Abstract

Para peneliti saat ini memberikan perhatian yang cukup besar terhadap obyek citra bawah air, kebutuhan akan aplikasi pengamatan citra bawah air memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mengidentifikasi objek, pemantauan kehidupan spesies, deteksi kebocoran pipa minyak atau gas, pemantauan polusi, dan sebagainya. Degradasi citra bawah air merupakan fenomena atmosfer yang merupakan hasil dari hamburan dan penyerapan cahaya. Kami menggunakan satu gambar terdistorsi untuk mendapatkan kontras yang ditingkatkan dan versi koreksi warna dari gambar aslinya. Selanjutnya menghilangkan distorsi dan meningkatkan visibilitas objek dalam gambar dengan menerapkan peta bobot, hal ini dapat dicapai dengan menerapkan penyeimbangan warna putih, kemudian penajaman menggunakan gaussian filtering dilakukan untuk, meningkatkan tampilan visual. pada setiap input yang di proses. Langkah terakhir dilakukan menaikan nilai kontras dengan koreksi peregangan kontras yang dibatasi utuk meningkatkan warna keabuan dan uuntuk menhjilangkan efek noise yang berlebihan pada latar belakang obyek gambar. Hasil penelitian evaluasi menggunakan fitur Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), dan Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) dan kami bandingkan dengan metode CLAHE. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan PNSR yang signifikan kualitas citra yg di perbaiki menggunakan algoritma kombinasi dibanding dengan menggunakan metode CLAHE sebagaimana yang kami paparkan dalam bagian hasil penelitian.

Abstract

Kurangnya sistem pembelajaran yang menarik dan interaktif untuk anak-anak dan masih minimnya penggunaan komputer yang bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan. Dalam pengetahuan dan pengembangan potensi anak-anak sangat membutuhkan sebuah sistem pembelajaran yang sangat menarik dan interaktif. Animasi interaktif merupakan solusi yang terbaik dan imajinatif untuk suatu sistem pembelajaran. Animasi ini dibuat untuk memecahkan masalah yang sering terjadi pada anak-anak yang merasa bosan saat belajar. Maka dari itu dengan adanya animasi interaktif yang lebih baik dari sistem sebelumnya agar lebih interaktif dan menarik untuk menunjang sistem pembelajaran yang ada saat ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model waterfall, yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap, yaitu: Perencanaan, Analisis, Desain, dan Implementasi.Kata Kunci : Animasi Interaktif, Jenis Hewan.

Abstract

Health is a very important thing. Everyone can overcome health problems. Children's health is the dream of every parent. During the growth period the child will switch several times which can stop their development. Parents must be more sensitive and have extensive knowledge in health. The problem that often occurs is that parents do not know the initial autism symptoms that occur in the baby, so more parents assume if it is okay, this situation accelerates the diagnosis process, whereas autism disorders can be detected early by looking at growing habits child development every time an autism transfer is a developmental development in children, autism must facilitate quickly, because with autism treatment quickly and quickly will help autistic patients grow back to normal. To help understand the children mengamalim autism, the authors conducted research with new methods. In a previous study, Fades Tahbatan conducted research to ascertain whether the child was autistic or not using a tool. But it only produces data sets., It turns out to have attributes that are not yet precise, which increases the level of accuracy. In this research, use the method of deep learning and improve accuracy, the application used is fast miners. The variables are then processed so as to produce a prediction model from the data set obtained. Accuracy values that can be processed are sufficient while accuracy = 98.96% precision = 96.74%, recall = 98.49% with AUC of = 0.90 Keywords: Autism, deep learning, toddlers

Abstract

Pengambilan Keputusan adalah pemilihan beberapa tindakan alternative yang ada  untuk mencapai satu atau beberapa tujuan atau maksud yang telah ditentukan (Turban,2005). Permasalahan terjadi jika ada pendukung keputusan tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan kurangnya sikap objektif dalam pengambilan keputusannya.  Penelitian dilakukan untuk melakukan pemilihan karyawan yang berhak mendapatkan bonus dengan metode ANP  (Analytic Network Process) dimana metode ini akan menggunakan faktor-faktor yang telah ada sesuai dengan ketentuan perusahaan, kriteria yang ada akan dicari prioritas dari masing-masing kriteria untuk mengetahui kriteria mana yang lebih penting. sehingga untuk penilaian setiap individu tidak terfokus hanya satu kriteria yang dominan. Keputusan yang dapat diambil berdasarkan hasil dari stimuli responden yaitu dengan pemberian kuisioner yang berisi perbandingan antar kriteria dan alternatif sebagai uji coba (karyawan) terhadap pembuat keputusan yang terlibat dalam penilaian karyawan. Dan dengan menggunakan software Super Decision  untuk mengolah data yang ada sehingga bisa menghasilkan report siapa yang paling tinggi nilai diantara alternatif yang ada.Kata Kunci : ANP, Bonus, Sistem Penunjang Keputusan.

