Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the effect of compensation on performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the Blitar city grab driver. The sampling technique used incidental sampling with a sample of 100 drivers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used path analysis with the SPSS program. The results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on performance, compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on performance, and compensation had no positive and significant effect on performance as a mediation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ability and work environment on employee performance at Putra Masa Depan cigarette company. This research was conducted on production employees with a total of 72 respondents. The sampling technique of this study used proportional sampling. The type of research used is explanatory research. The data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS statistical application using multiple linear regression. From the results of data analysis, it was found that ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and ability is the variable that most influences employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work life balance and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This research was conducted on employees at PT Jatim Auto Comp Indonesia (JAI) which is engaged in wiring harness manufacturing. The sampling technique used total sampling with a total sample of 55 employees. The type of data used in this research is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique carried out in this study used quantitative methods so that the data in the form of numbers was processed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of the scale range in this study indicate that work-life balance is in the high category. Job satisfaction is included in the satisfied category. Organizational commitment is included in the high category. The results showed that work life balance has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Work-life balance and job satisfaction have a positive effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has the most influence on organizational commitment.

Abstract

The young sheep fattening business, which was developed with funding from the PPUPIK Program, was to develop a profit unit and increase the income of the sheep fattening business at the Experimental Farm Laboratory of the UMM Department of Animal Husbandry. In addition, it also fosters a culture of commercialization of research results by lecturers and students and builds cooperation with business actors engaged in sheep breeding. The results of PPUPIK's 2nd year of young lamb fattening have been achieved, namely the cultivation of 151 sheep, with details of 85 sheep cultivated from PPUPIK, consisting of 1 male, 3 broods and 81 enlargements, and 66 heads from UMM. Sales for qurban 48 tails. There is a diversification of sales in the form of carcasses of 5 sheep. Currently available 98 tails, for sale in September to December. To maintain and increase the population, the plan is to purchase 60 cempe starting in October. Silage production reaches 81,000 kg or 81 tons for livestock purposes managed by PPUPIK, and outbound sales only reach 1350 kg, there are problems with raw materials, because the status of an 11 ha land area must be off to support the isolation environment for Covid 19 patients. Sales of pellet concentrate as a substitute for production silage is constrained by raw materials, starting in June as much as 3000 kg. The involvement of students who take part in PPUPIK activities is converted as the value of Animal Husbandry Practices, as many as 3 teams or 9 peopleABSTRAKUsaha penggemukan domba muda yang dikembangkan dengan pendanaan Program PPUPIK ini untuk mengembangkan unit profit dan meningkatkan pendapatan usaha penggemukan domba di Laboratorium Experimental Farm Jurusan Peternakan UMM. Selain itu juga menumbuhkan budaya komersialisasi hasil penelitian dosen maupun mahasiswa dan membangun kerjasama dengan pelaku usaha yang bergerak dalam pembibitan domba. Hasil PPUPIK penggemukan domba muda tahun ke 2 telah dicapai yaitu budidaya domba sejumlah 151 ekor, dengan perincian 85 ekor domba hasil budidaya dari PPUPIK, terdiri dari 1 pejantan, 3 induk dan 81 pembesaran, dan 66 ekor dari UMM. Penjualan untuk qurban 48 ekor. Ada diversifikasi penjualan dalam bentuk karkas sebanyak 5 ekor domba . Saat ini tersedia 98 ekor, untuk penjualan bulan september sampai dengan desember. Untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan populasi maka rencana pembelian cempe 60 ekor mulai bulan Oktober. Produksi silase mencapai 81.000 kg atau 81 ton untuk keperluan ternak yang dikelola PPUPIK, dan penjualan keluar hanya mencapai 1350 kg, ada kendala bahan baku, karena status lahan seluas 11 ha harus off untuk mendukung lingkungan isolasi pasien Covid 19. Penjualan konsentrat pellet sebagai pengganti produksi silase yang terkendala bahan baku, mulai Juni sebanyak 3000 kg. Keterlibatan mahasiswa yang ikut dalam kegiatan PPUPIK dikonversi sebagai nilai Praktek usaha Peternakan, sebanyak 3 tim atau 9 orang.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of employee well-being on employee performance, engagement and job satisfaction, the effect of satisfaction on performance, the effect of work involvement on performance and the effect of job satisfaction and involvement as mediation between well-being and employee performance in food SMEs in Malang Raya. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample used was 220 employees but only 167 questionnaires were filled in by employees who worked in food SMEs. Data collection techniques through interviews and questionnaires. Data Analysis Method uses Scale Range Analysis and Data Processing Using the Smart PLS Version 4.0 Software Program. The results of this research are that well-being has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, engagement and job satisfaction and the influence of engagement on performance and satisfaction with performance also has positive and significant results.  The questionnaire was not filled in completely by all respondents

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membangun jiwa wirausaha pada anggota dari Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Kabupaten Malang melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan yang komprehensif dan praktis. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kewirausahaan peserta, menumbuhkan sikap kreatif, inovatif, dan berani mengambil risiko dalam menjalankan usaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini mencakup ceramah, diskusi, studi kasus, serta pendekatan experiential learning, sehingga peserta langsung mempraktikkan teori yang telah dipelajari.  Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Manajemen 1, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang pada 15 Agustus 2024 dengan melibatkan 25 kader perempuan dari berbagai cabang Nasyiatul Aisyiyah di Kabupaten Malang. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terbentuknya Asosiasi Pengusaha Nasyiatul Aisyiyah (APUNA) sebagai wadah bagi peserta untuk berjejaring dan mengembangkan usaha secara mandiri. Peserta menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman mengenai kewirausahaan berbasis potensi lokal dan strategi pemasaran digital. Peserta juga mulai menemukan produk yang ingin dikembangkan dan dijual berdasarkan potensi masing-masing individu. Kegiatan ini berhasil mencapai tujuan untuk memberdayakan perempuan dalam membangun kemandirian ekonomi dan memberikan kontribusi pada pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

Due to the technology development, the digital payment is becoming more attractive to consumers. This type of payments provides an easy way for consumers to meet their needs. Pay later is currently one of the most attractive digital payments in Indonesia. This system, which is similar to credit card, allows consumers to buy products or services with the possibility to pay them later. This study aims to examine the pay later system and the consequences of applying it in Indonesian market. This study used a qualitative approach using online news content analysis to understand the issue of pay later. The software used in this study is Nvivo plus 12 by utilizing the word similarity, cluster analysis and matrix coding functions. The results show that pay later has a correlation with credit due to the system allows consumers to pay in installments. In addition, this pay later provides a possibility of impulsive buying for consumers. However, this study is limited to analysis based on online news data. It suggests that future studies combine online news with interviews or observation or many others documents to get a more comprehensive result.
