Abstract

Munculnya banyak operator seluler berkompetisi menawarkan layanan paket internet menyebabkan konsumen kebingungan untuk menentukan pilihannya. Begitu halnya dengan mahasiswa sebagai pengguna aktif layanan internet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kriteria-kriteria dan alternatif-alternatif yang dipertimbangkan mahasiswa dalam pemilihan operator seluler penyedia layanan internet. Studi kasus dilakukan terhadap mahasiswa Teknik Industri Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah 90 mahasiswa. Responden diminta mengisi kuesioner yang membandingkan tingkat kepentingan antar kriteria dan antar alternatif. Hasil kuesioner diolah dengan konsep perbandingan berpasangan. Analisis dengan Analytical Hierarchy Process menunjukkan bahwa kriteria kecepatan akses merupakan kriteria yang paling dipertimbangkan mahasiswa dalam memilih operator seluler penyedia layanan internet. Kriteria selanjutnya secara berturut-turut adalah jangkauan sinyal, harga, dan kuota. Telkomsel menjadi operator seluler penyedia layanan internet yang paling diminati oleh mahasiswa. Telkomsel terbukti unggul karena memiliki bobot lokal tertinggi pada setiap kriteria. Alternatif berikutnya yang terpilih secara berturut-turut adalah XL dan IndosatKata kunci: ahp, mcdm, pemilihan paket internet

Abstract

Wheat flour consumption in Indonesia continues to increase, so the government must import wheat on a large scale. One of the ways to reduce wheat consumption is by using substitutes. Mocaf (modified cassava flour) is a kind of flour that derived from cassava plants (Manihot esculenta). This flour can be used as a substitute for wheat flour due to its similar characteristics. Even though it has high economic potential, mocaf has only been marketed locally. One of the reason is the lack of quality packaging. The purpose of this study is to identify consumer preferences for mocaf packaging so that they can market the product not only locally but also nationally. In this study, AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method with four alternatives (plastic stand up pouch combination, Aluminium foil stand up pouch combination, screen printing plastic pouch, and paper pouch combination) and three criteria (price, model, and durability) is used to determine consumer preferences for mocaf packaging. This research obtained the conclusion that the highest weight for criterion and alternative are price and the screen printing plastic pouch.

