Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor sosial ekonomi dan instabilitas harga terhadap respon penawaran kopi arabika organic. Faktor- faktor social ekonomi terdiri dari modal, pendapatan bersih, tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman dan usia Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor modal, pendapatan bersih dan tingkat pendidikan secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap respon penawaran kopi arabika organik, tetapi umur dan pengalaman petani tidak berpengaruh, secara bersama-sama kelima faktor sosial ekonomi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap respon penawaran. Instabilitas harga dan R/C ratio mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap  respon penawaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on job satisfaction, to know and analyze the effect of compensation on job satisfaction and to find out and analyze the effect of work discipline and compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Mitra Abadi Setiacargo - Medan. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Mitra Abadi Setiacargo - Medan, amounting to 34 people using a saturated sample so that all members of the population are sampled. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire technique. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, t Test, F Test and Determination Coefficient. Partially known work discipline variables have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Mitra Abadi Setiacargo - Medan. Partially known compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Mitra Abadi Setiacargo- Medan. Simultaneously it is known that work discipline and compensation have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Mitra Abadi Setiacargo. The coefficient of determination is 0.887 or 88.7%. This shows 88.7% of the variables of work discipline and compensation contribute to job satisfaction. The remaining 11.3% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Brand Performance terhadap Repeat Purchase, menganalisis pengaruh Brand Performance terhadap Customer Engagement, menganalisis pengaruh Customer Engagement terhadap Repeat Purchase dan untuk menganalisis peran Customer Engagement dalam memediasi pengaruh Brand Performance terhadap Repeat Purchase Pengguna Sepeda Motor Yamaha di Kota Medan.  Penelitian ini dapat digolongkan sebagai penelitian sebab akibat (Causal Research). Lokasi penelitian ini di kota Medan dengan subjek masyarakat kota Medan yang menggunakan sepeda motor Yamaha. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan dari Yamaha di Kota Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling, dimana semua populasi tidak memiliki peluang yang sama untuk menjadi responden dan pengambilan sampel didasarkan pada pertimbangan peneliti. Sedangkan yang menjadi sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi.  Pengujian hipotesis yang ada pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik path analysis.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand Performance berpengaruh langsung terhadap Customer Engagement, Customer Engagement berpengaruh langsung terhadap Repeat Purchase  dan Brand Performance berpengaruh langsung terhadap Repeat Purchase. Brand Performance tidak berpengaruh terhadap Repeat Purchase melalui Customer Engagement Pengguna Sepeda Motor Yamaha di kota Medan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-WOM on destination image, tourist satisfaction, and tourist loyalty. Analyze the influence of destination image on tourist satisfaction and loyalty, and analyze the effect of satisfaction on tourist loyalty. This research approach is an associative approach. The location of this study was conducted in the tourist destination of the Lake Toba Region in North Sumatra. The population in this study is domestic tourists. This population was chosen, because theoretically and empirically it has various characteristics that are appropriate to the topic and purpose of the study. While the sample size is 145 tourists. Data collection techniques are a list of questions and interviews. The analytical method used in this study is the Structural Equation Model with data processing using the Lisrel 8.0 computer program. The results showed that E-WOM affected Destination Image, Tourist Satisfaction, and Tourist Loyalty, Destination Image influenced Tourist Satisfaction and Tourist Loyalty and Tourist Satisfaction influenced Tourist Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a Brand Loyalty Improvement Model Based on Brand Satisfaction and Self Congruity of Iphone Users in Medan City. The population in this study were iPhone users in Medan City. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling, while the sample was set at 125 people. Data collection techniques used were interviews (Interview) and a list of questions (Questionaire). The data analysis method used in this research is the Structural Equation Model method. The results showed that Actual Self affects Brand Satisfaction, Actual Self affects Brand Loyalty, Ideal Self affects Brand Satisfaction, Ideal Self affects Brand Loyalty, Brand Satisfaction affects Brand Loyalty. Brand Satisfaction can positively mediate the influence of Actual Self on Brand Loyalty and Brand Satisfaction can positively mediate the influence of Ideal Self on Brand Loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja dosen dengan Organizational citizenship behavior sebagai variable mediasi pada Dosen Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Medan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh Dosen pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) yang ada di Medan dosen yang memiliki fungsional. Dalam penelitian ini hanya dibatasi pada dosen Dosen yang memiliki jabatan fungsional Asisten Ahli, Lektor dan Lektor Kepala yang berdomisili di Medan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan Model Persamaan Struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen dan organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Dosen Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Medan. Serta motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Dosen melalui variabel Organizational Citizenship Behaviour.  Oleh karena itu penelitian ini, mendorong pihak Manajemen Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Medan harus dapat membangun iklim organisasi yang baik dengan menjalin hubungan yang harmonis antara dosen dengan pemimpin maupun dosen dengan dosen lainnya dan pihak Manajemen Perguruan Tinggi dapat meningkatkan motivasi dosen dengan memberikan fasilitas yang nyaman, agar para dosen dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya berjalan dengan baik dan nantinya akan meningkatkan kinerja dosen.

