Abstract

Salah satu Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU 1) yang berdampak pada relevansi kebutuhan industri dan dunia kerja yaitu lulusan mendapatkan pekerjaan yang layak terdiri dari mendapatkan pekerjaan, melanjutkan studi, dan menjadi wiraswasta. Targetnya alumni bekerja atau berwiraswasta memiliki penghasilan 1,2 x lipat dari UMR. Faktanya, IKU 1 dalam Laporan Kinerja UNNES belum memenuhi target. Terlihat bahwa ada alumni masih berorientasi job seeker daripada job creater sedangkan penghasilan tertinggi justru diraih alumni berwirausaha. Program Pengembangan Wirausaha dibutuhkan oleh wirausaha mahasiswa di UNNES untuk menyiapkan lulusan siap berwirausaha dengan gaji minimal 1,2 kali UMR. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan angka wirausaha mahasiswa di UNNES melalui pelatihan psikologi kewirausahaan, kelembagaan, manajemen SDM, dan keuangan serta fasilitasi usaha sesuai kebutuhan tenant. Total peserta program adalah 12 orang mahasiswa UNNES yang berwirausaha selama 6 hingga 36 bulan dari tiga kategori usaha yaitu kuliner, jasa, dan industri kreatif. Mereka telah menerima manfaat dengan memiliki peningkatan pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan pendampingan dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Program ini bertujuan dapat memberi masukan pada Stakeholder UNNES, Fakultas, dan Prodi Psikologi dalam merancang kebijakan pengembangan soft skill dan hard skill yang tepat bagi mahasiswa wirausaha tersebut. Termasuk embrio pembentukan Psychopreneur sebagai unit profit layanan pengembangan kewirausahaan di Prodi Psikologi UNNES.

Abstract

AbstrakKoperasi berperan aktif sebagai lembaga pendukung pengembangan usaha UMKM di pedesaan. Perkembangan berbagai usaha kecil tersebut ternyata kurang diimbangi oleh perkembangan entitas bisnis yang bisa membantu dalam hal permodalan maupun kebutuhan financial yang lain, seperti koperasi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan sebuah upaya persiapan bagi masyarakat Desa Branjang untuk mulai membentuk sebuah koperasi desa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan dua metode pendekatan, FGD dan Pelatihan. FGD diadakan dengan perangkat desa untuk menentukan atau menilai kesiapan sumberdaya dalam rangka pembentukan koperasi. Sedangkan pelatihan diadakan untuk memberikan bekal pengetahuan bagi masyarakat untuk menyusun lembaga koperasi, termasuk pelatihan untuk penyusunan AD/ART koperasi dan  penyusunan struktur organisasi koperasi Desa Branjang. Dari hasil kegiatan masyarkat mendapatkan  tambahan pengetahuan mengenai langkah-langkah penyusunan sebuah koperasi dan bisa menggunakan pengetahuan tersebut untuk mewujudkan pendirian sebuah lembaga koperasi Kata kunci: FGD; pelatihan; koperasi; desa Branjang AbstractCooperatives play an active role as supporting institutions for the development of MSME businesses in rural areas. The development of various small businesses is apparently not balanced by the development of business entities that can help with capital or other financial needs, such as cooperatives. Based on these problems, a preparatory effort is needed for the Branjang Village community to start forming a village cooperative. This community service activity is carried out using two approaches: FGD and training. FGD is held with village officials to determine or assess the readiness of resources in the framework of forming a cooperative. Meanwhile, training is held to provide knowledge for the community to establish a cooperative institution, including training for the preparation of the cooperative's AD/ART and the preparation of the organizational structure of the Branjang Village cooperative. From the results of the activities, the community gains additional knowledge regarding the steps for establishing a cooperative and can use this knowledge to realize the establishment of a cooperative institution. Keywords: FGD; training; cooperative; Branjang village

Abstract

This study aims to examine the management process of curriculum integration between the Kemendikbud Curriculum, the Kemenag Curriculum, and the Salaf Curriculum at MTs Qudsiyyah Kudus. The main focus is on the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes of curriculum management in accordance with the National Education Standards (SNP). This research adopts a qualitative approach using a case study method. The findings indicate that curriculum integration management is carried out collaboratively between the madrasah and the pesantren, although challenges persist in aligning the traditional curriculum with the demands of the national curriculum. Adaptive and synergistic management strategies are required to ensure that curriculum integration enhances the quality of education and contributes to students' character development.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of financial literacy and self-efficacy on students’ financial behavior, with the Cinta Bangga Paham (CBP) Rupiah Program as a mediating variable among students at SMP Negeri 5 Semarang. Utilizing a quantitative explanatory approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis, data were collected from 353 students via questionnaires. The analysis results demonstrate that: (1) financial literacy and self-efficacy have a significant positive effect on financial behavior; (2) the CBP Rupiah Program acts as a mediator, strengthening the effect of both on financial behavior; (3) all research instruments fulfill validity and reliability criteria; and (4) the research model yields R-square values of 63.3% for financial behavior and 69.4% for the CBP Rupiah variable. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating nationally based financial education programs to shape students’ financial behavior from an early age.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of investor attention and religious sentiment—specifically during the holy month of Ramadan—on stock returns in the Indonesian capital market. Using the Market Attention Index (MAI), derived from Google Search Volume data, we examine how elevated public focus corresponds with return anomalies across 100 stocks from both syariah-compliant (ISSI) and conventional (LQ45) indices during the 2020–2023 Ramadan periods. Regression analysis reveals a statistically significant and positive relationship between MAI and intraday stock returns, underscoring the role of behavioral attention in asset pricing. Furthermore, dummy variables for specific Ramadan days—the 10th and 25th—also show positive return effects, supporting the notion that heightened religiosity and mood uplift during spiritually significant days influence investor sentiment. These findings align with behavioral finance theories and enrich prior research on the “Ramadan Effect” and “Holy Day Effect.” The results offer practical implications for trading strategies and policy design in Muslim-majority markets. By integrating digital behavior metrics and religious calendar events, this study contributes a novel framework for understanding asset price fluctuations during culturally sensitive periods in emerging markets.
