Credit in the fisheries sector is able to provide input for fishermen to carry out fishing activities. the availability of credit makes fishermen more eligible to increase their productivity, so it is natural when credit request services are needed to improve the welfare of the fishing community. Data was collected by surveying small fishermen in Malang and Probolinggo districts using a questionnaire. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed with descriptive statistical tests, and Instrumental Variable (IV) logit, and Endogenous Switching Regression. The results showed that the variables that had no significant effect on fishermen's credit access were experience and ship size. Meanwhile, the variables of age, education, and fisherman group have a significant influence on fishermen's credit access. The impact on welfare shows that households that have access to formal credit have higher incomes by 33.8% to 44.4% compared to households that do not have access to formal credit. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic, global economic shocks, and global geopolitical risks have resulted in the banking industry facing global uncertainty that affects both banks and customers. This uncertainty has grown significantly in recent years. This research examines the differences between the periods before and after the COVID-19 pandemic and the long-term and short-term effects of inflation, BI-7DRR, deposit rates, SBN yields, and the COVID-19 pandemic on DPK growth. The research utilizes the Difference Test and the Error Correction Model methodologies. The study reveals differences in DPK, BI-7DRR, deposit rates, and SBN yields before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The findings indicate that inflation, BI-7DRR, deposit rates, and the COVID-19 pandemic have a long-term impact but do not exhibit a short-term impact. Meanwhile, SBN yield has no long-term or short-term effect on DPK growth. Inflation affects the growth of DPK in the long term because people see the direction of economic conditions. BI-7DRR has a long-term with DPK because banks require a time lag. The level of DPK does change in the long term because banks must adjust interest rates based on economic conditions. Increased savings in banks because people see the COVID-19 pandemic as a shock economy. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Islamic financial literacy, capital requirements, ratios, and convenience on the interest of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to become Islamic bank financing customers. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with an analytical method such as multiple linear regression. The population of this research is all MSME actors in East Java. The research sample was obtained from 63 MSMEs in East Java using the Roscoe approach. The data source uses primary data as a questionnaire and is analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results show that Islamic financial literacy, capital requirements, nisba, and convenience significantly influence the interest of MSMEs to become Islamic bank financing customers. Partially, only the nisba positively and significantly affects the interest of MSMEs to become Islamic bank financing customers. Islamic financial literacy, capital requirements, and convenience do not influence the interest of MSMEs to become Islamic bank financing customers. This research can be used as a complement to existing theories. It can be used as a reference for Islamic banks and the government in developing strategies to attract MSMEs to become Islamic bank financing customers.
