Abstract

Abstract: The quality of life is an individually perception about the whole of their life. Basicly, patient CKD undergoing hemodialysis have a bad quality of life, but will increase with some factor, one of which is influenced by the nurse’s role as care giver. The purpose of this study were to the determine relationship nurse’s role as care giver with patient’s quality of life. The sample in this study is 30 nurse’s and 41 patient’s hemodialysis. The design study is a descriptive analytic with cross-sectional design were the information will collecting by using questionnaire. The research results spearman test there is have meaningful relationship between nurse’s role as care giver with patient’s quality of life (p = 0,000). The conclusion there is have relationship between nurse role as care giver with patient quality of life undergoing hemodialysis in RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. The recomendation for further is expected to be a reference for more research on the role of nurses with quality of life. Key words: Care giver, quality of life, hemodialysis Abstrak. Kualitas hidup merupakan persepsi individu mengenai keseluruhan hidupnya. Umumnya pasien PGK yang menjalani hemodialisis memiliki kualitas hidup yang buruk, namun dapat meningkat dengan berbagai faktor, salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh peran perawat sebagai care giver.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan peran perawat sebagai care giver dengan kualitas hidup pasien. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu perawat berjumlah 30 responden dan pasien HD berjumlah 41 responden. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional dan data dikumpulkan dari responden menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil Penelitian berdasarkan uji spearman terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara peran perawat sebagai care giver dengan kualitas hidup pasien (p = 0,000). Kesimpulan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara peran perawat sebagai care giver dengan kualitas hidup pasien penyakit ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis di RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan untuk lebih banyak lagi penelitian tentang peran perawat dengan kualitas hidup. Abstract

Abstract: Anxiety is the impact of hospitalization experienced by pre-school childrens. The impact of this risk can interfere with the child development and the child's healing process. To reduce anxiety of child can be given by play therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of therapeutic play coloring pictures against anxiety levels in pre-school age childrens due hospitalization. Methods of this study using pre-experimental designs. Sampling technique with accidental sampling by 30 respondents. Statistic testusing paired sample t-test with a significance level of 95% (α =0.05). The results showed that the p value = 0.000 (<0.05) so there is a therapeutic effects of therapeutic play coloring pictures against anxiety level sin pre-school age childrens due hospitalization at Irina E BLU RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. Conclusion: The results showed there is an effects of therapeutic play coloring pictures of the level of anxiety in children of pre school age due to hospitalization at Irina E BLU RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. Keywords : Hospitalization, Anxiety, Play Therapy Abstrak : Perasaan cemas merupakan dampak dari hospitalisasi yang dialami oleh anak pra sekolah. Dampak ini berisiko dapat mengganggu tumbuh kembang anak dan proses penyembuhan pada anak. Untuk mengurangi kecemasan anak dapat diberikan terapi bermain. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh terapi bermain mewarnai gambar terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada anak usia pra sekolah akibat hospitalisasi. Metode penelitian pre experimental designs. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu accidental sampling sebanyak 30 responden. Uji Statistik paired sample t-Test dengan tingkat kemaknaan 95% (α = 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai p value = 0,000 (<0,05) sehingga terdapat pengaruh terapi bermain mewarnai gambar terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada anak usia pra sekolah akibat hospitalisasi di Ruangan Irina E BLU RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D.Kandou Manado. Kesimpulan : Diperoleh hasil adanya pengaruh terapi bermain mewarnai gambar terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada anak usia pra sekolah akibat hospitalisasi di Ruangan Irina E BLU RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D.Kandou. Kata kunci : Hospitalisasi, Kecemasan, Terapi Bermain

Abstract

Background: Stunting is a nutritional problem caused by lack of nutritional intake starting from the process of pregnancy so that children fail to achieve physical development measured by height according to age (TB / U). The prevalence of stunting children in the Kotabunan Health Center is still high, which is 8.99% of 385 children with stunting. One of the indirect factors causing stunting in children is antenatal care services carried out by mothers. Objective: this study aims to determine how the relationship between antenatal care services and the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-59 months at the Kotabunan Health Center. Method: this study is a quantitative research with a cross sectional study design using a retrospective approach. The sampling technique used is total sampling based on stunting incident reports from the Kotabunan Health Center. Data collection tools in the form of 10T questionnaires, antenatal care services, and MCH books. Discussion: most of the respondents of mothers with stunting children at the Kotabunan Health Center have made antenatal care visits >4 times and have carried out antenatal care services according to standards. Conclusion: In the study, there was no relationship between antenatal care services and the incidence of stunting where antenatal care services are one of the indirect factors causing stunting.

Abstract

Introduction: Anxiety disorders are one of the psychological problems that arise when children undergo hospitalization. Anxiety that is not treated will make the length of hospitalization days and worsen conditions. One of the interventions that can be done to treat anxiety in school-age children undergoing hospitalization is expressive writing therapy. Objective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of expressive writing therapy on the anxiety of school-age children undergoing hospitalization. Methods: This research design uses quantitative methods with a pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design. The study sample consisted of 25 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique based on the inclusion criteria, namely school-age children aged 10-12 years who can write, children who are undergoing hospitalization with stable conditions (children who are willing to communicate well and are able to sit on the patient's bed, parents who are willing for their children to become respondents, and children who experience anxiety based on screening results. Anxiety was measured using an instrument (CSAS-C). Results: Data analysis with the Paired Sample t-test test showed a p value = 0.000 (p <0.05) which means there is a difference in the average score of anxiety before and after the expressive writing therapy intervention. Conclusion: Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there is an effect of expressive writing therapy intervention on the average difference in anxiety of school-age children undergoing hospitalization before and after the intervention.
