Tingginya angka pencari kerja memaksa setiap individu untuk berfikir kreatif mencari lapangan kerja baru. Salah satu lapangan pekerjaan yang dapat mendorong pengurangan angkatan kerja adalah dengan wirausaha. Hanya saja sampai dengan saat ini wirausaha masih didominasi oleh ibu rumah tangga sebagai salah satu cara untuk memperoleh tambahan penghasilan. Dalam kegiatannya ada beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh pelaku wirausaha ini yaitu kendala produksi dan kendala pemasaran. Dimana kendala produksi adalah mengenai jumlah produksi yang masih sangat terbatas disebabkan karena alat produksi yang belum memadai. Kendala dari aspek pemasaran adalah kemasan produk yang kurang menarik dan juga masih tebatasnya lokasi pemasaran produk. Kegiatan pengabdian ini mensiyalir peningkatan jumlah produksi mitra dan memperbaiki kualias kemasan serta aktivitas promosi mitra. Tim pengabdian memberikan label dan kartu nama sebagai dasar kegiatan pemasaran mitra. Selain itu mitra juga mempelajari pemasaran secara online. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian secara umum sangat memuaskan. Mitra berkembang dan pendapatan masyarakat meningkat. Mitra mengalami peningkatn baik dari sisi produktivitas maupun permintaan.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji variabel determinan kredit bermasalah (NPL) perbankanpada sektor kredit UMKM. Variabel yang digunakan adalah variabel NPL itu sendiri dan fasilitaskelonggaran tarik kredit (undisbursed loan). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatankuantitatif dengan model autoregresif. Model yang digunakan untuk menguji determinan NPL adalahVector Autoregression (VAR). Data variabel penelitian adalah sata sekunder dengan periode bulanandari Januari 2007 hingga Desember 2017. Sampel penelitian adalah bank yang menyalurkan kredit kesektor UMKM dan sumber data diperoleh dari laporan Bank Indonesia di Statistik PerkembanganKredit UMKM. Berdasarkan estimasi model VAR diperoleh bahwa variabel yang signifikanmempengaruhi NPL adalah fasilitas kelonggaran tarik kredit pada periode lag 3. Analisis jugamenemukan bahwa NPL bereaksi fluktuatif pada perubahan nilai kelonggaran tarik hingga 12 bulanperiode. Analisis dekomposisi varians menemukan bahwa variabel yang terbesar memberikankontribusi bagi fluktuasi nilai NPL adalah shock pada NPL itu sendiri. Penemuan hasil iniberimplikasi pada semakin tinggi fasilitas undisbursed loan sebagai representasi dari kondisiekonomi yang tidak baik akan semakin meningkatkan NPL bank. Sebelum bank memberikanpinjaman perlu memperhatikan kondisi ekonomi tiga bulan sebelumnya.Kata Kunci: Autoregresif, kredit bermasalah, kelonggaran tarik, UMKM, VAR.

This research aims to test the influence of willingness to achieve lecturers' goals, needs and objectives and interpersonal relationships on the performance of millennial lecturers. The population is lecturers in a state university in Indonesia. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear analysis and descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that the willingness to achieve lecturers' goals, needs and objectives and interpersonal relationships had a positive and significant influence partially and simultaneously on the performance of millennial lecturers. This research is expected to be used as input for the university to pay attention and fulfil and fully support the needs of millennial lecturers to improve the performance of lecturers.

