Abstract

Abstrak Sebuah website menjadi salah satu sarana penyedia layanan informasi dimana manfaat dari websitesendiri yaitu dapat digunakan sebagai media yang efektif dan efesien karena mampu digunakan oleh userdimanapun dan kapanpun. Website sendiri dalam pengelolaan informasi maupun layanan dapat diperolehmelalui jenis websitenya. Jenis-jenis website berdsarkan fungsinya yakni seperti : Company Profile, EGoverment,eCommerce,Archive,PortalBeritadanInformasi,danBlog.Berdasarkanpemanfaatanlayanandaninformasiyangdimuatdalamsuatuwebsitetentuharusmemperhatikankualitasnyaterhadapuseryangmengakseswebsitetersebut.Pengalamanuserdalammelakukanaksessuatuwebsitesangatberpengaruhterhadappenilaiankualitasnya.Olehkarenaitupeneltianinimembahastentanganalisiskualitaslayananwebsitemenggunakan metode WebQual 4.0 untuk mengukur penilaian dari segi user denganmemperhatikan dimensi usability quality, information quality, dan service interaction quality. Website yangdilakukan pengujian yakni jenis website E-Goverment dan eCommerce. Hasil analisis dan evaluasi daripenelitian ini yang nantinya akan menjadi suatu rekomendasi untuk pengembangan kualitas layananwebsite yang lebih baik.Kata kunci : Website, Webqual 4.0, Usability Quality, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality,WebQTools.Abstract A website is one of the means of an information service provider where the benefits of the website itselfcan be used as an effective and efficient media because it can be used by users wherever and whenever. Thewebsite itself in managing information and services can be obtained through the type of website. Types ofwebsites based on their functions such as Company Profile, E-Government, eCommerce, Archive, News andInformation Portal, and Blog. Based on the utilization of services and information contained in a website, ofcourse, must pay attention to the quality of the users who access the website. The user experience in accessinga website is very influential in the quality assessment. Therefore this research discusses the analysis of thequality of website services using the WebQual 4.0 method to measure the assessment in terms of the user bypaying attention to the dimensions of usability quality, information quality, and service interaction quality.Website testing is the type of E-Government and eCommerce website. Abstract

AbstrakPT. Istana Bandung Raya Motor (IBRM) merupakan salah satu dealer mobil Honda resmi yang ada di KotaBandung. Dalam proses bisnisnya, Bagian Gudang PT. IBRM belum menggunakan sistem informasi yangterintegrasi terutama pada proses bisnis stock opname. Sehingga dibutuhkan sistem informasi pada Bagian Gudangyang dapat membantu proses bisnis stock opname yang berjalan guna meminimalisir permasalahan yang terjadiseperti paper lost dan human error. Dalam membangun sistem informasi perlu melewati beberapa tahap SDLC(Software Development Life Cycle). RE (Requirement Engineering) merupakan tahap awal dari SDLC. RE diakuisebagai tugas penting, karena banyak kegagalan software berasal dari tidak konsisten, tidak lengkap, atau hanyasalah persyaratan spesifikasi. Dalam RE terdapat proses yaitu requirement analysis untuk melakukan analisiskebutuhan user. Goal Oriented Requirements Engineering (GORE) adalah salah satu model yang dapat digunakanuntuk menganalisis kebutuhan user. Salah satu metode yang dikembangkan dari model GORE adalah metodeTROPOS. Penggunaan TROPOS pada pengembangan sistem informasi pengelola Gudang mobil untuk berfokuspada analisis kebutuhan pada tahapan pemodelan early requirement dan late requirement. Setelah kebutuhandianalisis, hasil analisis diimplementasikan menjadi sebuah rancangan sistem informasi berupa web. Sisteminformasi yang sudah dibuat berdasarkan pemodelan dievaluasi menggunakan pengukuran System Usability Scale(SUS) oleh stakeholders. Berdasarkan ketentuan penentuan hasil penilaian SUS skor maka hasil penilaianresponden terhandap sistem informasi pengelola gudang sebesar 80.69 berada pada Grade A, sehingga sisteminformasi pengelola gudang dapat dijadikan alat pendukung untuk menjalankan proses bisnis stock opname diBagian Gudang PT. IBRM has not used an integrated information system in the stocktaking business process. An information system in the Warehouse Section is needed to help the stock takingbusiness process that seeks to minimize problems such as paper loss and human error. In building informationsystems it is necessary to pass several SDLC (Software Development Cycles). RE (Requirement Engineering) isthe beginning of SDLC. RE agreed as an important task, because many software failures were received frominconsistent, incomplete, or just incorrect specification requirements. In RE Is a process that is the analysis ofneeds to analyze user needs. Goal Oriented Requirements Engineering (GORE) is one model that can be used toanalyze user requirements. One method developed from the GORE model is the TROPOS method. The use ofTROPOS in the development of a car warehouse management information system for requirements analysis at themodeling stage of initial and final requirements. After the requirements are analyzed, the results of the analysisare implemented into an information system that forms the web. The information system that has been createdbased on modeling is evaluated using stakeholders' System Usability Scale (SUS) measurements. Based on theprovisions of the SUS score decision, the results of the respondents' assessment of the warehouse managementinformation system is 80.69 depending on Grade A, so that the warehouse management information system canbe used to support the business process of stock opname in the Warehouse Section of PT. Abstract

