Abstract

Online education is growing rapidly due to the Covid 19 pandemic. For almost three years this pandemic is still ongoing, so the world of education has also begun to transform and innovate to be able to provide the best service for students and teachers. Currently, many schools have started to use technology in learning, one of which is using hybrid learning. Thus, teacher readiness is an important aspect in dealing with any changes or new situations. Especially in an era like this, it is very important for us to be able to see the extent to which teachers are prepared to deal with it. Various scales for measuring teacher readiness have been developed, one of which is the Teacher Readiness for Online Learning Measure (TROLM) Communication self-efficacy (CSE), Institutional support (IS), Self-directed learning (SDL) scale, Learning transfer self-efficacy (LTSE). The researcher used a sample of 19 SD Strada Van Lith II teachers with the Non-Probability Sampling technique. Questionnaires were distributed to all respondents via google form in the hope of getting results that answered the research objectives by using a Likert scale to minimize errors. The results of this study found that the teacher's overall readiness had an effect on the implementation of hybrid learning by utilizing technology

Abstract

Improving learning achievement is an activity that needs to be continuously carried out by an educational institution, and it is necessary to focus on certain areas because of the many things that affect learning achievement. This study focused on the area of the classroom environment and teacher-student interpersonal behavior to see the relationship between each variable with learning achievement, and the relationship between the two variables.  By using a sample of 160 X-university students majoring in mathematics and then using the Chi-Square test method with a contingency table to determine the relationship between each variable and learning achievement. Then using the  Pearson correlation method the relationship between classroom environment with the teacher-student interpersonal behavior was tested. Based on the analysis and calculation of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the classroom environment has a good relationship with learning achievement in the mathematics major and general subjects. Whereas the teacher-student interpersonal behavior shows a positive relationship with learning achievement in the dimensions of leadership, understanding, and friendly/helping but a  negative relationship in the dimensions of strictness and disatisfaction. In the mathematics major, the dimensions of uncertainty and admonishing are negatively related to learning achievement, but not for general subjects.BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Meningkatkan prestasi belajar merupakan kegiatan yang masih terus dilakukan dan berkembang, sehingga diperlukan fokus pada area tertentu. Penelitian ini terfokus pada area classroom environment dan teacher-student interpersonal behavior untuk melihat hubungan antara masing-masing variabel dengan prestasi belajar, dan hubungan antara kedua variabel. Penulis mengambil 160 sampel mahasiswa program studi matematika universitas X, kemudian menggunakan metode uji Chi-Square dengan tabel kontingensi akan dilihat hubungan antara masing-masing variabel dengan prestasi belajar. Lalu akan diuji menggunakan metode korelasi r pearson untuk melihat hubungan antara kedua variabel. Dari hasil analisa dan perhitungan penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat diambil kesimpulan Classroom Environment memiliki hubungan dengan prestasi belajar dalam mata kuliah matematika maupun umum. Sedangkan teacher-student interpersonal behavior memperlihatkan hubungan positif dengan prestasi belajar dalam dimensi leadership, understanding, dan friendly/helping serta hubungan negatif dalam dimensi dissatisfied dan strict. Pada mata kuliah matematika, dimensi uncertain dan admonishing berhubungan negatif dengan prestasi belajar, tapi tidak untuk mata kuliah umum.

Abstract

This quasi-experimental study aims to measure the effectiveness of using loose parts as a media to enhance problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity skills among K2 students at Kindergarten XYZ Jakarta. The research involved a control group of 26 students and an experimental group of 25 students, using pretest and posttest assessments to measure progress. The experimental group integrated loose parts into classroom activities, while the control group followed the standard curriculum. Next, the pretest and posttest data are analyzed for their n-Gain values to obtain the difference between the two groups. N-Gain is used to measure the effectiveness of an intervention or learning approach by comparing score improvements between pretest and posttest, providing an overview of the extent of improvement in the use of loose parts in the experimental group. The higher the n-Gain value, the greater the improvement achieved by that group. The results showed an increased average score in problem-solving and creativity for the experimental group compared to the control group in both pretest and posttest. However, critical thinking scores showed no significant difference between the two groups. This suggests that the use of loose parts positively impacts problem-solving and creativity in kindergarten students, but improving critical thinking may require further investigation or alternative strategies.

