Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini, diikuti meningkatnya perkembangan data. Data merupakan informasi yang sangat berharga perkembangan yang semakin pesat menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pengelolaannya. Salah satu pemanfaatan data adalah penggunaan temu kembali informasi pada portal video multimedia. Semakin banyak video multimedia yang tersimpan pada repositori maka semakin sulit dalam proses pencarian. Pada proses pencarian, pengguna terkadang menginginkan korelasi diantara hasil pencarian. Untuk membentuk korelasi dari hasil pencarian, dibutuhkan sebuah pemodelan topik yang berfungsi sebagai penghubung diantara query, kata dan dokumen dari deskripsi video multimedia. Salah satu metode pemodelan topik dapat dilakukan menggunakan model Probabilistic Latent Semantic Analysis (PLSA) dengan algoritma Expectation dan Maximization (EM Algorithm). Algoritma EM merupakan algoritma untuk menduga suatu parameter, tahap awal adalah melakukan pencarian nilai ekspektasi (Expectation). Pencarian nilai ekspektasi membutuhkan topik sebagai parameter awal yang nilai parameter-parameter akan diperbaharui menggunakan algoritma Maximization. Proses pembentukan parameter awal dilakukan menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes, dimana algoritma Naive Bayes digunakan memprediksi kejadian dimasa datang menggunakan pengalaman sebelumnya.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penilaian kinerja dibutuhkan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kualitas kerja karyawan. Untuk melihat kinerja karyawan salah satu cara nya dapat dilihat berdasarkan KPI (Key Performance Indicator). Penilaian kinerja berperan penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM pada perusahaan dengan membuat program pengembangan SDM. Namun akan terkendala apabila proses penilaian kinerjanya kurang efektif dan efisien. Seperti pada PT Barata Indonesia (Persero), proses penilaian yang dilakukan masih manual seperti pada banding penilaian yang masih dilakukan tatap muka antara penilai dan yang dinilai. Oleh karena itu solusi yang dapat ditawarkan adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi penilaian KPI berbasis website. Metode pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan 5 tahapan, pertama yaitu wawancara, kedua yaitu analisa kebutuhan sistem, ketiga yaitu desain sistem, keempat yaitu implementasi dan terakhir yaitu pengujian. Setelah dibuatkan sistem informasi penilaian KPI berbasis website, proses penilaian akan lebih efektif dan efisien.Kata kunci: Pengembangan Sistem Informasi, Penilaian Kinerja Karyawan, KPI, Website Abstract - Performance appraisal is needed to determine the extent to which the quality of employee work. One way to see employee performance is based on KPI (Key Performance Indicator). Performance appraisal plays an important role in improving the quality of human resources in the company by making HR development programs. However, it will be constrained if the performance appraisal process is less effective and efficient. As in PT Barata Indonesia (Persero), the assessment process is still manual, as in the appraisal appeal which is still being done face-to-face between the appraiser and the appraiser. Therefore, the solution that can be offered is to develop a website-based KPI assessment information system. The system development method is carried out in 5 stages, the first is interviews, the second is system requirements analysis, the third is system design, the fourth is implementation and the last is testing. After a website-based KPI assessment information system is created, the assessment process more effective and efficient.Keywords: Information System Development, Employee Performance Assessment, KPI, Website

Abstract

Proses deployment dalam pembangunan sebuah aplikasi sangatlah penting karena menentukan hasil akhir sebuah aplikasi namun sayangnya proses ini kerapkali bermasalah dikarenakan cara deploy yang masih manual yaitu dengan cara pull aplikasi dari server produksi, cara ini dirasa kurang parktis dikarenakan developer harus berulangkali melakukan pull dari server apabila ada update pada aplikasi, masalah serupa terjadi pada sebuah perusahaan jasa system informasi PT.Andromedia dimana proses deploy yang dilakukan masih secara manual, berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut maka penulis menawarkan solusi dengan mengintegrasikan proses deploymen aplikasi dengan menggunakan konsep continuous integration and deployment atau yang biasa disingkat CI/CD. CI atau Continuous integration Merupakan prosses dimana aplikasi akan di buat dan di uji secara otomatis setelah repositori aplikasi terintegrasi pada server CI. Sedangkan CD atau Continuous deploymen adalah prosses dimana aplikasi yang telah dibuat dan di uji akan dideploy pada server produksi secara otomotis. dengan mengimplementasikan CI/CD dapat membantu dalam proses deployment.

