Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam pengelolaan administrasi pemerintahan desa telah menjadi suatu keharusan yang tidak bisa diabaikan di era modern ini. Di tengah perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, desa-desa di Indonesia perlu beradaptasi agar dapat memberikan layanan yang lebih baik kepada masyarakat. Salah satu contoh implementasi yang nyata adalah sistem berbasis web dalam pengelolaan administrasi Pemerintahan Desa Tabumela. Sistem ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Melalui adopsi teknologi informasi, diharapkan desa ini dapat mengoptimalkan layanan publik, sehingga masyarakat merasa lebih terlibat dan memiliki akses yang lebih baik terhadap informasi yang relevan. Dalam konteks Desa Tabumela, implementasi sistem berbasis web bukan hanya sekadar penggantian metode manual dengan digital, tetapi juga merupakan perubahan paradigma dalam cara pengelolaan administrasi. Sebelumnya, banyak proses yang dilakukan secara konvensional, seperti pencatatan data, pengelolaan anggaran, dan penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat, yang sering kali memakan waktu dan rentan terhadap kesalahan. Dengan adanya sistem berbasis web, semua data dapat diakses secara real-time dan terintegrasi dalam satu platform. Transisi dari metode tradisional ke sistem digital ini juga memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap transparansi. Namun, untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam transformasi digital ini, perlu ada pelatihan yang memadai bagi aparat desa dan masyarakat. Metode pelatihan dengan pendekatan partisipatif menjadi kunci dalam proses ini. Dalam pelatihan tersebut, peserta tidak hanya diberikan pengetahuan tentang penggunaan sistem, tetapi juga dilibatkan dalam diskusi dan simulasi yang relevan. Kesimpulannya, transformasi digital dalam pengelolaan administrasi pemerintahan desa, seperti yang diterapkan di Desa Tabumela, merupakan langkah strategis yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan partisipasi masyarakat. Dengan sistem berbasis web, desa tidak hanya mampu mengoptimalkan layanan publik, tetapi juga menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih inklusif bagi masyarakat. Melalui pelatihan yang partisipatif, diharapkan semua pihak dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan ini, sehingga manfaat dari transformasi digital dapat dirasakan secara maksimal. Dalam jangka panjang, hal ini akan berkontribusi pada pembangunan desa yang lebih berkelanjutan dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat. Digital transformation in managing village government administration has become a necessity that cannot be ignored in this modern era. In the midst of rapid technological developments, villages in Indonesia need to adapt in order to provide better services to the community. One example of real implementation is a web-based system in managing the administration of the Tabumela Village Government. This system is designed to increase efficiency, transparency and public participation in the decision-making process. Through the adoption of information technology, it is hoped that this village can optimize public services, so that the community feels more involved and has better access to relevant information. In the context of Tabumela Village, implementing a web-based system is not just replacing manual methods with digital ones, but is also a paradigm shift in the way administration is managed. Previously, many processes were carried out conventionally, such as recording data, managing budgets, and conveying information to the public, which often took time and was prone to errors. With a web-based system, all data can be accessed in real-time and integrated on one platform. The transition from traditional methods to digital systems also has a significant impact on transparency. However, to achieve success in this digital transformation, there needs to be adequate training for village officials and the community. Training methods with a participatory approach are key in this process. In this training, participants are not only given knowledge about using the system, but are also involved in relevant discussions and simulations. In conclusion, digital transformation in managing village government administration, as implemented in Tabumela Village, is a strategic step that can increase efficiency, transparency and community participation. With a web-based system, villages are not only able to optimize public services, but also create a more inclusive environment for the community. Through participatory training, it is hoped that all parties can adapt to these changes, so that the benefits of digital transformation can be felt optimally. In the long term, this will contribute to village development that is more sustainable and responsive to community needs.

Abstract

Abstract : Design and Construction of a Kaidipang Vocational School Student Attendance System Using WEB-Based RFID and ESP 8266. This research aims to build a web-based RFID and ESP8266 attendance system. This system uses RFID cards to identify students and store attendance data digitally. The methods used in this research are literature study, observation and experiment. The research results show that the RFID and web-based ESP8266 attendance system can read and process data quickly and accurately, and student attendance is recorded correctly. This system can also operate consistently and does not experience significant disruption. The implementation of an RFID-based and web-based ESP8266 attendance system at SMK Negeri 1 Kaidipang is expected to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of recording student attendance data at SMK 1 Kaidipang, which currently still uses conventional attendance, resulting in time inefficiencies, proneness to loss of absence data, and the use of a lot of paper. and attendance printing costs.

