Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilatar belakangi oleh beberapa factor yaitu lemahnya pengetahuan guru mengenai sistem belajar dari rumah untuk siswa sekolah dasar, lemahnya keterampilan guru dalam merancangan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran dari rumah serta lemahnya keterampilan guru dalam membuat bahan ajar digital untuk proses pembelajaran dari rumah. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru mengenai konsep pembelajaran dari rumah serta meningkatkan keterampilan guru untuk mendesaian bahan ajar digital berbasis STEM untuk pembelajaran pada masa pandemic covid-19. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu pelatihan mengenai system belajar dari rumah, pelatihan STEM dan pelatihan pengambangan bahan ajar. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan kemampuan guru SD dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran dari rumah serta mampu mengembangkan bahan ajar digital berbasis STEM untuk pembelajaran pada masa pandemic covid-19 ini. Implikasi pengabdian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai landasan bagi praktisi pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas guru dalam menghadapi pembelajaran pada masa pandemic covid-19 ini.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the learning conducted by the teacher that does not involve students in real problems so that the critical thinking ability of elementary school students in learning social science is low. The purpose of this study was to improve the critical thinking skills of elementary school students using a model of problem-based learning in social studies learning. This research was a classroom action research. The study was conducted on students in the 4th grade at SDN 26 Singkarak with a total of 30 students. These results addressed an increase in students' critical thinking skills from an average score of the initial ability of 65.79, cycle 1 got an average score of 73.87 and increased in cycle 2 with an average score of 81.23. The results showed an increase in the critical thinking skills of elementary school students using a problem-based learning model. This research can be concluded that using problem-based learning can improve the critical thinking skills of elementary school students. This research implies that it can be used as a reference for improving the critical thinking skills of elementary school students.

Abstract

Perlunya proses pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan harapan pendidikan 4.0 yang selaras dengan perkembangan siswa sekolah dasar yang dapat meningkatkan profil pelajar pancasila menjadi latarbelakang penelitian ini. Penelitian ini memfokuskan kepada pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis social and emotional learning yang valid serta efektif dalam meningkatkan profil pelajar pancasila siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan dengan model pengembangan 4-D. Penelitian in difokuskan kepada 30 orang siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitan ini menggunakan lembar observasi analisis konsep, lembar dokumentasi analisis siswa, lembar observasi materi, angket validasi dan soal tes profil pelajar pancasila sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis Miles dan Huberman menjadi cara menganalisis data kualitatif. Analisis data validasi dilakukan dengan pengskoran angka validasi sedangkan untuk uji efektivitas dilakukan dengan perhitungan N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa penilaian pakar ahli mendapatkan skor 87.36 dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil penelitian juga mendapatkan nilai N-Gain untuk penggunaan bahan ajar berbasis social and emotional learning sebesar 0.71 dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Hal ini menyatakan bahwa telah dihasilkannya bahan ajar elektronik berbasis social and emotional learning yang valid serta efektif untuk meningkatkan profil pelajar pancasila siswa sekolah dasar. Hasil Penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan sebagai referensi guru dalam meningkatkan profil pelajar pancasila siswa sekola dasar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the increase in the higher-order thinking skills of PGSD students by using an open-ended approach. The study was quasi-experimental research with a non-equivalent control group design conducted in the PGSD UNP department. The results of this study stated that there were differences in the average N-Gain of HOTS PGSD students who learned using the open-ended approach with students who learned to use the conventional approach in the basic social studies concept subject. This research proved that there was a significant increase in students learning by using the open-ended approach with students learning in using the conventional approach. The implications of this study can be used as an effort to improve student HOTS.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh berkembangya teknologi dan informasi yang mengharuskan guru disekolah dasar untuk mampu mengembangkan kemampuan literasi sains dengan sistem pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk melatih guru sekolah dasar dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar literasi sains berbasis teknologi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tahapan yaitu 1) Perencaaan kegiatan yang terdiri dari observasi, mengurus periijinana, sosialisasi kegiatan, persiapan pelatihan dan pengukuran pengetahuan awal guru, 2) pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM yang teridiri dari seminar dan pelatihanan pengembangan bahan ajar literasi sains berbasis teknologi, 3) evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan guru menganai bahan ajar literasi sains dengan kemampuan awal mendapatkan skor rata-rata 67,98 dan mendapatkan skor akhir dengan rata-rata 89,67 sedangkan untuk keterampilan guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar literasi sains mendapatkan skor 84,63 dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar literasi sains berbasis teknologi

