Abstract

Penelitian tujuan mengetahui sistem penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas pada RSU Muhammadiyah Metro. (1) SistemInformasi Manajemen (SIM), yang terjadi di RSU Muhammadiyah Metro. Desain penelitian yang digunakan penelitidalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah Objek dalam penelitian ini adalahpenerimaan dan pengeluaran kas, dan sistem SIM RS, dalam penelitian tersebut penulis ditempatkan di bagiankeuangan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatankualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas, dan sistem SIMRS kurang efektif untukdigunakan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of supervision and credit rescue in minimizing the possibility of default on the completion of working capital loans at PT BPR Eka Bumi Artha Metro. The method in this studyis descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, documentation. Theanalytical tool used is descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the credit control section hasperformed its role to the maximum extent possible, but the risk of external factors cannot be avoided.Whereas the credit rescue department has carried out its role to the maximum extent possible in returning nonperforming loans by way of negotiating settlement or by selling voluntary collateral assets, thereby reducing therate of increase in NPLs so that credit quality is maintained. This can be seen from the good credit quality in 2013and 2014, namely the NPL is 1% below the maximum limit of 5% in accordance with Bank Indonesia regulations.Furthermore in 2015NPL increased by 5% from the previous year, which is 9% which means that it is above 4%of the maximum credit limit. And in 2016 and 2017 NPL decreased by 1% from the previous year, which is to 8%,which means above 3% the maximum credit limit. The credit supervision and rescue team has sought to reduce therate of increase in NPLs so that credit quality is maintained. This has been provenbecause in 2016 and 2017the quality of NPLs decreased 1% from the previous year which experienced a 5% increase in NPLs.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of rule of law (1), consensus orientation (2), and equality (3) on community welfare. This study used a quantitative approach, the population of this study was 151 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was probability sampling using simple proportional random sampling with the Slovin formula, so as to obtain a sample of 60 respondents. The data in this study used SPSS version 20 with multiple linear regression analysis testing. The results of this study indicated that the rule of law had a significant effect on people's welfare, while consensus orientation and equality did not have a significant effect on people's welfare.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui Peranan Audit Operasional Dalam Rangka Efektivitas Pengendalian Biaya Operasional Pada PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Tataarta Swadaya Kota Gajah Lampung Tengah. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisa data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis data model Miles and Huberman, yaitu data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan audit operasional cukup berperan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kredit pada PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Tataarta Swadaya Kota Gajah Lampung Tengah. Pelaksanaan audit operasional kredit pada PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Tataarta Swadaya Kota Gajah Lampung Tengah telah memadai karena audit dilakukan berdasarkan Peraturan Bank Indonesia No. 1/6/PBI.1999 tentang Penugasan Direktur Kepatuhan dan Penerapan Standar Pelaksanaan Fungsi Audit Intern Bank (SPFAIB).

Abstract

ABSTRAKKopi Luwak merupakan icon unggulan produk perkebunan di Lampung Barat, yang telah dikenal di hingga mancanegara sejak tahun 2006. Selama beberapa tahun belakangan semenjak Indonesia dilanda pandemi covid 19, pergerakan perekonomian petani kopi luwak turun drastis akibat tidak adanya wisatawan dalam dan luar negeri yang berkunjung. Solusi atas masalah ini adalah pengembangan potensi Ekowisata Kopi Luwak di Kelurahan Way Mengaku akan dikembangkan menggunakan konsep digital branding. Adapun tujuan Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah memperkuat Branding Kopi Luwak ke level Internasional dengan menggunakan profil Bahasa Inggris.Pembuatan video profil yang menampilkan proses pembuatan kopi luwak hingga tahap produksi dengan menggunakan narasi berbahasa Inggris diharapkan dapat meningkatkan promosi penjualan kopi luwak ke level internasional. Kata Kunci : Ekowisata, Kopi Luwak, Profil  ABSTRACTKopi Luwak is the flagship icon of plantation products in West Lampung, which has been known internationally since 2006. Over the past few years since Indonesia was hit by the COVID-19 pandemic, the economic movement of civet coffee farmers has fallen drastically due to the absence of domestic and foreign tourists visiting. The solution to this problem is the development of the Kopi Luwak ecotourism potential in the Way Mengaku Village which will be developed using the concept of digital branding. The purpose of this Community Service Program is to strengthen Kopi Luwak branding to the international level by using an English profile. The creation of a profile video showing the process of making Kopi Luwak to the production stage using English narration is expected to increase sales promotion of Kopi Luwak to the international level. Keywords: Ecotourism, Kopi Luwak, Profile

