Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) ialah faktor yang sangat berarti untuk memastikan keberhasilan perusahaan, sebab manusia ialah suatu makhluk yang memiliki pikiran, kebutuhan, perasaan,  serta harapan tertentu. Di dalam sebuah perusahaan biasanya terdapat karyawan dengan latar belakang tingkat pendidikan yang berlainan dan pengetahuan yang berlainan, baik yang baru memulai dunia kerja ataupun  yang telah berpengalaman kerja sebelumnya. Tujuan dari riset ini adalah dalam menelusuri pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan tingkat pendidikan pada etos kerja pegawai. Riset ini mempergunakan metode kuantitatif. Pada riset ini populasinya ialah semua pegawai PT. Nikkatsu Elektrik Works yang berjumlah 295 orang. Sampel pada riset ini dihitung dengan mempergunakan persamaan slovin dan hasilnya dengan jumlah 170 responden. Pengumpulan data mempergunakan kuesioner dan terlebih dahulu dilaksanakan uji coba reliabilitas dan validitas, pengujian asumsi klasik yang melingkupi pengujian normalitas, pengujian multikolinearitas, pengujian heterokedastisitas serta dilanjutkan dengan uji linearitas berganda, uji model F, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis (Uji T) dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS. Temuan dari riset memperlihatkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan tidak mempengaruhi signifikan pada etos kerja dan pengalaman kerja mempengaruhi pada etos kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian tentang kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi adalah mengetahui bagaimana faktor yang memberi pengaruh kinerja karyawan di Perusahaan My Textile. Kuesioner dipakai agar memperoleh data riset, dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian validitas, pengujian reliabilitas, pengujian asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas , pengujian heteroskedastistias, pengujian autokorelasi), analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji model f digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Sampel yang diambil 75 responden atau seluruh populasi. Kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi merupakan variabel independen ataupun variabel bebas, dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen atau variabel terikat. Analisa data riset mempergunakan SPSS versi 23.0. Menurut temuan penelitian variabel kepemimpinan kinerja karyawan dan variabel budaya organisasi keduanya ada pengaruhnya secara bersignifikan kepada kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh yang dimiliki oleh variabel budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan teknik pengambilan data mengguanakan kuesioner kepada 56 orang sebagai populasi atau sampel jenuh. Pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji model F, koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa adanya pengaruh budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan serta adanya pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of interpersonal communication and motivation on team member performance. The sample of this research is PT Soka Cipta Niaga Bandung. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods. Data was collected using a questionnaire in the form of Google Forms. The sample in this study was 62 respondents. Data processing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, model fit test, and hypothesis testing with the T-test, and data processing assisted with SPSS software tools version 27.0. The findings of this study prove and provide results that Interpersonal Communication has a positive and significant effect on team member performance, and motivation has no positive or significant impact on team member performance. Abstract

West Java Province (Jabar), as one of the regions in Indonesia, has a land area of 35,277.76 km2 with 18 Regency Governments (RG) and 9 City Governments (CG). In the economic stru  acture in West Java, the industrial sector had the most considerable contribution, followed by the agricultural sector. Even though the industrial sector enormously contributed to West Java, the Gross Regional Domestic Income (GRDP) level in each district and city government was very different. This research aimed to determine the effect of the unemployment rate on regional economic growth, moderated by the level of education in Bandung Regency. The research method used descriptive and verification methods, with research data for ten years starting 2013-2022, obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of West Java Province. We processed data using simple linear regression analysis and moderation tests. The results of the research state that the unemployment rate influenced regional economic growth, and the level of education could moderate the influence of the unemployment rate on regional economic growth in Bandung Regency.