This study was carried out on the Human Centric Engineering (HUMIC) website, which had not previously undergone redesign approaches such as User-Centered Design (UCD), Goal-Directed Design (GDD), or similar methods. Following the initial usability assessment utilizing the Single Ease Question (SEQ) encompassing 7 tasks to gauge the simplicity or complexity of the tested activities, along with the System Usability Scale (SUS) containing 10 queries for evaluating usability, the interim average SEQ score achieved was 5.5 out of 7. Meanwhile, the average SUS score was 43, falling below the typical score of 68. Based on the interview results with HUMIC website users, it was found that users felt uncomfortable when accessing the website due to a non-responsive user interface on smartphone screens, indicating the need for a redesign of the website's user interface. This article’s aims are to enhance HUMIC website’s user interface for better usability using the UCD approach, encompassing user engagement throughout the entire procedure. Following the redesign of the user interface, the ultimate test outcomes exhibited an average SEQ score of 6.4 out of 7 and an average SUS score of 80.5, surpassing the typical score of 68. Consequently, it can be inferred that the application of the UCD method led to a successful user interface redesign with enhanced usability, fostering a comfortable user experience when navigating the HUMIC website.

Abstract

Automation testing is much more efficient and accurate, the script is easy to document, and update compared to manual testing. Testing a website may necessitate time and effort to learn the tools to be used. Cucumber and Robot Framework are well-known open-source frameworks, according to Stack Overflow and GitHub. Cucumber and Robot Framework are known on an international scale, especially Robot Framework, which is often used by large companies. Each uses the Java and Python languages, which both support BDD. The comparative efforts of the two tools aim to help testers compare and determine automated testing tools in the BisOps Logee Port Web Admin case study based on the effectiveness and efficiency of the tools and create specific test cases as test documentation so that testers do not need to spend time analyzing both. Because this research involves evaluation and comparison, several criteria were chosen to support the evaluation process, namely functionality, reliability, usability, performance efficiency, and portability. The results of this study show that both tools can be recommended for novice QA's who want to learn the basics of automation by implementing BDD. Meanwhile, for QA's who have done automation before and want to do more in-depth configuration and reporting, it is recommended to use Robot Framework because the syntax is short, has lots of keywords that make it easier for testers, and can make the testing system shorter but more specific.

Abstract

Baduy is one of the ecotourism destinations which offers captivating natural and cultural attractions, making it a worthy place to visit. The lack of available information in the media has piqued the author's interest in designing a visually appealing website to attract tourists. To address this issue, a user interface design will be created for the Baduy Tribe Ecotourism website using the User Centered Design (UCD) method. This method focuses on users and involves four stages, specifying the context of use, specifying requirements, designing a solution, and evaluating the design. Furthermore, to assess how well users interact with a product, usability testing will be conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and Single Ease Question (SEQ). The usability testing results on the created website interface obtained a SUS score of 81 and generated 3 rating components in the SEQ method, fairly easy, easy, and very easy. Therefore, it can be concluded that the usability score falls within the category of good and is acceptable to users. Through this research, the author hopes that the user interface design for the Baduy Tribe Ecotourism website will meet users' needs, providing them with easy access to valid information and a seamless experience in discovering the natural wonders of the region.

Abstract

PT Neuronworks Indonesia, as a provider of information technology services, faces challenges in accelerating application development to meet increasingly complex client needs. To address this, a training session on the Low Code platform, OutSystems, was held on June 24-25, 2024. The goal of this activity was to enhance the efficiency of application development and equip developers and testers with practical knowledge of OutSystems. The implementation method included both theoretical sessions and hands-on practice, enabling participants to understand the features and functionalities of the platform. The training results showed that the participants have a good understanding of using OutSystems, although some difficulties in adapting to the new method were noted. This training demonstrates the importance of Low Code technology in accelerating the application development process, which can positively impact the competitiveness and innovation of PT Neuronworks Indonesia in the future

