<![CDATA[Salah satu bentuk kegiatan implementasi MBKM yang memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa di luar kampus yaitu program Magang. Meski demikian, pelaksanaan bentuk kegiatan implementasi MBKM-Magang belum maksimal dan masih terdapat kekurangan. Untuk mengukur sejauh mana tingkat keberhasilan dan kelemahan pelaksanaan program Pertukaran Pelajar pada tataran sejumlah program studi maka perlu dilaksanakan evaluasi program. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah merancang bentuk evaluasi program untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan dan kelemahan implementasi program Magang pada Program Studi Manajemen di bawah naungan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Adapun tujuan khususnya diuraikan dalam proposal ini. Model evaluasi program Magang MBKM ini menggunakan model 1. Evaluating Reaction. 2) Partisipants’ learning; 3) Evaluating Behavior; 4) Evaluating Result. Besaran anggaran yang dibutuhkan program penelitian ini sebesar Rp. 95.750.000,00 yang diusulkan ke LP3M Unismuh Makassar bekerja sama dengan Sekretariat Ditjen Pendidikan Tinggi Riset dan Teknologi, Ditjen Pendidikan Tinggi Riset dan Teknologi, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Target luaran program ini berupa: Hasil evaluasi mengenai ketercapaian pemenuhan dokumen pengembangan kurikulum yang mendukung implementasi praktik magang, Persepsi peserta magang mengenai kepuasan terhadap pelaksanaan program magang, Hasil evaluasi mengenai tingkat ketercapaian pembelajaran peserta magang, Hasil evaluasi mengenai perilaku peserta magang, Hasil penilaian mengenai hasil pelaksanaan program magang, dan Hasil evaluasi mengenai tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja pelaksanaan program magang. <![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of co-worker support and work motivation on employee performance at Yakes Telkom Makassar. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach and data collection techniques through questionnaires. This research uses a non-probability sample, namely a saturated sample, where the entire population is used as a sample, namely 32 respondents at Yakes Telkom Makassar. The analysis technique used in this research is an interactive model with respondents, where the data interpretation is then regulated using data analysis techniques, in this case SPSS. The results of this research show that the variables of co-worker support and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Yakes Telkom Makassar employees.]]>

<![CDATA[Barru Membaca is a community library that provides community library services in Barru Regency. As the number of library collections and members increases, two fundamental problems are encountered, namely the difficulty of managing library collections due to the non-existent classification system and the difficulty of managing members who carry out library transactions. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to provide skills for partners to use the Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) library classification system and integrate it with information technology using the Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) software. This activity contains material on the DDC system and the practice of using SLiMS. The output of this activity is the implementation of training on the use of Electronic-Dewey Decimal Classification (E-DDC), which two lecturers facilitate from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, as implementers and assist my students as assistants. There were ten participants, consisting of the Barru Membaca manager and the local community. As a result of this activity, participants understood the DDC concept as a library material classification system and were able to apply SliMS software in managing library collections.]]>

