Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan komponen yang sangat penting disiapkan oleh seorang guru untuk memudahkan ketika proses mengajar. Media pembelajaran bisa digunakan oleh siswa pada saat belajar di dalam kelas maupun saat belajar mandiri di sekolah ataupun di rumah. Pada pembelajaran di SMK sangat membutuhkan media pembelajaran, karena dalam pembelajaran SMK lebih mengutamakan praktikum dari pada teori. Permasalah dalam penelitin ini adalah pada pembelajaran Personal Computer dan Peripheral di SMKN 1 Ampek Angkek hanya menggunakan buku teks saja. Sehingga masih banyak ditemukan siswa yang tidak memahami materi pembelajaran. Proses belajar berjalan monoton, kaku, dan membosankan bagi siswa. Pada penelitian ini dirancang sebuah media pembelajaran interaktif untuk materi Personal Computer dan Peripheral. Media pembelajaran yang dihasilkan adalah dalam bentuk magic book. Magic book adalah buku cerita biasa yang di dalam halamannya ditambahkan marker untuk menempatkan objek virtual yang dapat dilihat dengan menggunakan Head Mount Display (HMD). Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi (apk) berbasis teknologi augmented reality. Aplikasi tersebut dipasang pada sebuah smartphone android, dan digunakan untuk membaca magic book yang telah dihasilkan. Teknologi augmented reality adalah teknologi yang memungkinkan penggabungan objek virtual 3 dimensi dengan realita sebenarnya. Pengguna dapat melihat objek tersebut dari berbagai sudut pandang sehingga memberikan kesan dan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik. Hasil uji validitas yang dilakukan pada produk penelitian ini memperoleh nilai 0,81 (valid). Untuk hasil uji praktikalitas mendapatkan nilai 94,16 (sangat praktis). Sedangkan hasil uji efektivitas nilainya adalah 0,87 (efektif).

Abstract

Budaya lokal Indonesia merupakan warisan budaya bangsa Indonesia Budaya lokal lebih bermakna karena dapat menumbuhkan semangat kecintaan terhadap kehidupan manusia Nilai-nilai, standar dan etika yang terkandung dalam Aturan Standar tercermin dalam budaya lokal Praja IPDN Kampus Sumbar berasal dari Sabang-Merauke selama menjalani pendidikan, mereka harus mengetahui dan mempelajari tata cara Minangkabau khususnya filosofi “Basandi Sarak Sarak yang tersandi dalam Kitab ullah” agar Praja dapat mengkomunikasikan kepada orang tua, saudara, dan masyarakat ketika kembali ke daerah asalnya. Kegiatan ini mengembangkan pembelajaran mengenalkan dan mengenal prosesi adat Minangkabau dalam kaitannya dengan konteks kekinian. Acara berlangsung di balai adat Kenagarian Lasi. Lasi dipilih sebagai tempat kajian pengenalan budaya lokal karena melihat adat dan budayanya masih terpelihara dengan baik dan lembaga kerapatan adatnya cukup aktif dalam mempertahankan, melestarikan adat dan budaya dengan cara menggelar kegiatan pasambahan dan diskusi tentang adat yang rutin dilaksanakan di balai kerapatan adat. Pengenalan budaya Minangkabau diberikan oleh ketua Adat yang terdiri dari penyambutan tamu Pasambahan, peran Ninik Mumang, ulama dan Bundo Kanduang. Usai pemaparan materi dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab dari Civitas Akademika IPDN dan diakhiri dengan “Makan Bajamba” yang merupakan tradisi Minangkabau yaitu makan dalam satu piring untuk 4 orang yang disebut “Satu Nampan”.