Abstract

Website EduALL merupakan platform pendidikan berbasisweb yang terus berkembang dengan berbagai fitur baru.Untuk memastikan kualitas sistem, pengujian perangkatlunak menjadi langkah penting, terutama dalammengidentifikasi bug dan memastikan fungsionalitas tetapberjalan optimal. Selama ini, pengujian pada websiteEduALL masih dilakukan secara manual, yangmembutuhkan waktu dan tenaga yang besar. Oleh karena itu,Model-Based Testing (MBT) berbasis Extended Finite StateMachine (EFSM) digunakan sebagai metode pengujianotomatis yang lebih efisien. Penelitian ini membandingkanefektivitas dua model sequencer pada alat TestOptimal, yaituOptimal Sequencer dan Weighted Random Sequencer, dalammenghasilkan pengujian otomatis yang efektif dan efisien.Model EFSM dibuat untuk dua versi website EduALL (versilama dan terbaru), dan pengujian dilakukan denganTestOptimal serta diintegrasikan dengan Selenium. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa Optimal Sequencer lebihefisien dibandingkan Weighted Random Sequencer dalam halwaktu eksekusi dan penggunaan memori, dengan tetapmencapai cakupan pengujian 100% untuk state dantransition coverage. Meskipun Weighted Random Sequencermemiliki fleksibilitas dalam pemilihan jalur uji, OptimalSequencer lebih unggul dalam konsistensi hasil dan efisiensipengujian. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaanModel-Based Testing dengan EFSM dan TestOptimal dapatmeningkatkan efektivitas pengujian otomatis pada websiteEduALL, khususnya dalam menangani fitur CRUD danperubahan dinamis. Abstract

Abstrak — Aplikasi Semarak merupakan aplikasimarketplace yang memberikan wadah bagi para pelaku UMKMKaranganyar agar dapat mempromosikan produk atau jasanyapada masyarakat global. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yangdiperoleh dari penyelenggara dan pengguna, hingga saat inimasih terdapat beberapa kebutuhan dan tujuan dariDiskominfo Karanganyar yang belum tercapai. Sehingga akandilakukan pengembangan pada aplikasi Semarak. Rancanganantarmuka merupakan faktor penting dalam prosespengembangan aplikasi. Rancangan antarmuka yang baikadalah yang sesuai dengan tujuan dan kebutuhan pengguna.Maka dari itu dalam penelitian ini dilakukan prosesperancangan antarmuka dengan menggunakan metode GoalDirected Design (GDD), sehingga dapat menghasilkanrancangan antarmuka yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dantujuan dari pengguna. Setelah rancangan antarmuka dibuat,peneliti melaukan pengujian usability menggunakan SystemUsability Scale (SUS) yang berisi 10 pertanyaan untukmengevaluasi apakah rancangan antarmuka tersebut sudahsesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna atau belum. Berdasarkanhasil pengujian usability rancangan antarmuka aplikasiSemarak terbukti sesuai dengan tujuan dan kebutuhanpenggunanya, didapatkan hasil pengujian dengan skor ratarata SUS adalah 83,5. Skor tersebut mengalami peningkatansebesar 47,5 dari skor SUS aplikasi sebesar 36. Skor tersebutberada diatas rata-rata skor SUS pada umumnya, sehinggarancangan antarmuka aplikasi Semarak dapatdirekomendasikan sebagai rancangan antarmuka untuk tahappengembangan aplikasi Semarak. Abstract

Climatebase is a website that provides job vacancies all over the world. The large number of user interactions every day on the website makes the Climatebase website must provide good interaction and usability in terms of user interface to its users. Based on observations and interviews conducted with Climatebase, the results are that Climatebase provides evaluation recommendations on the job board feature based on evaluations from users and Climatebase. Based on the results of the initial usability evaluation on the Job Board feature on the Climatebase website, a severity ratings value of 1.13 was obtained with three problematic usability aspects, namely Consistency and Standard, Help Users Recognize, Diagnose and Recover from and Help and Documentation. The results of the usability evaluation on three aspects received Severity Ratings in the range 1.67 to 2, including minor repair problems in low priority, therefore the focus of this research is design improvement. Evaluation was carried out using the heuristic evaluation method and redesigning the user interface using the principles of Human Centered Design. The results of the redesign on the Climatebase website get a severity rating of 0.84 including the Cosmetic problem category, no need to fix it unless there is additional time.

Abstract

As implied by its name, low code platforms enable software development with minimal or no coding involved. Consequently, ensuring the correctness of the software becomes crucial as developers are unable to directly scrutinize the logic. Furthermore, discussions about the various testing approaches applicable to such applications are relatively scarce. This study aims to conduct integration testing through both white box and black box methods, as well as exploring the types of testing that can be carried out on low code based applications. This research involves several stages, including creating a basic e-shop application and API using OutSystems, test preparation, and test execution. API testing utilizes OutSystems' BDDFramework and Postman automation testing tools, while web page integration is carried out using Katalon Studio. The test results indicate only one of the total 23 test cases was considered failed because the result did not match the expected result. Apart from that, of the four existing levels of testing, component testing can also be carried out on the OutSystems application. However, only with the black box testing method because testing is carried out without accessing the program source code. The comparative execution of API testing (white box) using two distinct testing tools reveals the superior effectiveness of Postman over BDDFramework, offering more comprehensive test outcomes and enhanced test case coverage. In the realm of UI integration testing, Katalon Studio emerges as a fitting tool, benefiting from its record and replay feature that facilitates the definition of test steps.
