Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan staff melakukan pengelolaan terhadap insiden kecelakaan dan pelaporan masih menggunakan kertas sehingga berpotensi tidak maksimalnya dalam hal pelaksanaan. Kesulitan lain yang dihadapi setiap kejadian yang dilaporkan dan diterima oleh Unit Lakalantas haruslah disusun dengan rapi dan teratur sebagai arsip serta sebagai data yang bisa digunakan untuk membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan. Selain itu data yang diterima oleh polisi dapat digunakan untuk memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat sebagai wujud bentuk edukasi kepolisian tentang kecelakaan lalu lintas seperti jalan rawan kecelakaan, jumlah kecelakaan, jenis kecelakaan, dan lain sebagainya.dengan menggunakan PHP dan Mysql akan menunjang efisiensi dan efektifitas kerja dalam mengolah.

Abstract

Bisnis barbershop merupakan salah satu bisnis yang kini sedang berkembang pesat, tidak terkecuali di Indonesia. Sekilas bisnis ini memang terlihat sederhana, namun jika dilihat prospeknya bisnis barbershop mampu mendatangkan keuntungan yang cukup besar.Dengan kemampuan tukang cukur dan fasilitas yang disediakan, tidak heran jika banyak yang memilih potong rambut di barbershop. Baik dari kalangan orang dewasa, anak muda, hingga anak-anak. Namun, hadirnya industri barbershop tak luput dari sejarah yang cukup panjang. Barbershop berasal dari bahasa latin “barba” yang berarti “janggut”. Barbershop pertama kali berdiri di Wilayah Macedonia sekitar 400 tahun sebelum masehi dan menyebar ke beberapa daerah lain seperti Mesir. Tetapi pada zaman itu, para pemangkas rambut ternyata bukan hanya bekerja memangkas rambut saja, mereka juga bekerja sebagai tenaga medis yang melayani operasi bedah kecil seperti mencabut gigi atau mengobati luka. Mereka mendapat ilmu tersebut dari para pendeta selama abad pertengahan. Namun sayangnya, kebanyakan para pendeta saat itu justru tidak mengobati pasien sebagaimana mestinya. Kemudian Paus mengeluarkan keputusan berupa sanksi kepada 1163 pendeta. Pada saat itu, pelayanan medis pun dimonopoli oleh barbershop. Seiring perkembangan zaman, akhirnya barbershop dipisah dengan ahli bedah medis atau yang biasa kita kenal dengan Dokter. Para pemangkas yang bekerja di barbershop hanya melayani pangkas rambut, mencukur janggut atau kumis. Salah satu tokoh dunia yang sukses menjadi tukang cukur sekaligus ahli bedah pada zaman dahulu yaitu Ambroise Pare yang kini namanya sudah mendunia.

Abstract

Universitas Islam Indragiri (UNISI) adalah Universitas swasta yang terdapat di kota Tembilahan, Riau yang selalu berupaya dalam peningkatan mutu internal secara berkelanjutan agar dapat bersaing dengan perguruan tinggi lain. Salah satu upaya yang telah dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan penilaian terhadap kinerja dosen. Proses penilaian tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual dan diimplementasikan dalam bentuk excel, sehingga memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama untuk melakukan pengolahan data. Pengolahan data yang dilakukan pun masih banyak terjadi kesalahan, seperti kesalahan dalam perhitungan dan penyajian laporan. Dalam penelitian ini dirancancang sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) sebagai metode pembobotan masing-masing kriteria dan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sebagai metode perangkingan. Kriteria yang digunakan untuk penilaian kinerja dosen ini adalah tingkat kehadiran mengajar, ketepatan mulai dan mengakhiri kuliah, kesesuaian meteri dengan silabus, kemudahan penyampaian materi untuk dipahami, menggunakan alat bantu untuk memperjelas materi, malayani dan memberikan perhatian dalam komunikasi dua arah, membantu dan mudah untuk ditemui di luar waktu perkuliahan, memiliki pengetahuan aktual dalam pembelajaran. Dan alternatif yang digunakan adalah dosen-dosen yang telah terdaftar di Dikti dan masih aktif mengajar pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2015. Implementasi sistem pendukung keputusan ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 dan database MySQL.

Abstract

Currently, there are many information systems that are used to support and solve a problem that usually arises in an organization, company or government agency. One of them is Geographic Information System (GIS) technology which has developed rapidly. Where this system can be a means for delivering information on the location of the location, especially those related to the business of tailoring clothes. This geographic information system for mapping the location of the tailor's location aims to analyze, design and build a geographic information system for mapping the location that can convey information on the location of the tailor, convey complete information about the tailor's location so that it can be spread thoroughly to the public or system users, provide useful information to the public in the process of finding the location of tailors in Tembilahan city based on precise and accurate data. In designing the GIS mapping of the tailor's location, Waterfall is a system development method that functions as a mechanism to identify software, as well as UML (Unified Modeling Language) as modeling, and uses the PIECES method to facilitate researchers in building systems. With the geographical information system mapping the location of this tailor, the delivery of information about the tailor's place can be spread thoroughly to the community or system users. Abstract

Tidak dipungkiri dunia pendidikan semakin maju dengan diiringi berbagai teknologi dan informasi yang mendukungnya , salah satunya adalah konsep e-learning. Dengan e-learning kegiatan belajar mengajar bisa sedikit lebih efesien dari segi waktu, jadwal kegiatan maupun dalam percetakan atau pengarsipan laporan di sekolahan. Aplikasi didesain sesederhana mungkin agar siswa dan guru tidak sulit untuk menggunakannya,serta menggunakan metode pengembengannya dengan menggunakan UML, analisa PIECES dan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Aplikasi e-learning juga dilengkapi dengan fitur download tugas dan materi untuk siswa, selain itu ada fitur diskusi guru dan siswa agar berkomunikasi secara online, hal ini tentu saja berguna dalam membangun hubungan antara guru dan siswa.

