Abstract

In the context of globalization which is currently very strong, the availability of a large workforce but the number of jobs and employment opportunities is small is the main factor causing employment problems, including unemployment. Every individual has the same goal, namely having optimal work readiness, which will influence positive work results for the success of their business. That way each individual will achieve the desired goal. The aim of this research is to determine the description of entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy and entrepreneurial readiness among students in Sukabumi City. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling, the samples taken in this research were 300 students. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial readiness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of investment motivation, investment knowledge, return perception and brand ambassador on investment interest in Hybe Corporation shares, with the four variables having a significant effect on investment interest. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach, and involves 300 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection through questionnaires and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that investment motivation, investment knowledge, return perception and brand ambassador have a significant effect on investment interest, this is evidenced by the Tcount value being greater than Ttable. The implications of this study can be used as a basis for increasing investment interest through investment motivation, investment knowledge, return perception and brand ambassador among prospective investors.

Abstract

The abstract contains a brief description of the purpose: This study aims to determine the influence of digital finance, financial literacy, and financial inclusion on millennial debt behavior in Sukabumi City. This study is motivated by the increasing prevalence of online loans among millennials, which are often done without adequate financial planning or knowledge. Methods: Using a descriptive quantitative method with a cross-sectional survey design, this study collected primary data through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 180 millennial respondents aged 29-44 years who have utilized online loan services. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression with SPSS. Results: The results showed that digital finance, financial literacy, and financial inclusion have a simultaneous and statistically significant effect on debt behavior, with financial literacy showing the strongest individual contribution. All research instruments met the required validity and reliability standards, and the regression model met the assumptions of normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. underscore the important role of financial literacy and inclusion in promoting responsible debt behavior. underscore the important role of financial literacy and inclusion in promoting responsible debt behavior. Implications: of this study suggest the need for well-targeted financial education programs and a stronger regulatory framework for digital lending, especially among urban youth. Future research is recommended to adopt a longitudinal method or expand demographic coverage to improve generalizability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Marketing on Purchasing Decisions for Ades mineral water, with Brand Image as the Intervening variable. In the context of increasing consumer awareness of environmental issues, marketing strategies that focus on sustainability are becoming increasingly important. The research method used was a survey with a questionnaire distributed to 210 respondents of Ades mineral water consumers in Sukabumi City. The data obtained were analyzed using path analysis to test the relationship between the variables studied. The results of this study indicate that Green Marketing has a positive and significant influence on Brand Image, and Brand Image has a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. In addition, Brand Image is proven to act as an intervening variable that strengthens the relationship between Green Marketing and Purchasing Decisions. These findings indicate that effective Green Marketing strategies can enhance Brand Image and, in turn, influence Consumer Purchasing Decisions. This research provides insights for companies in designing marketing strategies that are more sustainable and responsive to the needs of consumers who care about the environment.

Abstract

Banking is one of the financial sectors that is in great demand by investors to invest their capital. This is because the banking sector is a vital sector in a country so it attracts a lot of investor interest. The share price of National Private Commercial Banks has decreased since the last 3 years. One of the factors that influence the rise and fall of share prices is the company's internal factors, including the level of profits obtained, the level of risk faced, and the company's performance. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Price to Book Value (PBV), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning per Share (EPS), and Return on Investment (ROI) on Stock Prices. The linear regression analysis method is used to evaluate the relationship between the independent variables (PBV, NPM, EPS, and ROI) and the dependent variable (share price). The method used in this research is associative descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample and data analysis using classical assumption test techniques, correlation coefficient test, determination, simultaneous test, multiple linear regression and partial test. Price to Book Value has a calculated t value of 3,908 > from t table and a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between Price to Book Value on Stock Prices. Net Profit Margin has a calculated t value of -0.565 < from t table and a significant value of 0.576 > 0.05, which means that there is a negative and insignificant influence between Net Profit Margin on Share Prices. Earning Per Share has a calculated t value of 3.761 > from the t table with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between Earning Per Share on Share Prices. Return On Investment has a calculated t value of -1.283 < from the t table with a significant value of 0.208 > 0.05 which can be interpreted as meaning that there is a negative and insignificant influence between Return On Investment on Share Prices.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the role of human resources for companies is becoming increasingly important, human resources determine the survival of the company. Human resources aim to develop the company. Pegadaian is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which has the status of a People's Credit institution with a Community Savings system to be able to meet needs to be effective. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of teamwork, work life balance, transformational leadership on employee performance at PT. Sukabumi branch pawn shop. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study was 33 samples who were employees of PT. Pegadaian Sukabumi Branch using saturated sampling technique. Data was obtained through a research questionnaire distributed to all samples containing 20 statements regarding the variables of teamwork, work life balance, transformational leadership and employee performance, using an Ordinal measurement system. The data obtained was carried out various tests such as validity tests and reliability tests, classic assumption tests and then analyzed using SPSS 26 software testing. The results of the research showed that there was a significant influence between the variables of teamwork and work life balance on employee performance, but there were negative results for the variables. Abstract