Abstract

Abstract: Design and Construction of an FM Radio Trainer System for Student Learning at the Electronics and Telecommunications Laboratory, Faculty of Engineering, Gorontalo State University. This research aims to build an FM Radio Trainer as student learning in the Basic Telecommunication Engineering course. The method used in this research is literature study and experimentation. The FM Radio Trainer design uses IC LA1260 as an FM Tuner and IF Amplifier, IC LA3361 as a Multiplexer and Demodulator, IC TDA 2004 as a Power Amplifier. The test results were carried out to measure the parameters VAntenna, VCC, IF, AFC (IC LA1260), MPX, Demodulator, VRight, VLeft (IC LA3361), VRight input Output, VLeft Input Output (IC TDA2004). The test results carried out on RRI Pro1 FM 101.8MHz Radio broadcast show that the results are in accordance with the tuning frequency. The gain of the output signal (A) occurs 5 times that of the input signal and the sound intensity level is 13.9 dB.

Abstract

Bahasa Inggris merupakan salah satu pelajaran yang dianggap sulit oleh siswa. Terlebih untuk siswa Sekolah Dasar. Metode pembelajaran dari guru masih menggunakan metode teaching, maksudnya semua materi berasal dari guru yang dilakukan tanpa menggunakan sarana atau media bantuan apapun. Tujuan diadakannya tugas akhir ini adalah pengadaan media interaktif bagi siswa Sekolah Dasar khususnya siswa kelas 2, guna meningkatkan mutu dan sebagai sarana pembelajaran interaktif untuk siswa kelas 2. Multimedia pembelajaran interaktif bahasa inggris menggunakan metode listening, reading, speaking dan writing, menggunakan software Adobe Flash CS 5.5 dan software pendukung lain. English is one of the subjects considered difficult by students. Especially for elementary school students. The learning method from the teacher still uses the teaching method, meaning that all material comes from the teacher which is carried out without using any media or assistance. The purpose of this final project is to provide interactive media for elementary school students, especially grade 2 students, in order to improve quality and as an interactive learning tool for grade 2 students. Multimedia interactive English learning using listening, reading, speaking and writing methods, using Adobe Flash software CS 5.5 and other supporting software.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan kepada pelaku usaha dan UMKM di Desa Tabumela tentang etika bisnis dan studi kelayakan usaha. Dalam konteks ini, etika bisnis bukan hanya sekadar pedoman moral, tetapi juga merupakan fondasi yang dapat membangun reputasi dan kepercayaan dalam dunia usaha. Di era di mana informasi dan transparansi menjadi semakin penting, pemahaman yang mendalam tentang etika bisnis dapat membantu pelaku usaha untuk tidak hanya bertahan, tetapi juga berkembang dalam kompetisi yang ketat. Melalui pembekalan penggunaan teknologi informasi, diharapkan para peserta mampu meningkatkan kapasitas kewirausahaan, memahami pentingnya etika dalam berbisnis, dan melakukan analisis kelayakan usaha secara mandiri. Teknologi informasi, seperti perangkat lunak analisis data dan platform pemasaran digital, dapat memberikan alat yang diperlukan untuk menganalisis pasar, mengidentifikasi peluang, dan merencanakan strategi bisnis yang lebih efektif. Dalam hal ini, pelatihan yang diberikan tidak hanya bersifat teoritis, tetapi juga praktis, dengan penekanan pada penerapan langsung di lapangan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui ceramah, pelatihan, dan evaluasi di lapangan. Ceramah yang disampaikan oleh para ahli di bidang kewirausahaan dan etika bisnis memberikan landasan teoritis yang kuat bagi peserta. Selanjutnya, pelatihan praktis memungkinkan peserta untuk menerapkan pengetahuan yang telah mereka peroleh dalam situasi nyata. Evaluasi di lapangan menjadi bagian penting dalam proses pembelajaran, di mana peserta dapat melihat langsung dampak dari penerapan etika bisnis dan studi kelayakan terhadap usaha mereka. Hasilnya, peserta menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar dalam menerapkan etika bisnis dan studi kelayakan dalam pengembangan usaha mereka. Dengan adanya peningkatan ini, diharapkan para pelaku UMKM di Desa Tabumela dapat lebih percaya diri dalam menjalankan usaha mereka dan mengambil keputusan yang lebih baik berdasarkan analisis yang tepat. