This article describes a study of cooperative learning models with the type of make a match that leads to the concept of student understanding, especially in the matter of commercial letters. Trading letters are basic competencies in correspondence subjects. Where in the material about this commercial letter, there is considerable material ranging from understanding, characteristics, functions, and types of commercial letters to the procedure for making letters. But in reality, one of the main problems in learning commercial letters is the low understanding of the concept of commercial letters; this is because teachers on subjects have not been able to apply learning models that are in accordance with the material that has been delivered so that students feel bored and sleepy when receiving monotonous material. With this phenomenon, the researcher has an alternative in dealing with these problems by using a make a match type of cooperative learning model in which this model students can learn and play to understand the concepts of the material delivered by the teacher, games made by matching question cards and answer cards so that students are assigned looking for partners in turn. This article discusses based on the scope starting from the understanding of the learning model, the function of the learning model, the characteristics of the learning model, then discusses the understanding of the cooperative learning model and the objectives of the cooperative learning model further describing the make a match starting from the understanding, objectives, advantages, and disadvantages along with the syntax of the make a match learning model and the last result and discussion of the analysis cooperative learning models with the type of make a match as an effort to increase understanding of the concept of commercial letters.

This development research aims to describe the process of developing Audio Visual learning media assisted by Adobe Flash and Android in Basic Competence in Managing Electronic Archives for Class X OTKP 1 SMK NEGERI 2 Blitar, analyzing the feasibility of developed learning media and analyzing students' responses to learning media that have been developed. This research uses research and development methods and uses the 4-D development model. The sample used for the limited trial was 20 students in class X OTKP 1 SMK NEGERI 2 Blitar. The data collection instruments used material expert validation sheets, media expert validation sheets and student response sheets. All validation sheets and student response sheets use a Likert scale. The product produced in this research development is in the form of android based audio visual learning media which contains material, voice narration, multiple choice questions with automatic assessment, and practical assignments to store records electronically in accordance with the basic competencies in managing electronic records. The results of the assessment by material validation experts were 86% with "very proper" interpretations, and media experts by 81% with "very decent" interpretations. assessment obtained from trials is limited to students by 85% with the interpretation "very feasible". These results indicate that the audio visual learning media assisted by Adobe Flash and Android on the basic competence of Managing Electronic Archives is declared suitable for use in the learning process in class X OTKP 1 SMK NEGERI 2 Blitar.

The purpose of this study, 1) to determine the effect of school facilities and infrastructure on student learning outcomes in class XII OTKP in SMK Ketintang Surabaya, 2) to determine the effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes in class XII OTKP in SMK Ketintang Surabaya, 3) to determine the effect of infrastructure and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in class XII OTKP in SMK Ketintang Surabaya. This research uses quantitative research with descriptive methods. The population in this study amounted to 159 students of class XII OTKP at SMK Ketintang Surabaya. Based on data analysis techniques found there is a significant influence of infrastructure on learning outcomes. This can be seen from the results of the t test at X1 significant value of 0.017 <0.05 which means the hypothesis is accepted. The results of this study indicate that it has a significant effect on learning outcomes. This can be seen from the results of the T test at X2 significant value of 0.047 <0.05 so that the hypothesis is accepted. Thus the presence of learning motivation in a person is very much needed to improve student learning outcomes. There is an influence of infrastructure and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of class XII students majoring in OTKP at SMK Ketintang Surabaya, which is positive at 61.40%. While the remaining 38.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Learning media can be used as a support for teaching and learning activities in class. The study was conducted to find out media development, analyze the feasibility of the media, and students' responses to the learning media developed, learning media was developed in office technology subjects in class X OTKP SMKN1 Lamongan. This type of research is R&D in order to create a product. This study adapted the 4-D model by Thiagaran, there are 4 stages, namely the first stage define, the second stage of design, the third stage of develop, the fourth stage of desseminate. Researchers conducted the research until the develop stage because the desseminate was carried out on a broader scale. Data collection instruments in this study consisted of a material & media expert validation questionnaire, and an online student response questionnaire. The validation of the material by the lecturer of the Study Program Office Administration Education Unesa, while the validation of media experts by the multimedia teacher of SMKN 1 Lamongan. The subjects of this interactive learning media were students X OTKP industry and X regular OTKP of SMKN 1 Lamongan, tested on 20 students chosen by random sampling. The results of evaluating the material validator got a percentage of 92% with the category "very strong", then the results of the assessment of the media validator got a percentage of 86% with the category "very strong". The results of the questionnaire responses of students obtained an average percentage of 97% with the category "very strong". Based on the assessment of the material validator, media validator, and student responses, it can be stated interactive learning is feasible to be used as a medium to support learning activities in office technology subjects in SMK Negeri 1 Lamongan.

