<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the influence of service quality provided by the Hajj Management Office in Pekanbaru on the satisfaction level of pilgrims. Service quality is a crucial factor in ensuring a satisfying Hajj experience, considering the complexity of the processes and services received by the pilgrims. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the research involved 100 respondents who are Hajj pilgrims from Pekanbaru. Data analysis was conducted through processing questionnaires that measured various dimensions of service quality, such as reliability, responsiveness, and empathy. The results indicate a significant positive relationship between service quality and pilgrim satisfaction. The dimensions of reliability and responsiveness had the most substantial impact on satisfaction, showing that pilgrims highly value timeliness and quick responses from the management office. The findings of this study are expected to provide insights for Hajj management in enhancing the quality of services offered. By paying attention to the aspects contributing to pilgrim satisfaction, it is hoped that the Hajj experience can be improved, leading to higher levels of satisfaction and greater value for the pilgrims’ spiritual journey.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT Liny Jaya informatics Makassar. The method used in this research is quantitative with the number of respondents 40 employees who are used as samples with sampling techniques, namely saturated samples. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from data sources using a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses reliability test, validation test, simple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing (T test). The test results of work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The object of this research is PT. Liny Jaya Informatics Makassar which operates in the field of science and technology. The data used in this research is primary data with a sampling method using purposive sampling, and a data analysis method using simple regression analysis, while the sample taken was 40 employees. The results of this research have been tested for validity and reliability, and hypothesis testing has also been carried out using simple regression analysis techniques. The results of this research show that the work motivation variable (X) has a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance (Y), meaning that if work motivation increases, employee performance will increase.]]>

<![CDATA[Ekonomi sirkular adalah model ekonomi yang berfokus pada pengurangan limbah dan penggunaan kembali sumber daya untuk menciptakan sistem yang lebih berkelanjutan. Dalam era digital, industri kreatif memiliki potensi besar untuk menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi sirkular, mengingat sifat inovatif dan dinamis dari sektor ini. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peluang dan tantangan dalam penerapan ekonomi sirkular di industri kreatif, terutama dalam konteks Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana ekonomi sirkular dapat diintegrasikan dalam proses produksi, distribusi, dan konsumsi di sektor industri kreatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sementara ekonomi sirkular menawarkan berbagai peluang untuk efisiensi sumber daya dan inovasi produk, terdapat pula tantangan signifikan, termasuk kurangnya kesadaran dan keterbatasan infrastruktur. <![CDATA[The plants of Asteraceae family have secondary metabolite compounds, namely flavonoids, saponins, tannins, essential oils, polyphenols, and terpenoids. The research aimed to compare saponin content on stems and leaves of Asteraceae family plants using gravimetry methods. Besides, it compares saponin content using colorimetry methods based on different solvents. The research used literature review methods. The data search was done through the database using a search engine such as Google Scholar and PubMed. By gravimetry method, Vernonia amygdalina plant contained the highest saponin content of 7.92±0.46% on the leaf; on the stem, Helianthus Annuus L. plant carried the highest saponin content of 7.74±2.80%. Meanwhile, by colorimetry method, the ethyl acetate extract of Hypochaeris radicata L. plant contained the highest saponin on the leaf showing the rate of 16. 67±0.01 mg DE/100 g.]]>

<![CDATA[Motivation is an important thing in the learning process. The existence of student motivation in learning will make the learning process more enjoyable, communication smoother, reducing student anxiety, increasing creativity and learning activities. Mc. Donald in Sardiman (2008: 73) argues that motivation is a change in energy in a person which is characterized by the appearance of "feeling" and preceded by a response to the existence of goals. With the high motivation to learn, students will be able to achieve optimal self development in their learning achievement which is one of the main goals in learning. Based on the results of a discrete analysis of the percentage of learning motivation after providing individual counseling services with motivational interviewing techniques has increased. The average level of broken home student learning motivation in SMP Negeri 1 Pelaihari becomes 66.11% in the high category, where 64% or 23 people with a high enough category and 36% or 13 people in the Medium category and no longer found students who are at low category. From the results of the data processing, it is known that there is an increase of 10.53% where in the preservice delivery the motivation level is an average of 55.58% to 66.11%. This proves that after providing individual counseling services with motivational interviewing techniques student learning motivation can increase. Besides that based on the results of the hypothesis analysis test data obtained t count = 11.51 and t table = 1.994, so t arithmetic> t table .. This shows that "there are differences in the level of student motivation before and after getting individual counseling services with techniques motivational interviewing ".]]>

<![CDATA[This research investigates the implementation of collaborative strategies in teaching reading comprehension to students at SMP Negeri 12 Palu. The study highlights the significance of reading as a fundamental skill that enhances knowledge and vocabulary. Despite its importance, many students struggle with reading comprehension due to factors such as lack of interest, limited vocabulary, and ineffective teaching methods. This research aims to apply collaborative reading strategies to improve students' comprehension skills. A pre-experimental design was utilized, involving a pretest and posttest to measure the effectiveness of the intervention. The results indicate a significant improvement in students' reading comprehension, suggesting that collaborative strategies foster better understanding and engagement in reading activities. The findings provide practical implications for teachers to enhance reading instruction and promote a more dynamic learning environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Human resources are a strategic asset that significantly determines a company's operational effectiveness and efficiency. This study is motivated by the importance of human resource management, particularly in the aspects of work discipline and work environment, as key factors influencing employee performance. The research was conducted at CV. Putra Pelopor Pionir (Bohopanna) Semarang, a fast-growing local brand in baby and children's fashion that has expanded into international markets. Internal issues such as high absenteeism, tardiness, and inconsistent adherence to work instructions highlight the need for a thorough evaluation of the existing work conditions. This study aims to determine the extent to which work discipline and the work environment affect employee performance at Bohopanna Semarang. Using a quantitative approach and data analysis of 100 employees, the findings reveal that work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance. High levels of discipline, indicated by punctuality and compliance with rules, contribute to a stronger work ethic. In addition, the work environment also significantly affects performance, where supportive physical and social conditions enhance employee motivation and productivity. The study concludes that both independent variables—work discipline and work environment—positively and significantly contribute to employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. These findings offer practical recommendations for company management to strengthen discipline policies and improve the work environment to support organizational goals.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the economic level, effectiveness and efficiency of the use of village funds as a measure of financial performance. The subject of this research is Paccerakang Village Office, Luwu Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data processed is the village fund financial report (DDS) report on the village income and expenditure budget from 2021 to 2022. The data collection techniques used are document and library techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive comparative analysis with the formula: Economic Ratio, Effectiveness Ratio and Efficiency Ratio. The results showed that the economic performance of the Paccerakang Village Government of Luwu Regency was generally good in managing the finances of the Village Fund (DDS), although the effectiveness performance was less effective in managing the Village Fund (DDS). This can be seen from the results of the calculation of the Economic Ratio, which is categorised as Very Economical because the Economic Average is above 100%, namely 200.31%. While the Effectiveness Ratio is categorised as Less Effective because the average effectiveness is less than 80%, namely 65.6% and the Efficiency Ratio is categorised as Very Efficient because the average efficiency is less than 60%, namely 46.47%.]]>

<![CDATA[This aims to determine the profitability ratio to measure financial performance at PT Fast Food Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods and focuses on finding out how Profitability ratios measure financial performance at PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk from 2019 to 2023. Based on the results of research that has been carried out using profitability ratio calculations, namely Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, and Return On It is known that Equity at PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk experiences fluctuations every year except 2023. So it is concluded that the company's financial performance after being calculated using these three indicators is still below the industry average standard except in 2023 capable of being above industry standards.]]>