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bukan hanya sekadar pelatihan, tetapi juga merupakan upaya untuk membangun ekosistem kewirausahaan yang berkelanjutan di Desa Tabumela. Dengan memperkuat pemahaman tentang etika bisnis dan studi kelayakan, peserta tidak hanya dilengkapi dengan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga dengan nilai-nilai yang akan membimbing mereka dalam menjalankan usaha secara bertanggung jawab. Hal ini sangat penting, mengingat bahwa keberhasilan jangka panjang suatu usaha tidak hanya ditentukan oleh profit, tetapi juga oleh dampak sosial dan lingkungan yang ditimbulkannya. Melalui pendekatan yang holistik ini, diharapkan Desa Tabumela dapat menjadi contoh bagi desa-desa lain dalam mengembangkan potensi kewirausahaan yang beretika dan berkelanjutan. This community service activity aims to provide training to business actors and MSMEs in Tabumela Village on business ethics and business feasibility studies. In this context, business ethics is not only a moral guideline, but also a foundation that can build reputation and trust in the business world. In an era where information and transparency are becoming increasingly important, a deep understanding of business ethics can help business actors not only survive but also thrive in tight competition. Through the provision of information technology use, it is hoped that participants will be able to increase their entrepreneurial capacity, understand the importance of ethics in business, and conduct business feasibility analysis independently. Information technology, such as data analysis software and digital marketing platforms, can provide the tools needed to analyze the market, identify opportunities, and plan more effective business strategies. In this case, the training provided is not only theoretical, but also practical, with an emphasis on direct application in the field. This activity is carried out through lectures, training, and evaluations in the field. Lectures delivered by experts in the fields of entrepreneurship and business ethics provide a strong theoretical foundation for participants. Furthermore, practical training allows participants to apply the knowledge they have gained in real situations. Field evaluation is an important part of the learning process, where participants can see firsthand the impact of implementing business ethics and feasibility studies on their businesses. As a result, participants showed an increase in basic knowledge and skills in implementing business ethics and feasibility studies in developing their businesses. With this increase, it is hoped that MSMEs in Tabumela Village can be more confident in running their businesses and make better decisions based on proper analysis. Overall, this community service activity is not just training, but also an effort to build a sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem in Tabumela Village. By strengthening their understanding of business ethics and feasibility studies, participants are not only equipped with technical skills, but also with values ​​that will guide them in running their businesses responsibly. This is very important, considering that the long-term success of a business is not only determined by profit, but also by the social and environmental impacts it causes. Through this holistic approach, it is hoped that Tabumela Village can be an example for other villages in developing ethical and sustainable entrepreneurial potential.

Abstract

This study aims to design and test a sunflower-type solar tracker system based on light sensors to improve energy conversion efficiency in solar panels. This system uses four LDR sensors and two servo motors controlled by a microcontroller to automatically direct the panel following the movement of the sun throughout the day. The research method used is an engineering experiment, which includes literature studies, design, implementation, and system testing in sunny and cloudy weather conditions. The test results show that in sunny conditions, the tracker system produces 15.60 Wh of energy, while the static panel is only 5.81 Wh. In cloudy conditions, the energy produced by the tracker system decreases to 0.68 Wh (a decrease of 95.61%), while the static panel only produces 0.047 Wh (a decrease of 99.19%). Overall, the tracker system shows an increase in efficiency of 34.25% compared to the static system. These findings indicate that the Sunflower Solar Tracking system is effective in increasing the efficiency of solar energy absorption, even in less than optimal lighting conditions.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menguji sistem pelacak surya tipe sunflower berbasis sensor cahaya guna meningkatkan efisiensi konversi energi pada panel surya. Sistem ini menggunakan empat sensor LDR dan dua motor servo yang dikendalikan oleh mikrokontroler untuk mengarahkan panel secara otomatis mengikuti pergerakan matahari sepanjang hari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen rekayasa, yang mencakup studi literatur, perancangan, implementasi, serta pengujian sistem pada kondisi cuaca cerah dan mendung. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pada kondisi cerah, sistem pelacak menghasilkan energi sebesar 15,60 Wh, sedangkan panel statis hanya 5,81 Wh. Pada kondisi mendung, energi yang dihasilkan oleh sistem pelacak menurun menjadi 0,68 Wh (penurunan 95,61%), sementara panel statis hanya menghasilkan 0,047 Wh (penurunan 99,19%). Secara keseluruhan, sistem pelacak menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi sebesar 34,25% dibandingkan sistem statis. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa sistem Sunflower Solar Tracking efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi penyerapan energi surya, bahkan pada kondisi pencahayaan yang kurang optimal.

