Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to obtain information about educators and educational standar in an effort to improve the quality of education in SMA Negeri 1 Ngabang, include : Planning, coordinating, controlling, evaluating and the factors of educational improving.This research is a qualitative research.Techniques data collection used include : observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Source of data is comprised of the principle or headmaster, the administration, and teachers. The informan selected were informants who are considered to provide an accurate and in-depth information relating to this research. Checking the validity of the findings made by the number check, the adequacy of reference, and triangulate. Analysis of the data used is qualitative analysis is to describe and interpret the data.The result of the following conclusions:(1) the planning, It has done well by the headmaster. Planning is made with the intermediate school side, among other, the principal in assisted by the vice principals and coordinated well with teacher and administrative staffs. (2)Implementation is done well and effectively. (3) Controlling done by looking at the completeness of teachers administration. (4)Evaluation done well by the principal once every three months. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis development research's aim to produce multimedia learning of gas kinetic theory with assisted camtasia studio as an effort to improve student learning's outcomes and to overcome  limitations of media learning that suitable with the learning characteristics of class XI MIA's student at SMAN 2 Tebas, Sambas Regency. The research method refers to the Borg and Gall step but due to the time constraint, the steps which are carried out were only six, namely: preliminary research; planning; initial product development; limited trial; major product revision; and field trial. The product development design that is used in this research is the ASSURE model, which is: to analyze the student characteristics; set the learning goals; to select the methods, media and teaching materials; to utilize the media and the teaching materials; to involve the student participation; and to evaluate and to revise the products. The multimedia products are declared 'worthy to be used / to be tested' after being validated by expert validators namely design and learning strategy expert, instructional media expert, and learning content expert with an average rating of 4.28 and the criteria for product quality is  'very good'. The use of the product has a positive impact to increase the student learning outcomes' average (? KKM), from 53% at pretest to 90.63% at posttest or an increase of 37.50%. From the calculation's result obtained the effectiveness of product usage (effect size) to 1.6 the student learning's outcome (high effect) with 94.5 percentage. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to (1) find the Pancasila and Civic Education learning plan using problem solving strategy, (2) to describe the implementation of Pancasila and Civic Education learning using problem solving strategy, (3) to describe learning evaluation with problem solving strategy, and (4) to describe the learning achievement of students in achieving the acquisition of learning the concept of norms in the learning of Pancasila and Civic Education by using problem solving strategy in class  SMP This research is a qualitative descriptive research to study "Application of problem solving strategy with in-depth interview data collection technique, participant observation, document study, and triangulation. Data analysis techniques ranging from data dispersion, data reduction, data reflection, and conclusion. The results showed that the design of Pancasila and Civic Education learning using problem-solving strategy for learning acquisition of the concept of norms was prepared in accordance with the components of the implementation plan of learning (RPP) that is to determine the competence standards, basic competencies, indicator. Keywords: implementation, problem-solving strategies, learning concept acquisition