<![CDATA[Puscata merupakan perpustakaan komunitas yang memberikan pelayanan kepustakaan masyarakat di Kabupaten Pinrang. Seiring pertambahan jumlah koleksi pustaka dan member, terjadi dua permasalahan mendasar yang dihadapi, yaitu kesulitan mengelola koleksi kepustakaan karena sistem klasifikasi yang belum ada dan kesulitan mengelola member yang melakukan transaksi kepustakaan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan memberikan keterampilan bagi mitra untuk menggunakan sistem klasifikasi kepustakaan Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) dan mengintegrasikannya dengan teknologi informasi menggunakan software Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS). Pelatihan ini berisi materi sistem DDC dan praktik penggunaan SLiMS. Output pelatihan ini adalah terselenggaranya pelatihan penggunaan Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) yang difasilitasi dua orang dosen FEB Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar sebagai pelaksana dan dibantu mahasiswa sebagai asisten. Peserta yang berpartisipasi sebanyak sepuluh orang terdiri dari pengelola Rumah Baca Puscata dan masyarakat setempat. Hasil pelatihan ini, peserta memahami konsep DDC sebagai sistem pengklasifikasian kepustakaan dan mampu mengaplikasikan software SliMS dalam pengelolaan koleksi kepustakaan.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work skills on the work productivity of Yakes Telkom Makassar employees. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach and data collection techniques through questionnaires. This research uses a non-probability sample, namely a saturated sample, where the entire population is sampled, namely 32 respondents at Yakes Telkom Makassar. The analysis technique used in this research is an interactive model with respondents, where the interpreted data is then regulated using data analysis techniques with SPSS version 25. The results of this research show that the Motivation variable (X1) has a significant influence on employee work productivity (Y). work skills (X2) do not have a significant influence on employee work productivity (Y).]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is a type of quantitative research with the aim of determining the effect of education level and work environment on the performance of Mallawa District office employees, Maros Regency. This sample was taken from the Mallawa sub-district office of Maros Regency. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires that are shared and relate to the problem under study. Data collection is carried out by observation and distribution of questionnaires. In this study, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this study used the Likert scale method. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine BKKBN in Socializing Family Planning (KB) Programs in Tarowang District, Jeneponto Regency. This type of research is qualitative. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data obtained from interviews with several informants. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. In this study, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this study is interview guidelines. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, the conclusion of this study is to explain that the strategy of the national family planning coordinating board (BKKBN) in socializing family planning (KB) programs in Tarowang District, Jeneponto Regency consists of several stages. First, BKKBN conducts audience analysis by understanding the characteristics and needs of local communities through surveys and data collection. Furthermore, BKKBN chooses the right communication method, composes messages clearly and according to the needs of the audience, and chooses diverse and appropriate communication strategies. The use of outdoor media such as banners and stickers is carried out in BKKBN's efforts to convey messages about family planning to the community effectively.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the effect of work stress on teacher performance at Nunukan 2 State High School, Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan Province. The population in this study was all civil servant teachers and honorary teachers at State High School 2 Nunukan totaling 32 people. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, the data sources used are primary and secondary data where the primary data comes from observations and questionnaires. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained from documentation. The data analysis technique used is Simple Regression Analysis using statistical calculations via the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 27 application.The results of the research show that Job Stress (X) has a positive and significant influence on Teacher Performance (Y) seen from the results of the tcount > ttable (6.332 > 1,694) and the significant value = 0.00 < 0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a quantitative descriptive study aimed at determining and analyzing the Influence of Conflict and Stress on Employee Performance at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) in Service Area II of Makassar City. The data collection methods used in this research were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The population and sample used in this research consisted of 52 respondents, with the data analysis method being multiple linear regression analysis processed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Version 27. Regarding the influence of conflict and stress on the permormance at PDAM Employess in service area II of Makassar City which was discussed in the previous chapters, the author draws the important conclusion that conflict and stress have a positive and significant on the permormance.]]>

<![CDATA[Perpustakaan SD Muhammadiyah IDI Tello Baru Makassar merupakan salah satu dari perpustakaan yang dinaungi oleh Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah. Saat ini mengelola 600 eksemplar buku dengan beragam genre yang terdiri dari buku pelajaran sampai buku fiksi. Kendala yang dihadapi saat ini adalah sistem klasifikasi pustaka yang digunakan belum mengadopsi sistem klasifikasi berstandar internasional seperti Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) serta sistem pengelolaan masih manual. Akibatnya, pengelola kesulitan dalam mengorganisasi koleksi secara efisien. Kendala tersebut semakin terasa jika jumlah koleksi nantinya bertambah banyak mengingat jumlah member terdaftar mencapai 195 orang. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi pengelola dalam mengintegrasikan sistem DDC dan SLiMS dalam pengembangan perpustakaan berbasis digital dengan menyelenggarakan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang diikuti oleh 15 peserta yang terdiri dari pengelola, guru dan mahasiswa. Hasilnya, peserta memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengintegrasikan DDC dan SLiMS ke dalam sistem pengelolaan perpustakaan sehingga kendala yang dihadapi bisa diatasi.]]>
