Abstract

This study aims to thoroughly explore the role of medical check-ups in maintaining the basic physical health of the residents of Sarirogo Village, with a particular focus on the prevention of non-communicable diseases, which have been on the rise in the area. The background of this research is based on the fact that there is a high prevalence of non-communicable diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases, that often go undetected in their early stages. This is primarily due to a lack of public awareness about the importance of regular health checkups, as well as limited access to adequate healthcare services. As a result, delayed diagnoses exacerbate the overall health conditions within the community. This study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method to analyze sources from relevant scientific journals. These sources serve as the theoretical foundation to understand the relationship between the frequency of medical check-ups and the prevention of chronic disease progression. The findings of this study highlight the significant role that medical check-ups play in the early detection of various potentially life-threatening health conditions, thereby preventing the development of more serious illnesses. Based on these findings, this research emphasizes the urgent need to enhance the accessibility of regular medical check-up services for the residents of Sarirogo Village, alongside the necessity to raise collective awareness about the benefits of routine health screenings.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation and flexibility on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is an associative type with a quantitative approach. Through SEM-PLS analysis, path analysis, bootstrapping analysis, and mediation analysis, it was found that partially, work motivation and flexibility had a positive and significant effect on performance, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, flexibility had a negative and insignificant effect on satisfaction. work, as well as work motivation and flexibility partially do not have a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Kemiri Village is one of the villages located in Sidoarjo Regency. Most of the people in Kemiri Village work in the agricultural sector and small MSMEs. One of the plants that is often found is the betel plant which grows in people's yards and has not been utilized optimally. The community service program carried out by National Defense Thematic Community Service (KKN) Group 5 Batch 2 UPN Veteran East Java students is a socialization and training program for making dishwashing soap made from betel leaves which is economically valuable. The method used in this service It goes through several stages, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. This activity was attended by PKK women from Kemiri Village who were enthusiastic and enthusiastic. The result of this activity is to provide knowledge and skills to residents to be able to utilize existing natural resources optimally so that the potential of betel leaves can be utilized more effectively. This does not rule out the possibility of producing products that have attractive sales potential, thereby creating new economic opportunities and increasing the welfare of the community in Kemiri Village, Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the marketing mix on the intention to revisit Romokalisari Adventure Land Surabaya, both simultaneously and partially. This study uses independent variables (X), namely "Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical evidence," and the dependent variable (Y), which is the Intention to Revisit. The research employs an associative quantitative method with purposive sampling technique, involving 100 respondents who visited Romokalisari Adventure Land Surabaya. Data collection is done through a questionnaire. Instrument testing includes validity and reliability tests, and the results indicate that the entire instrument is valid and reliable. The data analysis technique involves multiple linear regression, classic assumption tests, F-test, and t-test. The results of this study show that, partially, "Product, Price, Promotion, People, and Physical evidence" have a significant and positive influence, while Place and Process variables do not significantly affect the intention to revisit Romokalisari Adventure Land Surabaya. Simultaneously, "Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence" collectively have a significant and positive influence of 74.9% on the intention to revisit Romokalisari Adventure Land Surabaya.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of understanding the marketing strategies used by Es Teh Indonesia in Sepanjang Branch, Sidoarjo Regency, with a focus on increasing sales volume. This research adopted a descriptive qualitative approach as the methodology. The research location includes Es Teh Indonesia Sepanjang Branch, Sidoarjo Regency, and the participants involve the owner, employees, and consumers of the branch. The data analysis approach applied in this research is SWOT analysis, which is implemented through EFAS and IFAS tables. The results of the research analysis using IFAS and EFAS, the Indonesian Ice Tea business in Sepanjang Branch, Sidoarjo Regency has a strength factor with a total score of 2.73, while the weakness factor gets a total score of 0.40. Opportunities receive a total score of 1.85 and threats have a total score of 0.45. Based on the results of the SWOT diagram, Es Teh Indonesia is in quadrant 1, which supports an aggressive strategy (Growth oriented strategy). By referring to the SWOT diagram and matrix, the resulting strategy is the SO strategy because it has the highest score. The SO strategy supports aggressive growth (growth-oriented strategy). During the growth phase, the company can implement various strategies to maintain market growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and understand the implementation of the best marketing strategies at Apotek Aditara 2 in Surabaya. This research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach implemented through SWOT analysis and data collection techniques involving in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation related to the 7P marketing strategy, namely product, place, price, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. The IFAS and EFAS analyses indicate a strength score of 2.23 and a weakness score of 0.77. Meanwhile, the EFAS results show an opportunity score of 2.56 and a threat score of 0.72. Based on the SWOT Analysis diagram, Apotek Aditara 2 is positioned in quadrant 1, applying an aggressive strategy by leveraging its strengths and opportunities. The applicable SO strategy for Apotek Aditara 2 in Surabaya includes maintaining a complete and varied product supply, preserving the cleanliness and tidiness of the pharmacy, sustaining preventive healthcare services, upholding good service provision, and establishing collaborations with health centers and doctor's practices.

Abstract

Data analysis in this research used SEM-PLS with SmartPLS software version 4.0. The research results show that Green Product (X1) has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Z). Brand Image (X2) has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Z). Green Product (X1) has no significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y). Brand Image (X2) has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y). Customer Satisfaction (Z) has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y). Green Product (X1) has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y) through Customer Satisfaction (Z). Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Brand Awareness on Costumer Satisfaction, the influence of Brand Ambassadors on Costumer Satisfaction, the influence of Brand Awareness on Costumer Loyalty, the influence of Brand Ambassadors on Costumer Loyalty, the influence of Costumer Satisfaction on Costumer Loyalty, the influence of Brand Awareness on Costumer Loyalty through Costumers Satisfaction, the Influence of Brand Ambassadors on Costumer Loyalty through Costumer Satisfaction. The population of this research is Crystalin drinking water Costumers who live in Gresik. The sample used was 100 taken using purposive sampling technique. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi perusahaan PT. Prima Perdana Mandiri, dengan fokus pada integrasi teknologi digital dalam pengelolaan SDM. Efisiensi administrasi yang baik dapat mempercepat proses operasional, meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan, serta menurunkan biaya operasional. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi perusahaan dalam penerapan sistem digital, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan kurangnya kompetensi digital karyawan. Selain itu, strategi yang diterapkan oleh Divisi SDM, seperti peningkatan kompetensi, pemetaan kebutuhan tenaga kerja, dan kolaborasi antardivisi, diharapkan dapat mengatasi tantangan tersebut dan mendukung tujuan efisiensi perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi teknologi digital dalam pengelolaan SDM berkontribusi besar terhadap penghematan biaya, peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan, serta operasional perusahaan yang lebih efisien. Efisiensi administrasi yang diterapkan oleh Divisi SDM terbukti mendukung produktivitas dan daya saing PT. Prima Perdana Mandiri.
