Abstract

Bahana Arta Nusantara is a telecommunications contractor company. The need for fiber optic goods is increasing cause difficulty to see itemset patterns that often come out together. Besides that, PT. Bahana Arta Nusantara also has difficulty maximizing data on goods expenditure because the data is only stored without a more detailed analysis. The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of outgoing goods data that often came out at the same time using the Apriori Algorithm (Association Rule). The determination of this association is done by determining the binary representation of the optical goods expenditure data, looking for the value of the two itemsets combination pattern, the three itemsets combination pattern and then the final calculation of the association rules to determine the maximum and objective results, so that the results of this pattern the company can provide goods are often out together, and not following the stock event. Keywords: Algorithm, Apriori, Association, Data mining, Inventory Abstrak Bahana Arta Nusantara merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang kontraktor telekomunikasi. Kebutuhan akan barang-barang fiber optik semkin meningkat sehingga menyebabkan kesulitan untuk mengetahui pola itemset yang sering keluar secara bersamaaan. Selain itu PT. Bahana Arta Nusantara juga mengalami kesulitan dalam memaksimalkan pemanfaatan data pengeluaran barang fiber optik dikarenakan data tersebut hanya disimpan tanpa dianalisa secara lebih detail. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pola data barang keluar yang sering keluar dalam waktu bersamaan dengan menggunakan Algoritma Apriori (Association Rule). Penentuan asosiasi ini dilakukan dengan cara menentukan representasi biner data pengeluaran barang fiber optik, mencari nilai pola kombinasi dua itemset, pola kombinasi tiga itemsets dan kemudian dilakukan perhitungan final aturan asosiasi untuk menentukan hasil yang maksimal dan objektif, sehingga hasil dari pola ini perusahaan dapat menyediakan barang yang sering keluar secara bersamaan supaya tidak kehabisan stok barang. Abstract

Sales transactions in everyday life are very common, but in the sales business you must have a strategy to increase sales results optimally. This research was conducted on PD. Tri Jaya Motor, where this trading company is engaged in trading motorcycle spare parts for all types of motorcycles, both Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki and so on. Currently PD. Tri Jaya Motor wants to make a strategy to increase sales results, but the problem is that PD. Tri Jaya Motor still doesn't get the right and effective way, one of which is in the preparation of goods that still don't have the right placement pattern, so the items that should be close together, but this stored far apart, to solve these problems a method is needed, therefore the method used in this study is the association algorithm with the a priori method to analyze motorcycle spare part sales transaction data, which in this study takes motorcycle spare part sales transaction data in one year. The purpose of this study is to find out which items are purchased by consumers simultaneously so that from this information it can be used to make sales strategies, one of which is by arranging items that are close to the items purchased by consumers simultaneously. The results of this study show that when buying a kilometer cable, 86% will buy a brake cable with a support value of 30% and 70% confidence. By knowing the products that are purchased a lot and the interrelationships between goods with one another, so the company can develop a strategy by increasing the inventory of these goods for PD. Abstract

Lecturer assistants are apprentice students whose job is to assist lecturers in teaching and learning activities in class. There are 10 students who are doing internships as teaching assistants. At the end of each semester the Training Division in a university conducts an evaluation of the assessment of students who are apprentices as teaching assistants. However, currently the training department has not yet found the right method for making decisions to determine teaching assistants who deserve to be extended for internships in the following semester. Currently, decision making is based on an assessment of the ability to explain the material when the lecturer concerned is unable to attend, although there are still many assessment criteria that can be considered in decision making. To solve this problem, this study adopts a method in making decisions on the extension of teaching assistants by using the Profile Matching method which includes several assessment criteria including attendance, neatness of dress, loyalty, work performance, responsibility, obedience, honesty, cooperation, initiative and leadership. From this criterion, it will be included in the Core Factor and Secondary Factor with the criteria of very good, good, pretty good, not good and very bad scores, so that in this research a decision was made to extend teaching assistants in the following semester, namely by choosing 4 teaching assistants who each has the following assessment results: AST9 with a value of 4.9, AST10 with a value of 4.8, AST1 with a value of 4.4 and AST8 with a value of 4.4. Keywords: Assistant Performance, Decision, Matching Profile   Abstrak  Asisten dosen merupakan mahasiswa magang yang tugasnya membantu dosen dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas. Terdapat 10 orang mahasiswa yang sedang magang menjadi asisten dosen. Pada setiap akhir semester bagian pelatihan yang terdapat dalam suatu Universitas mengadakan evaluasi penilaian terhadap mahasiswa yang magang sebagai asisten dosen. Namun saat ini bagian pelatihan masih belum menemukan metode yang tepat dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan asisten dosen yang layak diperpanjang untuk magang di semester berikutnya. Saat ini pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan penilaian dari kemampuan menjelaskan materi pada saat dosen yang bersangkutan berhalangan hadir, walaupun masih banyak kriteria penilaian yang dapat menjadi pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut, penelitian ini mengambil metode dalam pengambilan keputusan perpanjangan asisten dosen dengan menggunakan metode Profile Matching yang meliputi beberapa kriteria penilaian diantaranya Absensi, Kerapihan berpakaian, Kesetiaan, Prestasi Kerja, Tanggung Jawab, Ketaatan, Kejujuran, Kerjasama, bPrakarsa dan Kepemimpinan. Dari kriteria ini akan dimasukkan ke dalam Core Factor dan Secondary Factor dengan keriteria nilai sangat baik, baik, cukup baik, kurang baik dan sangat kurang baik, sehingga dalam penelitam ini dihasilkan sebuah keputusan perpanjangan asisten dosen di semester berikutnya yaitu dengan memilih empat asisten dosen yang masing-masing memiliki hasil penilaian sebagai berikut: AST9 dengan nilai 4,9, AST10 dengan nilai 4,8, AST1 dengan nilai 4,4 dan AST8 dengan nilai 4,4. Abstract

