Abstract

Padang Karunia Group received a lot of inputs from its employees for improvement collected manually by an administrator. The more input from employees, the more difficult to be collected manually. Therefore Padang Karunia Group took the initiative to create an intranet application to save the inputs in a database. Based on this problem, a research is done to develop database applications in the form of dashboard to collect criticisms and suggestions of employees over the web. This application is expected to assist and facilitate the management of the company, especially in the gathering criticism and suggestions from employees who are then evaluated for company improvement. We uses the database design method based on database application lifecycle, including requirements collection and analysis, conceptual database design, logical database design, DBMS selection, physical database design, and implementation. The results achieved are a database design anda web-based dashboard application that collects criticisms and suggestions. The advantage of using this application is that the company can easily accept criticism and suggestions from employees, simplify storage and data management criticism and suggestions, create reports, and reduce the cost of data collection and the process that was previously done manually. Through the database created, the data management of criticisms and suggestions of employees can be done better.

Abstract

Databases to manage data related to student and school are required to support the implemented information technology applications. This study aims to analyze and design a database system that supports the school management information systems, especially for SMA 78 Jakarta as a case study. Included in the system are the students and teachers data management, the management of school tuition, and the management of learning materials and assignments for students. This research uses data collection methods, with a literature study, questionnaires, interviews, observation, and studying the data obtained from the school. Analyses were performed on the results of questionnaires, interviews and observations to identify user needs. The design used conceptual and logical database system design. The result achieved is the application for school management information system that can be used by students, teachers and school officials in supporting learning process and school administration. The developed application is expected to be a medium for students and teachers to share information in teaching and learning activities and administrative processes.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop a database application at dr. Jonni clinic which can be used for processing and recording of operational data with an attractive user interface. Through the integrated database application, data on dr. Jonni clinic would be more structured, therefore data retrieval will go faster and more accurate, data security administration will be increased, data redundancy will be eliminated and service performance clinic dr. Jonni will also be increased. The method of analysis includes the study of literature, examination of documentation, observation, and interviews. While in the design, the method includes application design using the waterfall method models, database design and data modeling application screens using State Transition Diagrams. The results achieved from this research is an application of data base management hospital. With database applications, all data and information can be integrated well, so that it would improve the quality of  services as well as facilitate storing and accessing data. The conclusions obtained from this research is the application of data base management hospital helps in generating quick and accurate information that is used to support operations and decision-making in the clinic dr. Jonni.

Abstract

Graphic Computers are widely used in various fields, especially in industries, companies, banks and hospitals. At hospital, computer graphics with leading edge techniques support images related to patient's needs. Graphic computer can also be used for shipbuilding and automotive design, as well as decision-makers in an institution, using pictures or images that can be analyzed to produce good forms which the accuracy is still investigated (CAD and CAM). The purpose of research is linking algorithms by creating the right picture or image to a form required by decision makers to associate algorithms Hermite, Bezier, B-Spline in harmonious function of each, so that the curves, images or images are produced better, and can be used in the field of engineering drawings. This research produces an image/ shape/ image which are suitable for designers? need.

Abstract

This study aims at designing a database system processes sales, inventory, and goods tracking in accordance with the needs of PT Citra Abadi Abhimata, as well as building the application program. This system records each process in a flow of goods, ranging from the entry of the principal goods until the goods are sold to end customers plus goods tracking. This study uses the fact finding method carried out by a direct field study at the company concerned, interviews with relevant parties, studying the company?s documentation, and literary study of textbooks. Furthermore, database design uses the three design concepts (conceptual design, logical design and physical design), as well as the interface design to create the application program. The result obtained is a data base system and application that can improve the company?s performance since data is stored on a regular basis so that it can be easily obtained when needed. The existence of this database design, along with related application, makes the company easier to manage data and monitor the process of goods flow and produce better work.

Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah adalah unit usaha produktif yang berdiri sendiri, yang dilakukan oleh orang perorangan atau badan usaha di semua sektor ekonomi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah melakukan pelatihan penyimpanan data manajemen Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah Kota Medan. Metode kegiatan yang dipakai dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini melalui cara pelatihan. Pelatihan penyimpanan data manajemen Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah Kota Medan dari tahapan alih media dan tahapan digitalisasi arsip telah disusun sesuai prosedur dan sistematis. Cara ini merupakan fungsi sebagai penyelamatan informasi data manajemen Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah Kota Medan. Penyelamatan informasi data manajemen merupakan salah satu kegiatan di bidang kearsipan yang bertujuan untuk menemukan kembali arsip yang akan digunakan dalam penyelenggaraan administrasi.

Abstract

Employee attendance is a process of recording employee attendance that is commonly used in companies, where previously all attendance recording was done manually and on a paper basis, so it took time to recapitulate, and allowed human error to occur. The use of technology in recording attendance, such as fingerprint attendance, web-based attendance, Quick Response Code attendance and others, is expected to help in managing attendance data. The aim of this research is to design a Web and Android-based Quick Response Attendance Code Application that can simplify the process of recording employee attendance and recapitulating daily attendance so that the results obtained are more accurate, then the stored data is used to count employees. need for food money per day. The research method is divided into problem identification, an interview approach is carried out with related parties by taking case studies at PT. Adhicon Perkasa. Solution development is carried out by conducting analysis and system design using uses diagrams and other diagrams. The result of this research is the Quick Response Attendance Code Application which can make the attendance process more accurate, minimize human error, and make it easier to recapitulate attendance for calculating daily meal allowances. It was concluded that with this application it is hoped that employee performance can improve because there is no longer a need to make attendance reports manually and the calculation of meal allowances will become more accurate.

Abstract

Hoaks yang menyebar di dunia maya terus bertambah, oleh sebab itu penelitian ini akan membuat dan memeriksa fungsionalitas dari algoritma Naïve Bayes dalam mendeteksi serta mengenali hoaks pada jejaring sosial. Algoritma yang diambil adalah Naïve Bayes karena dapat memproses data teks yang large-scale dengan kompleksitas tersendiri dan pengimplementasiannya yang mudah. Dataset yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini terdiri dari postingan media sosial yang dikategorikan sebagai hoaks atau bukan hoaks. Pra-pemrosesan data mencakup tokenisasi, ekstraksi fitur, dan pembersihan teks menggunakan teknik TF-IDF (Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency). Selanjutnya, algoritma Naïve Bayes dilatih dan diuji menggunakan cross-validation untuk memastikan bahwa model itu akurat dan dapat digunakan di mana saja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Naïve Bayes dapat mengidentifikasi hoaks dengan tingkat kesalahan yang sangat rendah. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Naive Bayes efektif dalam mendeteksi konten hoaks di media sosial, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh evaluasi model menggunakan metrik seperti ketepatan, recall, dan skor F1. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa algoritma ini dapat diintegrasikan dalam sistem pemantauan media sosial untuk meningkatkan kualitas informasi yang beredar.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari Studi Potensi Komoditi Kopi di Kabupaten Lombok Utara adalah menganalisis potensi bisnis komoditas lokal dalam upaya pengembangan ekonomi di Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Potensi tanaman Kopi Arabika di Kabupaten Lombok Utara terlihat dari banyaknya tamanan tersebut dibudidayakan oleh masyarakat lombok utara. Hanya saja, pengelolaan tanaman Kopi Arabika di Kabupaten Lombok Utara masih dilakukan secara tradisional, meski telah diberikan pendampingan oleh pemerintah daerah; 2) hasil Berdasarkan data pengolahan ditemukan bahwa produk/komoditi kopi adalah komoditas yang layak diinvestasikan, baik oleh masyarakat maupun pemerintah daerah; dan 3) Secara garis besar terdapat 7 aspek pembangunan yang menjadi arah pengembangan produk/komoditi Kopi yang layak investasi di Kabupaten Lombok Utara menurut skala prioritas pada masing-masing kabupaten yakni: (1) produk lokal, (2) pasar, (3) tata niaga, (4) nilai tambah, (5) kemitraan, (6) dukungan pemerintah daerah, dan (7) penerapan teknologi tepat guna