Abstract

The pandemic caused changes in learning at XYZ school. The schools set synchronous and asynchronous methods to train students’ self regulation in learning. However, there were still students who experienced obstacles in terms of self regulation. It became the background of this research to measure the self regulation of 11th grade students at XYZ school. This study aimed to produce a good measuring instrument for evaluating students’ self regulation skills, knowing students’ self regulation level, and finding if there any relation between students’ gender and their self regulation among 11th grade high school students in social science programs during online learning. This study used quantitative methods with data collection techniques using a closed questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data from the questionnaire were tested for validity, reliability, and normality data. Furthermore, hypothesis testing was using mean test and chi square correlation test. The results of this study found that the measuring instrument in the form of a questionnaire with 12 statement items were all valid and reliable. The level of students’ self regulation skills was in the medium to high category and there was a relationship between student’s gender and their self regulation. Initiatives, strategies, and learning evaluation had a positive impact on students' self regulation skills.AbstrakPandemi menyebabkan perubahan dalam pembelajaran di sekolah XYZ. Sekolah menetapkan metode sinkronus dan asinkronus untuk melatih kemandirian peserta didik. Namun demikian masih ditemukan peserta didik yang mengalami kendala dalam hal kemandirian belajar. Hal ini yang melatarbelakangi penelitian untuk mengukur kemandirian belajar peserta didik kelas 11 sekolah XYZ. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan alat ukur yang baik untuk mengukur keterampilan kemandirian belajar, mengetahui tingkat keterampilan kemandirian belajar, serta mengetahui apakah adanya hubungan antara gender dan kemandirian belajar peserta didik kelas 11 program ilmu sosial di sekolah XYZ dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner pertanyaan tertutup menggunakan skala Likert. Data hasil kuesioner diuji validitas, reliabilitas, dan normalitas data. Selanjutnya, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji mean, uji korelasi chi square. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa alat ukur berupa instrumen dalam bentuk kuesioner dengan 12 item pernyataan semua valid dan reliabel. Tingkat keterampilan kemandirian belajar peserta didik masuk kategori sedang dan terdapat hubungan antara gender dengan keterampilan kemandiri belajar peserta didik. Inisiatif, strategi, dan evaluasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap keterampilan kemandirian belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

 Various phenomena in the field of education highlight the importance of developing student achievement, especially in the aspects of the teacher's role, the role of parents, and student motivation towards students’ learning achievement. Researchers argue that student learning needs will be fulfilled if there is optimal support from educators in schools and parents who guide at home and if there is motivation from within. This research was conducted quantitatively with multiple regression analysis. Data collection was carried out by distributing three questionnaires to respondents. The data obtained were processed by testing the reliability and validity, performing multiple regression analysis, and determining the contribution through the R-square value. The results of the study which included 30 students at SD Karunia Imanuel found that the teacher's role had an effect on student achievement, but both the role of parents and student motivation had no effect on student achievement. Nevertheless, based on the F-test these three variables affect student achievement.                            Bahasa Indonesia AbstrakBerbagai fenomena bidang pendidikan banyak menyoroti tentang pentingnya perkembangan prestasi siswa yang terbentuk khususnya pada aspek peran guru, peranan orang tua, dan motivasi belajar siswa dalam proses belajar untuk menentukan prestasi belajar siswa tersebut. Peneliti melihat bahwa kebutuhan pembelajaran siswa akan terselenggara dengan baik dalam menunjang prestasi belajar anak jika adanya dukungan dari peran lingkungan yang  baik dan optimal pula terutama dari pendidik di sekolah yaitu guru serta orang tua yang membimbing di rumah dan motivasi dari dalam diri siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran tiga kuesioner terhadap responden yang adalah siswa. Data yang didapatkan diolah dengan menguji reliabilitas dan validitas, melakukan analisis regresi berganda dan menentukan kontribusi melalui nilai R-square. Hasil penelitian yang mengikutsertakan 30 orang siswa di SD Karunia Imanuel ditemukan secara parsial bahwa peran guru berpengaruh kuat terhadap prestasi siswa, peran orang tua tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi siswa, dan motivasi siswa tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi siswa dan berdasarkan uji-F ketiga variabel ini berpengaruh terhadap prestasi siswa.

