Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supportive work environment, work-life balance, dan budaya organisasi terhadap retensi karyawan pada Yayasan Pendidikan Islam At-Tartil Sukabumi. Pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis linear berganda, yang mana sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 166 responden dari total populasi 284 orang karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian dengan melakukan pengujian secara parsial dan simultan bahwa supportive work environment, work-life balance, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan pada Yayasan Pendidikan Islam At-Tartil Sukabumi. Perolehan pengujian koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh menunjukan nilai sebesar 0.786 atau dengan kata lain supportive work environment, work-life balance, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh sebesar 61,7% terhadap retensi karyawan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 38,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Agronesia Saripetojo Sukabumi was established in 2002 as a manufacturing company that produces ice in the form of blocks, tubes, and crystals that are often used in the culinary industry. This research is based on the existence of a problem encountered in the performance of employees who are suspected because of the findings on social support supervision and organizational culture applied. The purpose of this problem is to determine the effect of social support supervision and organizational culture on employee performance. The use of the method in this study is by using associative descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population is all functional employees totaling 35 people using saturated sampling. In research analysis techniques using validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression. The Data were obtained through research questionnaires distributed to all samples containing 32 statements using the semantic differential measurement system. The results showed that correlation analysis has a strong and high value. The regression coefficient for social support supervision is 0.344 then the regression coefficient for organizational culture is 0.487. The results of the calculation of the f test, show that fcount is greater than ftable. While the results of the t test showed that tcount is greater than the ttable. So it can be concluded that the variables of social support supervision and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work flexibility and non-physical environment on employee satisfaction. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a descriptive and associative approach. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and literature studies. The population in this study consisted of 31 Honda Motor sales people in Sukabumi, and all members of the population were used as samples. The data analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis which includes the coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficient and partial test (t test). The research results show that the majority of respondents feel they have a high level of work flexibility, a very good work environment, and an adequate level of job satisfaction. Statistical analysis states that work flexibility has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, and a good work environment also has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that work flexibility and the non-physical environment play an important role in increasing employee satisfaction. Findings show that employees tend to feel satisfied with their jobs when they have a high level of flexibility and a good work environment.

Abstract

The success of an organization in maintaining its existence is through the development of human resources. PERUMDA Air Minum TBW Kota Sukabumi is a company engaged in the field of clean water services, the phenomenon faced by the company from the aspect of human resources is the low performance of employees indicated by the decline in employee punctuality to work hour regulations and employee attendance. The results of field observations on several employees showed the absence of career development, namely job rotation, with the absence of job rotation so far employees feel bored because they have been struggling in the same field for years. This study aims to determine the effect of career development on employee performance through burnout as a mediating variable. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a quasi-associative approach. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling with a sample size of 52 employees. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPls Version 3.2 software. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant influence between career development and employee performance, there is a significant influence between career development and burnout, and burnout cannot mediate career development and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of investment motivation, investment knowledge, return perception and brand ambassador on investment interest in Hybe Corporation shares, with the four variables having a significant effect on investment interest. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach, and involves 300 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection through questionnaires and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that investment motivation, investment knowledge, return perception and brand ambassador have a significant effect on investment interest, this is evidenced by the Tcount value being greater than Ttable. The implications of this study can be used as a basis for increasing investment interest through investment motivation, investment knowledge, return perception and brand ambassador among prospective investors.