Abstract

Accurate electricity cost prediction is essential to support energy efficiency and resource management, particularly in residential and commercial buildings. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Gradient Boosting model in predicting monthly electricity costs. The model is built using the Stacking Ensemble method, a technique that combines multiple Gradient Boosting algorithms in a layered manner to improve prediction accuracy. To enhance the model’s performance, automatic selection of the best parameter values (Hyperparameter Optimization) is conducted using Optuna. The initial phase involves developing a tree-based preprocessing pipeline to address data variability and complexity. The model is evaluated using the K-Fold Cross Validation method, which divides the data into several subsets for more representative testing. The performance is assessed using the Root Mean Squared Logarithmic Error (RMSLE) metric to measure prediction accuracy. The evaluation results show that the model achieves an RMSLE score of 0.22, with an average prediction time of 0.00029 seconds. These findings suggest that although Gradient Boosting models are typically used on high-dimensional datasets, this approach remains effective for low-dimensional data. The combination of ensemble techniques and hyperparameter optimization yields accurate and efficient predictions. Therefore, this approach can be applied in real-world scenarios, such as urban energy management.Prediksi biaya listrik yang akurat penting untuk mendukung efisiensi energi dan pengelolaan sumber daya, terutama pada bangunan residensial maupun komersial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas model Gradient Boosting dalam memprediksi biaya listrik bulanan. Model dibangun dengan menggunakan metode Stacking Ensemble, yaitu teknik penggabungan beberapa algoritma Gradient Boosting secara bertingkat untuk meningkatkan akurasi prediksi. untuk meningkatkan kinerja model, digunakan pemilihan nilai parameter terbaik secara otomatis (Optimasi Hyperparameter) dengan bantuan Optuna. Tahapan awal dimulai dengan membangun pipeline preprocessing berbasis Tree Model untuk menangani variasi dan kompleksitas data. Model dievaluasi dengan menggunakan metode K-Fold Cross Validation, yaitu pembagian data menjadi beberapa bagian untuk pengujian yang lebih representatif, dan hasilnya diukur menggunakan metrik Root Mean Squared Logarithmic Error (RMSLE) untuk menilai ketepatan prediksi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa model mampu mencapai nilai RMSLE sebesar 0.22. Selain itu, waktu prediksi rata-rata adalah 0.00029 detik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun model Gradient Boosting umumnya digunakan pada dataset berdimensi besar, pendekatan ini tetap efektif pada data berdimensi kecil. Kombinasi teknik ensemble dan Optimasi Hyperparameter mampu menghasilkan prediksi yang akurat dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan ini dapat diterapkan dalam skenario nyata, seperti manajemen energi di kawasan perkotaan.

Abstract

This project aims to enhance the Basic Telecommunications Engineering practicum by leveraging advancements in information and communication technology through digital transformation. The virtual lab addresses challenges such as limited equipment availability and obstacles preventing physical attendance, allowing practicums to be conducted remotely and on schedule. The virtual lab not only supports students in completing their practicum regardless of location and time constraints but also aims to improve the quality of education. Students must register with a username and password to access the Digital Transformation Practicum. Future developments include web-based practicum opportunities, further expanding online education for the course. Research indicates that, with a stable internet connection, virtual laboratory technology can be sustainably utilized to benefit students' learning experience.