Abstract

he excessive use of chemicals for vegetable cultivation in Karangrejo, North Metro threatens the sustainability of agriculture. The high control of pests, weeds, and labor costs causes farmers to use chemicals and doses tend to increase, which poses a risk to consumers. PKM objectives: 1. Organic cultivation, 2. Training on post-harvest innovation on washing, packing, labeling, and packaging variations. 3. Variations of processed organic vegetables: ice cream and nuggets. 4. Development of offline and online marketing. Activities during July-September 2022, to 15 members of the Hijau Daun farmers group, with assistance/training on organic cultivation, post-harvest with the application of Pumakkal Liquid Fertilizer Production of PT. Pumahitari University of Muhammadiyah Metro, making ice cream and vegetable nuggets, offline and online sales practices. Activity results: 1. Farmer groups know and are capable of environmentally friendly organic cultivation. 2. Able to make compost and liquid fertilizer and 9 types of vegetables obtained Prima 3.3 certificate. Able to make ready-to-cook packages, Hida ice cream, and nuggets and use the web.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada Tahun 2021 Tax Center Univeristas Muhamamdiyah Metro dipercaya oleh Direktorat Jendral Pajak Kantor Wilayah Bengkulu dan Lampung untuk melakukan program “Pelayanan Pendampingan Pelaporan Pajak bagi Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi kepada Masyarakat Luas”. Keterlibatan pengabdi dalam pelayanan tersebut memotivasi untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut bagaimana Asistensi para Relawan Pajak dan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi atas program yang dibuat yang juga menjadi tujuan dari pengabdian ini. Pengabdian ini terdiri dari 20 mahasiswa sebagai Relawan Pajak  dan Civitas Akademika Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro yang mendapatkan layanan tersebut. Target yang dicapai melalui kegiatan Program Relawan Pajak Metro melalui Pendampingan Pelaporan SPT Tahunan selama 2 bulan mewujudkan Civitas Akademika dan masyarakat Kota Metro menjadi Wajib Pajak yang patuh dan taat pada peraturan perpajakan dengan melaporkan SPT Tahunan dan mempertanggungjawabkan kewajiban perpajakannya. Pengabdian ini terkait Asistensi Relawan Pajak dalam Pelaporan SPT Tahunan dalam rangka meningkatkan kontribusi Universitas dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat dari bidang perpajakan masih sangat jarang, sehingga pengabdian ini menjadi yang pertama dilakukan dan dapat dijadikan sebagai literasi utama untuk penelitian serupa berkaitan dengan kontribusi Universitas bagi masyarakat luas dari sisi perpajakan. Kata Kunci: Relawan Pajak, Lapor SPT Tahunan, Wajib Pajak, Tax Center                        ABSTRACT  In 2021 the Tax Center of the Muhamamdiyah University of Metro was trusted by the Directorate General of Taxes for the Bengkulu and Lampung Regional Offices to carry out the "Tax Reporting Assistance Service for Individual Taxpayers to the wider Community".The involvement of servants in these services motivates them to find out more about the Assistance of Tax Volunteers and Individual Taxpayers for the program that is made which is also the goal of this service. This service consists of 20 students as Tax Volunteers and the Academic Community of Muhammadiyah Metro University who receive these services. The target achieved through the Tax Volunteer Program activities through Assistance in Reporting Annual SPT for 2 months is to realize the Academic Community and the people of Metro City to become taxpayers who are obedient and obedient to tax regulations by reporting Annual SPT and accounting for their tax obligations. This service related to Tax Volunteer Assistance in Annual SPT Reporting in order to increase the contribution of Universities in encouraging community economic growth in terms of taxation is still very rare, so this service is the first to be done and can be used as the main literacy for similar research related to the University's contribution to society from a tax point of view.Keywords: Tax Volunteers, Annual SPT Report, Taxpayer, Tax Center

