Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Metode Guru dalam Mengembangkan Perilaku Hormat pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di TK Islam Terpadu Al-Mumtaz Pontianak Kota. Pendidikan karakter itu sebaiknya dimulai sejak anak dalam fase usia dini karena sangat menentukan kemampuan anak dalam mengembangkan potensinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode guru dalam mengembangkan perilaku hormat pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Islam Terpadu Al-Mumtaz Pontianak Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa guru menggunakan metode pembiasaan dan bercakap-cakap dalam mengembangkan perilaku hormat pada anak usia 5-6 tahun dikelas B3. Dalam penelitian faktor pendukung selama guru menggunakan metode tersebut adalah rekan kerja dikelas, kumpulan surah-surah, doa-doa dan hadist-hadist, gambar display dikelas serta fasilitas internet disekolah. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah terdapat bagian/halaman buku yang hilang ketika guru ingin menggunakan media tersebut. Kata kunci: Metode Guru, Perilaku Hormat Abstract: This study titled Teachers Method Elicits Respectful Behavior in Children aged 5-6 Years in the Integrated Kindergarten of Islam Al-Mumtaz Pontianak City. Educational character of children shoul begin in early childhood phase because its determines the ability of children elicits potential. This study purpose to know teachers method elicits respectful behavior in children aged 5-6 years in the integrated kindergarten of Islam Al-Mumtaz Pontianak City. This study uses descriptive method qualitative appoach. Result of data analysis show that teachers using the method of habituation and conversation in raising respectful behavior in children aged 5 to 6 years in classroom B3. In this study supporting factor for teachers to use these method in the classroom is a co-worker, a colletion of chapters, prayers, and the hadists, the image display in the classroom, as well as internet facilities at the school. While inhibiting factor is there is a section or a page of book that was lost when the teacher wants to use the media. Key words: Teacher Method, Respectful Behavior

Abstract

Abstract This study is aimed at data collection that utilizes information and communication technology which is expected to be the actual data base nationally in the making of education policy, still much complained by some teachers especially in Sintang District. There are still many teachers who have not been fully recorded so that teacher profession allowances can not be disbursed. qualitative research. Qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words of people and observed behavior. The results of this study show the Effectiveness of Primary Data Management Data In Distributing Teacher Certification Funds In Sintang District Education Office is still not optimal. Not all schools have Input of Basic Education Data. Not all schools have regularly updating data in Sintang District. Validation and Verification of Dapodik Data by District and School Teams has not been working properly. Keywords: Effectiveness, Dapodik, Master Certification Fund.

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika di kelas III sekolah dasar, menjadi fenomenal, peserta didik yang usianya antara 7-8 tahun, dalam proses pembelajaran lebih banyak bersifat membimbing dengan tujuan meningkatkan keterampilan berkomunikasi. Pemilihan penerapan metode demonstrasi adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar pada pembelajaran Matematika di kelas III SDN 27 Pontianak Timur. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran dengan metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar pada materi menentukan bilangan pada garis bilangan pada mata pelajaran Matematika di kelas III SDN 27 Pontianak Timur. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari skor yang diperoleh pada tiap-tiap komponen mengalami peningkatan antara Siklus I dan Siklus II. Kata Kunci: Metode Demonstrasi, Meningkatkan, Hasil Belajar Abstrac: Mathematic Learning at element School Claas III, being phenomenal , the student s in rang 7-8 years old, in learning proses is more characterized as guidence with the purpose to increase communication skill. The selection of application of demmonstration method is to increase study activity in Mathematic learning at class III SDN 27 East Pontianak. The method which is used in this research is descriptionve method. From the result of the research shows that the lesson plan with the demonstration method is able to incerase study activity in material determining number at number line in Mathematic Lesson class III SDN 27 East Pontianak. It can be seen from the score acquired in each components increase between Cycle I and Cycle II Keywords: Demonstration Method, Increasing, Study Result.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how the performance of teachers, principal transactionalleadership, and teacher work motivation, and how the influence of each and all variablessimultaneously. The general objective of this study was to determine the effect oftransactional leadership and teacher work motivation on teacher performance at SMPNegeri Se, District of Rasau Kubu Raya, Indonesia. This study uses quantitative researchmethods and uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The subjects of this studywere 83 junior high school teachers in the district of Rasau Jaya Kubu Raya. Thecharacteristics are a permanent teacher, a minimum of two years of service, civil servantstatus or not, and a bachelor's degree. The results of the study are: (1) the description ofthe teacher's performance is high (35.84%) and the score variation is 174-188; (2) thedescription of transactional leadership is quite good (39.23%) and the score variation is238 - 256; (3) the teacher's work motivation is classified as good (30.19%) and thevariation score is 105-116; (4) transactional leadership has an effect on teacherperformance; (5) school climate has an effect on teacher achievement motivation; and (5)simultaneously transactional leadership and teacher work motivation affect teacherperformance. The conclusion of this study is that the performance of teachers at SMPNegeri Se District of Rasau Jaya Kubu Raya is influenced by the principal's transactionalleadership and teacher work motivation of 43.90%. Abstract

AbstractThe aimed of this research are to find out the influence of principal Islamic State SeniorHigh School in Pontianak for managerial competences and achievement motivation forprofessional teachers"™ competence. This research uses the quantitative approach withquestionnaires as the data collecting. The subject of this research are 55 teachers ofcivil servant/non-civil servant which is 26 to 60 years old, 29 female and malerespondens, having 2 years experienced and graduates of bachelor"™s degree (S1) ofIslamic State Senior High School in Pontianak. This sample using "Slovin" formula of10% Margin of Error. The result of this research (1) The competence of professionalteachers in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Pontianak have a good score with 52,7%; (2)The competence of principal Islamic Senior High School managerial also have a goodscore 45,5% ; (3) The descriptions of teacher achievements in Islamic State Senior HighSchool in Pontianak have a good score with 32,73%. So, the conclusion of thisresearch is the competence of professional teachers influencing by all competencevariables of principle of Islamic State Senior High School in Pontianak andachievement motivations with scoring 11,20% and 88,80% for another variables. Thisresearch could be applied to improve professional teachers competence in MadrasahAliyah Negeri in Pontianak.Keywords: Achievement Motivation, Competences, Managerial, Professional