Abstract

Research on consumer preferences on mountain shoe products is crucial. Mountain shoes are an important tool in mountain climbing activities that are at risk. Errors in the design of a mountain shoe cause inconvenience to consumers. This article discusses the factors that affect consumer satisfaction of mountain shoe products, so get the appropriate product design. Data processing is done by Kano method that shows response from respondent tend to spread. Another finding is that the number of values between categories in some attributes has an insignificant difference. Determination of Kano category is done by using Kano's satisfaction coefficient graph. The results show that the dominating category is must-be, ie 9 attributes need to be a priority because it is a basic need that must be met.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perum Damri Unit Kota Semarang merupakan perusahaan milik pemerintah yang menyediakan layanan transportasi publik dalam kota. Berbagai kendala menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan load factor dan jumlah konsumen Damri kota Semarang. Layanan Damri trayek Johar-Perumnas Banyumanik merupakan trayek dengan jumlah konsumen cukup banyak. Namun, persaingan dengan angkutan kota dan berbagai bus swasta serta wacana dibukanya koridor 2 Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) dengan trayek yang beririsan dengan trayek Damri perlu diwaspadai oleh manajemen. Terlebih lagi hasil survey pendahuluan menunjukkan tingkat ketidakpuasan konsumen trayek tersebut dirasa cukup tinggi. Behavioral intentions (niat berperilaku) merupakan keinginan konsumen untuk berperilaku menurut cara tertentu dalam rangka memiliki, membuang, dan menggunakan produk atau jasa. Analisis hubungan antara service quality yang terdiri dari expectation dan perceived performance, perceived value, dan overall satisfaction terhadap behavioral intentions pada konsumen Damri trayek Johar-Perumnas Banyumanik perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor-faktor tersebut. Analisis hubungan tersebut dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang merupakan gabungan analisis faktor dan model persamaan simultan Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara expectation terhadap perceived value dan overall satisfaction dan antara perceived performance terhadap overall satisfaction. Sedangkan faktor terbesar yang mempengaruhi behavioral intentions konsumen Damri yang diukur melalui indikator keinginan konsumen untuk menggunakan layanan Damri kembali dan merekomendasikannya kepada orang lain, yaitu perceived value.   ABSTRACT Perum Damri Unit Kota Semarang is a government-owned corporation providing public transportation services within the city. Many of constraints caused a decline in load factor and the number of consumers Damri Semarang. Service of Damri route Johar-Perumnas Banyumanik is a route with enough many of consumers. However, competition with many of urban transportations, other buses and the discourse opening of corridor two Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) route that overlap with the route of Damri must to be watched by Damri management. Moreover, there also decreased load factor for this route and preliminary survey results indicated the level of consumer dissatisfaction is considered quite high. Behavioral intentions is a consumer desire to behave in a certain way in order to have, throw, and use the product or service. Analysis of the relationship between service quality consisting of expectation and perceived performance, perceived value, and overall satisfaction on consumer behavioral intentions in Damri route Johar-Perumnas Banyumanik needs to be done to determine the relationship between these factors. Analysis of the relationship is done using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which is a combination of factor analysis and simultaneous equations models Based on this research, it was found there was no significant relationship between the expectation of the perceived value and overall satisfaction and no significant relationship between the perceived performance of the overall satisfaction. Meanwhile, the biggest factor affecting consumer behavioral intentions were measured through indicators Damri consumer desire to use Damri back and recommend it to others is the perceived value.

Abstract

Accreditation for higher education institutions is an important part for ensuring the quality of institutions. The percentage of graduating on time is one of important assessments in the accreditation of study programs by for Higher Education. However, escalating the number of students in Industrial Engineering Study Program, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, is not matched by the number of students who can graduate on time. As a result, there is an accumulation for the number of students. Therefore, this research aimed to conduct faktor analysis of study completion delay for students in Industrial Engineering Study Program, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Industrial Engineering students who experienced of study completion delay. The questionnaire contained questions related to 9 variabels, named intelligence, interests, talents, relationship with family member, relationship with other students, discipline, and completion of final project. Faktor analysis by using Principal Component Analysis was conducted to determine formed faktors. The result showed there were 2 faktors formed from 8 variabels. The first faktor was Potential and Completion of Final Project with eigen value 3.434 and variance could be explained from this faktor was 43.434%. Meanwhile, the second faktor was the Family and Campus Environment with eigen value 1.015 and variance could be explained from this faktor was 12.685%. Thus, study the National Accreditation Board can determine the appropriate strategy based on the result of faktor analysis.

Abstract

KWT Ngudi Sari is one of the farmer groups in Kemiri Village, Gunung Kidul which is actively produce various processed cassava products, such as mocaf flour. The abundant yield of cassava in Kemiri Village and the advantages of mocaf flour, which is good for health become the opportunity for KWT Ngudi Sari to develop their business. However, KWT Ngudi Sari faced several obstacles in their business management that were carried out, such as the lack of detailed calculations for selling prices, unclear division of labor within the organization, SOPs had not been written with good standard flow, and the labels of mocaf flour packaging does not meet the standards. For this reason, a series of community service activity programs in the form of counseling and assistance for KWT Ngudi Sari were designed, specifically to develop mocaf flour processed businesses. These activities include counseling and mentoring related to organizational design, determining the cost of production, selling prices, and BEP, counseling and preparation of informative SOPs, as well as counseling and assistance in making good and standard packaging labels.

