Abstract

Since before the outbreak of the corona virus, parents have an obligation to support their children's education in schools. The implementation of online learning as an effort to prevent the spread and transmission of this virus has made the role of parents even greater in the education of their children. The research is aimed at finding out how the behavior change communication program carried out by the government is implemented and what obstacles parents encounter in assisting their children to study at home. This is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The phenomenological approach was chosen because the researchers wanted to dig deeper into the experiences of the informants, especially related to assisting children in online learning. Data was collected by semi-structured interviews with 20 informants consisting of parents of students in grades 1 to 3 of elementary schools in Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that behavioral change communication carried out in order to change the behavior of parents so that they want to accompany their children to study from home is quite successful after going through the pre-contemplation, contemplation, preparation, action and maintenance stages.

Abstract

DKI Jakarta Utara termasuk bagian daerah dari Indonesia yang mempunyai angka pengangguran tingkat terbuka yang harus cukup diberikan perhatian, Masalah pengangguran dijakarta Utara yang demikian pelik yang mencapai 63.413 orang tidak bisa dibiarkan berlarut larut, sangat besar kemungkinannya untuk mendorong suatu krisis sosial yang lebih besar. Oleh Karena itu Salah satu faktor untuk meningkatkan daya saing dalam dunia kerja dan dunia usaha, Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi dan Energi Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara merupakan wujud kepedulian Pemerintah DKI Jakarta khususnya di Jakarta Utara dalam menyiapkan sarana dan prasarana kepada masyarakat secara gratis untuk meningkatkan kualitas tenaga kerja yang siap pakai dan mampu bersaing dalam dunia kerja maupun dunia usaha. yang akhirnya pengangguran dan di Jakarta utara ini mampu membantu status Negara Berkembang di Indonesia berubah Menjadi lebih baik untuk Menjadi sebuah Negara Maju. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti melakuakan anaisis Pelaksanaan Strategi Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi dan Energi Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara dalam Fungsinya terhadap Pengangguran di DKI Jakarta Utara tahun 2019. Bagaimana Upaya dan Hambatan Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi dan Energi Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara dalam menjalankan Fungsinya terhadap Pengangguran di DKI Jakarta Utara tahun 2019. Dalam Penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, peneliti berusaha memberikan informasi yang selengkap mungkin, agar dapat mudah dipahami. Strategi Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi dan Energi Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara dalam Fungsinya Terhadap pengangguran di DKI Jakarta Utara tahun 2019, mempunyai Program berdasarkan fungsinya meliputi Pelatihan Tenaga Kerja, Penempatan Tenaga Kerja Dan Perluasan Kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis: (1) Implementasi Peraturan Wali Kota Bekasi Nomor 100 A Tahun 2019 dalam pemberian bantuan biaya pendidikan bagi siswa hafidz qur’an di Kota Bekasi tahun 2019, (2) kendala-kendala yang terjadi, (3) solusi yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi kepustakaan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Reduksi Data, Triangulasi Data, dan Kesimpulan. Hasil pembahasan sebagai berikut: Belum optimalnya implementasi Peraturan Wali Kota Bekasi Nomor 100 A Tahun 2019 dalam Pemberian Bantuan Biaya Pendidikanbagi Siswa Hafidz Qur’an di Kota Bekasi Pada Tahun 2019, hambatan yang terjadi adanya alih tugas pokok dan seksi (tupoksi), siswa tidak mampu belum terdaftar dalam Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS), dan keterbatasan waktu dalam pemberkasan dan proses seleksi, kurangnya hafalan qur’an pada siswa tahfidz qur’an, belum optimalnya penyerapan pagu anggaran dalam kegiatan pemberian bantuan pendidikan untuk siswa berprestasi dan hafidz qur’an tahun 2019, dan Solusinya antara lain mekanisme perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan terhadap kegiatan pemberian bantuan pendidikan tersebut dari pimpinan/pejabat secara berjenjang sampai kepada implementor, koordinasi antar Dinas Pendidikan dengan Dinas Sosial Kota Bekasi terkait pemutakhiran data siswa tidak mampu pada Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS), sosialisasi secara berkesinabungan kepada stakeholder terkait, Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bekasi melalui UPP yang berada di 12 Kecamatan di Kota Bekasi senantiasa memberikan perhatian dan arahan terhadap madrasah serta memfasilitasi peserta didik agar dapat lebih mudah dalam menghafal qur’an. The purpose of this study is to analyze: (1) the implementation of Bekasi Mayor Regulation Number 100 A of 2019 in providing tuition assistance for hafidz qur'an students in Bekasi City in 2019, (2) the obstacles that occur, ( 3) solutions to overcome these obstacles. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques with literature study, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are Data Reduction, Data Triangulation, and Conclusions. The results of the discussion are as follows: The implementation of Bekasi Mayor Regulation Number 100 A Year 2019 has not been optimal in Providing Tuition Fee Assistance for Hafidz Qur'an Students in Bekasi City In 2019, the obstacles that occur are the transfer of main and section tasks (tupoksi), students do not capable of not being registered in the Social Welfare Integrated Data (DTKS), and limited time in the filing and selection process, the lack of memorization of the Qur'an for students who are tahfidz Qur'an, not optimal absorption of the budget ceiling in the provision of educational assistance for outstanding students and hafidz of the Qur'an. in 2019, and the solutions include mechanisms for planning, organizing, implementing and supervising the activities of providing educational assistance from the leadership/officials in stages to the implementor, coordination between the Education Office and the Bekasi City Social Service regarding updating data on underprivileged students in the Integrated Welfare Data. Social (DTKS), socialization of s In a sustainable manner to stakeholders relevant, the Bekasi City Education Office through UPP which is located in 12 sub-districts in Bekasi City always gives attention and direction to madrasas and facilitates students to be able to memorize the Qur'an more easily.

