Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kemajuan teknologi investasi, sosial media edukasi saham, motivasi dan pengetahuan investasi terhadap minat investasi Generasi Z di Kabupaten Kudus. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan survei kepada 426 responden melalui purposive sampling. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan varibel perkembangan teknologi, sosial media eduaksi saham, motivasi investasi, pengetahuan ivestasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat investasi.

Abstract

This study evaluates user acceptance of E-Marketplace information systems by integrating the PIECES Framework with a Human–Computer Interaction (HCI) approach. This integration offers a comprehensive view of both technical system performance and user-centered interaction, particularly for users with disabilities. The PIECES Framework assesses system quality and operational effectiveness, while the HCI approach emphasizes usability, user experience, and interaction patterns that influence acceptance and satisfaction. Using an action research design, data were collected via questionnaires from a sample of 30 respondents. The findings indicate that user interest has a partial yet significant effect on behavior, while other variables jointly influence user engagement. Notably, there was a marked increase in user understanding of internet tools—from 27% initially not understanding application use to 91% demonstrating improved comprehension. This progress underscores the importance of accessible and user-friendly design in enhancing trust and perceived security. The results highlight the critical role of consistent interface design, clear navigation, and inclusive visual elements in promoting usability and satisfaction. The study offers valuable insights for system developers and researchers to improve E-Marketplace platforms by aligning technical performance with inclusive, user-centric design—ensuring accessibility for all users, including persons with disabilities, and driving greater digital inclusion in the evolving digital economy.

Abstract

Kuantitas akuntan publik di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah sehingga mengalami krisis regenerasi akuntan publik. Profesi akuntan publik akan selalu dibutuhkan, mengingat dunia bisnis yang kian melesat luas. Mahasiswa akuntansi merupakan kandidat penerus generasi profesi akuntan publik. Namun, tingkat ketertarikan akan profesi akuntan publik bagi mahasiswa akuntansi masih rendah. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh penghargaan finansial, persepsi pengetahuan akuntansi, dan personalitas terhadap minat karir mahasiswa akuntansi menjadi akuntan publik. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa akuntansi pada Perguruan Tinggi di Kabupaten Kudus meliputi Universitas Muria Kudus, Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Kudus dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Kudus menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 276 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penghargaan finansial, persepsi pengetahuan akuntansi, dan personalitas berpengaruh positif terhadap minat karir mahasiswa akuntansi menjadi akuntan publik.

Abstract

Purpose: In the era of increasingly competitive globalization, entrepreneurship is not only an alternative career option but also a strategic solution in reducing unemployment among graduates. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing students' sharia entrepreneurial intentions in the Kudus and Jepara Regencies. Methodology: This study used Path analysis and was conducted with PLS. The sample of this study was 200 students in Kudus and Jepara. Result: Analysis at Kudus shows that only supportive environmental variables significantly affect students' entrepreneurial intentions. Meanwhile, in Jepara, cultural values, a supportive environment, and belief in Islamic values significantly affect business potential. Education, beliefs, and business awareness also positively affect students' Islamic entrepreneurial intentions and development. Overall, the variables in the Kudus model explain 51.8% of the variation in Islamic entrepreneurial intentions, whereas the Jepara model explains 61.1%. Conclusion: Results of this study contribute to the development of an Islamic value-based entrepreneurial intention model through awareness of Islamic business potential as a mediating variable. The factors that form awareness of the potential of Islamic entrepreneurship are more dominant in Jepara. Implications: The research can inform educational institutions and governments in developing programs and policies. However, this study has limitations in describing the change in Islamic entrepreneurial intentions. Follow-up research is recommended using a longitudinal design and expanding area coverage. Originality:This study integrates the variable of Islamic business potential awareness as a mediator between factors that affect Islamic entrepreneurial intentions. Enriching the application of planned behavior theory to Islamic entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Usaha kecil menjadi salah satu strategi bagi pembangunan di Indonesia dan juga sebagai upaya memeratakan hasil pembangunan yang telah dicapai. Pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah sangat dibutuhkan sebagai penggerak perekonomian nasional, karena dapat berkontribusi terhadap pendapatan masyarakat. Nurul Konveksi adalah salah satu UMKM yang berada di Desa Besito, Kecamatan Gebog Kabupaten Kudus bergerak dalam bidang industri kerajinan tas. Permasalahan yang dihadapi Nurul Konveksi  dalam menjalankan usahanya, salah satunya adalah terkait produksi, pemasaran dan pencatatan keuangan yang masih sangat sederhana. Permasalahan tersebut memerlukan pendampingan untuk mengembangkan usaha produksi kerajinan tas. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan melalui 3 tahap, tahap pertama perencanaan yang meliputi analisis situasi kondisi mitra, survey lokasi, penentuankerjasama dengan mitra, pembentukan tim dan struktur tim. Tahap kedua meliputi pelaksanaan pendampingan, sosialisasi, pelatihan dan tahap ketiga adalah tahap evaluasi kegiatan dan pelaporan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini pelaku UMKM sudah memiliki logo UMKM, digital marketing berupa Instagram ,shopee, dan marketplace serta Facebook dan mitra sudah mampu mengelola keuangan melalui aplikasi secara efektif.  Artikel ini dapat diakses secara terbuka dibawah lisensi CC-BY