Abstract

Sales activity plays an important role and needs to be controlled because it affects to the revenue. Sales control requires sales analysis that reveal undesirable developments need to be corrected. Internal Auditors who are not directly involved in operational activities can, therefore, assess all activities. Internal Auditors also provides objective information regarding sales data that will be the basis for management decision making. The purpose of this study is to: determine whether the internal audit on sales activities conducted by the company has been done adequately; determine whether the internal control over sales has been implemented effectively; and determine the role of internal audit in supporting the effectiveness of internal control sales. The authors perform hypothesis testing by doing descriptive analysis and statistical analysis. Based on the results, the effectiveness of internal control can be explained by the Internal Audit role of 63.2%.

Abstract

The prime objective of the currents study, is to investigate the link between supply chain integration (SCI) and Internal Supply chain performance (ISCP). Apart of investigation the impact on internal performance of integrated supply chain, the current study is also interested in investigating the mediating role of Supply Chain flexibility (SCF) in the relationship between SCI and supply chain internal performance ISCP. The structural equation modeling which a twostep process i.e. inner model assessment and outer model assessment is and is an upgraded version of multiple regression is used to answer the research questions. The current study has used the AMOS to analyze the data collected from production managers of Indonesian manufacturing firms. The findings of the study have revealed the fact that SCI has significant impact on the internal supply chain performance (ISCP). The SCF has significantly mediated the relationship between SCI and ISCP. The study will be helpful for policy makers in researcher in understanding the issues related to supply chain, its integration, flexibility, and internal performance.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of trading days and systematic risk on the daily standard deviation of stocks in LQ-45 companies. This study includes a sample of 45 companies listed on the LQ-45 index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses purposive sampling as the participant selection method. Hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression analysis on SPSS version 26, with secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study has identified a significant relationship between trading days and systematic risk, which in turn affects the standard deviation of stocks. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of trading days and systematic risk on the daily standard deviation of stocks owned by companies listed in the LQ-45 index. Based on the results, it is concluded that trading days have an influence on the daily standard deviation of stocks, with Friday showing a significant impact. There is a positive correlation between the level of systematic risk and the magnitude of a stock's daily standard deviation. Keywords: Trading Days, Systematic Risk, and Annual Standard Deviation

Abstract

Regional retribution, as well as regional taxes is one of the regional revenue is expected to be one source of financing governance and regional development, to improve and equalize the welfare of the society. So,this study was conducted to determine the effectiveness and contribution of charges for services to regional revenue Bandung District in 2010-2013. The results showed that many types of the retribution of charges for services that are less effective and did not contribute to PAD Bandung District. Including retribution of flats, rental of regional government'sland use, recreation areas, sport areas, and the sale of the production business. While the types of the retribution of charges for services which contribute only rental of heavy equipment from the department of Bina Marga and station services.

Abstract

Purpose – This study investigates the Influence of parental and peer connections on Financial Literacy and saving Behavior among Indonesian youth. It examines how social agents shape financial competence and explores the mediating role of financial Literacy and the moderating role of self-control in enhancing saving habits.Design/methodology/approach – A quantitative research design was used a cross-sectional online survey. Data were collected from 350 students enrolled in applied colleges across Indonesia. Constructs such as Financial Literacy, self-control, saving Behavior, and social influences were measured using confirmed multi-item Likert scales. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. Bootstrapping with 5,000 resamples was conducted to test the significance of direct, indirect, and moderating effects.Findings – The findings reveal that both parental and peer influences significantly enhance youth financial literacy, which positively affects saving Behavior. Financial Literacy mediates the relationships between social impact and saving Behavior. Self-control positively moderates the effect of financial Literacy on saving Behavior, suggesting that individuals with higher self-discipline are more likely to translate financial knowledge into saving practices.Research limitations/implications – The study’s reliance on self-reported data and a purposive sample of applied college students may limit the generalizability of the results. However, the findings emphasize the need for integrated financial education programs that involve families and peer groups, as well as behavioral training to strengthen self-regulation.Originality/value – This research contributes to the limited body of literature on youth saving Behavior in emerging economies by showing the interplay between social influences, Financial Literacy, and self-control. It offers theoretical insights based on Social Learning Theory and the Behavioral Life Cycle Theory, as well as practical recommendations for designing culturally relevant financial literacy programs for youth.
