Abstract

Smart cities require efficient traffic management to address congestion and optimize urban mobility. With increasing urban populations and vehicle vol- umes, traditional traffic control systems struggle to meet growing demands, ne- cessitating advanced technological interventions. This study aims to explore the integration of big data analytics and real-time data processing in optimizing urban traffic management. By leveraging machine learning algorithms, sensor data, and predictive models, this research seeks to enhance traffic flow and improve overall transportation efficiency. The methodology involves col- lecting data from traffic sensors, GPS-equipped vehicles, and surveillance cameras, which are then analyzed using Apache Hadoop and Apache Spark to derive meaningful insights. Real-time data processing techniques ensure im- mediate responses to traffic conditions, dynamically adjusting signal timings and rerouting vehicles to mitigate congestion. The results indicate a 15-25% reduc- tion in travel times in high-traffic areas where real-time adaptive signal control is implemented. Furthermore, the analysis highlights distinct traffic patterns, congestion hotspots, and travel time optimization opportunities that can sig- nificantly enhance urban transportation efficiency. This research confirms that big data-driven traffic management can lead to better decision-making, im- proved commuter experiences, and reduced environmental impact through lower emissions. Future studies should focus on advanced predictive algo- rithms, connected vehicle technology, and AI-driven automation to further refine urban traffic solutions. By implementing real-time analytics, smart cities can develop sustainable, efficient, and adaptive traffic management systems that improve mobility and quality of life for urban residents.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Almost every time there is violence against children, be it in the family, community, or school environment. Lack of information about violence against children is one of the causes of violence against children. Currently, the delivery of information by the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Tangerang City about violence against children is only through socialization and articles on the website, so that messages about violence against children are lacking. This study aims to assist the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Tangerang City in conveying information about violence against children through educational videos with animations. The benefit of this research is that the public can better know and understand information about violence against children, so that with this video it can reduce the number of violence against children. The research methods are: Data Collection, SWOT Analysis for writing, and Media Design and Media Production Concepts (KPM), namely: preproduction, production, and post-production. The results of the research are in the form of educational videos to stop violence in children with animations that can help the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in disseminating information about stopping violence against children so that people realize that violence against children needs to be prevented and eliminated. Abstract

Abstrak Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) merupakan salah satu bisnis kecil yang memulai suatu usaha baru dengan harapan memperoleh pendapatan yang cukup. Peran UKM di Indonesia selain menyokong bisnis besar juga menciptakan lapangan kerja dengan memperkerjakan 79% angkatan kerja. Namun Pandemi covid 19 memberikan dampak besar bagi penurunan pendapatan usaha kecil. Teras Spot yang merupakan salah satu bisnis kecil bidang kuliner berbentuk coffee shop di Jakarta. Selama ini Teras Spot melakukan upaya promosi menggunakan metode word of mouth untuk mempromosikan produknya namun mengalami penurunan yang cukup signifikan dikarenakan belum banyak dikenal luas untuk dapat bersaing di media sosial. Sebuah brand tentunya memerlukan media penunjang promosi produk mereka dalam bentuk visualisasi yang menarik dan dapat berinteraksi pada khalayak luas. Tujuan dari perancangan katalog media sosial ini memperluas promosi melalui platform media sosial Instagram dan facebook sebagai media penunjang promosinya, diharapkan dapat membantu Teras Spot agar produknya lebih dikenal luas oleh para calon customer, sehingga dapat meningkatkan traffic penjualan serta dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor coffee shop yang ada. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara kualitatif, sedangkan analisa data menggunakan metode SWOT dan Perancangan Media dan Konsep Produksi Media untuk menghasilkan solusi terbaik dan tepat sasaran bagi masalah yang dihadapi Teras Spot. Abstract

Media information has now been growing ranging from print media such as brochures, banners, banners and more. Even many who have used the audio visual media assupporting media information. For students who wish to take Kuliah Kerja Prkatek (KKP) there are still many who do not understand the validation stage of the KKP which is still shaped paper announcements, for it required info graphics about the stages of validation of the KKP in the form of audio media Visual. Audio visual media with someone will more easily understand the stages of validation of Kuliah Kerja Praktek. The animation technique is one of the media delivery information that is quite effective and appealing visuals help convey information are presented. There are some applications that are used in the manufacture of video infographics: CorelDrawis used to create vector of Character Building and Informant STMIK Raharja used for the background of the video infographics, in addition there is Adobe The AfterEffectis used as a display layout for the addition of the information to be communicated, and Adobe Premiere Pro is used to combine the entire video. The purpose of doing research is to help students to know in detail the stages of what should be done in the validation Work Practices and useful Lecture on behalf of the campus to convey how the process of validation of Kuliah Kerja Praktek to do before taking a Kuliah Kerja Praktek.