Liza Christina Garment Industry is a company engaged in the manufacture of taxtiles or apparel that has problems with employee retention. This study aims to dtermine whether the application of talent management and non-physical work environment has an influence and can improve employee retention of PT. Liza Christina Garment Industry Sukabumi. The reseach method used is quantitative method with descriptive approach and asssosiative analysis. The sampel in this study was 48 respondents who were permanent employees of PT, Liza Christina Garment Industry Sukabumi using saturted sampling technique. Data were obtained through a research quastionnaire distributed to all samples containing 27 statements regarding talent manajemen variables, non-physical work environment and employee retention, using a semantic differential measurement system. The data obtained will bw sybjected to various test such as validity and reliability test, as well as classical assumption test which are then analyzed with various test assisted by SPSS 25 sofhware in an effort to answare the hypotesis in this study. The result showed that there was a positive and significant influence between talent management on employee retention, and there was a positive and significant influence between non-physical work environment variables on employee retention simultaniously PT. Abstract

One industry that is growing and in the spotlight is the food and beverage industry sector, where the sector is known to be a shining warabala sector and will continue to move to improve. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation on business performance and to determine marketing capability in mediating the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation on business performance in MSMEs in Sukabumi. The methods used in this study are descriptive and associative methods through a quantitative approach. The population in this study were culinary MSME players in the city of Sukabumi. The sample used in this study amounted to 270 culinary umkm in the city of Sukabumi based on the theory of Hair Jr. The research data used in this study include primary data and secondary data, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and documentation. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on business performance and marketing capability as a mediator plays an important role in the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation with business performance.

Abstract

Beverage MSMEs in Sukabumi City have experienced a decline in sales growth. In addition to the impact of Covid-19 several years ago, this is also caused by the fact that MSME players do not understand the performance of MSMEs, marketing strategies and entrepreneurial competencies to improve MSME performance. This study aims to determine the effect of marketing strategies and entrepreneurial competencies in achieving improved MSME performance and to determine how entrepreneurial competencies mediate marketing strategies on MSME performance. The methods used in this research are descriptive and associative methods through a quantitative approach. The population in this study were beverage MSME players in Sukabumi City who used and were interested in the performance of MSMEs. The sample used in this study amounted to 210 beverage MSMEs in Sukabumi City. The sample was taken based on Hair J theory, that the determination of the sample size was 5 times the number of research instruments. The research data used in this study include primary data and secondary data, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and documentation. The results of this study are There is a significant influence between marketing strategy variables and entrepreneurial competence on MSME Performance and Entrepreneurial Competence can mediate the relationship between marketing strategies and MSME Performance in beverage business actors in Sukabumi City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Gold Price, Company Size, and Profitability have on Gold Pawn Financing at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, KCP Sukabumi Cicurug Setia Budi for the period 2021-2023. The objects of research are Gold Price (X1), Company Size (X2) Profitability (X3) and Gold Pawn Financing (Y). The research uses descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative approach. The population in the study was the financial statements of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, KCP Sukabumi Cicurug Setia Budi. Data analysis techniques used are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results showed a relationship between Gold Price, Company Size, Profitability on Gold Pawn Financing of 0.766 the level of relationship including strong relationship criteria. Then the results of the partial test show that the price of gold has a positive and significant effect on gold pawn financing, company size has a negative and significant effect on gold pawn financing, profitability has a negative and significant effect on gold pawn financing.
