Abstract

In the present time, the development of information technology, especially in Indonesia, is growing. With the existence of information and communication technology can make it easier for us to learn and get information that we need from anywhere, anytime, and from anyone. In the education world, the development of information technology has begun to have a positive impact because the development of information technology in the education world has begun to show significant changes. Nowadays distance and time are not significant problems to gain knowledge, various applications are created to facilitate them. Information technology is a technology used to process data, including processing, obtaining, compiling, storing, manipulating data in various ways to produce quality information that is relevant, accurate, and timely information, which is used for personal, business, and government and is strategic information for decision making.

Abstract

Jelang Pilkada Serentak Tahun 2020, Gaya komunikasi politik saat ini menjadi fenomena yang sangat banyak dijadikan sebagai fokus pengamatan khalayak terutama saat debat calon kepala daerah yang diselenggarakan oleh KPU. Calon Bupati dari Paslon nomor urut 3 ini sangat banyak diperbincangkan di Kabupaten Sijunjung, putra kandung dari Bupati Sijunjung terdahulu yang menduduki 2 periode sebagai Bupati dan 1 periode sebagai Wakil Bupati, memiliki riwayat karier yang luar biasa di Lingkup Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sijunjung. Selanjutnya merupakan paslon terbanyak dilihat dari partai pengusungnya yaitu 10 kursi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi observasi, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian debat calon kepala daerah yang diselenggarakan KPU Daerah Sijunjung melalui audiovisual pada youtube KPUD Sijunjung maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya komunikasi yang digunakan cabup paslon no 3 putra mahkota yaitu gaya komunikasi asertif (assertive style). Selain itu Gaya komunikasi putra mahkota meliputi gaya komunikasi sebagai berikut : Emotive style traits dan Supportive style trait.

Abstract

The teacher plays a role in teaching children, in this approach the teacher adheres to the guidelines of the abilities that the child will achieve by understanding the child's interests, feelings and experiences. This kind of approach is an effective and best approach because the child can develop as a whole. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques use inductive analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that, The role of the teacher in developing fine motor skills is: a) The role of the teacher as a demonstrator, that is, the teacher has provided facilities to the child properly. b) The role of the Teacher as a Mediator in children at RA Mujahiddin, namely the teacher has given direction in learning to develop fine motor skills during learning activities. c) The Role of the Teacher as a Facilitator, the teacher gives an example in advance when the child wants to use learning media in doing fine motor activities, d) The role of the teacher in the implementation / management of learning in the classroom, namely by planning learning activities carefully. e) The Role of the Teacher as an Evaluator, it can be seen that the teacher observes the child in each activity using various learning media and the teacher gives an assessment after the child completes his task.

Abstract

Agricultural extension workers have an important role in improving the skills and knowledge of farmers. In Kerinci Regency there is an Arabica coffee agricultural sector which is still lacking in development, for this reason this research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the role of agricultural extension workers in increasing the competence of farmers in order to improve the quality of Arabica coffee and analyzing the obstacles faced by extension agents in improving the quality of Arabica coffee in Kerinci Regency . This study used mixed methods, namely a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The results of this study found that the role of agricultural extension as a motivator was moderate, the role of extension agents as educators was not good, the role of extension agents as disminators was not good, the role of extension agents as facilitators was very good and the role of extension officers as organizers was moderate. The constraints faced by agricultural extension workers in Kerinci Regency are technical; Extension agents are constrained by quality seeds, lack of knowledge of the extension personnel themselves, availability of seeds, lack of knowledge of farmers, and from a marketing perspective, the limited availability of quality Arabica coffee.INTISARIPenyuluh pertanian memiliki peranan penting dalam peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan petani. Di Kabupaten Kerinci terdapat sektor pertanian kopi Arabika yang masih kurang dalam pengembangannya, untuk itu dilakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan menganalisis peran penyuluh pertanian dalam peningkatan kompetensi petani dalam rangka peningkatan mutu kopi arabika serta menganalisis kendala yang dihadapi oleh penyuluh dalam meningkatkan mutu kopi arabika di Kabupaten Kerinci. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (mix methods) yaitu penggabungan antara metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwasanya peran penyuluh pertanian sebagai motivator yaitu sedang, peran penyuluh sebagai edukator kurang baik, peran penyuluh sebagai diseminator kurang baik, peran penyuluh sebagai fasilitator sangat baik dan peran penyuluh sebagai organisator sedang. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh penyuluh pertanian di Kabupaten Kerinci adalah secara teknis; penyuluh terkendala bibit yang bermutu, kurangnya pengetahuan SDM penyuluh itu sendiri, ketersediaan bibit, kurangnya pengetahuan petani, serta dari segi pemasaran adalah keterbatasan ketersediaan kopi arabika yang berkualitas.

