Abstract

Based on the results of observations it was found that employee morale has decreased as seen from employee absentee level data, the average employee absentee level in 2022 is 0.57% or less than 1%. This study aims to calculate and describe the effect of the variable remuneration system and extrinsic motivation on the morale of the employees of PT Sinar Sosro Sukabumi Sales Office. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique or saturated samples. The samples taken in this study were 53 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test and partial hypothesis testing (t test) and simultaneously using the F test. The results of the research based on the results of the t test of 3,007 indicate that the remuneration system variable has a significant positive effect on employee morale, while the extrinsic motivation variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance variables with a result of 3,970. Based on the results of the F test of 12,430, it shows that the variable remuneration system and extrinsic motivation simultaneously have a significant influence on employee morale. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work flexibility on organizational commitment (an empirical study on 5 Maxim-bike Driver Communities in Sukabumi City). The research approach used is a quantitative approach. Multistage Cluster Sampling sampling method. The samples taken were 63 respondents in 5 communities. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment and work flexibility also has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment in the 5 Maxim-bike Diver Communities in Sukabumi City. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the application of extrinsic motivation and work flexibility has an influence that can increase employee performance in the marketing field of PT. Parastar Distrindo Sukabumi Branch. This research method uses descriptive and associative research methods with a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between extrinsic motivation on employee performance, and there is a positive and significant influence between work flexibility on employee performance and simultaneously the application of extrinsic motivation and work flexibility can improve the performance of marketing employees at PT. Parastar Distrindo Sukabumi Branch. In conclusion, there is a positive influence in the application of extrinsic motivation and work flexibility on the performance of employees in the marketing division. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of job stress and toxic work environment on employee performance at PT Tirta Jaya Mandiri Regional Drinking Water Company. The methods used in this research are descriptive and associative with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling, the samples taken in this study were 30 employees. The data analysis technique uses validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression including correlation coefficients, determination, research hypothesis submission. The results of the study using the coefficient of determination test show that job stress and the work environment affect employee performance by 63% while the remaining 37% is influenced by other factors outside of the study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test, it can be seen from the R value of 0.794, which means that there is a fairly high relationship between job pressure and the work environment on employee performance. The results of the F test, namely the value of Fcount 7.371> F table 3.354, show that Fcount is greater than Ftable. Job pressure and work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Social Support, and Self-Qualification Development on Career Adaptability partially and simultaneously. Respondents in this study were state-owned bank employees who were married, totaling 30 people. This research method uses quantitative methods with an associative approach. By carrying out the normality test, t test (partial) test f (simultaneous). The results in this study indicate a positive effect simultaneously between social support and development of self-qualification variables on career adaptability with the result that the calculated F value is greater than the F table where the calculated F value is 13,203> ​​F table is 3.40. Partially social support has a positive but not significant effect on career adaptability. This is evidenced by T count being greater than T table where the T count is 2.54 > T table 2.045. Qualifications for self-development have a positive but not significant effect on career adaptability. Abstract

Didalam persaingan bisnis perusahaan tentunya ingin memiliki orang-orang berbakat untuk mengembangkan perusahaannya. Persaingan antar perusahaan menjadi semakin ketat sehingga menimbilkan beberapa perusahaan mengalami penurunan diakibatkan adanya ketidakpuasan kerja disebabkan karena banyak karyawan tidak memiliki keterampilan yang sesuai dengan pekerjaan mereka, sehingga memberikan kontribusi yang buruk bagi perusahaan. Dengan begitu hasil kerjanyapun tidak sesuai dengan tujuan yang diinginkan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai kesesuaian pekerjaan individu dan efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Karyawan Manajemen Billing PT.Haleyora Power Area Layanan Sukabumi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh, sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 orang karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kesesuaian pekerjaan individu dan efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of Endorser Credibility and content marketing on Consumer Attitudes on Instagram Sukabumifoodies. To determine the effect of Source / Endorser Credibility on Consumer Attitudes on student followers of Sukabumifoodies Instagram. To determine the role of content marketing on consumer attitudes on the Sukabumifoodies Instagram. The object of this research is about Source / Endorser Credibility, Content Marketing and Consumer Attitudes towards advertising. The research method used by researchers is quantitative research with a descriptive clausal approach. The population in the research conducted by researchers was Sukabumifoodies Instagram followers with a sample of 398 respondents. Data collection used in this study includes primary data and secondary data, namely observation, questionnaires or questionnaires, literature study and documentation. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence between the credibility of the Source / Endorser on consumer attitudes and content marketing has a significant positive relationship with consumer attitudes because Sukabumifoodies promotes its products through marketing content.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan pengaruh knowledge sharing dan individual innovation capability terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank BPR Sukabumi. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Adapun perusahaan yang dijadikan sebagai populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Bank BPR Sukabumi menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling atau sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 34 orang karyawan Bank BPR Sukabumi dengan kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi ganda, analisis regresi linear berganda uji koefisien determinasi serta uji hipotesis secara parsial (t test) dan secara simultan menggunakan F test. Hasil penelitian, berdasarkan hasil t test menunjukan bahwa knowledge sharing memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil f test menunjukan bahwa variabel knowledge sharing dan individual innovation capability secara simultan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Information Systems and Verbal Communication has on Adaptive Performance at PT. Pratama Abadi Industri Sukabumi. The respondents in this study were 36 employees. This research method uses a quantitative method with an associative descriptive approach. This research carried out multiple correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test and hypothesis testing partially (T test) and simultaneously using (F test). The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence between the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Information Systems on Adaptive Performance. by producing Tcount greater than Ttable, namely (2.069>2.034) with a significance of 0.046>0.05. Verbal communication has a positive and significant effect on adaptive performance, this is proven by the results of Tcount being greater than Ttable, namely (2.063 > 2.034) with a significance of 0.047 > 0.05. The contribution in measuring the influence of the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) information systems and verbal communication on adaptive performance is 81.9%, while the remaining 18.1% is the influence of other factors outside this research.