Abstract

Karakter merupakan hal yang penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun pada saat pembelajaran dari rumah dimasa pandemi covid 19 mengakibatkan proses pendidikan karakter tidak dapat dioptimalkan. Maka diperlukan sebuah upaya yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan pendidikan karakter siswa sekolah dasar. salah satunya dengan mengembangkan buku cerita elektronik. Pengembangan buku cerita elektronik berbasis karakter ini memerlukan pengetahuan dan keetrampilan guru sekolah dasar dalam mengembangkanya. Namun berdasarkan penyebaran angket dinyatakan bahwa rendahnya kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan proses pembelajaran berbasis karakter yang tepat dilaksanakan disekolah dasar pada masa pandemi covid-19. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis karakter untuk siswa sekolah dasar dan mengembangkan kemampuan guru dalam membuat buku cerita elektronik berbasis etno-sosial yang dapat digunakan pada pembelajaran dimasa pandemi covid-19. Peserta pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah guru SD gugus VII Koto Laweh Kabupaten Tanah Datar sebanyak 40 guru sekolah dasar. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan kepada guru sekolah dasar. Adapun pelatihan yang diberikan yaitu pelatihan pengembangan pembelajaran karakter untuk siswa sekolah dasar dan pelatihan pengembangan bahan cerita elektronik berbasis etno-sosial yang dapat mengembangkan nilai karakter siswa sekolah dasar. Hasil kegiatan menyatakan bahwa guru telah mampu merancang, menerapkan dan melakukan penilaian pembelajaran berbasis karakter. Guru juga dinyatakan telah mampu mengembangkan bahan ajar elekronik berbasis etno-sosial. Implikasi kegiatan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran berbasis karakter untuk siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Local cultural wisdom needs to be maintained because it indicates the characteristics of a region, including the social field. The social culture of each region is very unique and different. The uniqueness of social culture in each region always adheres to positive teachings and deserves to be preserved. The purpose of this research is to produce an ethnosocial learning model that is suitable for use in the learning process. The research was conducted with an R&D approach. The research subjects were students, teachers, and principals of elementary schools. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The results showed that elementary school ethnosocial involvement in the social science learning process was shallow. In fact, what often happens is to provide examples of socio-culture in other areas of learning in elementary schools. This incident occurred without any intentional element and was in accordance with what was thought when the social science learning process took place. For this reason, it is necessary to create an ethnosocial learning model so that there is an effort to pay attention to ethnosocial in their own environment. One of the efforts that can be done is to develop an ethnosocial learning model in elementary schools. The ethnosocial learning model that was created was declared feasible to be applied in elementary schools. The advantage of the ethnosocial learning model is that this model pays attention to the social development of children which is adapted to the local culture.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe an increase in student learning outcomes in science learning using the Cooperative Think Pair Share model. This research is a classroom action research (PTK), using a qualitative and quantitative approach. The results showed an increase in: (a) Learning Planning in the first cycle obtained an average of 71.25% (C) increased in the second cycle to 90% (SB), (b) Learning Implementation aspects of the teacher the first cycle obtained an average the average is 76.38% (C) increased in the second cycle to 91,66% (SB) and the Learning Implementation aspects of the first cycle students get an average of 76,38% (C) increased in the second cycle to 91,66% (SB), (c) Learning outcomes of students in cycle I obtained an average of 76.65 (C) increased in the second cycle to 84.06 (B). From the results of the study it can be concluded that the Cooperative Type Think Pair Share model improves the science learning outcomes of the fifth grade students of 25 Gadut Elementary School Tilatang Kamang.Keywords : learning outcomes, Think Pair Share models

Abstract

This Studyaims to describe the improvement of the process of integrated thematic learning with model cooperative type make a match in class IV elementary School 10 Bandar Create city of Padang. The type of research is the class Action study (PTK) using a qualitative and quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were teachers (researchers) and students amounted to 31 people. The study carried out two cycles. The Results of the study on the I cycle IN RPP Assessment gained an average of 81.25% (b) and increased 87.5% (b) in CYCLE II. At the teacher activity cycle I with an average of 79.68% (C) and increased by 87.5% (B) in Cycle II. While the activity of student cycle I gained an average value of 79.68% (C) and increased by 87.5% (B) in Cycle II. Thus, it can be concluded that the make a match type Cooperative model can enhance the integrated thematic learning process in Primary school.

Abstract

The research on integrated theatrical learning in class IV is a dilator behind the still low learning outcomes of students in integrated thematic learning. The purpose of this study was to describe planning, implementation, and integrated thematic learning outcomes using models Make a Match in class IV SD Negeri 17 Batu Gadang Sungaipua District. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using a qualitative and quantitative approach. The research subjects were class IV students with 24 people, 14 men and 10 women. The study was conducted in two cycles. The results of the first cycle of research obtained an average of 84.08% (Good) and increased in the second cycle to 93.18% (Very Good). Implementation in the aspect of teacher activity cycle I obtained an average of 80.35% (Good) and increased in the second cycle to 96.42% (Very Good). The implementation of the activity aspects of students in the first cycle obtained an average of 80.35% (Good) and increased in the second cycle to 96.42% (Very Good). The learning outcomes of students in the first cycle obtained an average of 76.62 (enough) and increased in the second cycle to 91.69 (good). Thus the Make a Match type cooperative model can improve the integrated thematic learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 17 Batu Gadang Sungaipua District.
