Telecommunication users are rapidly growing each year. As people keep demanding a better service level of Short Message Service (SMS), telephone or data use, service providers compete to attract their customer, while customer feedbacks in some platforms, for example Twitter, are their souce of information. Multinomial Naïve Bayes Tree, adapted from the method of Multinomial Naïve Bayes and Decision Tree, is one technique in data mining used to classify the raw data or feedback from customers.Multinomial Naïve Bayes method used specifically addressing frequency in the text of the sentence or document. Documents used in this study are comments of Twitter users on the GSM telecommunications provider in Indonesia.This research employed Multinomial Naïve Bayes Tree classification technique to categorize customers sentiment opinion towards telecommunication providers in Indonesia. Sentiment analysis only included the class of positive, negative and neutral. This research generated a Decision Tree roots in the feature "aktif" in which the probability of the feature "aktif" was from positive class in Multinomial Naive Bayes method. The evaluation showed that the highest accuracy of classification using Multinomial Naïve Bayes Tree (MNBTree) method was 16.26% using 145 features. Moreover, the Multinomial Naïve Bayes (MNB) yielded the highest accuracy of 73,15% by using all dataset of 1665 features. The expected benefits in this research are that the Indonesian telecommunications provider can evaluate the performance and services to reach customer satisfaction of various needs.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan portal informasi berbasis web yang menyediakan data terkait Puskesmas di Kota Bogor. Portal ini dirancang untuk mempermudah akses masyarakat terhadap informasi kesehatan, seperti lokasi, jenis layanan, jadwal, dan kontak Puskesmas. Pengembangan portal ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan yang melibatkan beberapa tahapan, yaitu kajian awal, penentuan kebutuhan, perencanaan sistem, pelaksanaan, serta pengujian . dari hasil riset bahwa portal ini berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dalam mengakses informasi kesehatan, meskipun beberapa perbaikan diperlukan pada aspek antarmuka pengguna dan navigasi. Portal ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan di Kota Bogor.

Pengelolaan data verifikasi calon penerima honorarium PTK PAUD merupakan aspek penting dalam administrasi pendidikan, terutama dalam memastikan transparansi dan akurasi distribusi dana. Penelitian ini mengusulkan implementasi sistem berbasis web untuk pengelolaan data verifikasi calon penerima honorarium PTK PAUD dengan menggunakan Laravel, sebuah framework PHP yang populer dan efisien. Sistem ini dirancang untuk menyederhanakan proses pengumpulan, pemrosesan, dan pelaporan data, serta meningkatkan akurasi dan kecepatan dalam verifikasi data. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pengembangan aplikasi web menggunakan Laravel, yang meliputi pembuatan antarmuka pengguna yang intuitif, sistem autentikasi pengguna dengan peran yang berbeda, dan fitur-fitur untuk input data, verifikasi, dan pelaporan. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan fungsi pencarian dan filter untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam mengakses informasi yang relevan. Hasil dari implementasi sistem ini menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan data, serta kemampuan untuk menghasilkan laporan yang lebih akurat dan tepat waktu. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan proses verifikasi calon penerima honorarium dapat dilakukan dengan lebih efektif, mendukung transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan dana pendidikan di PAUD.

Pendidikan merupakan elemen penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam suatu negara. Pada konteks Diindonesia, pendidikan tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat untuk menyebarkan ilmu pengetahuan tetapi juga sebagai upaya membentuk budi pekerti dan budi pekerti yang baik. Namun masih banyak permasalahan yang masih dihadapi di bidang pendidikan, termasuk masalah putus sekolah dini. Angka putus sekolah sebanyak 4.444 orang merupakan fenomena yang memprihatinkan karena berdampak langsung terhadap masa depan individu serta perkembangan sosial dan ekonomi penduduk Kota Bogor, salah satu kota terbesar di Indonesia. Faktor penyebab anak putus sekolah ada berbagai macam, antara lain keadaan ekonomi keluarga, faktor ekstrakurikuler seperti faktor sosial budaya, dan kurangnya motivasi belajar.

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertema "Implementasi Digitalisasi untuk Mendukung Resiliensi dan Pengembangan Kelompok Tani Harum Tani di Desa Tajurhalang, Kecamatan Cijeruk, Kabupaten Bogor." Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi digital, memberdayakan masyarakat melalui teknologi, serta memperluas akses informasi bagi kelompok tani. Kegiatan utama meliputi pelatihan teknologi informasi, pembuatan website, video profil, dan desain kemasan produk untuk mendukung pemasaran. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif, melibatkan masyarakat sejak perencanaan hingga implementasi. Website dirancang untuk mempromosikan produk dan aktivitas kelompok tani secara digital, sedangkan video profil memperkenalkan kegiatan dan potensi desa. Pelatihan komputer dilaksanakan guna meningkatkan literasi teknologi generasi muda. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan teknologi, kemudahan akses informasi, dan perluasan jaringan pemasaran kelompok tani. Dampak positif program ini mencakup peningkatan efektivitas kegiatan ekonomi, kesadaran teknologi, dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan desa. Program ini diharapkan berkelanjutan dan menjadi model pemberdayaan digital bagi desa lain.

