Abstract

The community service program in Cirebon aims to increase legal awareness of the community regarding their rights and protection of victims of human trafficking. Through the implementation of counseling involving interactive methods such as group discussions, case simulations, and question and answer sessions, the program successfully increased participants' understanding of the signs of human trafficking, legal rights, and reporting mechanisms. Evaluation results showed that around 75% of participants reported increased knowledge and readiness to report human trafficking cases. However, challenges such as lack of community confidence in reporting cases and uncertainty about the legal process still exist. The program also identified the importance of local community involvement and adapting educational materials to the local context for greater effectiveness. The evaluation showed that ongoing follow-up is needed to maintain community understanding and improve the effectiveness of human trafficking prevention. These findings provide a basis for the development of a more comprehensive and sustainable education strategy in the future, with the hope of strengthening victim protection and human trafficking prevention at the local level.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the digital marketing capabilities of coconut palm sugar SMEs in Banyumas, to strengthen their competitiveness in the digital era. Through a participatory approach, the program involved several stages: needs identification, digital marketing training, intensive mentoring, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The results showed a significant improvement in the ability of SMEs to use digital platforms such as e-commerce and social media. About 70% of participants successfully created accounts on e-commerce platforms and utilized social media to promote their products. The improvement in the quality of marketing content also led to an increase in sales and market expansion from local to national. However, challenges such as limited internet access and human resource capacity in managing digital strategies still need to be addressed. This program has enhanced the competitiveness of SMEs through packaging innovation and digital marketing but requires ongoing support from various parties, especially in terms of infrastructure and mentoring. The implications of this activity highlight the importance of digitalization as a long-term strategy for SMEs to compete in an increasingly competitive market. Therefore, collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and the private sector is crucial to support the sustainability of SME digital transformation in Banyumas.

Abstract

E-procurement has benefits for agencies or system developers as well as for all providers of goods/services and the wider community who want to know the implementation process, they can get prices for multiple offers and the process uses simple administration. On the other hand, providers of goods/services can also reduce administrative costs, increase opportunities for companies, encourage healthy competition, and can make business opportunities available to everyone. Apart from that, e-procurement is considered capable of providing easier management, faster buying and selling processes, and reducing transaction costs, good coordination, and also increasing collaboration between providers of goods/services. Information technology can make costs better and the public procurement system more diverse.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of law enforcement against human trafficking cases in Indonesia, focusing on the implementation of Law Number 21 of 2007 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Human Trafficking (UU PTPPO). Using a qualitative approach through case studies, data were collected from interviews with law enforcement officers, victims of human trafficking, and analysis of legal documents. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of the PTPPO Law is hampered by limited resources, lack of training for law enforcement officers, and poor coordination between government agencies and non-governmental organizations. Protection for victims is also suboptimal, with difficulty in accessing rehabilitation and support services. The implications of these findings emphasize the need for reforms in resource allocation, training, and improved coordination. This study recommends that the government increase efforts in training law enforcement officers, improve coordination between agencies, and increase public awareness of human trafficking. Further research is expected to explore the role of technology and international comparative studies in handling human trafficking cases.

Abstract

Kekerasan seksual terhadap anak merupakan kejahatan luar biasa yang berpotensi menciptakan siklus kekerasan (cycle of abuse) lintas generasi. Sistem hukum yang ada saat ini terbukti masih memiliki celah karena terlalu fokus pada penghukuman dan belum optimal dalam aspek pemulihan korban melalui keadilan restoratif, pendampingan hukum bagi kelompok rentan, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan dan membangun model hukum responsif digital untuk penanganan kekerasan seksual terhadap anak melalui pengembangan aplikasi berbasis Progressive Web App (PWA) bernama LINDAA (Lindungi Anak-Anak). Penelitian menggunakan metode campuran (mixed-methods) yang menggabungkan analisis hukum normatif-empiris dengan rekayasa perangkat lunak. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-struktural dengan informan dari UPTD PPA, Dinas P3AKB, Unit PPA Satreskrim Polres, dan LSM pendamping korban, serta pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan metode iterative prototyping dengan teknologi Laravel dan Vue.js. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model hukum responsif digital dapat diimplementasikan melalui aplikasi LINDAA yang memiliki fitur form pelaporan berbasis identifikasi cepat, mekanisme eskalasi otomatis ke pihak berwenang, dashboard pelaporan dan tindak lanjut, serta komunikasi lintas institusi secara real-time. Aplikasi ini berhasil mengintegrasikan kerangka hukum positif dengan pendekatan pemulihan korban dan pendampingan, serta menjadi alat bantu teknologi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelaporan, pengawasan, dan intervensi kasus.
