Abstract

 AbstrakDesa Tapus sebagai komunitas pertanian, memiliki potensi besar dalam menghasilkan produk pertanian berkualitas tinggi. Namun, tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah dalam memasarkan produk-produk mereka secara efektif dan mencapai pasar yang lebih luas masih sangat terbatas. Hal ini dikarenakan lemahnya distribusi sehingga sulit untuk petani menjual produknya, distribusi merupakan salah satu masalah yang sering dihadapi petani di Desa Tapus. Terbatasnya distribusi sebagai wadah penjualan, berdampak pada masih rendahnya tingkat kesejahteraan petani. Alternatif yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani yaitu melalui pemasaran secara digital atau online. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan dimulai dari tahap pertama yaitu persiapan, melakukan perizinan dan survei lapangan. Tahap kedua yaitu kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui focus group discussion (FGD) dan sosialisasi konsep pemasaran online dengan metode seminar. Tahap ketiga yaitu evaluasi kegiatan melalui metode evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process dan Product). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan petani terhadap pemasaran online. Petani pun turut berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam proses kegiatan diskusi.Top of Form kata kunci: digital Marketing; Hasil Pertanian; Pendapatan; Usaha. AbstractTapus Village, as an agricultural community, has great potential in producing high quality agricultural products. However, the main challenge faced is in marketing their products effectively and reaching a wider market which is still very limited. This is due to weak distribution making it difficult for farmers to sell their products. Distribution is one of the problems often faced by farmers in Tapus Village. Limited distribution as a sales platform has an impact on the low level of farmer welfare. An alternative that can be implemented to improve farmers' welfare is through digital or online marketing. The community service activities carried out start from the first stage, namely preparation, carrying out permits and field surveys. The second stage is community service activities through focus group discussions (FGD) and socialization of online marketing concepts using the seminar method. The third stage is the activity evaluation stage through the CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) evaluation method. The evaluation results show that there has been an increase in farmers' knowledge of online marketing. Farmers also participated actively in the discussion process. Keywords: digital marketing; agricultural product; income; business.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, solvency, firm size, and KAP size on audit delay in property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study was all property and real estate companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019. Then sampling using the purposive sampling method and obtained 14 companies. The data was secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of companies listed on the IDX during the 2015-2019 period. This study utilized multiple regression analysis. The results show that partially the profitability variable has an effect on audit delay, while the solvency variable, firm size, and KAP size have no effect on audit delay. Simultaneously, the variables of profitability, solvency, firm size, and KAP size affect audit delay. This research is expected to be useful for the property and real estate sectors.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine the effect of financial leverage, dividend policy, profitability, firm size, and liquidity on firm value in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were all pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The sampling technique utilized the purposive sampling method and obtained 7 companies. This study utilized multiple regression analysis. The results show that partially financial leverage and profitability variables have an effect on firm value, meanwhile dividend policy, firm size and liquidity variables don’t have effect on firm value. Simultaneously the variables of financial leverage, dividend policy, profitability, firm size and liquidity have an effect on firm value. This research is expected to provide benefits for the pharmaceutical sub-sector.

Abstract

The research is aimed at testing and analyzing the impact of basic knowledge of accounting, business experience, and enterprise capital on the success of a digital startup business. The study used a quantitative method with a sampel of as many as 50 employees. The data is obtained by using a questionnaire fist, after which validity and realisticity tests are carried out. Data analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) involves first performing normality tests and linearity tests, then performing hypothetical testing. The results of the test study showed that the basic knowledge of accounting obtained a thitung value of 6.008 > 2.013 and sig 0.00 < 0.05, which partially positively affected the success of the startup business; the business experience variabel gained thitung values of 8.582 > 2.013 and sig 0.00 < 0.05 that partially affected the startup business success; and the enterprise capital variables gained a thitung value of 5.164 > 2.013 and sig 0.00 < 0.05, which partly positively influenced the successful startup business. As well, the results of the F test showed that simultaneously, basic knowledge of accounting, business experience, and business capital have a positive and significant impact on the success of the startup business (sig. 0.00 < 0.05). This research can provide input that is useful for a company or aagency in making decisions or building for its company so that there are no mistakes in taking decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengendalian kualitas produk ban dan pengurangan produk gagal di vulkanisir ban Sumber Rejeki berada dibatas kendali atau tidak dalam upaya meningkatkan pendapatan marginal serta mencari faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kegagalan produk dalam proses produksi tersebut. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data produk gagal per hari selama 3 bulan (bulan September 2023 hingga bulan November 2023). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Statistic Quality Control. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu hasil peta kendali P menunjukkan proporsi kerusakan produksi berada dalam batas toleransi, dengan hanya 4 titik di luar batas kendali dari 67 hari pengamatan. Ini menunjukkan bahwa kerugian akibat kegagalan produk tidak berdampak signifikan pada keuntungan. Analisis sebab-akibat mengidentifikasi faktor tenaga kerja, mesin, dan bahan baku sebagai penyebab kerusakan produksi. Secara keseluruhan, pengendalian kualitas produk memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pendapatan marginal dengan membangun kepercayaan konsumen, mengurangi kegagalan produk, dan meningkatkan efisiensi biaya produksi.