Abstract

Abstrak :  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah   menemukan preskripsi tugas belajar pengembangan media komik untuk menumbuhkan rasa cinta terhadap hewan, mendeskripsikan scenario pembelajaran dalam media komik agar pebelajar bisa memilah antara dzolim dan cinta, memerikan perilaku pebelajar sebagai manifestasi rasa cinta pebelajar dalam memperlakukan hewan di sekitarnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembang produk. Subjek uji coba adalah pebelajar kelas IV SD Negeri 59 Sungai Raya. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data merupakan model interaktif Miles & Huberman dengan langkah-langkah pengumpulan data, penyajian data analisis data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Pengembangan media dimulai dari penyusunan pola dasar desain berupa preskripsi tugas belajar, merancang storybroad dan dilanjutkan dengan pengembangan media pembelajaran yang divalidasi oleh para ahli. Tingkat kelayakan dari ahli materi dan ahli media 95, 8 % dengan kategori sangat baik, evaluasi oleh Guru IPA Kelas IV 96, 42 % dengan kategori sangat baik. Sehingga disimpulkan media yang dikembangkan telah layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Kata Kunci  : Media, Komik, Rasa Cinta, Hewan Abstract : The aim of this study is to find the prescription task of studying the development of the comic medium to foster a love of animals, learning scenario described in the comics medium so that learners can pick between dzolim and love, describing the behavior of the learners as a manifestation of love learners in treating animals in the vicinity. This research is a product developer. Subject trials is a fourth grade learners Negeri 59 Sungai Raya. Data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation study. Data analysis is the interactive model of Miles & Huberman with steps of data collection, data presentation data analysis, conclusion and verification. Media development starts from the preparation of basic design patterns in the form of prescriptive learning task, designing storybroad and continued with the development of instructional media were validated by experts. The feasibility of subject matter experts and media experts 95, 8% with very good category, the evaluation by the Science Teachers Class IV 96, 42% with very good category. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to know the influence of video for the students of Al-Azhar 21 Pontianak in motivate learning Englihs. This research used  kuantitatif approachment, the method is true eksperiment. The design is pretest-posttest group design. The first sampel are B1 class it have 19 students as the eksperimen group the second, B3 class have 19 students as the control group. technique of collecting data are observation and documentation. The teaching of analisis data is descriptive by look at average and t test for the result of presentation. Based on analysis data about the influence of video in motivate learning English for the students in 5-6 years old by compare eksperimentaland control groups show t count is 4,388. The valve of the test by significant level is 5% for one side and 0,025 for two side freedom of learning is 36 obtailable 2,028, hypothesis is denied because of tcont>ttabel (4,388>2,028). That means has the influence by using video in teaching English the determinat koefisien is 34,81% show the influence in teaching for Al-Azhar 21 Pontianak students. The conclusion of this research is video learning has the influence in motivated students in teaching English for kids.    Keywords: Video, English, Motivation Learning.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini difokus pada (1) gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, (2) kinerja guru, (3) upaya kepala sekolah, (4) Hambatan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru SD Negeri 06 Emang Bemban. Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kinerja guru, upaya kepala sekolah dan hambatan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian: Kepala sekolah dan 5 orang. Teknik yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi sebagai alat pengumpul data primer. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepala sekolah dominan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, gaya ini mampu meningkatkan kinerja guru, upaya yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dengan rapat koordinasi, memberi arahan dan bimbingan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Sementara hamabatan yang dihadapi, minimnya fasilitas sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang belum memadai. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan transformasional, Kepala Sekolah, Kinerja Guru   Abstract. This research focused on (1) an overview of leadership style of the principal, (2) the performance of teachers, (3) the principal's efforts, and (4) Barriers in improving the performance of SDN teachers 06 Emang Bemban. This study aimed to get an overview of the style of leadership, the performance of teachers, the efforts, and the barriers of principal in improving the performance of teachers.  This research is a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of the study: The principal and 5 teachers. The technique used in this study is a survey using interviews, observation and documentation as a means of collecting primary data. The results showed that the principal dominan apply transformational style, this style is able to improve the performance of teachers, the efforts made ​​by the principal in improving teacher performance with the coordination, gave a direction and guidance in the development of his duties. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berupa mobile learning (smarphone) pada pembelajaran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, Metode dalam penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan metode research and development dan dimodifikasi dengan desain model Dick and Carey. Dari hasil validasi ahli media, ahli desain dan ahli materi yang menunjukan media pembelajaran mobile learning telah memenuhi kriteria kelayakan dengan respon rata-rata sebesar 4.65. Perolehan hasil siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media dapat dilihat dari rata-rata nilai post-test peserta didik sebesar 90,4 ≥75(KKM). Selain itu peningkatan ini juga dapat dilihat dari uji t dua sampel berpasangan yang menunjukan nilai t hitung lebih ≥ t tabel (14,459 ≥ 0, 2909). Besarnya efektivitas penggunaan media pembelajaran mobile learning untuk pembelajaran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sebesar 2,91, maka termaksud dalam kategori tinggi. Ini berarti diterima dengan baik, teruji, layak digunakan dan memiliki efektivitas yang tinggi terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik di SMA BhayangkariKata kunci: Pengembangan, Mobile Learning