Payroll is very meaningful for companies or agencies so we need a system that facilitates payroll activities. Apartment Grand Centerpoint operates in the service sector in the form of flats, experiencing problems in processing employee attendance data due to the processing of attendance book data as a manual system, resulting in operational errors and irregularities in calculating and paying salaries. This research was conducted with the aim of designing a payroll system to facilitate accounting & finance in payroll in companies with system features such as managing attendance data, managing employee data along with their positions, managing payroll data, managing payroll report data, journal reports, and employee payslips.

Abstract

Bina Sarana Informatika University has a lot of campuses, one of which is in the Jatiwaringin area. In marketing activities, UBSI has a team called Markom. One of the success factors of UBSI's marketing is determined by visits to high schools around the UBSI Jatiwaringin campus, where this activity is carried out as a form of cooperation between UBSI and the school in carrying out promotions for campus events whose target is class XII students. In carrying out campus marketing activities, UBSI Jatiwaringin has 15 target schools around the campus. In carrying out the visit, Markom had problems in determining which schools to visit first, because in carrying out campus marketing activities, Markom only provided time with a duration of 08:00-12:00 by making visits starting from the UBSI Jatiwaringin campus and returned to the UBSI Jatiwaringin campus. So it is necessary to have an optimal route pattern to determine the minimum route in the school visit process. To overcome these problems need to apply a method. In this study the Saving Matrix method was used to determine the path and distance of visits to schools with optimal visiting times. The data obtained is in the form of school names, distances, and travel routes from UBSI Jatiwarigin to the schools to be visited. From the results of data processing, it was obtained that the visit time was 6 days with 6 routes with a travel time of 233 minutes which previously did not have rules for using routes but only based on estimates and urgency which sometimes took 8 days. The results of this study indicate that by using the Saving Matrix method the time needed is more optimal because the steps taken are appropriate in solving travel route problems and easy to implement.

Abstract

Currently the cultivation of plants by means of hydroponics is partly a hobby and some are a necessity. The cultivation of hydroponic plants requires a touch of technology such as the Internet of Things (IoT). This technology is very important in order to get crop yields that have good quality and quantity. The Riyadusalihin Islamic Boarding School currently implements plant cultivation by applying hydroponics, because the activities at the Islamic boarding school are quite dense so that in farming they rely on estimates to regulate the temperature and humidity of the air resulting in failure in hydroponic farming such as vegetables not growing well, lack of quality of the plants vegetables and many vegetables wither and eventually die. The purpose of using IoT in smart farming is one of them in the cultivation of vegetable plants so that they can monitor plants without disturbing the activities of the students and can be controlled remotely so that they can condition or stabilize the temperature and humidity of the air in plants. In this study applying IoT technology using the Blynk application, where this application is one of the advances in information technology which is quite popular among smart phone users because the user interface is quite simple, many features are presented by Blynk and easy to access, with the operating system controlled. with Arduino Nano via ESP 8266 and temperature sensor DS18b20 so that monitoring of plants can be done easily and the plants will grow well by having good quality and quantity and the students can get good nutrition which can be obtained from foods such as these vegetables. Keywords: Android, Hydroponics, IoT, Smart Farming   Abstrak Saat ini budidaya tanaman dengan cara hidroponik sebagian menjadi hobi dan ada juga yang menjadi kebutuhan. Dalam budidaya tanaman hidroponik dibutuhkan sentuhan teknologi seperti Internet of Things (IoT). Teknologi ini sangat penting agar mendapatkan hasil tanaman yang memiliki kualitas dan kuantitas yang baik. Pesantren Riyadusalihin saat ini menerapkan budidaya tanaman dengan menerapkan hidroponik, karena kegiatan di pesantren cukup padat sehingga dalam melakukan bercocok tanam dengan mengandalkan perkiraan saja untuk mengatur suhu dan kelembaban udara sehingga mengalami kegagalan dalam bercocok tanam hidroponik seperti sayuran kurang tumbuh dengan baik, kurangnya kualitas dari tanaman sayur serta banyak sayuran yang layu dan akhirnya mati. Tujuan penggunaan IoT pada smart farming ini salah satunya pada budidaya tanaman sayur agar dapat memonitoring tanaman dengan tidak mengganggu aktifitas para santri dan dapat dikendalikan melalui jarak jauh sehingga dapat mengkondisikan atau menstabilkan suhu dan kelembaban udara pada tanaman. Pada penelitian ini menerapkan teknologi IoT dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Blynk, dimana aplikasi ini merupakan salah satu kemajuan teknologi informasi yang cukup populer di  kalangan pengguna smart phone karena user interface yang cukup sederhana, banyak fitur yang disajikan oleh Blynk dan mudah di akses, dengan sistem pengoperasiannya dikendalikan dengan Arduino Nano melalui ESP 8266 dan sensor suhu DS18b20 sehingga memonitoring tanaman dapat dilakukan dengan mudah dan tanaman akan tumbuh dengan baik dengan memiliki kualitas serta kuantitas yang baik dan para santri bisa memperoleh gizi yang baik bisa didapat dari makanan  seperti sayuran tersebut.