Abstract

PT. Geo-Informatika Solusindo merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang telah dipercaya beberapa kali oleh BIG (Badan Informasi Geospasial) dalam mengerjakan beberapa proyek pemetaan dan survei pemetaan, dengan sistem manual yang berjalan saat ini, maka terjadi beberapa kendala seperti sistem pencatatan dan pencarian inventaris alat menjadi lama. Melihat dari beberapa kendala tersebut, maka dibuatlah sistem baru untuk mempercepat sistem komputerisasi inventory alat, yaitu dengan menggunakan program database. Metode yang digunakan pada pengembangan perangkat lunak ini menggunakan model waterfall, yang terdiri dari analisa kebutuhan, dan perancangan sistem dan perangkat lunak. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh penulis untuk mengumpulkan datanya adalah dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan kepustakaan.

Abstract

Agung Security Podomoro Group is a company that uses a lot of electronic inventory, so there are quite a lot of inventory problems that must be dealt with, as long as there is an inventory problem the user or admin of the location submits to Asset Management, by telephone, or other communication tools, then Asset management does and submit to Technical support. Due to the large number of inventory reports that are damaged often the handling of technical support is not handled properly. Therefore it is necessary to have a system that becomes a working benchmark that records damage reports accompanied by a history record so that if there is a similar damage it is easier to handle. In this study a Web-based Help Desk System was designed to deal with existing problems. The website is made based on PHP and uses a MySQL database. The development method that the author uses in designing the web-based Helpdesk System at Agung Podomoro use the Waterfall model.

Abstract

Pakubumi piling spare parts are very much needed when there is a lot of infrastructure development in the capital city and in small cities. Spare parts that are used at the time of construction and for stocks carried out by project workers that will be prepared by suppliers as well as in CV. Abadi Perkasa. With a lot of available sales data, an algorithm is needed to manage the sales data. Data processing sales data mining with a priori algorithm technique can look for the highest frequency pattern where the highest frequency value is above a certain threshold which is called minimum support. After getting the highest support value, then the confidence value is sought to determine the association rules for one product with another. Looking for a minimum of support and confidence can also be found with the help of rapidminer tools. From this research, it can be seen that the a priori algorithm can find out which products are often purchased as well as determine the patterns of relationships between products and help to develop future marketing strategies.

Abstract

The Bogor Animal Product Quality & Certification Testing Center (BPMSPH) in carrying out the testing service process still uses the system of meeting directly with service users to carry out tests and use paper media for recording service user data. Services and data processing like this require considerable effort and time, the risk of damage to paper as a medium for recording service user data is also a problem. Therefore, a web-based animal product testing service information system design was made at the Bogor Animal Product Quality & Certification Testing Center (BPMSPH) which uses the waterfall model as a software development method and the data collection techniques used consist of observations, interviews and literature studies. This designed system provides online testing services where service users can fill out test forms anywhere without having to go directly to BPMSPH. Hopefully this web-based testing service system can make it easier for service users to carry out tests at the Bogor Animal Product Quality & Certification Testing Center (BPMSPH).

Abstract

A company engaged in the field of goods delivery services or better known as expedition services which is one of the fields that is growing rapidly with the needs of national freight forwarding services. However, from the delivery of entrustments that have been recorded, they are only stored as recording reports. With the existing problems, the current research that the author conducts aims to implement one of the algorithms in data mining, namely the C4.5 Algorithm to produce complex decisions to be simpler such as data for customers to better challenge customers with large-scale groups so as not to turn away or move to other expedition services. The results showed that the tree resulting from the C4.5 method with the C4.5 Algorithm had an accuracy percentage of 84.00%. The data processing carried out in this study used the help of the Rapid Minner application to obtain the model. The results of this study can recommend marketing the sale of freight forwarding services with the criteria of what kind of customers will get a discount.