Abstract

            This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of the Kostratani program at BPP Payakumbuh District, Lima Puluh Kota District, to analyze the achievements of the implementation of the Kostratani program at BPP Payakumbuh District, Lima Puluh Kota District. This research is a qualitative research with the type of case study research, carried out from August to December 2022. The selection of locations and informants was carried out purposively (intentionally). Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis. From the research results it can be identified that the development of BPP Kostratani in BPP Payakumbuh District and the implementation of the functions and roles of BPP as a data center, center for the agricultural development movement, learning center are in accordance with the indicators in the Kostratani SOP. Meanwhile, BPP as an agribusiness consulting center and partnership network center has not been implemented according to the indicators in the Kostratani SOP. The implementation of Kostratani development at BPP Payakumbuh District has been supported by IPDMIP activities but has not yielded good results. BPP Payakumbuh Sub-District has only been able to implement four of the six BPP Kostratani indicators, the implementation of which has not been optimal because there is no commitment from implementers at the Kostrawil, Kostrada and Kostratani levels in the sub-district. The implementation of Kostratani has not been supported by resource capabilities in the form of human resources and facilities owned by BPP.  Keywords: Kostratani; BPP; Implementation. INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program Kostratani di BPP Kecamatan Payakumbuh Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota, untuk menganalisis capaian pelaksanaan implementasi program Kostratani di BPP  Kecamatan Payakumbuh Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus, dilaksanakan bulan Agustus sampai dengan Desember 2022. Pemilihan lokasi dan informan dilakukan secara purposive (sengaja). Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diidentifikasi bahwa pengembangan BPP Kostratani di BPP Kecamatan Payakumbuh dan pelaksanaan fungsi dan peran BPP sebagai pusat data, pusat gerakan pembangunan pertanian, pusat pembelajaran sudah sesuai indikator dalam SOP Kostratani. Sedangkan BPP sebagai pusat konsultasi agribisnis dan pusat jejaring kemitraaan belum dilaksanakan sesuai indikator dalam SOP Kostratani. Pelaksanaan pengembangan Kostratani di BPP Kecamatan Payakumbuh sudah di dukung oleh kegiatan IPDMIP tapi belum memberikan hasil yang baik. BPP Kecamatan Payakumbuh baru mampu melaksanakan empat dari enam indikator BPP Kostratani pelaksanaannya belum optimal karena tidak adanya komitmen dari implementor di tingkat Kostrawil, Kostrada dan Kostratani di kecamatan. Pelaksanaan Kostratani belum di dukung kemampuan sumberdaya berupa sumber daya manusia, dan fasilitas yang dimiliki oleh BPP. Kata Kunci : Kostratani; BPP; Implementasi.

Abstract

Increasing the capacity of Arabica coffee farmers in Sungai Penuh is an effort to increase the capacity of farmers through an extension approach, both in group training and individual training by government agricultural extension workers to improve technical skills in Arabica coffee cultivation, managerial and building partnership networks. For this reason, research was carried out which seeks to understand the role of agricultural extension in increasing the capacity of arabica coffee farmers in Sungai Penuh. This research is a qualitative research and categorized as descriptive research. The results of this study are the role of agricultural extension workers in increasing the capacity of arabica coffee farmers, both technical cultivation, managerial and partnership networking by coffee farmers in Sungai Penuh is in the medium category. The capacity of Arabica coffee farmers in Sungai Penuh, consisting of cultivation techniques, management and partnership networks. The lowest capacity is managerial and partnership, while the highest is cultivation technical capacity.INTISARIPeningkatan kapasitas petani kopi arabika di kota sungai penuh merupakan upaya peningkatan kemampuan petani melalui pendekatan penyuluhan baik anjang sana kelompok maupun anjang sana perorangan oleh penyuluh pertanian pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam hal teknis budidaya kopi arabika, manajerial dan membangun jejaring kemitraan. Untuk itu dilakukan penelitian yang berupaya untuk memahami peran penyuluhan pertanian dalam peningkatan Kapasitas  Petani Kopi Arabika di Kota Sungai Penuh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan dikategorikan sebagai penelitian deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peran penyuluh pertanian terhadap peningkatan kapasitas petani kopi arabika baik teknis budidaya, manajerial dan jejering kemitraan oleh petani kopi di Kota Sungai Penuh berada pada kategori sedang. Kapasitas petani kopi arabika di kota sungai penuh, terdiri dari teknis budidaya, manajerial dan jejaring kemitraan. Kapasitas paling rendah yaitu manajerial dan kemitraan, sedangkan yang paling tinggi adalah kapasitas teknis budidaya.