Abstract

The abstract contains a brief description of the purpose: This study aims to determine the influence of digital finance, financial literacy, and financial inclusion on millennial debt behavior in Sukabumi City. This study is motivated by the increasing prevalence of online loans among millennials, which are often done without adequate financial planning or knowledge. Methods: Using a descriptive quantitative method with a cross-sectional survey design, this study collected primary data through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 180 millennial respondents aged 29-44 years who have utilized online loan services. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression with SPSS. Results: The results showed that digital finance, financial literacy, and financial inclusion have a simultaneous and statistically significant effect on debt behavior, with financial literacy showing the strongest individual contribution. All research instruments met the required validity and reliability standards, and the regression model met the assumptions of normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. underscore the important role of financial literacy and inclusion in promoting responsible debt behavior. underscore the important role of financial literacy and inclusion in promoting responsible debt behavior. Implications: of this study suggest the need for well-targeted financial education programs and a stronger regulatory framework for digital lending, especially among urban youth. Future research is recommended to adopt a longitudinal method or expand demographic coverage to improve generalizability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Marketing on Purchasing Decisions for Ades mineral water, with Brand Image as the Intervening variable. In the context of increasing consumer awareness of environmental issues, marketing strategies that focus on sustainability are becoming increasingly important. The research method used was a survey with a questionnaire distributed to 210 respondents of Ades mineral water consumers in Sukabumi City. The data obtained were analyzed using path analysis to test the relationship between the variables studied. The results of this study indicate that Green Marketing has a positive and significant influence on Brand Image, and Brand Image has a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. In addition, Brand Image is proven to act as an intervening variable that strengthens the relationship between Green Marketing and Purchasing Decisions. These findings indicate that effective Green Marketing strategies can enhance Brand Image and, in turn, influence Consumer Purchasing Decisions. This research provides insights for companies in designing marketing strategies that are more sustainable and responsive to the needs of consumers who care about the environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Price to Earnings Ratio (PER) and Governance Score on the stock price of transportation and logistics companies listed on the IDX from 2022 to 2023. An associative quantitative method was used in this study, as well as multiple linear regression analysis to determine the state of the dependent variable with two independent variables that influence it. To ensure the validity of the statistical model used, classical assumption tests were conducted. A total of 16 companies were analyzed, with data collected over two consecutive years. The analysis revealed that, simultaneously, the PER and Governance Score variables have a positive and significant influence on Stock Price. Similarly, on a partial basis, the PER variable has a positive and significant influence on Stock Price, and Governance Score has a positive and significant influence on Stock Price. These results indicate that financial and non-financial elements, particularly those related to PER and Governance Score, play a crucial role in shaping Stock Price in the capital market. Therefore, companies must prioritize and continuously improve their financial performance, transparency practices, managerial effectiveness, and compliance with governance principles to create value for stakeholders and attract investor interest.

Abstract

  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh Efektivitas Penilaian Kinerja dan Motivasi Pimpinan Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan di PT. BPR Supra Artapersada Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan kuesioner yang disebar pada 39 karyawan yang berisikan 27 pernyataan terkait variabel Efektivitas Penilaian , Motivasi Pimpinan , dan Produktivitas karyawan dengan pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Selanjutnya, data yang diperoleh dilakukan berbagai pengujian seperti uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta pengujian asumsi klasik untuk kemudian dianalisis dengan berbagai pengujian dengan bantuan software SPSS 27 untuk menjawab hipotesis pada penelitian ini. Hasil statistik uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukan instrument penelitian layak digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa efektivitas penilaian dan motivasi pimpinan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan, sedangkan efektivitas penilaian secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karena t hitung < 0.284 lebih kecil dari t tabel 1.686, dan motivasi pimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan karena t hitung 5.094 lebih besar dari t tabel 1.686. Penemuan penelitian ini, menambah pemahaman dalam pengembangan strategi dalam mengelola SDM dalam upaya meningkatkan produktivitas melalui efektivitas penilaian dan motivasi pimpinan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Gold Price, Company Size, and Profitability have on Gold Pawn Financing at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, KCP Sukabumi Cicurug Setia Budi for the period 2021-2023. The objects of research are Gold Price (X1), Company Size (X2) Profitability (X3) and Gold Pawn Financing (Y). The research uses descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative approach. The population in the study was the financial statements of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, KCP Sukabumi Cicurug Setia Budi. Data analysis techniques used are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results showed a relationship between Gold Price, Company Size, Profitability on Gold Pawn Financing of 0.766 the level of relationship including strong relationship criteria. Then the results of the partial test show that the price of gold has a positive and significant effect on gold pawn financing, company size has a negative and significant effect on gold pawn financing, profitability has a negative and significant effect on gold pawn financing.