Abstract

Smart City is a solution to overcome various problems in urban areas through interactive internet-based applications that provide various services that can be accessed by the public online. By 2020, more than 50% of the population in Indonesia live in urban areas, and this number will continue to increase in the future. To facilitate urban population services, the government has developed smart city services in various cities since the last 5 years. Such development needs to be supported from various fields, including from the technical side of system development. Smart city applications must be reliable so that they can be used properly by the community. In this study, reliability testing was carried out on six smart city applications in six cities, namely Live Tangerang, Sadayana Bandung, Jogja Smart Services, Cimahi SmartCity, Nganjuk Smart City and Tuban Smart City using tour-based exploratory testing techniques. The test results show that there are deficiencies or bugs found in the form of inconvenience to use because there is no error handling on the input form, an unresponsive interface, unavailability of information, and imperfect navigation. In addition, there are some bugs that are quite annoying, namely the sudden closing of the application when the user uses certain features.

Abstract

The government of Payakumbuh City introduced the MyKopay application through the Department of Communication and Information as a means to provide public services and information related to local government activities. This study aims to analyze the acceptance and use of the MyKopay application using two models: the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT 2) and End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Additionally, it seeks to identify aspects of the application that need improvement and maintenance. The research method is descriptive quantitative. The research findings indicate that factors such as Content, Accuracy, Format, Timeliness, Ease of Use, Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, Habit, and User Satisfaction do not have a significant positive impact on User Satisfaction or Behavioral Intention. However, Behavioral Intention has been proven to have a significant positive effect on Use Behavior. Age and gender factors strengthen the Habit variable and have a significant positive impact on Use Behavior. The research results show that the MyKopay application has been accepted and used by the people of Payakumbuh City

Abstract

Corn is one of the crucial food crop commodities in Indonesia. The Ministry of Agriculture has stated that the national corn production has shown a rapid increase in the last three years, with an average growth reaching 24,037,581 tons. This upward trend in corn production over the past three years indicates the government's commitment to making corn a primary food crop commodity that requires attention. One of the efforts to sustain corn production is by enhancing productivity, including evaluating land suitability based on corn planting characteristics. This research aims to develop a fuzzy inference system for corn land suitability. The fuzzy inference system comprises nine parameters to determine land suitability, consisting of seven numeric parameters: temperature, rainfall, slope, base saturation, cation exchange capacity (CEC), soil acidity, soil depth, and two categorical parameters: drainage and soil texture. In this research, land suitability evaluation was employed to classify land suitability into categories: Highly Suitable (S1), Moderately Suitable (S2), Marginally Suitable (S3), and Not Suitable (N). The research successfully developed a fuzzy inference system for corn land suitability assessment. Experimental results utilizing several corn growth condition data obtained from expert knowledge revealed that in Bogor Regency, the land classified as Highly Suitable (S1) covers an area of 151089.90 Ha, Moderately Suitable (S2) covers 59701.35 Ha, Marginally Suitable (S3) covers 53737.34 Ha, and Not Suitable (N) covers 23118.16 Ha.

Abstract

The utilization of social media as a digital information system has become an essential aspect in supporting public services and promoting regional potential at the local government level. This study aims to evaluate the initiative of creating and managing the official social media account of the Tomohon Selatan District Office in disseminating public information and promoting tourist attractions, local culture, and community activities. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach through direct observation during an internship program. The findings indicate that social media plays a significant role in expanding the reach of information, enhancing interaction between the government and the community, and building a positive public image of the district. However, challenges such as limited digital infrastructure and lack of competent human resources in content management still need to be addressed. This study concludes that social media is a strategic tool to foster a more transparent, participatory, and adaptive local government in response to the advancement of information technology.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an inevitable global agenda, with the Government of Indonesia competing to integrate technology into public services. In the local scope, Agam Regency has responded to this initiative through the SILETON website, which is a form of digitization of population administration and civil registration. This research aims to provide in-depth insight into the performance of SILETON applications from a use perspective through quantitative methods and qualitative verbalization of SEQ and SUS models. The results of research and analysis of usability evaluation on the SILETON application in SEQ testing, with a mean of 6.4 out of 7, with verbalization by 10 respondents, and the SUS method obtained a score of 74.22, and the adjective rate was good. Based on this study was found that overall the SILETON website is considered to have a good level of usability and is quite satisfactory for users, with several recommendations for improving service features.
