Abstract

Kata kunci : Islamic Centre, Design, arsitekturIslamic Centre is a center of activities, because the mosque building design should reflect the existence, meaning that the design of a mosque is not just chasing form alone, but must pay attention to how the "Spirit of Islamic Centre" was his own reflected. But the search form is not a priority or something more advanced, but aspects of the function of the mosque itself. Islamic Centre building is very simple but there is a procession from the outside to the inside. As exemplified Apostle "Mosque is your world affairs". Something as simple does not necessarily have to be complicated.Starting from understanding the Islamic Centre as a venue we communicate with the creator vertically and horizontally with fellow human beings. Then the Islamic Centre will be communicated to the media room as well as to fellow human creators.

Abstract

Background: The association between dyslipidemia and coronary artery disease (CAD) is undisputable. Current evidence suggests that, in comparison to conventional lipid parameters, a comprehensive non-traditional lipid profile serves as a more robust predictor of CAD. The evidence regarding the correlation between nontraditional lipid profile and severity of coronary lesions, as measured by the coronary artery disease-reporting and data system (CAD-RADS) score by Coronary Computed Tomography Angiography (CCTA), is still scarce. This study aimed to elaborate on the association between those parameters. Understanding these associations may improve risk stratification and management in CAD patients. Methods: A cross-sectional single-center study was conducted in a large population of patients with suspected CAD. Data were obtained from medical records between January 2020 and February 2024. The CAD-RADS score was stratified into three groups: CAD-RADS 0 (no CAD), CAD-RADS 1-2 (stenosis <50%, classified as non-obstructive CAD), and CAD-RADS ≥3 (stenosis ≥50% in ≥1 coronary segment, classified as obstructive CAD). Logistic regression analysis analyzes the association between patients' lipid profiles and CAD-RADS scores. P-value <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: A total of 543 (274 female) patients were included in this study. In the univariate analysis, the LDL/HDL ratio was significantly associated with the severity of CAD based on CAD-RADS scores. The multivariate analysis revealed that the LDL/HDL ratio was the most significant lipid parameter across all models (Adj OR: 9.728, 95% CI: 2.078-45.649, P = 0.004), with the highest adjusted odds ratio observed after adjustments for age, gender, family history, history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and chronic kidney disease, and also smoking status. The LDL/HDL ratio cut-off value was 2.82 with a sensitivity of 83.95% and a specificity of 21.05%. Other non-traditional lipid profiles lost their significance in the multivariate models. Conclusions: The LDL/HDL ratio was significantly associated with obstructive CAD, as assessed by the CAD-RADS score, even after adjustment for other cardiovascular risk factors

Abstract

This study aims to describe student learning outcomes using virtual-based learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SD Negrei 75 Palembang. The question to be answered from this research is how are student learning outcomes using virtual-based learning during the covid-19 pandemic? and how difficult is it to use virtual-based learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses qualitative methods, the informants of this research are the principals, and teachers of class V A. The data collection of this research was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. data analysis techniquesused with data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Student learning outcomes during the covid-19 pandemic have been achieved (2) In implementing virtualbased learning, the difficulties experienced by students are such as the absence of internet quota and there are also some students who do not have mobile phones, while the teacher does not experience anydifficulties in carrying out learning, because before the teaching and learning process students always prepare everything needed during learning such as books, pencils, cellphones or laptops. Meanwhile, the teacher also prepares lesson plans, teaching materials and learning media in the form of videos that have been made to master the learning materials that will be given to students perfectly.

Abstract

Introduction: This study was conducted to determine the profile of maternal characteristics and outcomes, as well as neonatal outcomes of mothers giving birth with preeclampsia and complications of cardiac abnormalities compare to preeclampsia without complications of cardiac abnormalities. Methods: This study used a descriptive cross-sectional research method with purposive sampling. Results: Out of 78 samples, there were 10 pregnant women with cardiac abnormalities. The predominant age is in the 18 - 35 years range at 51 (65.4%) samples. Comorbidities found were eclampsia 8 (10.3%) and HELLP syndrome 3 (3.8%). There was no maternal mortality. The major method of delivery was perabdominal in preeclampsia with cardiac abnormalities 10(100.0%). The neonatal outcome obtained APGAR scores of 7-10 as many as 57 (73.1%) babies, 8 (10.2%) babies with score 4-6, and 13 (16.7%) babies with score 0-3. There were 16 (20.5%) babies born with SGA, 58 (74.4%) with AGA, and 4 (5.1%) with LGA. Most neonatal born with normal APGAR score (58 babies or 74.4%). In the PE group with heart defects, there was 1 (10.0%) baby with severe asphyxia as in stillbirth. While in preeclampsia without cardiac abnormalities 11 (16.2%) babies were born with severe asphyxia and 8 (10.2%) stillbirths. Conclusion: The maternal outcomes were (1) comorbidities of eclampsia and HELLP syndrome, (2) the majority of delivery methods being caesarean section., and in neonatal outcomes, most babies were born with normal APGAR score and appropriate gestational age (AGA).Profil dan Luaran Kehamilan pada Preeklamsia dengan dan Tanpa Komplikasi Kelainan JantungAbstrakPendahuluan: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui profil karakteristik dan luaran maternal, serta luaran neonatal ibu melahirkan dengan preeklamsia dengan komplikasi kelainan jantung dan preeklamsia tanpa komplikasi kelainan jantung. Abstract

Objective:  To assess the cardioprotective effects of Carvedilol in preventing subclinical left ventricular dysfunction (SLVD) in breast cancer patients after completing FAC chemotherapy. Methods: This prospective study employed a quasi-experimental clinical trial conducted from September 2018 to May 2019. Breast cancer patients receiving FAC chemotherapy were divided into two groups: intervention (IG) and control (CG). The IG received Carvedilol 6.25 mg b.i.d., which was increased every three weeks until reaching a tolerated dose. The study evaluated changes in left ventricular global longitudinal strain (GLS) and the incidence of SLVD (GLS reduction ≥15% and GLS >-18%) 24 weeks after initiating the FAC regimen.Result: Of the 81 women enrolled in the study, 31 were in the IG. No significant changes in GLS were observed during or after completing FAC chemotherapy in the IG, whereas the CG showed contradictory results. At the end of the follow-up period, the delta GLS reduction was lower in the IG (0.7; 95% CI -0.60, 3.60) compared to the CG (3.00; 95% CI -2.16, 4.19), with a p-value of 0.035. Similarly, the percentage reduction in GLS was 3.6% in the IG and 14.29% in the CG, resulting in a p-value of 0.05. The incidence rate of SLVD (GLS reduction ≥15% and GLS > -18%) was lower in the IG (41.9% and 25.8%) than in the CG (58% and 48%).Conclusion: Carvedilol may have a cardioprotective effect in preventing the incidence of SLVD, as evaluated by GLS reduction and changes, in women with breast cancer after completing a full cycle of the FAC regimen.