In the digital era that continues to develop, information technology has become an integral component in various aspects of life, including the education sector. Globally, the application of technology-based systems in education has helped increase efficiency, transparency and accessibility. Developed countries such as Finland, Singapore and the United States have adopted online-based registration systems to provide inclusive and modern education services. Technological developments in the smartphone sector are increasingly advanced, marked by the competition between smartphone companies to create various kinds and types of smartphones with specifications that resemble computers in general. Which is supported by capable hardware and software. The development of the Android operating system is progressing rapidly every year. This development is one of the forerunners to the emergence of the Industrial Revolution 5.0 with the support of IoT (Internet of Thinks). Where humans use the Android system and internet network to meet their needs and solve work problems without having to move an inch. With the fairly advanced development of smartphones, supported by smartphone ownership owned by every element of society and an internet network that the public can now enjoy. It could be a solution used by the world of education to make learning easier and even make it easier for students to register online. By developing a WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) based system which is an innovative solution to facilitate the online registration process via mobile devices, especially in environments with limited internet infrastructure.

Permasalahan mitra di Posyandu Matahari Kelurahan Mulyaharja Kota Bogor meliputi ketidaktertiban monitoring data ibu hamil dan balita, lahan produktif yang belum dimanfaatkan, serta kurangnya pengetahuan sasaran tentang gizi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan untuk mendukung pencegahan stunting melalui pembuatan aplikasi “Pantau Posyandu”, pemanfaatan lahan kosong untuk kolam bioflok dan penanaman sayur, serta penyusunan menu bergizi. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi pemetaan dan pendataan sasaran untuk pengembangan aplikasi, sosialisasi program kepada pengurus dan anggota posyandu, serta pihak terkait seperti ibu-ibu binaan, aparat lingkungan, dan puskesmas. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengembangan aplikasi, persiapan lahan, budidaya ikan lele dan sayuran, serta penyuluhan dan demo masak. Hasil kegiatan berupa pemanfaatan lahan posyandu sebagai sumber bahan pangan bergizi dan implementasi aplikasi dalam penginputan data. Aplikasi ini memudahkan kader dalam memantau tumbuh kembang balita dan mendeteksi potensi stunting, serta mendorong ibu-ibu untuk mengolah makanan sehat dan bergizi secara mandiri.

The development of e-commerce in Indonesia is driven by the large population and extensive geography. One of the leading e-commerce applications in Indonesia is Shopee. User reviews of this application reflect public sentiment towards Shopee. The Naive Bayes method was used to classify reviews, with an accuracy rate of 90.76%. Using TF-IDF helps calculate the weight of words in reviews. Performance evaluation shows that the model has high accuracy in scenario 1 with a 60:40 split between training data and test data. The use of information technology has changed the business paradigm, including in e-commerce such as Shopee. The importance of understanding consumer sentiment can be seen from social media platforms, where sentiment analysis using Naive Bayes and Topic Modeling shows negative sentiment at the 11:11 Shopee Flashsale event. Suggestions for Shopee include improving event strategies such as Flashsale by inviting artists and improving customer service. Responsiveness to technical application problems is also emphasized to increase customer satisfaction. The increase in e-commerce transactions in Indonesia shows rapid growth, with many platforms emerging. Sentiment analysis such as that done with K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) on Google Play Store reviews provides insight into the experience of e-commerce users in Indonesia, with an accuracy rate of up to 82%. This research provides significant implications for e-commerce companies in better understanding and meeting customer expectations.

Telecommunications users in Indonesia continue to grow rapidly from year to year. Along with the public's increasing need for communication, whether via SMS, telephone or data services, there is competition among telecommunications providers to attract or retain customers. Customer Opinion shows the level of service quality provided by the provider. Various opinions expressed by customers about telecommunications providers can be known through the social media Twitter. Twitter as a type of microblogging that produces raw data that can overwhelm its users, one solution to this problem is to classify raw data. The Naïve Bayes method can handle text or documents. The documents used in this research are comments from Twitter users. The Naïve Bayes method was chosen because of its ability to handle large text data with sufficient accuracy and an efficient computational process (Aggarwal & Zhai, 2012). It is hoped that the results of this analysis will provide insight for telecommunications providers in improving the quality of their services in accordance with user needs and expectations (Smith et al., 2023). This research uses techniques to categorize customer sentiment opinions towards telecommunications providers in terms of time and location in Indonesia. Sentiment analysis only includes positive, negative and neutral classes. The expected benefit in this research is that telecommunications providers can evaluate performance and services based on time and location to achieve customer satisfaction from various complaints faced, as well as build more effective communication strategies.
