Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the role of education level, transformational leadership, and self-efficacy on the performance of village government officials in Purwojati District, Banyumas Regency. The sample came from the entire population, namely village government officials in Purwojati Regency totaling 180 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach method. Social cognitive theory is used as the basis for the theory of the relationship between the variables studied. The data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis and the results showed that the level of education and self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on performance, while transformational leadership had no effect on performance. Based on the test results of the adjusted R2 coefficient of determination of 55.90%. Keywords: Education Level, Transformational Leadership, Self-Efficacy, Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of cyberloafing, self-efficacy and organizational culture on the performance of Kanyumas Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. Sampling used a purposive sampling method with the criteria of Civil Servants (PNS) distributed using a questionnaire. The sample used was 107 employees. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study. The results of this study indicate that cyberloafing has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, self-efficacy partially has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance and organizational culture partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The R2 adjusted coefficient of determination test results was 32.7%. Keywords: Cyberloafing, Self Efficacy and Organizational Culture

Abstract

Perkembangan digital marketing yang sangat pesat bermula sejak penggunaan internet yang tinggi, dikarenakan dengan adanya kehadiran smartphone dengan harga yang sangat terjangkau. Digital marketing merupakan pemanfaatan semua sumber daya yang ada pada internet yang digunakan sebagai tempat pemberi informasi terkait produk-produk yang akan dijual. Penjualan produk saat ini senantiasa menggunakan metode elektronik (e-commerce) termasuk di dalamnya terdapat ektivitas pemasaran, pembelian dan distribusi. Tim IbM membekali siswa SMA Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) Zam-Zam dengan pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan keahlian terkait dengan digital marketing serta praktek langsung dalam pembuatan akun/wadah untuk digital marketing, selain itu siswa juga diberikan materi dalam bentuk modul yang diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi seluruh siswa. The development of digital marketing has started since the high use of the internet, due to the presence of smartphones at very affordable prices. Digital marketing is the utilization of all available resources on the internet that are used as a place to provide information regarding the products to be sold. Product sales currently use electronic methods (e-commerce) including marketing, purchasing and distribution activities. The IbM team equips Zam-Zam Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) High School students with entrepreneurial knowledge and expertise related to digital marketing as well as hands-on practice in creating accounts/containers for digital marketing, besides that students are also given material in the form of modules which are expected to be useful for all student. Abstract

UMKM FOKUSKU merupakan salah satu forum komunikasi wisata kuliner binaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto di Kecamatan Kembaran, Kabupaten Banyumas. Para pelaku anggota FOKUSKU merasakan penurunan semangat berwirausaha seperti tidak memiliki kompetensi wirausaha, tidak memiliki dedikasi, minimnya inovasi untuk dapat tetap bertahan menghadapi persaingan. Kondisi perekonomian yang menuntut para pelaku UMKM untuk lebih kreatif agar mendapatkan penghasilan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Business plan belum tersusun secara baik sehingga bisnis yang mereka laksanakan memiliki kecenderungan dalam di tempat atau belum berkembng. Hal itu menimbulkan masalah pada keberlangsungan bisnis tersebut. Luaran yang ingin di capai dalam program ini adalah anggota FOKUSKU dalam memulai bisnis atau dengan bisnis yang ada saat ini dapat menyusun business plan yang baik khususnya dalam perencanaan keuangan secara tepat dan terarah sehingga tidak ada kerancuan antara modal pribadi dan modal usaha, serta memberikan semangat kewirausahaan pada anggota FOKUSKU. Pelaksanaan program ini dengan metode penyuluhan, pelatiha dan pendampingan. Kata kunci: Business Plan, Kewirausahaan, FOKUSKU
