Abstract

Kontrasepsi suntik menimbulkan efek samping yang sering dikeluhkan para akseptor KB suntik yaitu berupa peningkatan berat badan dan gangguan siklus menstruasi. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei yang bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tanggal 18-25 Juni 2015 di Puskesmas Darul Imarah. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara total sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji statistic (chi square test) dengan tingkat kemaknaan 95% (p ≤ 0.05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara lamanya pemakaian suntikan DMPA dengan perubahan berat badan (p-value=0.00). Ada hubungan antara lamanya pemakaian suntikan DMPA dengan pola menstruasi (p-value=0.02). Kata Kunci: Berat Badan, Menstruasi, Suntikan DMPA

Abstract

This research aims to study effect of adding sodium metabisulfite ( natrium metabisulfit ) in improving whiteness degree of tapoca as required by SNI 01-3452-1993. Tapioca starch in this research is produced without treatment (treatment ) and some additional treatment of deifferent concentrations of natrium metabisulfit.result show s whiteness degree determination obtained without the addition of natrium metabisulfit was 90,30% whereas with natrium metabislulfit  0,1%;0,2%;0,5%; and 1,0% respectively are 91,8%;94,9%;95,7%; and 96,2%. Form perception of amylograph indicate that additional 0,2% natrium metabisulfit didn’t significantly influence to the funsional properties compared to treathment sample without treatment. Physicochemical proretis obtained of addition of 0,2% natrium metabisulfit can deciline stratch content 2 until 4%. It conclouded that 0,2% netrium metabisulfit are inhibitor to prevent brownig reaction on tapioca.the adding of natrium metabisulfit until 0,2% didn’t give effect for functional properties as native starch.

Abstract

Beras artifisial merupakan salah satu sumber karbohidrat alternatif pengganti beras yang dapat dibuat dari berbagai macam komoditi lokal seperti uji kayu dan juga ubi jalar. Untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah dan manfaatnya maka ditambahkan senyawa antosianin yang berfungsi sebagai pewarna dan juga sumber antioksidan. Pada penelitian ini telah berhasil dibuat beras merah artifisal yang ditambahkan antosianin yang diekstrak dari Bunga euphorbia Milii, Adam hawa dan juga ubi jalar ungu. Berdasarkan uji organoleptik didapatkan hasil bahwa beras dengan ekstrak pewarna antosianin dari ubi jalar ungu paling disukai oleh responden dengan nilai rata-rata 3,8 untuk warna, 3,56 untuk aroma, 3,5 untuk bentuk dan 3,74 untuk nilai keseluruhan. Dari uji proximat didapatkan hasil kadar air sebesar 4,51%, Kadar abu 1,84%, Kadar Protein 1,10%, Kadar Lemak 4,45% dan kadar Karbohidrat sebesar 88,10%.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Pada penelitian ini telah dilakukan modifikasi pati dari kondisi alami tapioka melalui teknik ekstruksi dengan tujuan untuk mencapai kondisi gelatinisasi pati dalam waktu cepat. Penyiapan pragelatinisasi tapioka dan tepung onggok pada komposisi C1 dan C2 (C1=Tapioka:onggok= 95%:5% dan C2=90%:10%) diawali dengan granulasi dalam air sebanyak 27-30 % volume kemudian dilanjutkan homogenisasi dan ekstruksi pada suhu 100 0C. Hasil ekstruksi dihaluskan dan dikeringkan untuk selanjutnya digunakan sebagai bahan tambahan dalam pembuatan beras merah artificial. Hasil penelitian karakterisasi sifat pasta mengunakan Brabender Amilografi menunjukkan bahwa modifikasi pati secara ekstruksi menaikkan suhu gelatinisasi, menurunkan viskositas puncaknya, menurunkan viskositas minimum, serta menurunkan viskositas breakdown dan setback dari keadaan alaminya.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and describe the effectiveness of blended learning models in thematic learning in class V SDN 20 Ampenan during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used is qualitative phenomenology. The data in this study is a description of the effectiveness of blended learning models on thematic learning, with the subset of principal research, and fifth-grade teachers. The research was conducted with interview techniques, and documentation and using data analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. The conclusion obtained from this study is, the blended learning model on thematic learning for Theme 5 healthy is important, Subtema 3, Learning 1, during the Covid-19 pandemic class V SDN 20 Ampenan School Year 2020/2021 remains effective, despite changes in learning time, use of learning media, and learning materials. The use of learning media is the use of online media applications for the learning process. In addition to the facilities that must be adequate, of course, teachers are more extra in providing understanding related to the material delivered to students during the online and face-to-face learning process that must be done optimally in a limited time, and conduct assessments as usual but with observations done online and face-to-face, so that learning continues to be good and effective even in the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how to instill character values ​​in physical education subjects at SD Negeri Gugus 8, Praya Barat District. The problems studied in this study are (1) what are the ways or steps in inculcating character values ​​in physical education subjects in elementary schools, (2) what are the things that affect the inculcation of character values ​​in physical education subjects. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques using interviews and documentation studies. While the data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model which consists of stages (1) data reduction (2) data presentation (3) data verification, and using triangulation methods as data validity. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the study indicate that, (1) there are several ways or steps that can be taken in instilling character values ​​in physical education subjects, namely: (a) teachers improve their attitudes first (b) familiarize students with praying before and after learning; (c) familiarize students with rows; (d) maximizing each set of learning practices; (e) modification of game rules on learning materials; (f) reaffirming the character values ​​contained in the learning materials at the learning reflection stage; (g) coordinate with parents and guardians of students. (2) things that affect the inculcation of character values ​​in physical education subjects consist of: (a) inhibiting factors which include certain cultural traditions in society, limitations of tools and media, and student delinquency; (b) supporting factors, which include teachers, student readiness, learning methods and techniques, as well as the involvement of various parties.

Abstract

Abstract Activity classroom action research was conducted at SMPN 11 Banda Aceh. As the subjects in the study of this class action is the student’s seventh of SMPN 11 Banda Aceh that the large number of student’s as many 27 people, including 11 males and 16 females. The source of data obtained in this study is the result of student learning, the observation by peers and documentation of as student’s grade on Febuary until April 2012. The result showed mastery learning in the first cycle as many as 10 student’s (37%). Once implemented the second cycle learning by implementing the method of demonstration, the student’s learning result increase of 21 student’s (77,8%) that mastery learning. This number clearly shows that there has been a significant increase from cycle I to cycle II. Based on the learning result of cycle I to cycle II mastery learning has been achieved as expected is the mastery of student’s learning result of 77,8%. Keywords: Learning result, PAI, Demonstration method.

Abstract

The character of discipline can be interpreted as an attitude of obedience, submission and obedience to various applicable provisions and regulations. With a disciplined character, students are expected to become more responsible individuals, accustomed to something that makes them develop, do things on time and obey the values and rules that apply wherever they are. To achieve this goal, the teacher in this case really needs a strategy in its efforts. This study aims to describe the teacher's strategy in instilling the disciplined character of fourth grade students at SDN 2 Kalijaga. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with the type of phenomenology. The subjects in this study were the principal of SDN 2 Kalijaga, fourth grade teachers, and fourth grade students with the object of research being the teacher's strategy. Data were collected by means of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model technique, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was tested by using triangulation of sources and triangulation of data collection techniques. As for in this study, there are several strategies applied by teachers, namely integration in learning, establishing school rules, holding scout extracurriculars, exemplary values from teachers, giving sanctions/punishments, making policies in the form of new programs such as a joint prayer program in the field before start learning and picket schedule for the cleanliness of the school environment.