Abstract

Administrative processes have gradually shifted from manual methods to computerized ones in various public services for the community. The service team then made observations in Kaliwungu village and found that the need for computerized data and information processing was still very lacking. Therefore, the Service Team is trying to implement the system that has been implemented in Janggalan and in 11 villages in Mejobo sub-district. This system covers various aspects of data processing, including population data, family facilities and infrastructure, socio-economic conditions, access to education, and others. This system is expected to bridge the needs of village governments in managing data and information as well as in reporting to local governments. This system is expected to be able to support reporting to local governments by presenting and providing data recapitulation with appropriate indicators. Implementation of this system is carried out through training and mentoring methods for village government staff in Kaliwungu, which will then be passed on to the community.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of analysis of the influence of company size, leverage, institutional ownership, managerial ownership and audit quality on audit quality in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. This research uses a sample of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2017-2020. The sample used was calculated based on the purposive sampling method. Research data was taken from the annual reports of research sample companies published by the IDX. The sample for this research was 92 company data. Data analysis calculations used multiple regression analysis which was calculated using SPSS 25. The research results found that audit quality had a negative effect on audit quality. Company size, leverage, institutional ownership and managerial ownership do not have a significant effect on audit quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of debt to equity ratio, profitability, auditor quality, auditor turnover, auditor opinion and public ownership on the timeliness of financial reporting of consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period. The population in this study were 54 companies in the consumer sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and a total 0f 84 samples were obtained. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using statistical test tools Software Statistical Product and Service (SPSS) 21. The results of this research show that the debt to equity ratio has a negative effect on the timeliness of financial reporting, profitability has a positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting, auditor quality has a negative effect on the timeliness of financial repoting, changing auditors has a negative effect on the timeliness of financial reporting, auditor opinion has a positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting, and public ownership has a positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting.

Abstract

Profitability is the most important element in a company because the profit or profits generated can determine the level of investor confidence in investing. The aim of this research is to examine the effect of leverage, company size and liquidity on profitability levels. This research is quantitative research with a population of Consumer Non-cyclical companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2022 period. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique with a total of nine companies and obtained 514 research data. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques for panel data with Eviews 9. The results of this research show that leverage and liquidity have a negative effect on profitability. Meanwhile, company size has no effect on profitability.

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of business capital on the income of MSMEs in Kudus. To analyze the effect of education level on the income of MSMEs in Kudus. To analyze the effect of business experience on the income of MSMEs in Kudus. To analyze the effect of social media on the income of MSMEs in Kudus. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was 227 respondents of MSMEs in Kudus and sampling used a purposive sampling technique. The analysis methods used are descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the study indicate that business capital has a positive and significant effect on the income of MSMEs in Kudus. The level of education has a positive and significant effect on the income of MSMEs in Kudus. Business experience has a positive and significant effect on the income of MSMEs in Kudus. Social media has a positive and significant effect on the income of MSMEs in Kudus. Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal usaha terhadap pendapatan UMKM Konveksi di Kudus. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM Konveksi di Kudus. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman usaha terhadap pendapatan UMKM Konveksi di Kudus. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial terhadap pendapatan UMKM Konveksi di Kudus. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 227 responden UMKM Konveksi di Kudus dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM Konveksi di Kudus. Tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM Konveksi di Kudus. Pengalaman usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM Konveksi di Kudus. Media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM Konveksi di Kudus