Abstract

Permasalahan yang muncul dari beberapa aspek, yaitu; aspek produksi, SDM, manajemen, finansial, jaminan mutu, dan strategi pemasaran. Permasalahan yang paling pokok untuk menembus ekspor adalah adanya persyaratan Sertifikasi Keaslian Produk yang sampai saat ini belum jelas proses perolehannya. Metode dan sasaran yang akan dilakukan pada kegiatan Program IbPE selama 3 tahun adalah sebagai berikut: 1). Melengkapi dan memperbaiki peralatan yang digunakan dalam proses produksi kopi luwak guna memenuhi kebutuhan dan standar ekspor; 2). Pendampingan pembuatan Sertifikasi Keaslian Produk; 3). Pendampingan dalam pengurusan dokumen badan hukum dan dokumen ekspor lainnya; 4). Melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan kegiatan produksi, pengemasan, hingga pemasaran ke luar negeri. Hasil yang ingin dicapai melalui program IbPE ini antara lain: 1). Tahun pertama capaian yang ditargetkan adalah memperbaiki kualitas dan jaminan mutu produksi kopi luwak sesuai standar ekspor 2). Tahun kedua capaian yang diinginkan adalah terciptanya sistem keuangan, manajemen SDM, manajemen persediaan yang baik dan tersertifikasinya keaslian produk kopi luwak guna menunjang kegiatan ekspor; 3). Tahun ketiga capaian yang ingin dicapai adalah Mitra UKM dapat melakukan proses ekspor kopi luwak ke Luar Negeri.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Selama pandemic 2019-2022 jumlah kunjungan wisatawan baik domestic ataupun luar negeri menurun drastic. Selain itu pengembangan pariwisata membutuhkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam bidang tersebut, seperti pemahaman bahasa Inggris, agar masyarakat khususnya pemuda yang dapat menjadi pemandu wisata bisa berinteraksi dengan wisatawan luar negeri dan mendapat keuntungan dari sektor tersebut. Mengingat daerah wisata Lampung barat merupakan daerah wisata yang masih sangat baru dan belum sepenuhnya terjamah pengelolaan baik. Masyarakat masih mengalami kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi berbahasa Inggris dengan para wisatawan luar negeri. Hal ini harus di tata karena cepat atau lambat, dunia pariwisata di kabupaten Lampung barat akan terus berkembang dan itu membutuhkan kesiapan baik dari Sumber daya manusianya dan juga sarana dan prasarana wisata yang terus dibangun. Mengingat destinasi wisata Lampung Barat khususnya Suoh yang memiliki keramikan dan air panas belum tereksplore dan terekspose dengan baik.  Kata Kunci: Bahasa Inggris, Keramikan,Lampung Barat,Suoh, Wisata ABSTRACTDuring the 2019-2022 pandemic, the number of domestic and foreign tourist visits decreased drastically. In addition, the development of tourism requires the knowledge and skills of the public in these fields, such as the understanding of English, so that the public, especially young people who can be tourist guides, can interact with foreign tourists and benefit from the sector. Given that the tourist area of the western Lampung is a very new and not fully managed tourism area. People still have difficulty in communicating in English with foreign tourists. This must be in order because sooner or later, the world of tourism in the western district of Lampung will continue to develop and it requires the preparation of both its human resources and also the facilities and tourist facilities that are continuously built. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Application of SAK EMKM-Based Financial Recording in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Ai Your Lash Beauty Salon Metro City. The data were obtained from the results of written data and salon financial recording reports and interview results. Analysis of the research data was carried out using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that UMKM Ai Your Lash Beauty Salon Kota Metro does not record its business financial statements in accordance with SAK EMKM because there is no supervision from parties who have an interest in the financial reports of MSME stakeholders, namely from the government, related institutions and regulators.