Abstract

Requirement Engineering (RE) is the initial stage in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which functions to analyze the needs of the organization. However, the RE stage is often carried out without comprehensive knowledge of the information system that is appropriate to the conditions of the organization. Therefore, the community service aims to assist SMK Semen Gresik in meeting the needs of an information system that suits the school's needs. The mentoring process is carried out through several stages, namely needs analysis, interviews with school officials, and direct observation of operational activities. The result of this community service is identifying the need for a specific information system that is able to support school management effectively. It is hoped that these findings can become the basis for developing an integrated information system, so that it can increase the operational efficiency and effectiveness of SMK Semen Gresik. Apart from that, this mentoring activity also provides insight to schools regarding the importance of information systems in supporting the education and management process. In addition, this assistance succeeded in exploring relevant information system needs and became an important first step in implementing technology in the SMK Semen Gresik educational environment.

Abstract

Community service activities aim to provide understanding and skills for the Muhammadiyah School Treasurer in Bojonegoro Regency regarding the preparation of financial reports using the "SIAS / School Accounting Information System" application. Community Service begins by giving a pre-test to participants so that the presenter can find out to what extent the material or materials to be taught have been mastered by participants regarding asset management. The next stage is counseling about the use of the application. The final stage is the final evaluation / post-test which is used to determine participants' understanding of the material that has been provided. The methods used in service activities are lectures, training and assistance in using the SIAS application. The result of this service is to provide literacy to Muhammadiyah School Treasurers so they are able to understand and apply the use of the SIAS application so that in the future they can organize and manage finances properly and correctly. This activity provides positive value in terms of effectiveness and efficiency in managing school finances.

Abstract

Digital repository is one source of data in human information needs, especially in an organization. In a digital repository, various digital documents are stored that can be used by users, for example, a publication journal repository. Every day the published articles in the repository grow in the hundreds or even thousands in number, besides publication journals usually consist of various formats and languages. This will cause the search of results relatively low level of relevance. To optimize search results today, the application of an information retrieval system in a repository is important. Preprocessing is one of the most important stages of the development of a retrieval system, especially in the process of selecting a stemming algorithm to generate basic words (terms) which will later be used in determining the level of similarity between queries and documents in a search process. N-Gram is a method of character decomposition from a string that can be used to analyze words or sentences which are words or sentences from what language will later affect the determination of the stemming algorithm. Cosine Similarity is a method to determine the level of similarity, which will calculate the angle that represents the query vector and the document vector. In this study, a repository will be built that implements retrieval systems using N-Gram and Cosine Similarity, then the system performance will be calculated where the average total accuracy for Indonesian-language queries and English-language queries is 0.967, precision is 0.851 while the average recall is obtained. 0.869.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of Rapid Application Development (RAD) and User-Centered Design (UCD) methods in developing project management information systems for small and medium-scale projects. Using interviews and direct trials by project managers, project team members, and clients, this study aims to understand the extent to which these two methods can improve development efficiency and user satisfaction. The results show that the RAD method accelerates the development process through flexible iterations, while UCD ensures that the resulting system is in accordance with user needs. Project managers reported increased transparency in monitoring progress, team members appreciated features that supported coordination, and clients felt more connected to project developments in real time. The combined implementation of RAD and UCD proved effective in creating a responsive, efficient, and user-friendly project management system to meet the needs of small and medium projects.