Abstract

The increasing ease of internet access leads to good opportunities for marketplace growth. The marketplace's popularity is gaining among many people, especially Generation Z, and makes the marketplace becomes their primary solution for online shopping. According to the massive amount of generation Z and their lives that get used to sophisticated technology, this generation can become the critical marketplace consumer in the upcoming years. This research examines the selection of generation Z’s preferences towards the marketplace using the AHP-TOPSIS approach. The selection was based on three criteria: service quality, information, and price. AHP approach was applied to calculate each criterion's weight, while TOPSIS was used to obtain the alternative ranking of marketplaces. The result shows that service quality becomes the most influential criterion for selecting marketplace platforms. The weight of each criterion is service quality of 0.425, information quality of 0.280, and price of 0.295. Shopee is chosen as the most suitable marketplace platform for Generation Z. The proposed model of this research can allow the business players to effectively select the suitable marketplace for selling their products targeted to Generation Z.

Abstract

Background: Kunir Jalak business unit is part of UPJ Surya Boga belonging to the Catering Department at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Moyudan, Sleman. This unit produces a powder drink made from turmeric, ginger, and temulawak. This drink is intended to maintain immunity, considering the covid 19 pandemic. The Kunir Jalak business unit is relatively new, so it still needs assistance to develop its business. This community service activity aims to assist in determining business development strategies so that the Kunir Jalak business unit can be more developed. Contribution: The impact of community service activities is shown by increasing partners’ empowerment in identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) for the Kunir Jalak business unit and determining the alternative business development strategy, which has never been done before. Method: The method used is Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) and determine business development strategies. Furthermore, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach determines strategic priorities. Results: AHP analysis shows three business development strategies with the highest priority, namely: Weakness-Treats-1 (WT-1), Strength-Treats-1 (ST-1), and Weakness-Opportunity-2 (WO-2). Conclusion: Following the objectives of the community service program, it means that the priority of business development strategies can be determined, which can be used as guidelines for developing the business unit of Kunir Jalak.

Abstract

One of the critical points in realizing reverse logistics (RL) activities is determining the collection location for the products to be managed. Used cooking oil is a consumable product that can be collected through RL activities. Currently, the collection of used cooking oil in some food service businesses in the city of Yogyakarta is carried out by collectors. Collectors carry out their activities based on economic interests. In contrast, from the view of long-term interests, the management of used cooking oil is a manifestation of a sustainable supply chain. So that the management of used cooking oil is not solely aimed at economic interests but also to realize environmental sustainability and social support, cooperation between food service businesses is needed. One form of such cooperation is the provision of collection facilities. However, preliminary studies in this research found that no food service businesses were willing to act as collection facilities. For this reason, this study proposes a conceptual model of the inhibiting factors for intending as a used cooking oil collection facility for food service business actors. The research method was carried out through a literature review as the basis for preparing the conceptual model. The resulting model can be used as a basis for further research.

Abstract

To anticipate environmental damage, one of the efforts is to use green products, including cloth diapers which are more environmentally friendly because they can be used repeatedly, thus reducing the waste of disposable diapers. For this reason, a study was conducted to determine the factors influencing the purchasing intention of environmentally friendly diapers. The factors studied included attitudes, subjective norms (SN), perceptions of behavioral control (PBC), environmental awareness (PL), moral responsibility (Norm), and perceived risk (PR). These six factors will be tested to determine whether they significantly influence the intention to use cloth diapers, then their effect will be analyzed. The objects in this study are residents of the City of Yogyakarta who have and take care of infants or toddlers. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires. Data processing begins with validity and reliability testing. After testing the validity and reliability, it is followed by regression tests, model significance, significance test for the influence of each independent variable, and finally, determining the coefficient of determination. From the processing of the 406 questionnaires, it is known that three variables significantly influence: subjective norms, perceptions of behavioral control, and moral responsibility. The resulting regression equation is Intention=0.045attitude+0.288 SN+0.277PBC+0.009PL-0.020PR+0.316Norm. The coefficient of determination of the conceptual model is 64.2%, which means that changes in the values of the six variables studied contribute to a variation in the response variable (intention) of 64.2%.