Abstract

Indragiri Hilir Regency has many locations of Building Shops scattered in several places in Indragiri Hilir Regency. However, not all of the people of Indragiri Hilir Regency know the locations of these Building Shops. Only a small number of people know the location of the building shop. Therefore, the researchers tried to build a Geographic Information System application for mapping the location of building shops in Indragiri Hilir Regency, with the intention that the people of Indragiri Hilir Regency would know information about the location and location of Building Shops scattered in the Indragiri Hilir Regency area. The purpose of the research is to present information about the object where the building shop is located in the Indragiri Hilir district and to design a web-based geographic information system application that can provide accurate data needed by parties who need information. This research method uses the Waterfall model. Waterfall development model is a systematic and sequential development model (sequential). In this study, researchers used pieces analysis to analyze several matters. The analysis and design phase is one of the tools to create a system. The goal is to minimize the weaknesses of the system that will be made. In the system design process, researchers use modeling with the UML (Unified Modeling Language) approach. A web shop mapping geographic information system has been built that makes it easy for users to obtain information about building shops in Tembilahan quickly, accurately, and can be accessed by anyone, anywhere, anytime, regardless of distance and time. The building shop in Tembilahan is web-based using the Google Maps API. For the database using XAMPP and compiling scripts/programming code using a text editor Visual Code Studio, Notepad++ and the programming language used is PHP and for CSS using Materialize.

Abstract

This was followed by a fast internet network speed that made the geographic information system easy to use by all people, including the mapping process for cafes, food stalls and coffee shops. the system will help to make it easier for consumers to find locations, help to convey information and become a media promotion of cafes, food stalls and coffee shops in Tembilahan. In the system design process, the method chosen as the development method is waterfall and uses object-oriented modeling, namely UML ( Unified Modeling Language) and using the PIECES analysis method in building geographic information systems mapping web-based cafes, food stalls and coffee shops in the city of Tembilahan with this geographic information system making it easier for consumers to get locations and information about cafes, food stalls and coffee shops in Tembilahan. , save consumers time and become a promotional medium for the owner of the culinary place.

Abstract

The thesis, entitled "School Information System and Alumni Data at SMK Negeri 2 Tembilahan", was made against the background of the absence of a school information system that stores alumni data at SMK Negeri 2 Tembilaha, data is still stored in the form of archival documents and the unavailability of school information about alumni data that can be accessed online. In making this system using the waterfall method with PIECES analysis, the system design uses UML modeling. The results obtained are solutions to the difficulty of the community in finding school information and the difficulty of alumni in finding alumni data.

Abstract

Information technology is developing rapidly and expanding in various fields, namely to facilitate performance in daily activities, including managing incoming and outgoing mail. The Development Administration Section is a part of the Regional Secretariat of Indragiri Hilir Regency. In carrying out the duties of the Development Administration Section, we experienced problems in terms of correspondence. The correspondence system is still conventional, incoming and outgoing letters still need to be recorded in an agenda book, the volume of letters is large, making it difficult to search for files and store documents. And documents. And archives in the form of physical documents can be lost or damaged. Apart from that, if the authorized official is not present then the disposition of incoming letters or signing outgoing letters will be hampered because everything cannot be done online. Due to this problem, a correspondence system is needed for the Development Administration Section. This system manages incoming mail, outgoing mail, and employee and officer data. This information system was designed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with a waterfall model. And implemented using the PHP programming language and XXAMP and MySql web servers for database management.

Abstract

Local coconut varieties must be classified to maintain the quality and genetic diversity of coconuts as the main commodity in Indonesia's largest coconut-producing region. This study introduces a deep learning module for improved classification of coconuts, using color jitter as part of a data augmentation strategy to supplement the existing dataset and utilizing well-known CNN-based models like VGG16 for image analysis, with a focus on the needs of future research. The goal is to improve the classification accuracy of local coconut varieties through deep learning. We investigate both data augmentations and EDA, and we use VGG-16-based CNN models to enhance the classification performance. We used a confusion matrix for the model evaluation, containing metrics like accuracy, precision, recall, and f1-score. Results reveal that a color jitter augmentation model attained a training accuracy of 99.12%, testing accuracy of 97.33%, and validation accuracy of 97.33%. Model exploration using VGG16, on the other hand, improved all three: training accuracy—99.87%, testing accuracy—98.77%, and validation accuracy—98.97% average F1-score: 99%. Our research contributes massively to providing the best automatic classification method that will benefit and help farmers shorten their jobs while promoting economic growth in trading effectively across Indonesian regions. Its novelty is in combining image augmentation and CNNs, concerning the VGG16 model, showing better.