As a consensus network, Bitcoin enables new payment systems and money that are entirely digital or can be interpreted as a virtual currency that uses open source user-to-peer network systems for purchasing and sourcing management. It offers easier way of payment without the need for a bank account, credit card or intermediary. Bitcoin is cash stored in a computer that can be used to replace cash in an online sale transaction. Therefore, this study aims to investigate how to maximize the opportunities that allow Bitcoin in contributing for Indonesia tax revenue and also, the respond to the growing issues of virtual money transactions in the world. This study uses Literature study method based on some previous research and scientific journals that discuss about Bitcoin as a means of payment in sale and purchase transactions. The results of this study Bitcoin transaction tax still needs to be addressed is the absence of Legal Basis and legislation on legality of Bitcoin as a recognized payment instrument in Indonesia. This study can helps the Indonesian governments for creating a guidelines to adjust the regulation of virtual transactions for purchasing management, which have already been created and implemented in other countries and have a positive impact on the country's economy in addition to being one of the sources of increasing state tax revenues.

Many cases of investors who experience losses in investing by buying company shares have led to thoughts about what information is actually needed by investors in reducing the possibility of mistakes. The purpose of this research is to find and create the latest model of information that should be conveyed to reduce the occurrence of multi-interpretation of information. The population used is 540 companies listed on the Stock Exchange with the criteria of having active financial and web reports at the time of the study, then the target population becomes 302 with the sampling method using saturated samples then the entire target population is sampled as many as 302 companies. The analysis used is path analysis using the smart PLS tool, The researcher managed to make a finding that at alpha five percent, profitability directly had a positive and significant effect on general corporate information, and stock prices, but not on foward-looking information. General corporate information directly affects the stock price while foward-looking information does not significantly influence the stock price. Indirectly, profitability has a positive and significant effect on stock prices through general corporate information, but not through foward-looking information.

This study aims to see the direct influence of service quality rather than electronic word of mouth (EWOM) and by presenting the role of the university's reputation in mediating the quality of service at EWOM at private universities in Medan City. A sampling of 120 respondents from five private universities with active student status, a minimum study period of three semesters, and a strata 1 education level. The research methodology used is path analysis with the Smart PLS Program Version 3. The results show that the service quality is directly greater. its effect on EWOM when compared to the effect from service quality on EWOM is mediated by the reputation of the university at private universities in Medan City.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out how the influence of capital structure, corporate governance and intellectual capital on the possibility of companies experiencing financial distress in coal mining companies in Indonesia and Australia. The population of this study are coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Australian Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The research sample is 18 coal mining companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and 18 coal mining companies listed on the Australian Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The data analysis technique used logistic regression analysis with the SPSS program to test these variables. The evidence proves that (1) capital structure has a significant positive effect on the possibility of companies experiencing financial distress in Indonesian coal mining companies and Australian mining companies, (2) board size has a positive and insignificant effect on the possibility of companies experiencing financial distress in state coal mining companies. Indonesia and has a negative and insignificant effect on Australian mining companies, (3) board composition has a negative and insignificant effect on the possibility of companies experiencing financial distress in Indonesian state coal mining companies and has a positive and insignificant effect on Australian mining companies, (4) audit committee has a negative and insignificant effect on the possibility of the company experiencing financial distress at the Indonesian state coal mining company and a positive and significant effect on the company Australian mining companies, (5) remuneration committee has a positive and insignificant effect on the possibility of companies experiencing financial distress in Indonesian coal mining companies and negative and significant effects on Australian mining companies, (6) intellectual capital (VAIC) has a negative and insignificant effect on the possibility of the company experiencing financial distress in a coal mining company from Indonesia to the state of Australia

This study aims to analyze and compare the financial performance of PT. Bank SUMUT before and during Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This study uses the CAMEL method in the selection of financial ratios to be compared. The financial ratios to be compared are the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), the Non Performing Loan (NPL) ratio, the Return on Assets (ROA) ratio, the Operating Cost and Operating Income (BOPO) ratio, and the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). Data analysis techniques are independent sample t-test on data with normal distribution and Mann-Whitney on data that are not normally distributed. The results showed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL) ratio, Return On Assets (ROA), ratio of Operating Costs and Operating Income (BOPO) and, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) ratio there were significant differences between before and during the Indonesian Covid-19 pandemic at PT. Bank SUMUT. Â