Abstract

Terdapat beberapa keluhan terkait pembelajaran PPKn di sekolah karena penggunaan metode ceramah yang dianggap tidak dapat menarik minat siswa dan pengajaran yang tidak mengakomodir kemampuan abad ke-21. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peningkatan keterampilan abad 21 pada bagian kolaborasi, berpikir kritis, dan kreativitas siswa menggunakan project-based learning dengan media siniar sebagai proyek siswa dalam pelajaran PPKn. Penelitian melibatkan 25 siswa yang berada di kelas sebelas di Sekolah XYZ di Jakarta Utara. Penelitian menggunakan metode pra-eksperimental dengan desain satu grup pretest-posttest. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan setelah penggunaan siniar dalam penugasan siswa. Rata-rata kemampuan kolaborasi siswa meningkat dari 65,72 menjadi 81,36. Selain itu, Kemampuan siswa dalam berpikir kritis juga mengalami peningkatan dari 62,08 menjadi 72,56. Selain itu, kreativitas siswa juga mengalami peningkatan dari rata-rata nilai awal 62,76 menjadi 77,76. Sehingga, dapat dinyatakan bahwa project-based learning dengan menggunakan siniar dapat meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi, berpikir kritis, dan kreativitas siswa.

Abstract

Creativity and collaboration are softskills that are needed in the current era. Therefore, it is essential to habituate creativity and cooperation among students. However, the success of learning objectives is strongly influenced by students' interest in learning. Therefore, the objective ofthis classroom action research is to analyze the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PJBL) on learning interest, creative behaviour, and student collaboration of the 5th graders Athalia Elementary School Tangerang. The subject of this research was 9students in the Art, Culture, and Craft lesson. This classroom research focused on recycling products topic. The results showed that the implementation of PJBL in teaching Art, Culture, and Craft was able to increase the students learning interest, creative behaviour, and student collaboration. The result of thisof this study impliesthat if schools or teachers need to improve student’s creative behavior, students’ interest in learning, and student collaboration, then this project-based learning model is suitable to implement.

Abstract

Dalam proses pembelajaran, motivasi belajar siswa adalah faktor penting yang mendorong pencapaian. Saat ini, motivasi ini dipengaruhi oleh faktor ekstrinsik dan pendekatan pembelajaran, termasuk digitalisasi pembelajaran dan kompetensi guru sebagai faktor ekstrinsik, serta metode pengajaran sebagai faktor pendekatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis jalur untuk menguji signifikansi faktor-faktor ini terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Berbagai metode pengajaran berfungsi sebagai variabel mediasi, yang mempengaruhi motivasi dan dipengaruhi oleh digitalisasi pendidikan dan kompetensi guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Auliya di Tangerang Selatan dengan margin of error 5% dan sampel sebanyak 176 siswa. Hasil dari tes regresi linier dan variabel mediasi menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi pendidikan, kompetensi guru, dan variasi metode pengajaran memiliki dampak positif langsung terhadap motivasi. Variasi metode pengajaran juga menjadi perantara dampak positif tidak langsung dari digitalisasi dan kompetensi guru terhadap motivasi.