Abstract

Bertambahnya kuantitas sampah yang tidak dibersamai dengan hilirisasi pengelolaan sampah yang baik seiring dengan perkembangan ekonomi dan industri Kota Gresik menjadi fokus pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan. Kesalahan Paradigma masyarakat terkait fungsi tempat pembuangan akhir menjadi permasalahan bagi TPA Ngipik Gresik. Semakin hari tumpukan sampah di TPA Ngipik Gresik semakin tidak tertangani dengan jumlah yang tidak dapat secara pasti dapat terhitung. Keadaan ini harus diselesaikan dengan mengubah pola pikir masyarakat, dimana harus ada pengelolaan sampah berbasis 5R pada skala rumah tangga dan memberikan sosialiasi bahwasannya sampah memiliki nilai jual sehingga circular economy dapat berjalan. Dengan demikian, terdapat beberapa kegiatan yang dilakukan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini yang dikhususkan pada sosialisasi pengelolaan sampah skala rumah tangga baik organik maupun anogranik, pembuangan sampah sesuai dengan penggolongan sehingga kuantitas sampah dapat terhitung dengan baik, dan pengenalan software aplikasi terkait dengan neraca sampah dan jual beli produk sampah di Kota Gresik. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Manyarejo, Gresik dan mitra pengabdian berasal dari Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Gresik.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis penerimaan user terhadap dua platform game digital populer, yaitu Steam dan Epic Games Store, menggunakan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian ini mengukur variabel seperti Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude Toward Using, Behavioral Intention to Use, dan Actual System Usage, serta menambahkan variabel eksternal seperti strategi promosi dan popularitas. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode convenience sampling melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring di komunitas Facebook dan Discord yang relevan, dengan total responden yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai pengguna kedua platform tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Steam memiliki tingkat penerimaan pengguna yang lebih tinggi pada hampir semua variabel, kecuali pada aspek Perceived Ease of Use, di mana Epic Games sedikit lebih unggul. Steam lebih efektif dalam strategi promosi melalui diskon musiman dan memiliki popularitas yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan Epic Games. Berdasarkan hasil ini, disarankan agar Epic Games meningkatkan variasi promosi, fitur komunitas, dan pengalaman pengguna untuk meningkatkan daya saingnya di pasar game digital. Kata kunci: Penerimaan Pengguna, Technology Acceptance Model, Steam, Epic Games Store, Platform Game Digital.Abstract - This research is aiming to analyze the user acceptance of two popular digital game platforms, Steam and Epic Games Store, using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The research evaluates variables such as Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude Toward Using, Behavioral Intention to Use, and Actual System Usage, while adding external variables such as promotion strategies and popularity. The datas were collected using the convenience sampling method through an online questionnaire distributed in relevant Facebook and Discord communities, targeting respondents who meet the criteria as users of both platforms. The results show that Steam has a higher level of user acceptance across most variables, except for Perceived Ease of Use, where Epic Games slightly outperforms. Steam is more effective in its seasonal discount promotions and has a higher popularity compared to Epic Games. Based on the findings, it is recommended that Epic Games enhance its promotional variety, community features, and user experience to improve its competitiveness in the digital game market.Keywords:User Acceptance, Technology Acceptance Model, Steam, Epic Games Store, Digital Game Platforms.

Abstract

Abstrak - Pengelolaan sampah di Kabupaten Gresik masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dalam integrasi Teknologi Informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan tata kelola Teknologi Informasi dalam pengelolaan sampah berdasarkan kerangka COBIT 5, khususnya pada domain BAI (Build, Acquire, and Implement) dan MEA (Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess). Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan analisis dokumen untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kematangan pada setiap proses dan sub-domain yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan antara tingkat kematangan yang sekarang dan yang diharapkan. Untuk mengatasi perbedaan ini, rekomendasi perbaikan mencakup penguatan prosedur operasional, pemanfaatan teknologi yang lebih optimal, dan peningkatan koordinasi antar pemangku kepentingan. Dengan implementasi perbaikan ini, pengelolaan sampah di Kabupaten Gresik diharapkan menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, dan berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: Tata Kelola TI, COBIT 5, Tingkat Kematangan, Pengelolaan Sampah, Digitalisasi Sampah. Abstract - Waste management in Gresik Regency still faces various challenges, especially in the integration of Information Technology. This study aims to measure the maturity level of Information Technology governance in waste management based on the COBIT 5 framework, especially in the BAI (Build, Acquire, and Implement) and MEA (Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess) domains. Data were obtained through questionnaires and document analysis to evaluate the level of maturity in each relevant process and sub-domain. The results of the study indicate that there is a difference between the current and expected levels of maturity. To address this difference, recommendations for improvement include strengthening operational procedures, more optimal use of technology, and increasing coordination between stakeholders. With the implementation of these improvements, waste management in Gresik Regency is expected to be more effective, efficient, and sustainable.Keywords: IT Governance, COBIT 5, Maturity Level, Waste Management, Waste Digitalization..
