with the allocation of the cost of production and the right to control the cost of production in order to achieve maximum profit for the company. Recommendations can be given as corrective measures can be taken to fix the problems the company is monitoring the company must keep records of the cost of production in order to avoid further mistakes cost allocation and corporate presentation can further improve the control of production costs to profits by arranging periodic activity reports so that companies can get more optimal profits and had to check periodically to record the presentation of the allocation of costs in order to obtain maximum gross profit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pelaporan penggunaan dana desa yang efektif dan efisien di Kabupaten Kampar berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 2024 tentang Desa, serta mengidentifikasi hambatan yang dihadapi dan langkah-langkah penyelesaiannya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, implementasi pelaporan belum berjalan maksimal karena sering melibatkan pihak luar, sehingga mengurangi efisiensi dan akuntabilitas. Penelitian menggunakan metode hukum sosiologis yang memeriksa bagaimana hukum diterapkan dalam praktik, termasuk hambatan administratif, politik, dan sosial yang memengaruhi pelaporan dana desa. Hambatan utama meliputi keterbatasan kapasitas administratif, infrastruktur teknologi yang tidak memadai, serta intervensi politik. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, langkah strategis yang diperlukan meliputi peningkatan kapasitas aparatur desa melalui pelatihan, peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi informasi, peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengawasan, serta penegakan hukum terhadap korupsi. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, diharapkan pelaporan penggunaan dana desa di Kabupaten Kampar dapat lebih efektif dan efisien, sesuai prinsip transparansi dan akuntabilitas yang diatur oleh undang-undang.

Abstract

Medical treatment of patients during the Covid-19 pandemic is a problem for medical staff related to the high risk of transmission. Medical staff (NAKES) need to be equipped with hight protective equipment to ensure they are not directly exposed from the patients whose status is unclear, whether infected or not. The most important equipment is protective equipment at the time of intubation that is useful to protect the doctor from sprinkling the patient's saliva. This study aims to redesign the intubation trachel instrument by the Department of Anesthesiology Uttaradit Hospital, Thailand by considering aspects of ergonomics and material limitations in Indonesia, especially in the city of Padang. The study was conducted using anthropometric data of Agro Industrial Engineering students. The results of this study are finding a trachel intubation tool that is simpler and more ergonomic without reducing its function as a personal protective device.