In this increasingly advanced era, the more needs and broad selection of jobs that can be accessed by all levels of society, the obligation to work in balancing humas needs in unaviodable. Therefore, there are many ways in which companies provide their best services, one of which is by changing the work system like at home, but in a unique way Hibbert. Previously Co-working Space was known as SOHO (Small Ofiice Home Office) a place for freelancers if they were bored working at home. The same thing is also felt by the people of Surabaya, which have increasingly established the establishment of Co-working Space from the private sector. The emergence of problems that became the basis of the Surabaya Citu Government established the Co-working Space Corridor because startup founders, freelancers, and creators who could not continue renting tp private companies. This study aims to describe the application of service excellence as an effort to improve the quality of public relations services of the Surabaya City Government. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, the subjects in this study were the Head of Information Services Sub-Section, Information Service Section Staff, and Corridor employees. And the object of his research is the application of service excellence as an effort to improve the quality of public relations in the city government. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, adn documentation. Data analysys techniques used consist of data reduction, data presentation anad drawing conclusions with data validity techniques using source triangulation. The result showes that the application of the concept of service excellence in the corridor carried out by the Public Relations has been running well and maximally and in accordance with the objective of the Surabaya City government by taking into account the values of the Co-working Space: 1) community; 2) accessibility; 3) collaboration; 4) communication; 5) openness; and 6) creativity.

Research on the development of textbooks of correspondence subject in the even semester class XI regarding office management automation program at SMKN 1 Jombang aims to study the process of developing textbooks, discuss the feasibility of books, students for textbooks developed by researchers and being studied by, existing textbooks at SMK 1 Jombang, and which have been developed by researchers. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) study with a development model from Borg and Gall that is approved up to 7 stages: potential and problems, combining data, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, product revision/final product. The subject of the study is a comparison of 20 students of X class majoring in the office administration education study program at SMKN 1 Jombang. The results show the feasibility of textbooks by material experts obtained a percentage of 94,4% with very strong criteria, by linguists obtained a percentage of 91,4% with very strong criteria, and by graphic experts obtained a percentage of 84.8% with very strong criteria. From the overall results of expert validation obtained a percentage of 90,2% with very strong criteria. While the results of evaluations of students conducted through limited trials obtained an average of 81% with very strong criteria. So it can be concluded that textbooks of correspondence subject on the even semester developed are declared to be very suitable to be used as teaching materials at SMKN 1 Jombang.

