Abstract

Pemberdayaan merupakan upaya untuk membantu orang lain agar memiliki kekuatan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya. Berbagai cara dilakukan oleh pemerintah atau swasta untuk memberdayakan masyarakat, bahkan tidak sedikit pula masyarakat yang memiliki inisiatif sendiri untuk memberdayakan lingkungannya, salah satunya melalui program P2KK GEMA MADANI yang dilakukan oleh kelurahan Purbaratu Kota Tasikmalaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui kegiatan budidaya ikan lele di kelompok subur makmur Kelurahan Purbaratu Kecamatan Purbaratu Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah proses pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui kegaitan budidaya ikan lele di kelompok subur Makmur ini menggunakan strategi 5P, pertama pemungkinan yaitu menciptakan iklim agar masyarakat dapat meningkatkan potensinya secara optimal melalui pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah yang dapat digunakan untuk budidaya ikan lele sebagai peluang usaha. Kedua, penguatan yaitu memperkuat pengetahuan dan kemampuan masyarakat melalui pelatihan budidaya ikan lele yang diberikan oleh TPK GEMA MADANI-SIMPATI. Ketiga, perlindungan yaitu pemerintah berperan melindungi masyarakat menghadapi persaingan usaha. Keempat, penyokongan yaitu pemerintah kelurahan memberikan dorongan, arahan dan pengawasan kepada masyarakat yang termasuk dalam kelompok usaha budidaya ikan lele. Kelima, pemeliharaan yaitu komunikasi antar anggota kelompok, pengurus dan pemerintah agar masyarakat dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraannya.

Abstract

Learning activities during the pandemic are carried out online at home, of course it is the responsibility of the family, especially parents, to accompany the child during home study. Parents should be prepared to accompany and guide their children learning from home. People play a role in accompanying and guiding children during online learning, parents must also understand the applications used during online learning.  This research is qualitative phenomenology research, it aims to analyze children's learning assistance during distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in Tasikmalaya City. The data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observations and documentation. The subjects of this study were parents of children who did online learning. The results showed that during the pandemic almost the entire primary school (SD) in Tasikmalaya city learning was conducted online. Learning carried out online has several problems, namely the limitations of teachers in delivering materials that make the child do not understand the material in its entirety, parents should increase the cost of spending on internet costs during online learning. Learning at home accompanied by parents makes the child closer to the parents, the child feels safe and comfortable being close to the parents so that the child becomes more confident.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the stigma of Equality Education graduates from the employer's point of view and its impact on their decision to accept prospective workers from Equality Education graduates. Equality education is known as a flexible education system that is not limited by age, time, or learning methods. The flexibility of the learning system is considered by the community that equality education is a place to get a diploma with the easy way. On the other hand, in the world of work, competencies are needed that must be possessed by job applicants. One of these competencies is generated from the learning process in the scope of formal and non-formal education. Employers in deciding to accept a worker certainly have considerations, one of which is of course the stigma that is formed in society. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 100 employers (HRD/Personnel/Business Owners) in Tasikmalaya City. Collecting data using a questionnaire and deepened by interviews. Data analysis with descriptive approach and simple linear regression analysis using statistical software version 23.0 for windows. The results showed that the stigma of equality education graduates had a positive but not significant effect on job acceptance decisions.