Abstract

The Influence of Service Quality and Service Innovation on Customer Satisfaction at Halim Perdana Kusuma International Airport   - Jakarta. Wurwan Esacipta August. NPM: CA191221683. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality and service innovation on customer satisfaction at Halim Perdana Kusuma International Airport-Jakarta. This is based on problems where there are 3 reasons behind the decrease in the number and dissatisfaction of passengers, namely: 1) High ticket prices r 2 Geographical location causing flooding, so airport operations are totally suspended; 3) Pandemic. This research was conducted at Halim Perdana Kusuma International Airport, Jakarta from March 2021 to July 2021. This research used a quantitative approach. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 service, innovation and customer satisfaction. The results show that there is a significant influence by the     service   quality   variable on           the customer satisfaction variable by 60%, there is a significantlq- influence by the service innovation variable on  customer satisfaction variable by 55.1%, and there is a positive and significant influence given by the variables of service quality and service innovation together on customer satisfaction at Halim Perdana Kusuma International Airport - Jakarta by 68.2%.

Abstract

This research is qualitative in nature. This research intends to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by research subjects such as behavior, perception, motivation, action, holistically by means of descriptions in the form of words and language, in special natural contexts and by utilizing various natural methods. This research will obtain complete, accurate and justifiable data in Indonesia regarding aviation safety regulations related to the Flight Operations Safety Zone (KKOP), namely Law No. 1 of 2009 concerning aviation, Minister of Transportation Regulation Number: KM 57 of 2007 regarding the Flight Operations Safety Area around Palembang SMB II Airport, and ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), the 1994 Chicago convention which is a reference in international law. The results of the research are: 1) Educational socialization of aircraft flight activities in the Palembang SMB II Airport Flight Operations Safety Zone is carried out well and activities run smoothly. Each participant was given an understanding regarding the safety of flight operations in the area near the airport. And this socialization resulted in an agreement so that residents in the surrounding area comply with existing regulations. 2) Obstacles to socializing the education of aircraft flight activities in the Flight Operations Safety Area of Palembang SMB II Airport is because many people cannot attend socialization activities because they also have activities so that sometimes what is conveyed by the airport cannot be maximized and what is emphasized through RT/ RW is sometimes not optimal in its delivery so that the community lacks understanding regarding living in the Flight Operations Safety Area of Palembang SMB II Airport. 3) Efforts made to disseminate education on aircraft flight activities in the Flight Operations Safety Area of Palembang SMB II Airport are to provide understanding to residents regarding dangerous activities carried out around the Flight Operations Safety Area of Palembang SMB II Airport, then the Law that applies if violating in the Flight Operations Safety Area of Palembang SMB II Airport so that residents are afraid to commit violations.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of service quality on passengers’ satisfaction at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. Particularly, this study included a question on how the supervision and service of the Baggage Handling System (BHS) affects the satisfaction of Garuda Indonesia Airlines passengers at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. This study applied a survey using a questionnaire started from 12 February 2021 at 07:59:35 p.m. to 20 February 2021 at 10:41:52 p.m., which collected part of the whole data. In addition, this study employed a quantitative associative method. The survey involved 404 Garuda Indonesia passengers at Terminal 3 as the samples. The data were collected through observation and questionnaires distribution. This survey applied a non-stochastic sampling method with an intentional sampling method. In this study, we analyzed the data using simple linear regression. Based on the scores obtained from the survey results, there was a significant impact of the supervision and service of Baggage Handling System (BHS) on the satisfaction of Garuda Airline passengers at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport, with a correlation coefficient of 0.764 and an error rate of 5%. This result indicated that the operational status of passengers’ satisfaction on BHS remained relevant with passengers’ expectations, and passengers’ satisfaction on BHS operation at Terminal 3 has fulfilled their current needs. In conclusion, the impact level of supervision and service of the Baggage Handling System (BHS) on passengers’ satisfaction amounted to 96.5%, while the rest, 3.5%, was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the conditions, obstacles, and efforts/solutions related to the supervision and professionalism of Apron Movement Controller (AMC) employees at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Airport, Balikpapan. The concept used in this study is supervision and professionalism. This research was conducted at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Airport, Balikpapan, from April 2021 to August 2021. The results of this study are that employees of the AMC Unit at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Airport, Balikpapan, have shown good supervision and professionalism, the obstacles that exist in companies such as: a) The minimum number of supervisors so that the workload piles up; b) Officials are difficult to contact; c) Self-decision making, and efforts made to overcome obstacles that can be carried out by employees: a) Opening job vacancies; b) Promotion; c) Education and training.

Abstract

The Influence of Archive Management and Competence of Archive Officers on Service Quality at the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Disease Prevention and Control, Ministry of Health. The purpose of this study was to analyze how much influence Archive Management and Archive Officer Competence have on Service Quality, both partially and simultaneously. The population and sample in this study are all employees who handle archives totaling 35 people. The independent variables in this study are Archive Management (X1) and Archive Clerk (X2) while the dependent variable is Quality of Service (Y). Based on this study, the t test of the effect of Archive Arrangement (X1) on Service Quality (Y) with a sig value <0.05. The magnitude of the influence is 0.255 or 25.5%. While the influence of Archive Officer Competence (X2) on Service Quality (Y) with a sig value <0.05. The magnitude of the influence is 0.337 or 33.7%. Then the effect of Archive Arrangement (X1) and Archive Officer Competence (X2) simultaneously on Service Kutas (Y) is 0.463 or 46.3%.