Abstract

  Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang komperehensip mengenai kemampuan menejerial kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru bimbingan dan konseling di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pontianak yang berkaitan dengan perencanaan, pengawasan, evaluasi, deskripsi, dankendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru bimbingan dan konseling.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber datanya terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru bimbingan dan konseling, .Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara terstruktur mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Pengecekan keabsahan temuan dilakukan dengan melakukan member chek, kecukupan referensi, dan melakukan triangulasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan dan memaknai data.Hasil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Perencanaan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi  guru bimbingan dan konseling di MAN 1 Pontianak telah disiapkan sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada, 2) Pengawasan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru bimbingan dan konseling di MAN 1 Pontianak telah dilaksanakan dengan cara pencegahan awal dan pencegahan tindakan, 3) Evaluasi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru bimbingan dan konseling di MAN 1 Pontianak telah dilakukan dengan cara melakukan supervisi kepada guru BK secara berkala, 4) Deskripsi kompetensi guru bimbingan dan konseling di MAN 1 Pontianak telah dilaksanakan dengan memahami kompetensi pedagogik dan membantu siswa terhadap kesulitan belajarnya, 5) Kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan  kompetensi guru bimbingan dan konseling di MAN 1 Pontianak sudah dapat diminimalisir dengan memberikan kesempatan kepada guru BK untuk mengembangkan karir.   Kata Kunci :  Kemampuan managerial kepala sekolah, guru BK Abstract : This study aimed to obtain information komperehensip regarding the ability of managerial principals in improving the competence of teachers guidance and counseling in MAN 1 Pontianak related to planning, monitoring, evaluation, description, and the constraints faced by principals in improving the competence of teachers guidance and counseling. The results of the following conclusions: 1) Planning principals in improving the competence of teachers guidance and counseling in MAN 1 Pontianak has been prepared in accordance with existing procedures, 2) Supervision principals in improving the competence of teachers guidance and counseling in MAN 1 Pontianak has been implemented by way of prevention early and preventive action, 3) evaluation of principals in improving the competence of teachers guidance and counseling in MAN 1 Pontianak has been done by supervising teacher BK regularly, 4) Description of the competence of teachers guidance and counseling in MAN 1 Pontianak has been implemented by understanding competencies pedagogic and help students towards learning difficulties, 5) Constraints faced by principals in improving the competence of teachers in guidance and counseling MAN 1 Pontianak already can be minimized by providing opportunities for counseling teacher to develop a career.   Keywords:  Managerial Ability of School Principals, Teachers BK

Abstract

AbstractThe Purpose of this research are : 1) Android based interactive Learning Media design For Learning Physisc In Senior High School; 2) Android based interactive Learning Media Profiles For Learning Physisc In Senior High School; 3) The Implementation Of Learning Using interactive Learning Media For Learning Physisc In Senior High School; 4) Student Learning outcomes after using interactive learning media based  on android for Learning Physisc In Senior High School. In this research and development using Four D Development design models. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 1 Ngabang. Product development trials are carried out through  expert validation stages, one to one trials, medium groups and large groups. Data collection techniques used are direct observation techniques, indirect communication techniques, measurement techniques, and documentaries with observation sheet collecting tools, student response questionnaires, test questions and documentation. The analysis of the data used for the results of validation and obeservations is to divide the total score obtained by the maximum score. Cognitive learning acquisition of 77,24 is included in good category., affective domain is 85,65% included in the excellent category and psychomotor domain of 79,17 % included in good category. Keywords : Android, Learning Media, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan multimedia pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar membaca teks report. Multimedia pembelajaran berbantuan komputer yang berisi naskah materi pembelajaran, flowchart, storyboard, dan pengumpulan bahan-bahan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen, dimana teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes pemerolehan belajar dan angket motivasi belajar. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis terbukti bahwa :  (1) Hasil belajar siswa  dalam membaca text report menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran lebih baik dari pada tanpa menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran, (2). hasil belajar kelompok motivasi belajar tinggi pada siswa yang menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran lebih baik dari pada siswa kelompok motivasi belajar tinggi yang tidak menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran, (3) hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran kelompok motivasi rendah lebih baik dari pada siswa kelompok motivasi belajar rendah yang tidak mengunakan multimedia pembelajaran, (4) hasil belajar kelompok motivasi belajar tinggi lebih baik dari pada siswa kelompok motivasi belajar rendah. Kata Kunci : Multimedia Pembelajaran, Motivasi Belajar, Teks Report Abstract: The objectives of this researh was to know the influences of using the learning multimedia and learning motivation of students learning result of reading report text. Learning multimedia containing scripts of learning materials, flowcharts, and storyboards,and compiling materials.This reseach was the experiment research, the data collection technique through tests acquisition of learning and motivation questionnaire. Based on the results of hypothesis testing proved that: (1) Students learning result of reading text report using Multimedia is better than not using Multimedia, (2). Students learning result of reading text report for high group motivation is better than not using Multimedia, (3) Students learning result of reading text report for low group motivation is better than not using Multimedia, (4) Students learning result of reading text report for high group motivation is better than low group motivation.