Abstract

This study aims to study the factors that influence the Consumptive Behavior of Students and produce a Model of Consumptive Behavior of Students of the Development Economics Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Private University in Medan City. This research is a basic research (basic research). The population in this study were all students of the Development Economics Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Private University in Medan City. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling with the criteria of students of the Development Economics Study Program in semester IV and VI. The determination of the number of samples in this study is based on the Central Limit Theorem which states that the number of samples to achieve the normal curve is at least 30 respondents. The reason for determining the number of samples using the Central Limit Theorem is because the total population in this study is unknown. A total of 150 questionnaires were sent so that respondents who returned the questionnaires were expected to be at least 30 students. Data collection techniques used are interviews (interviews), list of questions (questionaire) and study documentation. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant effect of Lifestyle on Consumption Behavior, there was a significant influence of Financial Literacy on Consumption Behavior. There is a significant effect of Financial Literacy on Consumption Behavior which is moderated by Religiousity and there is no significant effect of the moderating effect of Religion on the relationship between Lifestyle and Consumption Behavior.

Abstract

The method in this study using a quantitative approach, the number of samples in this study were 40 respondents based on the results of calculations using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires or questionnaires distributed to employees of the Bulog Office of Pematang Siantar Branch. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the study, it shows that work placement partially has no effect on the performance of the employees of the Bulog Office of Pematang Siantar Branch with a significant value (0.141) smaller than 0.05 and tcount (1,503) smaller than ttable (1,685), and the test results show motivation partially significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Bulog Office of Pematang Siantar Branch with a significant value (0.001) smaller than 0.05 and tcount (3.776) greater than ttable (1.685) and work placement and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of office employees Bulog Branch Pematang Siantar with a value of Fcount = 11,366 which is greater than Ftable 3,252 (seen from Ftable) with a probability value of sig 0.000 less than 0.05.Keywords: Work Placement, Employee Motivation and Performance

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan tamu menginap di The Hill Hotel dan Resort Sibolangit, untuk menganalisis pengaruh lokasi terhadap kepuasan tamu menginap di The Hill Hotel dan Resort Sibolangit dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan tamu menginap di The Hill Hotel dan Resort Sibolangit. Pendekatan  penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tamu yang menginap di The Hill Hotel dan  Resort Sibolangit yang tidak diketahui jumlah pelanggannya. Sampel pada Penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 50.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik angket.Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Berganda, Uji t dan Uji F, dan Koefisien Determinasi.Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SPSS versi 23.00. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan tamu, terdapat pengaruh positif lokasi terhadap kepuasan tamu dan Pengujian yang dilakukan secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan tamu The Hill Hotel dan Resort Sibolangit. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Lokasi dan Kepuasan Tamu