The purpose of this study is to find out an overview of the process of making interactive multimedia based on Adobe Premiere Pro on Basic Competence Managing Class XI Public Relations Activities Office Administration in SMK Negeri 2 Buduran Sidoarjo. This type of research uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) research model, but the author only adopts 3 stages which include (Analysis), (Design), and (Develop). The results of the preliminary study indicate that student learning has previously used media in the learning process activities, but there are still shortcomings that will be complemented by using interactive learning media in the form of video animation based on Adobe Premiere Pro. This study shows the results that the product that has been produced is in the form of animated videos that contain material for Automation of Public Relations Governance and Basic Competence Protocol 4.1. Managing Class XII Public Relations Activities received very decent categories both in terms of material, graphic and included in the appropriate category for linguistic aspects. After going through some suggestions from experts who also stated that this media is interesting and facilitates the learning process of students in accordance with the results of media validation. With these results, the Development of Interactive Media Learning Media Based on Adobe Premiere Pro on Basic Competence in Managing Public Relations Activities in the XI Office Administration Office in SMK Negeri 2 Buduran Sidoarjo is feasible and can be used by students in learning Automation in Public Relations and Protocol Management.

This development research is motivated by the absence of Student Activity Sheets for Filing Subjects so that the learning process in the classroom is teacher centered and triggers students to be passive and less active in class. This study aims to describe the design process of Student Activity Sheet (LKPD) based on Guided Inquiry in the Class X Archive OTKP Subjects at SMK PGRI 13 Surabaya. This type of research is the development of Research and Development (R&D) 4D models that are limited to 3D, namely Define, Design and Develope. Data collection instruments in the form of interview guides and LKPD evaluation questionnaires. LKPD is tailored for learning with a scientific approach and to improve student motivation and thinking ability with guided inquiry. The results showed that the design produced in the form of guided inquiry LKPD based on class X OTKP was included in the very feasible category for material and language aspects. After going through several stages of improvement, LKPD was also declared to be interesting and helpful in the learning of students based on the LKPD evaluation results. Thus, LKPD berbasis guided inquiry pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X OTKP results of this design is feasible and can be continued to the dissemination stage and is used by students in the learning of Archives.

Covid-19 has significantly affected the education community, particularly in face-to-face learning towards online learning. This means a rapid transformation from curriculum and learning style to digital platforms. The purpose of this writing is to analyze the impact of online learning on entrepreneurial education learning conditions and analyze learning innovation and entrepreneurial education learning strategies, and analyze the application of learning methods through the Entrepreneurship Community approach before and after the Covid19 pandemic. This paper is a literature view that discusses how the entrepreneurial education practitioner community can deal with the Covid-19 pandemic. While the majority of school's entrepreneurial educators have taught online before, many are unfamiliar with the tools and applications of Educational technology, which demonstrate opportunities for sustainable professional development. As a result of the shift to online learning and teaching methods, digital disruption to education has accelerated. It presents a unique opportunity to incorporate more creativity and innovation into the educational experience, thus facilitating the transition to digital technology. Therefore, there is a great opportunity for entrepreneurial educators to use their existing expertise to gain new techniques that can enable a more contextual learning environment. It is hoped that the discussion given in this article can provide advice and assistance on how to foster entrepreneurial education experiences due to the Covid-19 crisis. This is the first study to investigate how school entrepreneurial educators respond to the Covid-19 pandemic that impacts entrepreneurship education.

Technological advances in the last 10 (ten) years have increased the use of mobile devices, and the availability of the internet has made online learning a trend, especially during the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic where learning activities are centered in each other's homes, so it is necessary Learning Management System (LMS) supporting online learning. The data analysis method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with a total research sample of 165 respondents consisting of students from the S1 Office Administration Education study program who have used the Virtual Learning platform at the Universitas Negeri Surabaya (VINESA) during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results obtained in this study are Performance Expectancy has a significant positive effect on Behavioral Intention in accepting and using VINESA during the COVID-19 pandemic, Social Influence significantly positive effect on Behavioral Intention in accepting and using VINESA during the COVID-19 pandemic, Facilitating Condition does not have a significant positive effect on Behavioral Intention in accepting and using VINESA during the COVID-19 pandemic, Effort Expectancy has a significant positive effect on Behavioral Intention in accepting and using VINESA during the COVID-19 pandemic, and Behavioral Intention has a significant positive effect on Use Behavior in accepting and using VINESA during the COVID-19 pandemic.
